Given the wrong order. And the order we received was from the previous day and as if it had been left in a freezer. Not happy. Dodgy order and a trip to dentist now from a frozen burger. Cheers !

Asked driver to call when close to address as Its tricky to find sometimes, which he did. He then got out of his car (at 1:30am) and ignored all of my directions. He wandered aimlessly around bransholme for 20 minutes so by the time my food arrived it was freezing cold. Total waste of £25 🙄

The food when it finally arrived over an hour was absolutely stone cold,wasnt happy whatsover

food was all FREEZING delivery kept changing times. i will not be ordering again fast food shouldn’t come late and cold:)

order not received. driver has obviously given to someoe else without code and this has left us with no food. only thing i could do was leave review and report non delivery which gets a reply withing a few days. terrible service and need refund asap

Every time I looked at the tab wiv info & time of delivery it always said 30mins+ the 1st time ws over half an hour later so I thought it had just froze so I closed it & opened a new 1 tht now said 32mins & wasnt evn making it yet (for 2 hrs it kept)

Convenience hot food and beverages. Won’t blow you away but gets the job done.

Ordered around 8 didn’t come till 9, all food was cold and had to be thrown away, looked on the label to see when it was cooked, label said 8.07 and didn’t get delivered till 9, no wonder everything was cold.

I am not happy with the order all the drinks was spilt all over I won't a refund

didn't receive order said delivered but wasn't delivered to us so must of been delivered to someone else isn't this why you ask for a code so this doesn't happen?

My Order was done at 20.18 at 21.32 I contacted McDonald’s to be told it was sent out 30 minutes ago then I received my meal at 22.20 over two hours later when checking the app the maps showed the driver coming from a differed end when driver came to my door he was pleading me not to put in a complaint as he has kids and it’s his job the food is very cold

Driver appeared to collect food, then go to petrol station on his way with delivery so food was stone cold on arrival

I emailed to cancel order it was almost. 2 hours late delivered and he refused to take it back, i have 2 foster children that were hungry

i ordered 2 double sausage and egg mcmuffins no cheese or egg on both but they havent put any butter on it so its really dry and horrible

Honestly, just really terrible. You don’t expect fine dining cuisine, however what do you expect is hot food, with the correct accompaniments. All ingredients missing that makes the ‘Philly cheese’ a ‘Philly cheese’ and not a double cheeseburger, I’m assuming they had ran out, hence why they threw in 11 pickles?! Food was nearly an hour late, clearly waiting for collection as was stone cold, it all went in the bin.

Ordered the stomzy meal twice now and both occasions the limited edition stickers that we ask for haven’t arrived that was one of the reasons my daughter ordered the meal

Errrr i dont kno what to say!! Coffee is sapposed to come in a cup, not in the bag!! So ended up with a mouthful of coffee!! And me wrap was cold!!!

Ordered a few times as its closest to us. Always late. Always luke warm. Always 'forget' to add sauces, even when you leave a note about it. Surely there's a way to boost your profits without leaving people disappointed and underwhelmed? recommend ordering from another location.

Only order 2items . Info said order being prepared/driver at restaurant for over 35minutes. Nuggets and burger stonecold . Nuggets box was very damp and misshapen, the batter was soft and chewy and tasted very unpleasent.Unedible. Burger cold/solid

Delivery spot on. Chip portion was shocking, obviously nothing to do with you poor from McDonald’s as usual.
