McDonald's in North Kesteven

Drive through is terrible when they are busy, Third time in a row the milkshakes weren't remotely set so refused them this time, average wait is around 20mins, they havnt got order bang on with any of last few, luckily this time in our favour. Advice would be if you see carpark full and que out onto road, go to the next one along as will be a long wait with dissapointing (hot cold food mix). They are simply to busy at peak times to deliver quality service. Good for the tills, bad for the customer.

We needed a place to eat , and McDonald's filled that gap.

Very fast service, car park was clean and the food was piping hot. Highly recommended

Ordered the 2 most common items off the menu, a Happy Meal and a BigMac meal. I didn't forsee any issues. However, this took 30 mins whilst a member of staff just cried "Number 42?" into the void whilst the ironically named "Just Eat" delivery bags stacked up on the side mocked me.

I am a truck driver, I was 4th in the queue, I waited 30 minutes for my order, everything was cold, even the coffee was already cold, this is a joke, I did not rest after 6 hours of driving because I spent 90% of the break in the queue because the staff was probably just learning how to serve, this is a nightmare😡🤬

Hot Fries!!! Makes a pleasant change...!!! The man cleaning up was amazing, on the ball, very helpful. Sue needs to pull her finger out and do a bit of cleaning now and again.....

Took the grandchildren as its a favourite of theirs. Nice and clean, not much of a wait. Food great too.

Had to swap r drinks four times being flat larger look like he need a good wash

Everything you expect from a McDonald’s

The burger you actually get to eat does not look anything like the pictures would suggest. Luke warm food, tasteless, warm milkshake and a paper drinking straw which lasts for five sucks of a drink. Very disappointed.

Doesn't matter when I attempt this drive thru or what I order, I never get my food at the window! Myself and at least half a dozen other hungry drivers have to park up and wait, sometimes for upto 20 minutes! Staff are pleasant, just a shame it's so slow 🥱

Useless ordering anything via Uber eats as half the food is missing! Surely you’d check each item or tick it off the receipt as you put it in the bag?! Then to be told sorry you’ll have to call up and get a refund and they won’t send out what’s missing. I’m unsure how busy it is at 10pm to forget things?! Now have one person without a meal and to re order have to meet minimum spend and pay again for delivery charge for them to eat!

Constantly wrong orders slow getting worse

Food was well served (I always ask my food with no lettuce and they have never made a mistake here) however it was very slow bearing in mind it was not very busy clientele wise

Normal McDonalds as usual but not the yellow no customer friendly service areas they are all being turned into. One big thing I have noticed beware the mini mcflurries are the same size contents as the large ones as shown in the pic, 1 x mini mcflurrie + 1 x large Mcflurrie just order the small save your monies Out of 10 Different McDonalds results always the same bit of a con really

Omg!?! Slowest McDonald's iv EVER! been to! Waited 20 mins after we come through the drive-through. Having to wait in bay 1! To then have to go in and get told our food, had been sat on the side for the last 10 Minutes and was then told we couldnt have a replacement with the chicken being stone cold!?. Cleanliness is shocking! I don't think they know how to clean! (Especially the toilets) the toilets are DISGUSTING! BROKEN TOILET IN THE MENS, HAD TO USE THE DISABLED. PEE ON THE FLOOR AND CRAP STILL IN THE BOWL!. restaurant was completely empty when we got there at 4am this morning, the excuse they gave was we're extremely busy?!?!? AT 4AM WITH NOBODY WAITING FOR FOOD! NOBODY IN THE DRIVE-THOUGH! NOBODY IN THE RESTAURANT!, ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE!.

Bought a breakfast wrap and pancake meal, cokes were really flat and then realised didn't get the hash browns with my meal so went in to ask to get it and they said that they aren't included with said meal which when searched online it says otherwise.

Consistently the slowest McDonald's in the UK, you often have to park up for basic stuff.

Value meal was nice but they have got to make the coffee smother, it always tastes like burnt bean 🫘

Drive through queue not served in turn, 2 cars went ahead of me that arrived after me. Was asked to park in the carpark to wait for my order. Waited 20 mins had to go in, to find out they'd forgotten about me.

The last eleven times I have used the drive thru I have had to park up and wait for food. It's become a personal challenge now for me to actually get my food straight away. Still not mannaged it. Im currently just sat in the car watching a member of the team gaumlessly walk around the car park with food in their hands with the enthusiasm of a dead slug.

Told to park in bay 2 and waiting for breakfast order. Bays 1 and 2 were already occupied with various other cars parked randomly waiting for orders. Very poor management.

Food cooked fresh and staff pleasant, however drive thru appears to take priority over in-store customers and parking spaces are small.

Absolutely dreadful! The whole point of a McDonald’s is relatively fast service and quick food. So why is it near enough everytime I come here and I ask for no pickles and no onions they never listen? When I call them they always give the same excuse and to top it off I waited 10 minutes for just a full fat coke which is always flat! Their drinks machine never tastes right, our drinks are always flat and they usually give us Coke Zero not full fat! I paid the damn sugar tax

Sat inside and ordered via the app, the food wasn't long being brought to the table. Very decent quality, and all items were served warm. The restaurant area was very clean and tidy, but the toilets could have done with a clean. Car parking spaces are very tight if you have a larger vehicle, and the drive-through was packed causing problems getting into the carpark.

Slow service, queues, promo Mac’s were a mess. Lots of staff at night walking around, laughing joking whilst cars queue up. Burger was a right mess!

Awful, went on a hot day gave me a flat warm coke, when I went to ask for a new one or “any drink that isn’t flat” he walks round the corner for 10 seconds and gives me the same drink, sort it out stop hiring a bunch of young kids cause it’s cheaper for you.

