How long will it take you to deliver my order?

very late never ordering again

Amazing food was with me less then an hour !

food arrived at 9.30pm, it was ordered at around 7.40. 8.40 I was told it had left the shop, when it arrived all of the packaging was damaged, the food was cold and I was missing my large chips. tried ringing the shop from 9.10pm and got no answer whatsoever after 4/5 tries.

We ordered Mexican loaded fries which we was really looking forward to. It is supposed to have chicken pieces in it but you needed a magnifying glass to find them. It was just very dry chips and cheese with a few jalapeños. For the price it wasn't worth it and I won't be going there again.

Called 4 times, no answer. Order is currently 30 mins late with no idea of when it will arrive. Marked order as late on Just Eat with a message stating that we will hear from the restaurant in 5 mins, no contact. Not the first time this has happened. Food ordered at 9:10, still no sign of food at 10:55.

food was good, some was still warm but the meal was about 50 minutes late.

I would like a whole refund the food was absolutely awful, freezing cold none of it was edible. The shop doesn’t answer their shop number we was waiting over 1hr 30mins.

don't always like chicken from takeaway but I do like it from this Chicken George always cooked properly and always tasty i would definitely recommend the burgers.Staff delivery drivers are nice to. really reasonable priced to.

I had work and didn’t have time to eat it. It said the delivery would get here for 2:45 which would have given me plenty of time. Not happy

Saying they have delivered it and it hasn’t even been delivered

Chicken wrap chicken was pink and not cooked!!!

I ordered chicken fillets X3 and got X4 strip the two chicken on bone not the best either. Very dissatisfied

the chips were soggy the chicken was refried.and the food was not very hot . maybe I ordered to early .be a while before I order again 😕.

Order from chicken George all the time and 9/10 is great, tonight it was awful, dry chicken, lettuce tasted like cabbage, too much mayo, and it was not hot due to it being late.

Order was late and recieved frozen cheesecake

As always beautiful chicken and fries crispy and spicy, perfect. Also sent double dips as added note to remind them to add as forgot last time so was surprised together double dips not many places would do thank you. Regular friendly driver always delivered with a smile not like some drivers elsewhere. Thank you

Absolutely disgusting! Gave me raw chicken in my burger, I’m heavily pregnant and this could have poisoned me if I’d eaten it. The guy on the phone was unbelievably rude and trying to tell me I don’t know what raw chicken looks like. Wouldn’t go here if I was you, it’s foul

we received a chicken burger which was pink and chicken fillets which were also pink! had to get my money back through justeat, will never order from here again disgraceful sending food out like this all went in the bin

We know the chicken burger was changed and was kept as a hot chicken roll getting rid of the plain burger but we've have always enjoyed it, but this is the spiciest we have ever had it and my family could not eat this as was too spicy it made it not nice to eat. I also didn't expect my bbw chicken wrap to be the same spicy chicken, we have always loved chicken george but this has put us off for now as wasted £30 for it all to go in the bin.

Delivery was late 1 hour. But we get free ice cream and apologise from CG. Burger was amazing in taste. Chips and wrap very tasty like always.

phenomenal food but they need to review the delivery time....already put an hour delivery but it's always longer....as said chicken is best I've tasted but nearly 70 mins delivery is frustrating

no chicken burger to be seen and mexican fries left open on side leaving it to fall to bottom of bag. so not even half a portion of mexican fries unless wanting to eat the ones stuck to bottom of the paper bag 🤔

Always late cause always busy as if no other takeaway gets busy I ordered a chicken fillet, so did my mate, only got one box. Ordering KFC now because my food basically didn't arrive. All that time to wait and didn't even get a chicken fillet what a joke never ordering again.

After scoured Just Eat for something nice, I decided upon Chicken George. After placing the order, I checked how long it would be and it said 60-90 mins. I rang up the outlet and asked if it would be as long as that, ready to cancel the order. They said that they would try to push it out straight away. I thanked him and waited for the food. it took 70 mins to arrive! the order was wrong! part of it was chicken wings but I received chicken nuggets. not at all happy!!!

Ordered online, payment taken but order was declined. Nice girl rang re ordered to pay cash at 8pm, informed at 9.15 (after ringing) that it hasnt even left the shop! nice food shocking delivery!

the gourmet burger is lovely and highly recommend it to anyone cheesy chips nice and hot and u have half melted and half non melted cheese which is good

100% better chicken than KFC and high quality Mozzarella sticks. My girl loves the milkshakes, made on-site and you can tell ;)

Food is really nice, but delivery was past the expected just eat time. Took around an hour & 40 minutes meaning it didn’t arrive till nearly 11pm. Rang the shop to see where it was and the lady on the phone laughed when I asked where the food was.

Nice place to get chicken, chips and a number of other sides in Hull. Service was fast and the food was delicious. However, they only take cash but not to worry, there is an ATM just outside the establishment's parking lot. Definitely a place to get a quick bite. No seat placing for dining in. Just a long bench on the sides which I suppose, is for sitting while waiting for one's order. Still a worthwhile experience.

Chicken was cooked well, never too greasy. Chips are consistent every time. Fast delivery. Spot on.

Usually order a lot, it says my food has arrived when it hasn’t, soon as it reaches the time they’ve given’ delivery time is just a joke now it doesn’t matter what day we order we are always waiting to hour and half for delivery sometimes longer and all you get is ‘sorry’

The food was a bit late but I ordered a hour and 20 mins prior so expected it with 45 mins to 1 hour tops .My son has missed his tea due to having to go to his training due to it been late .
