Disgusting service and food . Ordered a delivery at 10pm to 5 mins away. Food was freezing cold . Ordered beans got mash Dips were missing Chips were cold and soggy Ordered Pepsi max and 7 up received tango orange … partner is diabetic Chicken was all dried up . We ordered 2 seperate meals the food was all mixed up in the wrong boxes as though someone else had been given ir first it looked like it had been handled as well. My partner was ill all night . We rang KFC and were told they were shut so they wouldn’t do anything about it. Not the first time the food handed out at KFC in a drive through or a delivery has been left overs that should have been put in the bin.

Food was dreadful. Service wasnt much better. The majority of the food ended up in the bin. The drinks werent much better. Will not be going again

Amazing service got my food really quick lady serving me was lovely very clean and amazing food and very happy to find they had a bick rack to keep my bike safe thx

What a shame …… dirty tables floors needed wiping, no loo roll in ladies. When tables were wiped food remnants flicked onto floor to join the other filth. Wondered why it was quiet now we know why.

Every table in the restaurant needed wiping. All of them were dirty. The floor was covered in food. Seats were sticky. Just completely unacceptable hygiene standards

Countless times have I ordered here and they mess up my order every single time wether it’s at the machine or counter and the machines never print receipts

Staff too busy having conversations about their private life ... dirty tables, water coming in at the back of the restaurant onto the seats, ages to serve even though the food was sat ready "ooops" was the servers reaction ... paid for a large popcorn chicken and it was only half full, lukewarm, and the chips were cold for all of us ... really not up to business standard and especially as its so expensive these days.

Go around there quickly to get charged £17 and get given someone’s tiny order and missing food!!!! It’s not hard

Staff look scruffy and have no customer service what so ever, chicken was dry and I couldn't even put my beans over the chicken to make it moist as they had put them laid down in ghe box with no lid attached! Thanks for that. The only reason they have any customers is because Mc Donald's is closed for a refurbishment. If anyone from KFC management reads this you really need to sort out this outlet as this is not the first time I have have received very poor service and food but it will be my last and my family and friends as will be spreading the word if how bad it is. If the staff are so scruffy I can only imagine how dirty the kitchen is.

If I cared enough, I would go into detail but it's just a crappy KFC. I won't say 'all staff' as some may not deserve the comments, but the majority of the staff I encounter have no customer service skills or basic awareness of how to run a food place safely or correctly. I have waited 40 minutes at the drive thru before and watched half of our order going cold on the side while they waited for the rest to cook. When I said I was concerned it would be cold sat on the side, one lad said 'well, do you want to eat that bit now?' One girl was outwardly huffing at me and muttering under her breath. Honey, if the world is so unfair because you should be earning £40k a year as an influencer and your bedroom selfies make you feel way too good for this place, just quit. Don't take it out on the customers. P.S. don't tell customers how long food items take to be microwaved. Nobody is watching the kids at this place.

Foods always bone dry specially the hot wings never had a hot meal from here I stay away now had chicken that’s pink still! Staff are always rude you’ll be waiting for 10-15 min at the window yet be 50 staff standing around doing nothing at all

So we were coming home from scarbrough, and the wife said did we fancy kfc, well it's been a while since we indulge in kfc, Still why not, only thought was last time we tried here, they missed items off the order, surely they wouldn't again, wrong.. So, as a family you concider the best option for you to share, amongst you. Went for the family bucket 14 fillet pieces , and four extra chicken on the bone. Plus a burger deal. Five minutes drive home, we opened up, to find one of the pots of gravy had come off, and coated much of the packaging. Fair enough, we worked to wipe it off. Then, we realised, then the popcorn chicken was missing, I won't use the words we used, they've missed something yet again, which was for our little one. So then it meant we had to rearrange what we had to share out. Then, my older daughter took a bite out the burger, to realise it wasnt the one she ordered, it was the hot version, which she didn't like, So I swapped mine, even though I'm not keen on them either. But, she had to have something. Have they changed the fries,?! what we had and all commented on was,cold brown soggy fries. The boneless chicken extras we had, three drumsticks, a wing, breast not sure what it was, but that was the only good one. The drumsticks were rather brown, had virtually opened up. And were dissapointing to say the least.. The only real postive was the, chicken fillets, and beans and gravy, which gets the two out of five. Most dissapointed with this visit, left me wishing we'd drove on by.

