McDonald's in North Kesteven

I don't normally make reviews on google for the food places but I'm going to anyways after what HAPPENED last night. I was with my dad waiting for our order number to come but when I looked at the back into the kitchen from the counter absolute carnage with food sitting there for approximately 6 minutes! Absolutely ridiculous with it's service when making the foods. The atmosphere 7-8 people as I know waited at the counter with customers and 3 delivery drivers even waited for 4 minutes but honestly never seen anything like that when I get my Mcdonalds in my life! Waited for around 20 minutes for it which I've never experienced to but when the food arrived the Manager said the machines broken (as they usually say) so we've got 2 sprites instead which is better than nothing I suppose but we paid 1 pound extra for it! Got back home my double quarter pounder was warm which is alright and the fries was dead cold and tasted like cardboard so not a good dinner for me last night and definitely happened like 3 times now when I was in the drive thru with my mum around july-october 2024 and got one of the orders wrong!!! Some had to head inside from the drive thru to get their food as well! To the people that are thinking of going to this Mcdonalds, DO NOT EVER BOTHER GOING TO THIS MCDONALDS! Appalling service, atmospheres just too small and the foods decent except the fries ESPECIALLY! DEFINITE 1 STAR FOR SURE AND FOR 100% REASON!

Got a quarter pounder burger, arrived colder than stone cold steve austin. Not good enough

Forget food from the order, paid £9.50 for delivery just to get nasty soggy food and items missing. Keeps happening, I believe staff need extra training as this job seems too hard to comprehend for them or simply employ people who can count and read.

Waited in a bay for 12minutes to have cold food brought to the car

We ordered McDonald at 11:15, the delivery kept getting delayed more and more, it got to 1:15, it was cancelled. We were waiting 2 hours for food, 6 different delivery drivers and it wasn’t even delivered.

Terrible service. Quiet morning, 25 minute wait for 2 wraps. Then got the order wrong, then gave us a wrap that had been made 30 minutes prior. Every table dirty. Horrid

First time I have had a McDonald's for 6 months. I really enjoyed the chicken selects meal in a clean, brightly lit restaurant. Thank you for looking after me.

Had to wait 20 minutes for the system to reboot, not the end of the world but unfortunately the food was just.. Bad. Stale nuggets Caramel frap with more ice in it than anything else Cold fries Burger was the only thing that was alright and even there it was a bit eh

Quick service, good standard of food

It was too busy for the poor staff. Got my order wrong and I had to go back in to sort it. Staff were professional throughout.

My order came with the complete wrong sauces, completely cold and basically all of the drink spilt out there was barely any left to drink.

Food disgusting looks nothing like the photo that's for sure the galaxy hot chocolate was vile tastes like synthetic chocolate no cream all disappeared... complained got a refund

I think i will not come back again with my friends. Only the coke is nice and cold.

chips where over cooked and so much salt it was unreal. ordered a large drink got a medium. really not impressed.

don't even know why I order McDonald's anymore. the food is always cold and you can guarantee they're gunna miss some items off. absolutely abysmal across every Lincoln restaurant

this is yet again a terrible experience with McDonald's. they missed most of the order and the food was cold. the employees don't seem able to follow simple instructions nor fulfil orders. avoid this place at all times. absolutely terrible.

Cold, the cheese sharebox didn’t come with our order, all around terrible, and very unhappy. Also because of this new delivery code it won’t process any refund.

Ordered ahead using the app because we were in a hurry with only having an hour to get from Lincoln to Grimsby. Ordered food for the kids to eat on the journey. Arrived at McDonald's and checked in on the app, and waited for our order to be brought out. After 10 mins, I went inside to check for progress and was told the app had not worked, so we had to order again. In total, it took 30 mins from arrival to departure, and I was late for my appointment in Grimsby. Very disappointed.

Perfect coffee mini ash browns are fantastic

Food took nearly 2 hours to arrive, it came with half the order missing chips was like cardboard. Tried calling 15 times and no answer!! absolutely shocking they've just got no care at all!

Just tryed again Lincoln one next to the garden centre for the 5th time in two weeks to use the drive through with no luck. Got told 10 minutes to reset the computer tills again we left after 20mins again and still no main tills working. Yet they were reasonably busy. Staff members on drive through had bad tones and no manners. Then tonight got the same when I went inside this time. We won't be using this one again. Time was 12pm ish.

the food is what it is but for the last 5 orders there's been missing items, come on it can't be that hard to get it right surely?!

