The best restaurants serving American food in England

Le poulet était vraiment mauvais et gluant, le sol du restaurant collait, les tables sont sales, le restaurant est très sombre sans lumière et l'odeur dans la salle de réception n'en parlons même pas. En plus les toilettes sont payantes même si l'on a consommé, du grand n'importe quoi

Got a takeaway via delivery service. As usual there were items missing. We never seem to get our whole order. Had a 10 piece bucket, which consisted of 8 legs and 2 thighs. Having worked at a KFC previously, I know this should have consisted of an equal amount of dark and white meat and smaller (legs and wings ) and larger pieces (thighs and breast). A thoroughly unsatisfactory meal. I have now given up on KFC, a waste of £40. Won't ever be getting it again.

Im not exaggerating when i say this is the UKs worst KFC. The last 6 times ive been, they havent managed to get the order right once. I have just come from there and i specifically asked them to check the order before it came out, and it still had the contents in the order. Litrally, when i say i have a specific order, it is one burger with no sauce. Im pretty sure, that they are doing this deliberatly at this point. This place should be shut down. Avoid at all costs.

This KFC is above average with good service, in and drive through is good never have to wait too long . At the end of the day it’s fast food not fine dining. Clucking good food

Utterly useless team running this MC Donald's. Having been given my hot drinks I then am told to park up. Took another 15mins for food. Drinks cold. Food only warm. Hash browns soggy and greasy. Staff didn't give a stuff which was the final insult

Ordered through Deliveroo. Took nearly 2 hours. All food stone cold. Hamburger sat so long at shop the ketchup had completely dried into the bun. Bun on big mac was almost black. Missed out a drink. Terrible.

Very good service and zoya was very nice and helpful. Food was also very nice and to standard. Love this place, staff are always very nice!

Just need to warn people never to spend £39 on the party bucket 2 times now ordered with the belief of receiving fair amount of quality of chicken for the price! Only to be giving small portions of chicken that looks pitiful and a joke considering for the price Never again and I will force people not to bother because it’s disgraceful and a complete rip off. This was ordered as a family meal as a birthday treat and completely to the piss out off hard earnt money!!! Thanks KFC , your a joke

Been to this kfc plenty from shifts at work but writing this because I made the mistake of ordering to the wrong kfc. Spoke to manager he helped me out called up the other and cancelled and made it for me right then and there. Very quick and consistent kfc 👍

What an absolute disgusting place. Cold food rude staff ignorant and loud. The worst dirtiest kFC ever. Avoid like the plague

Absolutely disgusting, pungent vile chicken that stank of chemicals. I've never had such a bad KFC, it's like the chicken was off. Just a nasty, slimy puck of gristle, made me want to vomit. To add insult to injury, I especially asked for breast as I don't like thigh, and they said no problem. Opened it to see a thigh and a drumstick. We complained, they just shrugged and said there was nothing they can do. Won't be going back, and will be filing a chargeback for this as we didn't get what we asked and paid for.

We ordered our food and it came sloppily presented . After looking , my drink was wrong and when I went to change it, the staff were rude and ignorant. I sat down and my mum noticed they had forgot her cheese that she paid extra for so she went to collect it. Again, the staff were really rude and after asking for cheese , they actually handed her a slice of cheese with no gloves on. My food tasted off and now, 6 hours later I’m throwing up uncontrollably. I have eaten nothing else and I haven’t been in contact with anyone else. Appalling.

Arrived at a very quiet KFC at lunch time, 12:00. Ordered on screen, 2 simple gravy boxes. We waited patiently for around 15 minutes before asking how long our food would be. It looked like our order had disappeared off the screen and been forgotten about! No apologies from the staff, we were then told 'we are just waiting on chicken' (at KFC at lunchtime) 10 minutes later our food was handed over again with no apologies. I then asked for some bbq sauce to be told they only have the pots to buy for 50p each, my slightly angry reply of 'we've just waited 25 minutes for our food' lead to the sauce being given to us!

El peor KFC de la historia. Colocado mi pedido en la aplicación, la aplicación le pide que confirme la recogida una vez que llegue a la tienda. Fui al aparcamiento de la KFC de Devonshire Road. Clic en recoger cuando salí de mi coche. Entré en la tienda, la orden ya estaba sentada detrás del mostrador no estaba siendo maquillada como pensé que lo haría. Este pedido debe haber permanecido allí desde que se hizo el pedido en la aplicación. Vivo a 15 minutos. Estos artículos estaban fríos. Nota para el gerente de KFC de Devonshire Road: debe vigilar a su personal y capacitarlo correctamente. ¡Esta orden fue desperdiciada!
