The best restaurants serving American food in England

Zero customer service, completely ignored for more than 5 minutes despite 3 members of staff doing other things behind the front counter but not serving, appalling attitude so walked out in disgust! On the plus side just one star but only because previous visits have been fast n friendly. Visited 7.30pm Sunday 8th December 2024.

Como una persona discapacitada con una placa azul nunca se puede utilizar las plazas de aparcamiento para discapacitados aquí debido a los repartidores que las utilizan para recoger alimentos, por lo que las personas como yo que tienen movilidad limitada tienen que sufrir. La cuestión anterior se planteó con el personal que dijo que los repartidores tienen que estacionar en algún lugar. . . Lástima que no entiendan el código de carreteras. Este restaurante estaba bastante ocupado, pero era más como un club juvenil con solo niños sentados en móviles y vapeando... Hicimos nuestro pedido y luego esperamos unos buenos 10 minutos para la comida debido a los hashbrowns que se cocinan. TBH el hashbrown en la hamburguesa era el único artículo de comida que estaba caliente y parecía cocinado. Para el precio de la comida y el tamaño de la porción no era una buena relación calidad-precio para mí. Esta visita fue una pesadilla y cada vez que parece que la visitamos aquí nunca mejora. Es uno de los peores KFC para visitar dentro de la zona por el mal servicio al cliente - lugar sucio (mesas y contenedores rebosantes) - aparcamiento deficiente. 2/10 para esta visita y no creo que vuelva.

KFC Lakeside Doncaster. Comida bien, pero el servicio es muy lento, el personal se preocupó más por conseguir que Uber coma las entregas que realmente servir a los clientes en la tienda. Vi a un miembro del personal intentar tirar una salsa en una de las bolsas fuera para la entrega y fallar, la salsa se deslizó por el suelo, él la recogió y, pensé que iba a ponerla en el cubo, pero no lo hizo, la puso directamente en la caja encima de algunos pollo con patatas fritas! Definitivamente no volveré a visitar!

what an absolute disappointment with KFC and their customer service team!!!!! Ordered a delivery which was over half an hour late then when it arrived it was the wrong order, we contacted customer service with the evidence it was the wrong order. We put in for a refund and in the meantime one of our party had to leave without food, went to KFC to take the food back to show what had been delivered. no refund for the £62 as didn't show the food, abysmal who can afford this!!!!

KFC is a fast food which literally in the name states “fast”. Tonight’s service however wasn’t, it was slow and the staff appeared to not have a clue what they were doing. I gathered the understanding they were understaffed. However shouting from the front kiosk into the kitchen back and forth and the guy with tattoos making comments at another working stating “if i was going to shout at you,you would know about it”. Tonight’s visit to KFC has been unprofessional and interestingly slow. Their communication needs to be better and the staff need to learn how to coordinate in a manner that doesn’t put off customers. Foods nice tho :)

It’s great if you love incomplete food. Went to get a family bucket. Got home no chips at all!! One less piece of chicken than advertised - we had 5 not 6. Tried to call but phone ‘busy’ either disconnected or everyone else phoning to complain about the lack of food. Too far to come back and face the drama of parking to get some cold chips. Not happy - but seeing why it’s 2 stars! Had chicken from a local kebab which was just as tasty , cheaper and had all the items promised. Really sad - this used to be a great place. One to avoid now I think ( along with a lot of other people by the looks of it )

Absolutely awful service, staff not trained properly, need to be retrained. Management just as bad. Incorrect order. Couldn't get order right twice. Simple order a mega box. No apology. Disgusting.

Ordered a twister,,came with cold chips,two tiny pieces of chicken, and some sort of goo pretending to be salad !!!!,, basically disgusting!!!!!!!. Just avoid this place, it is just a total waste of money,,,,,oh ps look out for the rats running around the front of the building,, there the most entertaining thing about the place. !!!

Absolutely disgraceful service from EMILY who told me and my baby to go elsewhere when I asked how long my order would take after sitting at the Drivethrough for over 20 minutes with no explanation. When I suggested I would make a complaint she happily told me it would only go through to her anyway. I am customer facing in my job and if I spoke to my clients like that I would no longer be employed. Maybe this restaurant should be more selective when hiring a representative of the business. Instead of rude, childish, bad mannered children with no social skills whatsoever. I won’t be leaving it there. Where has the customer service gone in this country??? A simple apology and explanation was literally all I needed and I would have been happy to wait a little longer.

Use to be a very very good KFC but the last month or two is has absolutely gone off the rails. The stuff behind the counter who serve the food are so so rude it’s unbelievable ( it’s always the same 2 ) they are always screaming and shouting just throws the food in your bag with no care what so ever and if you eat in it’s the same just chucks it on the tray. They can’t even be bothered to say thank you or even say hello or anything down them lines. The food it self is okay it’s just the same 2 members of stuff who are behind the counter and it’s always the same 2 behind there! Terrible service

We visited yesterday it was quite quiet but the whole place was in a dirty mess. Pepsi spilt all over the floor, food everywhere, tables filthy and bins over flowing. One of the workers went on a break stepped over all the spilt drink and sat down at table without notifying anyone. No cleaner in sight. Dread to think what the toilets are like. Really going downhill. Also there is nowhere on the order screen to ask for extra Mayo

Absolutely appalling, only one pay screen working and no one on the till. After eating a piece of chicken with the skin I took it off the second piece and the chicken was almost red. My brother had to throw 2 pieces of his away. So out of 6 pieces of chicken 3 were eaten so we will possibly be ill later. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Worst place ever! Staff service terrible whilst ordering through drive through they had no manners we were then asked to park up and Waited 20 minutes on the car park for them to bring it us went inside to see where it was and they hadn’t even processed the order the staff where incredibly rude and it is not worth your time!

I Waited well over twenty five minutes to be to be served and was completely ignored by the supervisor. Was I invisible? ?

Got a bargain bucket last Monday 15th April at 5.30 p.m we have had a many over the years but this was the first time for a while, not what we expected. Where was the spicy crisy crumb coating? It was more like soggy batter!!!!! Both my wife and I have been ill for amost a week with upset stomach and nausea which came on within a few hours after eating . Certainly have no plans to come back.