I have tried this outlet twice now on both occasions the food is very greasy I suspect re cooked. The lack of customers inside the restaurant and in the drive through should have alerted me to how poor this franchise is. I would not purchase anything from her again. I do find that the KFC franchise outlets are hit and Miss which shouldn’t be the case at any franchise takeaway, there should be consistency. The Kingswood Hull is very poor.

Terrible service over here , didn’t give me half my order which was very upsetting. Wouldn’t take my complaint either..

Ordered 2 Large zinger tower box meals and when the drinks came they were regular so mentioned that we had asked for large for the lady to charge us extra which was fine but then the meal we received only had regular chips and the burger was only a normal zinger burger not the tower version.

I would give it zero if I could. On the last 3 visits I have not received the full order. The staff don’t seem to understand the order and don’t check the order properly. Add to that minuscule portions of chips and chicken it is the worst kfc I’ve been too.

I ordered via Uber Eats. Their pick up was quick and delivery was by car so made it in minutes. So i know the problems where not caused by delivery.The food was cold and we where missing all fries that should have been with the bucket.I do try with KFC occasionally but its just a constant dissapointment in quality.

The staff member that served us was quite rude and had an attitude not paying attention to what we ordered she got the order wrong. The food was cold the chips were soggy they were definitely not fresh.

The staff could do with a bit of extra training, 2 young girls messing about giggling and laughing not paying attention to what's going on, even the supervisor had to tell them to calm down. Same young girl dropped a piece of chicken on the floor looked and laughed then kicked it under the counter (any bets it's still there in a couple of weeks) food was cold even though it was made 'fresh' lettuce was turning brown, portion of chips equals about 10 chips now apparently, beans dried out. We keep giving this restaurant a chance but it never seems to improve.

Still waiting for our food people packing the food up are wipping there face and nose and then putting there fingers on the food not a very good visit

The food is always good I’ll give them that, but man the customer service!!!! Each time I’ve been I’ve been spoken to awful! First time I got changed slammed in my hand, another I’m not serving them, and the third I asked for ketchup 4 times now granted they may not hear always, but she gave me a blank look and eventually threw the ketchup at me. Manners cost nothing and I think the staff need a little lesson.

The Kingswood branch gives KFC a bad name.Food is awful. Greasy old oily food, luke warm at best. I love KFC but this place is enough to put you off for life. Had a zinger meal, this branch should rename it to the minger meal.Been here 4 or 5 times always the same. I leave it for 6 months and end up going back as I forget how bad it is. Never going back again though.

It has excellent service and a lot of variety, but fried chicken is extremely oily, they could use a technique that absorbs less oil, because the portions are generous, but with so much oil it is difficult to eat a lot.

We must have timed it right as not many people in . Service was very good and staff were helpful. What I liked most was the place was spotless, a bit of a surprise. Very happy with our meals

I wish I had read the reviews on here before coming here because if I had, I wouldn’t have chosen here. The service was slow despite not many customers being here. It would appear that the drive through gets priority. The food when it finally came was mediocre tonight. The fries were soggy and limp and the beans were not hot. The chicken was good though. Another thing that annoys me about kfc is their tight approach to ketchup. They give you a couple of sachets and then you run out and mid-meal have to get up and wait for more sauce. Just have ketchup stations like McDonalds.

The building is tatty inside with paint peeling of the walls , the floor could do with a major degrease and as for the filthy tables and seats well just take a cushion and some wipes. As for the food well it's disgusting, over cooked chicken , dry and flavourless. It looked and tasted as it had been cooked some time ago as in lunch time and I ate at 1830. The chips were warm and a bit bedraggled.. friendly staff but you could tell they were embarrassed serving the food to us knowing it would soon be handed back. I noticed a few other tables with the same dried up chicken as me. The place needs closing down and sorting out

The food was very disappointing we ordered a family bucket and the legs was incredibly greasy there was a pool of grease in the bottom of the bucket the only pleasing part of the food was the boneless pieces which weren’t at all crispy more like you eating soggy crispsWill not be going back

Fancied chicken for a while now so me and my partner thought why not grab a good old KFC. Hell no! The customer service was absolutely terrible! She tried to rush us then kept us waiting for our order at least 10 minutes, also when she finally did approach us she wasn't very friendly. The food was absolutely freezing! I will not be going there again, I love KFC but I'd rather go to St Andrews Quey for it.

