A most disappointing experience. We have always rated Burger King over other similar brands on the basis that they produce fresh high quality burgers, They always got it right. Except this time. We placed our order using the automated touch screens and waited for them to call our number. We checked on the screen and everything we ordered seemed ok. Upon receipt, we noticed that the majority of items were incorrect and we had to ask for them to swap out a large portion of the products for the correct ones. Even then, they still got it wrong and we ended up paying over £30 for incorrect items. Ok it was hot and fresh, but still, if you cannot even get it right using an automatic system, then what can you do. BK, you have rapidly gone downhill.

Popped in to an empty Burger King, so often when empty the staff couldn’t care less, however the 2 employees today where great! Essentially gave us a restaurant experience. Really friendly and helpful with our toddler. Honestly great service above and beyond.

Thought we would have burger King on way home, wish I hadn't bothered a waste of £17. Wanted to pay cash not card, upon entering only could see booth's to pay on card, 2 young men were running around trying to get orders, whilst a lady was chatting to a couple and by the sound of the conversation she personally knew them, I had to ask in the end if I could order and pay cash, she shouts to one of the young lads to serve me whilst she still chats and drinks her drink. She then disappeared around the back of kitchen whilst the 2 young lads were still running around, by this time, there must have been 10 orders on the screen. She refills her drink and disappears again. She then came put to help, unfortunately a bit late as my 2 meals were stone cold when I got them home (which is 0.8 Mile's from Burger King) I ordered one whopper with only lettuce and tomatoes, surprise came with everything. WILL NOT BE VISITING AGAIN.

First (and last) time trying this place. Tables and floor were not clean, staff uninterested, no coffee!, food was lukewarm and pretty tasteless.

This is easily the best burger king restaurant I have been to. This was down to the service from the member of staff that served us (Jay). They were extremely friendly and helpful, and exceeded all expectations. We will be visiting again when we are next in the area.

Do not go to burger king in sleaford as they mess ur order up and they do not pick up there phone when u call them as I have called them 50 times and no reply

The manager constantly scowled at me as I was giving the pleasant lady my order. He made me feel extremely uncomfortable as I could feel him undressing me with his eyes. I’m am fully aware that homosexuality is ok these days however I would rather not be presented with it while I am ordering food, he wasn’t even good looking!

This place has only been open a short time and during that time the door has never closed properly. People come in and leave the door stuck open so it gets cold in there. Surely it wouldn’t take much to get it sorted out?

Omg!?! Slowest McDonald's iv EVER! been to! Waited 20 mins after we come through the drive-through. Having to wait in bay 1! To then have to go in and get told our food, had been sat on the side for the last 10 Minutes and was then told we couldnt have a replacement with the chicken being stone cold!?. Cleanliness is shocking! I don't think they know how to clean! (Especially the toilets) the toilets are DISGUSTING! BROKEN TOILET IN THE MENS, HAD TO USE THE DISABLED. PEE ON THE FLOOR AND CRAP STILL IN THE BOWL!. restaurant was completely empty when we got there at 4am this morning, the excuse they gave was we're extremely busy?!?!? AT 4AM WITH NOBODY WAITING FOR FOOD! NOBODY IN THE DRIVE-THOUGH! NOBODY IN THE RESTAURANT!, ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE!.

I am allergic to Garlic and often struggle to find things to eat in restaurants. The staff here were so friendly, they checked through ingredients and even offered to tweak the menu to make me something. Even though the pub is a Hungry Horse, the staff made it feel like a local, rather than a franchise.
