Absoulety filthy, slow service, no staff around, no one cleaning the restaurant. Waited 20 mins for food, it’s supposed to be “fast food”

2nd time in a month that I have used this drive thru. First time we couldn't order for about 30mins then when did order had to wait a further 15mins for food. Last night we went back. After a shortish wait to order we were placed in a queue. The guy in the car in front fell asleep it took that long. Approx 40 minutes wait is not 'fast-food'. Food was stone cold when we got it. I don't go to maccas for quality. I go for speed. This place needs better management asap. Avoid.

They are Making food without gloves on after moving bins around without washing hands so if you get food poisoning you know why

all the food was cold, the chips tasted like rubber, debated warming it up in the oven even though it was already cold and tasted awful. if I didn't have 2 hungry kids I would have just thrown the lot away

took an hour from ordering to delivery, hot food was cold and mcflurry was like a milkshake it was defrosted that much.

i had ordered this to the wrong address by mistake i then phone called macdonalds 13 times with no answer the courtier then rang me asking me to come to the back garden i explained the situation to him and he replied with where’s your address because if it’s over one mile i wont be paid for bringing it,after this he asked me to send him my address to which i did do and i still haven’t received my order nor a response from macdonalds or a refund

Seven staff on and according to them only one doing the food, 45 minutes later still waiting for my food I ordered in the store.

Every single time I order and pay for extra cheese on a filet o fish I get one full slice yet I'm charged the amount off a full slice. Once OK honest mistake but every time it adds up, chicken mayo likely a week old

Doesn’t even deserve one star. Waiting over two hours and then didn’t even receive my order even though it said delivered. Absolutely unacceptable when u have children waiting for their tea.

Food was piping hot. Really enjoyed it and first time in ages my kids have eaten all of it.

Again I ordered 2 meals for myself and my wife and for a 2nd time it has come incomplete where 1 of us doesn't eat which I find highly incompetent. Also when you try to call to make them aware they never answer the phone due to not wanting to take a complaint or admit they were wrong

Half of my order was missing. I’m missing both drinks from kids meals and all three McFlurrys. I have contacted the store and they have told me that the driver has left them behind. Please could I have my money back

How is it possible too get an order wrong twice within hours

McDonald’s never seem to get a delivery order right. Always something missing. Today it was no drinks and one of the portions of fries had almost none in it. They can get it right for drive through, so why not for delivery? Lesson learnt, no more McDonalds deliveries!

Items missing again and food was cold as delivered via bicycle

The large mango and pineapple smoothie didn’t arrive and instead a sprite was sent and had leaked all I. The bag so wasn’t any left to drink.

My order hasn’t turned up and something needs to be done, these delivery drivers need back ground checks and need to send photos of delivery and not just pictures at doors they needs to be better proof for example a picture of it inside the house when the customer has received it but instead delivery drivers are getting paid for taking other peoples food.

ordered it to one address 150 Dalwood Close, however first delivery attempt was down Inglemire Lane. Drive called to ask where I am and explained the ordered was for 150 Dalwood so he brought it here 17 minutes away from the original place he delivered.

Terrible. Used the machine to order. Would not accept payment and directed me to the counter. The counter being that nobody was there. Took ages to attract a member of staff. BAD SERVICE ALL ROUND.

No receipt available from machine, staff no access to provide receipt, had to wait as only part of the order was offered first time, then when we got home burger and chips missing, staff not interested because couldn't prove order due to no receipt avoid this place at all costs won't be returning

There needs to be a no star option for reviews. Went to the Kingswood store with my children and Grandchildren to try the newly advertised even better Mmm burger. On arrival we were greeted with a bunch of foul mouthed vaping chavs throwing food around the place, not even being challenged by any member of staff. So what is this newly advertised Mmm burger like, simple answer cold and tasteless. On leaving the place the foul mouthed vaping chavs were still there unchallenged by any member of staff, AVOID AT ALL COSTS Do not waste your time visiting this dump.

If you like the "Speedy" service McDonald's is famous for avoid this outlet. The staff all teenagers are rude, would rather talk amongst themselves then deal with customers. They drive through is always backed up food is always cold and the fries never ever seasoned, it's a frikkin disgrace to the name.

as I was ordering I was asked if I'd like a FREE apple pie I selected yes. just looking at my receipt & I have been charged for this! clearly wasn't free!!

The taste was awful. The fries bland, the burgers slapped together and half the order wasn't even delivered. There was an onion put in a wrap I asked for no onion in (luckily I'm not allergic) and everything was just slapped together and thrown in a box. Wouldn't recommend this resturaunt, I'd suggest saving your money to get one from the McDonald's across the road at asda, I'm not sure if they deliver, and I know they actually do their jobs if you're decent to them.