Called in on week day afternoon, the restaurant was empty, not one customer!

In this KFC there has been a lot off mess they really need to be on top off the mess other wise people will not come.

Visited kfc in kingswood on Saturday 19th January 2019.

Stopping off for a quick tea before heading to the cinema decided to have a KFC. The place wasn't busy but had plenty off staff working yet the table's were filthy. Trays abandoned and every bin was over flowing. The staff seemed to struggle getting the order's right and no organisation at all. When the meal arrived the chips were soggy and Luke warm. The chicken was really greasy and one piece didn't looked cooked enough as still pink in it. Really bad. Whoever is managing the place clearly needs urgent training.

the service was good but the food was the worst one i ever had at kfc, i wont eat again from here, going to mcdonald from now on

I have no idea what happened to KFC but new fries, yuck much worse go back to the ones had before. Also, staff need to speak up and look more cheerful. Disabled button not working Place clean.

Service was great tonight as timed it right and not many in. I’m sure the chicken has got smaller the last couple of times we’ve been. Nice and clean and warm .

Tuesday night at 8.30 and they seemed to be run off their feet. God know how many drive through cars parked in the car park waiting for their orders. Just seemed poorly ran to me. I didn’t even get my complete order but had lost the will to live by now and just left.

I've just popped into KFC on my way home and I have noticed a vast improvement in the place as well as the food. I ordered a large meal and the young staff member was quick with the order - Even with it being busy. The food was top notch, especially the new fries. I cant wait until my next visit! Well done KFC!

Visited a few days ago with my son, staff where friendly and happy on approach. Quick service and very clean compared to some of the other restaurants. Never really had any problems eating here, everything is always cooked, warm and presented well.

I visited KFC last month, staff was very lovely, and the food was very quick. When it arrived it was hot and the Pepsi tasted very nice, fresh and cold unlike most food places. Will definitely be visiting again.

I went there recently with my family, and was very satisfied with our food and service, staff and manager was very polite and helpful!

We’ve visited kfc kngswood a couple of times this month,found the restaurant very clean and tidy,no problems with my orders and food delicious as always,found the staff to be very friendly and helpful

Over the last 7 visits they have managed to get my order right once. Nearly every time I get home to find there are items missing which I have paid for. It’s a joke. There needs to be a shake up starting with the manager. Sack them all and start fresh. I wouldn’t recommend this kfc.

I have visited this KFC numerous times over the years as it is the nearest one to me, however the staff seem to get worse on every visit. They are so slow and rude, they just act as if they don't actually want to be there and that serving you is putting them out. The food has always been alright, the chips are a let down but the chicken is usually good.

Has to be the worst KFC in England, the orders are constantly wrong and the food can be hit and miss. The batter on the hot wings is terrible compared to other branches so not sure what they’re doing wrong here. Same goes for the gravy, only one has it been good, most of the time it’s like pale brown wallpaper paste. The shop floor is always dirty as there never seems to be anyone cleaning it.

Bought a fillet tower meal, served in mouldy bread, will never go there again. Took it back and they would only refund the price of one burger and not for the meal, no apology or any other gesture of good will for having to return it.

Refuse to go in this place so decided to go in the drive through. Different experience this time. Fresh food and friendly staff. Not too long to wait even though they were very busy.

Got 3 meals from here,they got 2 of them completely wrong,the place inside is dirty with full bins that need emptying,a member of staff sat outside smoking in work clothes,rang to complain heard a girl say i am not the manager i am not trained up to be one,so they didnt even have a manager on site.I asked for a managers name and they told me they could not give me a managers name to complain to,the place is an absolute disgrace.

Visited for a quick tea on our way home from relatives. Slow service in the restaurant, they forgot the ketchup that we’d asked for. The burgers were piping hot, but the fries were cold and tasted like the fat needed changing. It was our first visit with our daughter and we won’t be visiting this branch in a hurry.

Visited today, but won’t be back. We went up to the menu, but couldn’t read it because the speaker column was in the way, as soon as we moved forward to see it, we were asked what we wanted, we hadnt even had a chance to see the menu! Then what we ordered was different from what we got because the girl miss heard us. When we got to the window, the poor girl was shivering she was so cold, so no wonder she miss heard. Haven’t these places heard of a fleece!

