McDonald's in North Kesteven

Wrong drink and wrong breakfast roll. Driver was great.

Ordered a meal and only got the drink. Then only got offered credit to my account

Big mac only had 1 patty, there should be 2. The fries were cold and taste like cardboard

Wonderful chap delivered my food and was just so lovely and polite. Hope the rest of your people are as brilliant as him. X

I use McDonald's when riding as the coffee is reasonable and a fair price, plus they are always clean.

Ordered a Minecraft meal for the sole purpose of getting one of the toys and then my food came cold aswell

Food had obviously been sat on the counter for a while, chips were cold, cold drink warm and flat!

12:10am rude through the drive threw after been announced it was closed so I went inside to then see Understaffed, unmanaged, not a care in the word for the customers, the food was flat cold after 20 minutes waiting for just a Big Mac. While waiting for my food there was a couple in-front of me waiting to order and they was rudely told that they are “just gunna have to wait if they want service”. As my food arrived half of my fries was dumped on the tray to which a member off staff (not working at the time) proceeded to try put them in the bag. Not even a sorry for the late service

Food cold. Milkshake melted and a driver that spent 10 min telling me my address didn't exist. Shocking service

As mcdonalds go this particular one has to be the best one around. The food is always hot for a start. Its also assembled nicely rather than thrown together the nicest of them all .

It was okay lovely delivery driver , delivery time changed a lot some food was cold but it was still enjoyable however shipping was very expensive.

The food arrived promptly, but I was disappointed with the offer! I was supposed to receive a free Big Mac® or 3 Chicken Selects® when I spent £15, but I didn't get this promotion even though I spent over £16. It left me feeling a bit let down.

Missed multiple items off the order

It weren't too bad. The burger wasn't made with love though. My app broke again too.

Shocking experience. 25 minute wait in car park this week. Two weeks again the order was wrong. The owners of this franchise need to visit and see what’s happening

Manager had sent majority of staff on a break at the same time according to the staff serving...had to wait half an hour for our food.

Chips were both dry and cold and phillicheese burger looked like it had been dropped, box messy and didn’t look like usual orders

Waited 20 minutes for a 3 set and it came without fries and dip.

This McDonald's is usually very busy so the service is a bit slower but the food is still great!

How hard is it to cook something? Waiting 20 mins to get some to eat! Go through the drive through and asked to park up, while 20 other people go through. Honestly, this is stating to be annoying. Sort it out or soon enough people aren't going to bother with this.

The Meat in both burgers was overcooked and dry. Only half a slice of cheese was in each burger, which was also cold. The fries were also overcooked, dry, and cold.

Majority of items were missing, the bag was wide open and no apology.

Not impressed the burgers are smaller than they ever used to be when establishment first opened.Also the self service board is difficult for older disabled people to navigate

Very slow service tonight despite not being too busy. Unfortunately there was no door on the men’s toilet.

Just popped in to this McDonald’s as we were traveling home. Have to say the service was brilliant. Greeted on the way in, pleasant staff on the counter and delivering food, said goodbye to as we were leaving. Great personal customer service which is a rarity nowadays 😀

Terrible there customer service was none existent. 20 drive through came and went whilst I stood there waiting for my order. My burger was half wrapped properly. Walk in customers are no longer a priority. Bunch of young people who clearly don't give a damn. I will never GP back to a McDonald's again.

Absolutely disgusting toilet facilities. Mens toilets have no door on the cubicle. And disabled toilets was tired and worn out not to mention human fieces all over the toilet,the floor,the ceiling and even on the baby changer. It smelt so bad I was nearly sick. The manager said that he was aware of there being no toilet door on mens cubicle and that it was waiting to be fixed for the past few days! I watched other customers entering and exiting the toilets swiftly whilst gagging from the stench. Our food order was very simple but after waiting 45 minutes and getting no help i think this will be the last time I visit. Very disappointing.