Car park is very busy not enough space but food was hot and came out fast

20 minutes for two burgers. Toilets are disgusting. Staff not even wearing McDonald’s uniform (?!), no hairnets, aprons or any other hygienic clothing. Staff member literally wearing football shirt and shoes while in the kitchen (Logan - at least you kept your name badge on!) Was absolutely speechless when I finally saw the manager (lass with tattoos) finally coming into the dining area - I assumed this would be to pick up the endless litter around the dining area or empty the bins - instead she started vaping before she even made it to the door. Anyone reading this - do yourself a favour and just go elsewhere. Never have I seen such a dirty, poorly ran place in my life. It’s a miracle they haven’t been shut down

Order was wrong, as well as another chap. Took 15 mins to get an additional order. Food was cold.

Went with grandson- 3 burgers in a hat- burgers had black edge to as if to near the heat on one side - or reheated- it's not the waitress fault rushed off her feet - but peeving - will go the the other mcd in town next time

Can't complain about a mac Donald's every now and again. I really like the new frappe's. We tend to sit outside away from the riff raff lol

Ordered from McDonald’s Gateway and didn’t get my hat trick burger with my meal. DO NOT order McDonald’s for delivery as when there is a problem McDonald’s don’t take any responsibility for their mistakes.

09.06.24..... very bad experience, 2 off self ordering screens didn't work, the one I used didn't print off receipt, main screen at the front desk didn't work either...... ordered 9 pieces of chicken limited edition instead received chicken nuggets which I hate....... unfortunately relised that when I get home so couldn't return it, in the meantime I seen 2 customers complaining abut their orders too so overall very very bad experience

Absolutely shocking service and the duty manager was surly, rude, unhelpful, and basically could not care.. Will be avoiding ever going here again. Like the plague...

I must say that the service seemed slower than expected at a McDonald's today tbh. Several people, including myself, had to wait an extended period of time for our items unfortunately.

Disgusting toilets, no last checked forms on display so I assume that’s done so there’s no audit , accountability visible. This outlets own reviews are a very poor 3.9 out of 5. The management of this store has been poor for some time. Quality control non existent

Visited this branch many times, I have always enjoyed the food and the staff are friendly, tonight my visit was spoilt by awfully slow service, I ordered at 18.59 via the app, I joined the drive through queue…and I waited….then I waited some more, 20 mins to be exact, eventually I got to the collection point to be told I have to wait in the collection bay…at 19.29 my food arrived 30 mins after my fast food order. I didn’t order anything spectacular, just a mcspicy without lettuce. Happily my food arrived hot and fresh, so this isn’t a negative review it’s a slightly confused how long can it take to make a burger

Shocking ! Burger arrived looking like the staff had took turns to frisbee the ingredients on to it. Fries were Luke warm. 10 minute wait for my meal. ( it was 01:35 so wasn't exactly busy). Possibly 1 staff member running the show ? Thankfully I was only passing through so won't need to visit again. Too tired to raise a complaint, at the time. Wish I had now.

It's an inoffensive McDonald's. Car park is a bit confusing if you've not parked before.

I was waiting for my order and I noticed that one of the staff who deals with the food he had no gloves and he wipe his nose with hand then started handling food it maid me sick I will NOT be going back to this store again.

Take way too slow, always running out of cold drinks, can't blame some of the staff, but management are pathetically useless, kitchen staff more interested in talking Than doing a well done job.

Yesterday I bought a Mcchicken sandwich but it wasn’t cooked properly and horrible which gave me a stomach ache afterwards. Please remind your workers to ensure the food is thoroughly cooked before handing out. No point in making food quickly but poorly.

Not been to this one before, every where kept nice and clean lovely and clean the food was excellent really helpful and pleasent staff. Highly recommend.

Was served by absolutely lovely person called Samantha who made my day, polite, respectful and lots of smiles. Best drive through experience all around, the crew were fantastic. Food good as always, fresh and hot. Thank You ☺️

Just went for a coffee. Jack, the staff member, was helpful, and I didn't have to wait.

The parking is absolutely rubbish here they've crammed as many bays in as possible leaving no room to actually get out the car. The drive thru queues out onto the road. And if ordering inside the restaurant prepare for a good wait. Fast food it ain't.

Good value food that always the same quality. Was a bit slow service today, and hard to park, due to being a busy bank holiday. Recommended to order via the app and have food delivered to the table.

Cold, unsalted, over cooked fries, burger was almost in 2 bits, and the coke was flat as a board. Not the first bad experience I've had at this particular location, would recommend going to moorland close (Sainsbury's) McDonald's instead, as I've not had bad food there yet.

8am on a sunday, 5 cars in front of me at the drive thru, yet it still took just over 25 minutes. Only ever seems to be this McDonalds in Lincoln, the others seem fine. I regret my decision every single time I visit this one.

I'm not sure why I continue to go back here. Each time, the chips are lukewarm. I normally do drive thru, but yesterday I ate in. Food took longer than expected to arrive but I suppose that's because they do table service so you can't tell how many are waiting. I live in the hope that things will improve.

Big queue dependent on time of day you visit but not to bad and there system works well

Went through the drive thru, had a long wait for a plain double cheeseburger meal and a double quarter pounder meal, to which the senior team member asked me about a second time, we were there at the window so long it backed up the queue behind me whilst waiting instead of outing me into a waiting bay. Then to cap it all off, after I drive home, the double cheeseburger burger wasn’t in the bag!! Only half an order fulfilled! But as long as the staff were able to quiz one another how old they think they looked , that’s okay isn’t it??