We had the bucket of chicken which we have had many times from outlets in the United Arab Emirates, which honestly is good but OMG the chicken we got was swimming in wet cooking oil, I mean swimming, it was just not nice. The smell was of used cooking oil and the taste - well I leave that up to your imagination.

What is wrong with this place. After last time, said I wouldn’t go back. Took my granddaughter to the cinema and she wanted KFC after the show finished. Against my better judgement, we went through the drive through to avoid the main eating area.( which is usually dirty) We sat in the parking lot. First the coke was off. How the hell does that happen. It tasted like water with a bit of fizz. Got chips which we didn’t order but got charged for, then didn’t get the gravy I paid for. The chips were not nice. Shoot me if I go again. Seriously this is not good. How can they get it so wrong.

Got a 14 piece bucket tonight . 1 small breast , like a pigeon !! 13 pieces grey and inedible . Sorry but they were disgusting . I love chicken but I wouldn't give this to my dog .Terrible !!!!!

Well, we went around 19:00 on the evening, so not very busy. We got into the restaurant and there was 2 people in front of us, with one of them already been served. From walking into the restaurant it took 17 minutes to get served (not receive food, just order and pay). Which i think is ridiculous! There was one poor lady on the front counter who was doing everything, granted she was not very fast but she was trying. The part which I thought was ridiculous, was that there was no one sitting in the restaurant, however while queuing one member of staff went and cleaned the restaurant, before eventually helping on the front counter packing for the server. I get that if the restaurant was busy that tables would need clearing, but doing it when there is no one sitting down... and queues on the front.... surely you help the customer before doing a random non-job. Food was tasty, but having around a 25 minute wait from entering to getting food in a 'fast food' I could have gone and ordered a proper meal in a proper restaurant and been waiting the same amount of time!

After the recent delivery issues still affecting some outlets, it was nice to visit and have the full menu available. Added to this, got a discount as my son used his KFC card. Served fresh, the chicken was good, chips were not as good as they could have been, but it is always about the chicken. Opted for a coffee rather than a cold drink and this was very good. Not as busy as it could of been but that meant more choice of seating for us!

Well, to start I don’t know why we even give this place a chance anymore as it manages to ruin something on any visit.

Visited 4 times in the last 6 weeks and they never have krushems, burritos or corn. And on one occasion they didn't even have any burger buns. What an absolute embarrsent. Complained to the head office and they don't seem to give a s**t either. The staff look like they'd rather be at home on the dole. The tables are never clean. Toilets smell and are dirty. Should be shut down.

Despite being busy and understaffed, the staff were all polite and did their best to satisfy customers. Some bald man was causing a load of grief for seemingly little reason which was embarrassing for him because he got really upset and acted like a tragedy about it. I think people need to understand that the staff are doing their best and its not their fault that its understaffed and busy. Overall though i think the management handled it well and stood her ground. The chicken was also the pengest munch

I keep getting fooled into going back here thinking it may have changed but it never does. Orders wrong and don't get me started on the amount of grease that comes out of this stuff. Suppose to be crispy chicken, I throw more skin away than I eat.

Popped in 20th December late afternoon the restaurant was very chilly I think outside was slightly warmer it was clean and quick turn round but please turn the ac off and heaters on.

I go regularly as a Local, it's lit - go there. Also, to be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand Rick and Morty

Was not pleased with the over long wait to be served and get my food and drinks (I was only one in que) The chicken was very greasy never had it that bad before. Chips were cold and tea was barley warm. My first visit here and my last.

This has to be the worst fast food place we have ever visited. There is absolutely nothing good to say. Toilets dirty, staff slow and disinterested, food discussing with, I suspect the fries having been heated up several times. Please do yourself a favour and go to McDonald's instead

Tenía unos mal con esta experiencias KFC, pero pensé que le daría una oportunidad. Fuimos a lo largo de fiesta y pedimos la cuchara, ya que tiene una mezcla de cosas. . Y la agencia. precioso que sirve para conseguir nuestra dirigido inicialmente, pero acompañantes...

Miembro del personal no parece recibir pedidos justo, restaurante sucia, comida en todo el piso, señoras wc sucia, sólo un inodoro con papel higiénico, caballeros inodoros urinarios desbordaban. Contenedores en restaurante completo y más fluida. Claramente tienen las señales pero no siga con ellos. Fuimos...