Well if I could give zero stars I would. Upon arrival it was rammed with delivery orders just sat there going cold. We ordered our meals and was burger short. We went up to get the burger and it was carnage with staff just stood there trying to find people's orders. While we was sat eating our meal we seen several people complaining and sending food back. One of the worst McDonald's we been to.

Always missing items... shocking... Out of everything they missed they managed to also miss the Happy Meal... Its not easy to reason with a child on their birthday...

the fries were cold and underdone/solid, 2 of the burgers were made wrong, the food was lukewarm at best, and they missed off a few items on the order. worst mcdonald’s in lincoln, avoid it at all costs.

Two items was missing from my order. I’m not happy about that. I won’t use this service again.

Asked to wait in the car park no one came out with the food went in for manager to say you weren’t there lol where would we be. Asked for money back never even tried to sort the food… rubbish service and staff avoid

All the food arrived cold, fizzy drinks are flat and we didnt get any of the ketchups we ordered, even the ones that are supposed to come as part of a meal.

Cold chips, forgot sauces all the time, gave me the wrong sauce that I can’t have because allergic, so overall waste of money, and waste of staff.

Omg!?! Slowest McDonald's iv EVER! been to! Waited 20 mins after we come through the drive-through. Having to wait in bay 1! To then have to go in and get told our food, had been sat on the side for the last 10 Minutes and was then told we couldnt have a replacement with the chicken being stone cold!?. Cleanliness is shocking! I don't think they know how to clean! (Especially the toilets) the toilets are DISGUSTING! BROKEN TOILET IN THE MENS, HAD TO USE THE DISABLED. PEE ON THE FLOOR AND CRAP STILL IN THE BOWL!. restaurant was completely empty when we got there at 4am this morning, the excuse they gave was we're extremely busy?!?!? AT 4AM WITH NOBODY WAITING FOR FOOD! NOBODY IN THE DRIVE-THOUGH! NOBODY IN THE RESTAURANT!, ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE!.

No problem with the food.. but be careful parking. I met with a few friends and stayed over the 90mins parking time. Despite eating in the restaurant for this period, the parking company is UKPC and I received a fine.. They don't give a monkeys and reject basically any appeal.. for any reason. Happy customer.

Think it's the slowest McDonald's in the country, something goes wrong somewhere because it takes an age to get food and it's been incorrect a couple of times.

Felt as though I had to do a review as others have been so negative, we have been here a few times while leaving our car at Hyundai, meals have always been quick and hot, staff are pleasant and polite, coffee nice and hot.

Time changed for delivery. Mcdonalds service terriable as mossed big parts of order, amd then takes to long for refund so then unable to feed 1 of 6.

Ordered a double sausage and egg McMuffin, asked for no egg and extra sausage. Was sent a single sausage. Who would order a double sausage and then remove one when you could just order the single and save money.it’s not rocket science

I don't normally make reviews on google for the food places but I'm going to anyways after what HAPPENED last night. I was with my dad waiting for our order number to come but when I looked at the back into the kitchen from the counter absolute carnage with food sitting there for approximately 6 minutes! Absolutely ridiculous with it's service when making the foods. The atmosphere 7-8 people as I know waited at the counter with customers and 3 delivery drivers even waited for 4 minutes but honestly never seen anything like that when I get my Mcdonalds in my life! Waited for around 20 minutes for it which I've never experienced to but when the food arrived the Manager said the machines broken (as they usually say) so we've got 2 sprites instead which is better than nothing I suppose but we paid 1 pound extra for it! Got back home my double quarter pounder was warm which is alright and the fries was dead cold and tasted like cardboard so not a good dinner for me last night and definitely happened like 3 times now when I was in the drive thru with my mum around july-october 2024 and got one of the orders wrong!!! Some had to head inside from the drive thru to get their food as well! To the people that are thinking of going to this Mcdonalds, DO NOT EVER BOTHER GOING TO THIS MCDONALDS! Appalling service, atmospheres just too small and the foods decent except the fries ESPECIALLY! DEFINITE 1 STAR FOR SURE AND FOR 100% REASON!
