you guys forget the sauces every single time and it's so annoying!!!!

Ordered a sweet chilli crispy wrap without mayo, cucumber or mayo and received a BBQ chicken and bacon with mayo and salad which I can't eat. Very disappointed as now don't have a meal to eat

The order should have included 9 free chicken nuggets ( on the receipt ) a tub of bbq sauce and a tub of curry sauce ! We didnt receive any of these ! And the food was cold !

Ordered at 16.10 said preping orderand driver at restaurant 16.15. Called restaurant at16.45 was told order would be given immediately to driver. Arrived at 1700 nuggets stone cold soft and chewy. Burger completely cold as well.

Waited an hour for food to be delivered freezing cold

The food never arrived despite me waiting an hour and then tracking it via the app, then suddenly labelled as delivered despite no cyclist or car coming into my street. I hope the drivers get reprimanded for stuff like this

Ordered pancakes with sausage and syrup, no syrup in order, no cutlery and good was left outside of my front door i had no idea it was there because the person delivering didnt knock.

Food is stone cold milkshake has melted we tracked the driver and he left the restaurant around 30 mins Ledford getting to us he went to Beverley road we are east hull, he shouldn’t accept orders so far away from each other or to many orders!! We couldn’t warm it up as it has mayo on it!!! I’ve had to go out for more hot food!!’ Just eat please sort this out it’s becoming a regular thing I would like a refund please

It's my go to McDonald's. Due to its popularity the food is cooked fresh. Been a long time since I've had cold fries from there

Shame about the missing coffee, delivery driver was nice and informed of the broken coffee machine.

The delivery driver was mote focused on the delivery time than what was delivered. I'm missing my mcflurry and the driver put it on my door step instead of handing it to me. Food is great as always.

Went to McDonald's, ennerdale to get a drink and some mcflurrys. They took my order and sat in the queue for about 20 minutes and moving slowly, to then eventually getting to the till point and then being told they mcflurry machine isnt working!! They should have notified us of this when ordering or at least come out to the car to let us know. And the member of staff wasn't even bothered. Highly annoyed.

A pleasant visit this morning, clean restaurant and friendly staff, my food was hot and tasty. Receipt did not print but the issue was quickly resolved

Appalling. Staying over the road, Uber delivery didn’t show up. Went over to find out what’s happening. Totally disinterested manager. Not his problem apparently. Organised a refund, reordered and stood waiting for 20 minutes. No food. Complained only to have disinterested manager issue a refund, bin the food and refuse to serve us. Absolutely disgraceful.

It was late, so we went through the drive thru. The wait to order was 20 min and another 20 min to get to the window. They passed me a burger and 20 min later come back to the window to say they don't have mc flurry. I asked why they had taken the order when they did not have any, I just got don't know as a reply... I ordered 2 milk shakes as a replacement for 2 mc flurry, and then 20 min later, I still did not have anything. With people beeping behind me and all getting annoyed and getting out of their cars, I saw a member of staff do a mc flurry for someone else, which annoyed me greatly. After another 10 min I got 2 regular milk shakes and drove off annoyed.

Driver couldn’t follow the instructions I left to find the house, as a result the food was cold and inedible.

Used to be best McDonald's in Hull, but now it is the worst! The restaurant was closed, so it was so messy to get order collected and had to wait 15 minutes for it. Double quarter pounder was dry and not salty and fries were pale and not salted as well.

My delivaey went to the wrong street and address for the 10th time in which I've had to stand outside and shoot to the driver that they are in the wrong street and give the the directions so for the 10th time I'm warming my meals back up as there cold by the time the drivers finds the right street,I'm not exaggerating things this is the 10th time and most my orders are never complete,very disappointed whit this service the child's meal is always wrong too

Good turns up cold, not the delivery guys fault that should be stressed. They prioritise drive through over online orders then your food just sits for ages going cold. It’s not exactly cheap either. Won’t be using again.

I got two wraps and I stated no chilli or tomato in any Wrap as my children are allergic when I got home there was chilli in both wraps my two children reacted and we are awaiting medical attention to them both.