Así, los problemas que me encontré al otro lado bajó a 4 puntos;

Sucio restaurante de comida rápida. Sé que no está pensado para ser un 5 estrellas, o un gastro pub, pero aunque sólo era un restaurante de comida rápida, fue extremadamente desordenado, sucio y desorganizado.

Visited this restaurant tonight after being at the cinema it was busy there was only 2 members of staff on till took ages to get served where was the manager why was they not getting any help? My fries were luke warm and wasn't impressed with my burger didn't finish my meal it was disgusting didn't enjoy it what a waste of money. Then when sat on the dining area eating my friend noticed the women who was cleaning on the dining area was pouring left over drinks back into the bottle of Pepsi that was left on the table and took it into the back I think that is disgusting I hope she doesn't re sell it anything could of been in them drinks. Will not be going back there ever again first and last visit.

This review is for the Kingswood Branch Only...Sometimes I use the Drive-Thru... otherwise I go inside to take out .... but I always find visiting here 50/50 experience due to part of my order missing on more than one occasion. But by the time you get home you don't fancy going back !!!On other occasions I have found that if I am dining in, the tables,chairs and floor are dirty.... I really don't expect this for anyone especially when due to my family spending in excess of £25 - £40... PER VISIT... !!!!

So I go to kfc at 8:30 pm on a Thursday night and it's quite busy as the very popular cinema opposite is chucking out. I wait to be served by a young girl who looks at 10 and I eventually get served and have to repeat a simple order twice I put my card in the machine and she walks off to hug a young lad behind the counter wtf?. I'm like sorry am I in the way then he helps himself to a coke from the machine obviously staff that had finished . I counted 8 staff and only one doing anything .It was like a youth club kids just messing about its a business isn't it ? Any I am them served by a trainee lad who throws all the order on a tray and for the third time I have to tell them it was take out . And yet again the whole order was stone cold as always and looks as though it was thrown together . Whosever franchise this is I hope you read this you will give somebody food poisoning soon sort it out

Clean, tasty and filling. Sat in the cinema now waiting for my coffee to get to a drinkable temperature. Girls on the counter maybe having a sad day cos they seemed a tad miserable as sin.

Served by a staff memeber that had dirty muddy finger nails. I decided to get a refund half way through service. kFc sort it out. #urghhh

Visit this establishment all the time. I've never had a bad meal from there and they've only ever gotten my order wrong once (when they were training a young girl, which is understandable having worked in the industry for a few years).I had one bad experience due to a customer trying to start a fight with me because he was convinced that he should order before me, despite me coming in 5 minutes before him and seeing him physically stand outside smoking while I was in the queue. Not the staffs fault at all though and they were respectful of my situation. I just let him go before me as it's bit worth wasting air on people like that.

I used to visit this place at least once a week until recently I decided enough was enough after taking my fries back for a third time in as many weeks.I can only describe the portion of fries as small to say the very least, I asked the girl serving, if this was really a portion of fries, she looked at me everything as if I had descended from another planet! I can only assume that the staff are trained to give out very small portions of fries as they have one member specifically assigned to the that role.Given the vast profits that KFC make, I feel that there is absolutely no reason to give out such small portions of fries, I have not returned since.

Whilst out having a relaxing Xmas eve afternoon with our Granddaughter's they decided they would like a KFC for lunch, having not had a KFC for quite awhile we thought why not. In hind sight it was the worst decision of the day. The staff were more interested in what each other would be doing later in the day/evening and when we eventually received our food it was a poor example of what a KFC should be, the food was generally cold and the coating on the chicken was not crispy but soggy. This is the second time we have experienced poor service and quality from this outlet, there definitely will not be a third.

We have always loved the occasional KFC and so as we hadn't been for a couple of months, we decided to call at Kinsgwood (Hull) last Friday evening as I was late finishing work, and sad to say, we wont be returning to this branch in a hurry. My wife ordered a chicken burger and chips which were both cold. She took it back and was given a replacement, which was also cold. I ordered the 3 piece meal, the chicken was overcooked and dry and chips also cold. We called over one of the assistants who said the manager had told her she couldn't refund any of our meals because we had already eaten part of them!! (My wife had eaten about 4 chips and I had only eaten 1 small wing of the 3 pieces of chicken). So, I asked to see the manager, and to be fair, after explaining, she refunded our meals. I am not normally one to complain, but on this occasion I refused to waste £13 on what I thought was a pile of rubbish! I will probably return to KFC at some point, but sadly not to this particular branch.

