delivery was 3 HOURS LATE the staff were extremely unhelpful never ordering from them again

Well. My food never got delivered. Ordered around 5 ish and waited for over an hour. I ended up calling McDonald’s and was told that drivers have been taking orders and keeping them for themself and there was nothing they could do. Hoping I get my refund from just eat as I have requested to do so. Not ordering to be delivered again.

Cold, squashed food. Total waste of £55

The food is always rubbish when getting through this app, every time you order Chicken Nuggets.. it asks you what sauces and EVERY TIME .. they dont send any!

Ordered a breakfast roll & bacon flatbread, bacon in the roll was so undercooked it was inedible, flatbread was so overcooked I almost broke a tooth, wasn’t even greeted at the second window which was manned by a manager, poor service, worse food, couldn’t care less

If you're going to charge for sauces, you could atleast send them!

I ordered at 9pm and my order never arrived and I waited until after midnight , when I woke up this morning the order was left on my doorstep . This is un acceptable and I would like a full refund .

Food was freezing and really hard

Drink spilt, food looked like it had been sat on or something heavy placed on top of it. No sauces that I had paid for. Always the same at this place. It’s not difficult to get a very simple order correct. Not the first time items have been missing either.

typical macdonalds taking too many orders and not providing even remotely warm food. chips stone cold, burgers room temperature, old thing correct was the cold drinks.

Not a good day for Mac D's, one of my burgers was cold, they forgot a couple of items on my order and the drive throw was just rammed as they kept parking people up, come on you do do way better.

food order wrong again I ordered a big mac with lettuce and big mac sauce and got a double cheese burger with onions and gurkins I'm allergic to onions. couldn't eat one again

Don’t waste your time ordering from here doesn’t turn up ever, and if your lucky enough that it does they will have got something wrong

It was over a hour later than the time given to me therefore by the time the food arrived it was freezing cold and the ice cream was completely melted

Had technical problems with payment order it duplicated charging me twice, no refund as both just eat and macdonalds are not taking accountability for one simple refund! I now have to contact my bank for it, never using this again

To be honest, it should be 5 stars. However, I ordered 5 chicken selects and small fries. I actually got a bbq ranch burger, large fries, and a 20 nugget box. It was drive through so didnt realise to drove off. Thank you Hull Kingswood for messing up my order again. You could forgive a mistake but they never get it right.

the food was cold when it arrived and most things was squished. the mcflurry had gone all over the bag and the milkshake had spilled. half of my order was missing so only 3 of us actually got our food while the other 4 had no food at all

Great service from the delivery man but order was missing 2 out of the 4 items ordered. McDonalds really need to sort out their lacklustre service and if items are out of stock amend their website to reflect that!

On time there time it is coming from less than 2 miles away yet took nearly an hour to get it ! It’s McDonald’s so called fast service and when it did arrive it was freezing

drive was very polite received all the items I ordered for once it was on the cold side though due to delivery being pushed back a few times was ment to be here 5.45 received it a 6.22 other then that not to bad I suppose

I've ordered delivery about 2 hours ago and kept getting time changes, so of course tried calling to see what's up nothing. Ended up calling 6 times and it kept telling me the line is either too busy which it wasn't at 7pm to 9pm and also it told me the line was already taken even tho there's been 6 calls and no answer at this point 30 quid down the drain just because they can't have drivers pick up any orders then WHAT'S THE POINT OF DELIVERY IF YOU DONT HAVE ANY DRIVERS AT ALL. Please don't order from McDonalds at all as they can't take calls or have any drivers to do any deliveries just had enough of this