First time I've used this one on the industry estate, and I only brought drinks, but they were very nice.

Worst McDonald's I have ever visited got our food order wrong and even tried to scam me out of some medium fries that I ordered. Should of gone to Burger king over the road.

This is like the third time Iv ordered from you in the past couple of months and you always seem mess it up. I ordered two kids happy meals but you forget the drinks?! Ridiculous

The driver must not put the order as delivered until they have been greeted at the customer’s door. Did not give a code to confirm delivery either. Had to run to find the driver…. Food was good for a change and all items were present.

Drinks did not arrive and McFlurrys didn't either and 5 more packs of chips arrived and extra burgers and cheese bites

Called in the drive thru Saturday with my granddaughter the que was busy but I didn’t think it was too bad! How wrong I was what they don’t tell you is how long you’ve to wait after being told to wait in the car park 30 mins in my case they didn’t know if the were on their head or their backsides no one appeared to be in charge cars were still coming in even though they obviously couldn’t get the food out to them in a reasonable time! Absolute chaos the drive thru should have been closed till they caught up. I definitely won’t be going in anymore. Ollerton is far better and well organised.

The meat is dry, meal skimpy on content and dressings, overall terrible food. In the 1970's up to around 2000, they sold very tasty, ample and good food. It has gone dramatically downhill since then and we consider it to be inedible now.

This place was awful, but they are not alone with McDonald's. I stood waiting for the order for 10 mins, while I waited there were food on the bit they collect it from which didn't move and just piled up? Two! Managers who's job was to stand there putting burgers into bags!! They should be making sure everything is running smoothly!! Which it very much wasn't. One member of almost slipped because of food on the floor!!

It is what it is. I've never received hot food in a McD's, the service is mostly polite but rarely exceptional and there's never any atmosphere other than what you take eith you.

Waited 25 minutes for a wrap while going through the drive through. Ordered at 717am and then got told we’re just waiting on the wrap. When it did show up it was all but cold and had a time sticker of 716am on it. Usually alright but not good on this occasion

All food was wot I ordered although in the past things have been missing from the bag at collection point so now I check bags before leaving to check my order is complete.

usually mcdonald’s comes cold, late and missing stuff. This time i ordered it came fast, warm and had everything correct! was so pleased

Drive through is terrible when they are busy, Third time in a row the milkshakes weren't remotely set so refused them this time, average wait is around 20mins, they havnt got order bang on with any of last few, luckily this time in our favour. Advice would be if you see carpark full and que out onto road, go to the next one along as will be a long wait with dissapointing (hot cold food mix). They are simply to busy at peak times to deliver quality service. Good for the tills, bad for the customer.

I never order from gatewait because stuff is alway missing. But have some this time and again no straws for milkshake. Great!! And the sauces all missing. And cold ish food!

spent £33 on 3 meals and nuggets and didn't receive any of it but instead received 3 x mc flurrys absolute joke. had to spend another £24 else where to actually get some food.

We needed a place to eat , and McDonald's filled that gap.

Ordered the 2 most common items off the menu, a Happy Meal and a BigMac meal. I didn't forsee any issues. However, this took 30 mins whilst a member of staff just cried "Number 42?" into the void whilst the ironically named "Just Eat" delivery bags stacked up on the side mocked me.

Hot Fries!!! Makes a pleasant change...!!! The man cleaning up was amazing, on the ball, very helpful. Sue needs to pull her finger out and do a bit of cleaning now and again.....

The delivery driver was very rude and disrespectful with the food being cold as well. It was only delivered from across the road shouldn’t be cold.

I am a truck driver, I was 4th in the queue, I waited 30 minutes for my order, everything was cold, even the coffee was already cold, this is a joke, I did not rest after 6 hours of driving because I spent 90% of the break in the queue because the staff was probably just learning how to serve, this is a nightmare😡🤬

milkshake was empty all over the bag as lid wasn't on properly and not in tray properly so fell over. food was totally cold too had to re heat

Took the grandchildren as its a favourite of theirs. Nice and clean, not much of a wait. Food great too.