I often go to this KFC for lunch. I regret it every time. The service is terrible. Staff do not know how to deal with people. :(

We ordered three meals which all came out individually, our chicken burger came out and was slimy and the chicken was yellow, the chips were overcooked, but cold. The customer service was poor from our server but one of the other members of staff that dealt with our complaint was lovely and gave us a full refund. Overall it was a terrible experience.

The staff were unfriendly and mono syllabic. Our order was just piled on to a dirty tray, so much so that we didn't notice that an entire meal was missing off our tray until we sat down. When we went back to point out the error there was no apology, and it was begrudgingly given to us. The food was bland and tepid. I think a good advert for this restaurant was the member of staff in uniform walking in with a bag of food from McDonalds!!!!!!

We've gone to this kfc, Hull Kingswood,from time to time over the years so hears a couple of tips.1.Never use the drive through, you will have to leave your car anyway to correct your order cos it WILL be wrong. 2.If you go in and order make sure you check your order before you leave your place in the queue, cos you don't want to have to push in to get the stuff you ordered. 3.Read what should be in your order on the screen above the servers cos you will have to tell the server what your supposed to get in you family bucket. Last but not least , don't go to another kfc (Penrith)and expect a better experience.Come on kfc you've got a great product but you seem to staff your outlets with young inexperienced (cheap?)staff. There's never any management around to help them do a better job ,customer service doesn't come natural to everyone. But I would at least expect the basic pleasantries , do these people have to pass an interview? All I can say is its a good job people love your secret coating kfc.

Have been here a few times, each time was hard to find a decently clean table. Chairs and floor filthy too. To be fair it was busy when we arrived, but then there was a lull and a girl made an attempt at cleaning, but that was just a quick wipe of the tables. The floor and chairs were not touched. The chicken was very over cooked and the chips were cold. (In the lull there were 20 or so bags of chips just sat there under a warmer. They were there for ages!) Will not be eating again at KFC anytime soon. It used to be a treat. What has happened?

Service was poor - bad attitude from staff at the drive through. Was asked to park up - wired over 20 minutes before eventually going in! Got home and half the order was missing so had to go back to get ice creams and drinks! No genuine apologies from staff and no offer or any refunds or freebies which to be honest I was glad because food was cold and generally very poor visit.

My son and I came here as we had vern shopping at the Kingswood retail park and were hungry. Since having a make over recently, we were keen to try it out. The menu hadn't changed much and while the feel of the place felt fresher, poor housekeeping still meant tables were not cleared and wiped down after customers left. And it was not even busy. The new thinner chips were okay but it is the chicken you come for. This was good, fresh and piping hot. Not bad for a mid week treat!

Called at my local KFC Kingswood Hull. Quick service typical KFC fayre usually go for mega meal for one at £5.99 covers all the bases with fillet of chicken wings and thigh with chips and a drink.

Visited Saturday afternoon, 1 girl serving she wasn't particularly happy, only 5 families in the restaurant so you would think the tables would be clean but not many weekend the food bin was full , I asked for a meal with chicken breast off the bone that order was wrong, ice cream and milkshake machines were not working 2 on the same day ! A hot day to top it all, toilet not that clean, my posts are almost all positive ones usually but sorry to say this one is not, for the money there are much nicer places to eat than this in Hull , on a positive note the food was nice . I won't be returning.

I absolutely love CHICKEN. I love KFC and I love being able to sit down in peace and eat chicken, in KFC. I came here with my boyfriend not so long ago. Probably around 6pm. Queue to the door, waited. It went down soon enough and we ordered our food but I cannot stress enough how much of an absolute tip the dining area was. People were moving other peoples rubbish onto different tables so they could sit down with a clean table. I'm assuming that with the state of the dining area, there should have been a team-member sorting it out. Nobody was sorting it out. I couldn't help but notice that there were around 4 employees in the back looking like they were doing nothing and a woman - I'm assuming was the manager - wasn't exactly asking her staff to clean and make the dining area appropriate for her customers to eat. We waited for our food for about 10 minutes and we sat down after cleaning the table our selves with napkins. Not long after, a team-member came out and cleaned a part of the dining area and went back onto her till. There were napkins, straws and trays still scattered around. It's not exactly the hardest job to just clean the tables down and put rubbish in the bin and I always clean up after myself but the rubbish that those arrogant customers had left wasn't going to clean itself so it's up to the staff to sort it out.Apart from the tidiness of the dining area, food was glorious. Cannot fault it.I will be back, but I will most likely go through the drive-thru instead of sitting in. Don't want to sit in a pig sty.

THEY HAVE CHICKEN POPS what taste so delicious that they have a challenge every week, who can eat a double cheese burger wins all there meal for free . the chicken pops are very spicy so spicy that it feels like a chilly hot pepper going down your throat. With the kids meal it cost two pounds with a milkshake what you choose. the double cheese burger has raw beef inside and it looks horrifying.

Let me start by saying I really like KFC. However this is the worst KFC I have ever visited.Nearly every Sunday, due to time pressures we get a KFC family type thing, and this is the nearest to my house.They seldom get the order correct, and often neglect to include dips, salt, straws and sometimes fries.The restaurant area is messy and underattended. This week I had to argue over payment with the manager and also waited 15 minutes for a missing drink (having been told to park up, and they'd not even noted my car registration number).I

I went through drive through at around 10 oclock last Thursday and my food came extremely quickly. It was piping hot, nearly burnt my lips;) didn't stop want me seconds. I ordered a zinger stacker burger with fries and the burger was made well, because the others zinger stacker burgers I have had from other KFC's have fallen apart.

Visited a few weeks ago, and have to say was the worst kfc I have ever had... Went through the drive through and were sat there waiting at the window for 5 minutes before any of the staff members came to the window to greet us.. When they finally did we paid and then had to wait a further 5 minutes for our food. As we parked up to eat our order we found out all our food was stone cold as we went back to complain about this we was rudely spoken to by a rude member of staff who simply told us that she couldn't cook it fresh because they were coming in 20 minutesThe most disgusting kfc I have ever been too, what an absolute disgrace

This is an absolutely poor resteraunt, the staff are chavs and need to sort their personal hygiene out as well as there manners on the intercom thing. Also... I ordered a boneless banquet with a side order of gravy and they gave me beans!! On what earth does gravy sound like beans. They didn't give us any forks so we could dunk our popcorn chicken in the gravy. No serviettes was put in the bag either so we couldn't wipe our greasy chops after!! Absolute horrible resteraunt... Amy from KFC at Mount Pleasant will be dissopointed in the lack of commitment the staff at KFC kingswood put in.

Took my son here the other day. Really grubby (the restaurant, not my son). Food & rubbish on tables and floor. Lengthy wait for food with some people leaving rather than endure the wait, which is what I did last time I came here. Staff inattentive and more interested in sorting their breaks and gossiping and laughing in the back than in serving the long queue. When we were served the MOS brought our food to the counter before having a chat with her colleague about some pound coins and then going to get our drinks. Result? Stone cold KFC. I would have complained but the queue was too long, perhaps that's their strategy? Looking at all the complaints and poor ratings on this site you'd think senior management would be taking some action about this place which isn't typical of other KFCs I've been to. Come on KFC Kingswood get your act together!

First night out since Christmas thought we would try kfc. Never again went through drive in difficult to read menu asked if we'd done so went for bargain bucket. When asked at till if came with drink told no and would have to drive round to reorder. Chicken dry chips inedable cold. Walked back to change chips for fresh ones at least they were hot. Will stick with mc Donalds !

Visited at 7pm tonight after cinema and as soon as I opened the door, was amazed and disgusted by what I saw. There were different drinks spilt on the floor which was impossible to walk over. Only three tables occupied and every table dirty with drinks dripping down. More puddles. So much rubbish on the floor..Never been anywhere like this in my life. The pictures do not do it justice, couldn't take many as it was filling up with people. Gave it 2 stars for the food even though had to go back twice as order had things missing.

15 minutes wait as they had no chips.Moved to the car park as they have a 2 minute timerCarpark busy and staff could not find the cars.After all that the order is wrong and colonel points £5 taken off instead of the £5 offerStaff have no manners

We saw that this outlet had reopened after being refurbished and thought we would give it a go. The restaurant was bright and clean but while the seating had changed, the lay out hadn't. The food was fresh and hot and for the price good. Just wish that the staff had asked if I had a colonel club card before asking for payment. They could not add the points while I was there and had to do this online later.....suggested that they ask for it as part of the ordering but not sure if this was taken on board. Hope they will! But this won't put me off.
