App said 45 mins finally arrived 2 and half hours later. Rang to be told 15 to 20 mins then rang 45 mins later as still not arrived. No apology just told its busy. Food was lukewarm so needed warming up. Will not be using again!

Usually very good food but I ordered for myself my son and my friend tonight- 1 large chips n cheese, 1 pizza and 1 large doner kebab, order came and it was 1 pizza, 1 small chips and cheese and 1 small doner kebab, even tho I was charged £27, rang to say the order was wrong but the guy I spoke to kept saying order is on its way, couldnt speak English properly.

Ordered our usual two pizzas only to find, once home, that they had given us the wrong order. We didn't order stuffed crust and the toppings were all wrong. Called them to explain and they weren't interested at all, in fact they put the phone down on me. Called them back and all I got was abuse and they kept calling me "darling". They even told me "don't spend any more money here and go elsewhere" then once again put the phone down. I used to use Billinghay Kebabs on a regular basis but I'll never order from them again. No customer should ever be spoken to the way they spoke to me. AVOID.

Staying at tattershall lakes, the delivery was fast but the food was disgusting, order chicken burger, 2 chicken wraps and a cheese burger and chips, the chicken burger was gristle and tasted very strange, the wraps tasted horrible and the salad was starting to go off, chops were very dry and you could tell they were old and reheated, not happy when I spent £41 on this!

Tonight my mum ordered food on the app for a chicken kebab, salad and garlic mayo at half 5 this evening. From half 5 until 10pm, she has been waiting for her food to be cooked and delivered to her. Yet nothing. I rang and Mum rang to ask how long they were going to be, they said it is out of deliverly (no sign). I am absolutely appalled of their service, they could not care less. Won't be ordering from there again.

Staying at Tattershall lakes, after a long drive yesterday ordered from here. They delivered straight to the van. All I can say is WOW. We got a lamb shish kebab which was perfectly cooked and marinated to perfection. BBQ pizza which we added four toppings to and it was full of meat, base was crisp and perfect. Doner meat and chips with cheese. The only issue was the cheese was missing but we didn’t let them know as we were so tired. We will definitely order from here again. Maybe even today..

Order never arrived. Waste of time. Now have to do a claim through my bank as never answer call for refund. AVOID.

Food is normally of a good quality, but they are probably one of, if not the slowest for delivery in and around the area. Expect to wait over an hour, if not longer for a delivery. Previously waited over 90 minutes.

Asked for 5 donner kebabs, we got given 3. As we were a big party we needed the other 2. When we rang to get them to bring the other 2 donner wraps they brought 2 chicken wraps. As we have people who don’t like chicken we told them we needed donner. We agreed to do a swap just for them not to turn up. A lot of people have had stomach ache and almost throwing up. As well as being shouted at down the phone when trying to get the correct order. Absolutely disgusting. As well as absurd prices. Save your stomach and money. Don’t go

Been ordering from here for years now. Always reliable. Food hot and tasty, deliveries on time, great service. Kebabs tonight and they were amazing. Meat was cooked to perfection, tender and full of flavour. Food hub makes it so easy to order. Friendly service

Really bad customer service. Parts of order missing and refused to resend the order as was too busy! Food we did receive was burnt and not as described. Had to share a meal which was luke warm. End result was spent £25 just to end up cooking anyway!!

We ordered two kebabs with chips and grated cheese, instantly knew when we opened the food that something wasnt right with it. The kebab meat was fatty, stale and greasy. Some of the chips were burnt but that was not the worst thing, we found mould on the outside and inside the chips! The grated cheese must have been out of date as smelt aweful and you could actually see where it had started to turn. We called them to complain and they asked for photos which we sent them, there response was that nothing was wrong with it and quote 'dont panic, we wont kill you and you will not be die'! I am 6 months pregnant and we had a mother with a 5 week old breastfeeding, and a 3yr old child. This could have done serious harm but they could not care less!

I ordered food, the pizza & burger were good, I'm told. I ordered my kebab with sauce & salad. I was looking forward to my Salad-y, saucy, kebab. The salad & sauce didn't arrive. We contacted them, and they promised to send the salad & sauce. An hour after I finished my plain, mediocre kebab, it still hadn't arrived. 100% would NOT recommend.

Made a large order (£100 ) when it eventually arrived 30 mins late missing 2 of the kids pizzas called them and was basically given attitude and refused to bring rest of order. Go somewhere else !

Good range of pizzas and kebabs to collect, be delivered and can be ordered on line or in shop.

Unfortunately on our last order no salad or sauses were provided as ordered with the food and the amount of meat given for the price was shockingly poor. Its basic stuff they should just get right and pay attention to as part of their customer service. We were fairly regular orderers but it has gone downhill the last few times we have ordered, so this will be the last order we place with them.

Fortunately we had the 50% just east discount but there was a bit of a muddle getting the food here. The delivery driver told us he was in one place but ended up being in another. I eventually had to get in my car to find him, he turned up to the house whilst I was out searching and began to bollock my wife asking why the described car wasn’t in the driveway (I’m using it to find him) Food was alright, if the prices were lowered it would be amazing but it’s pretty pricy for what it is

Ordered a pizza meal deal tonight both pizzas had a strange taste that we couldn't eat and the chips where leathery on the plus side the bottle of coke tasted ok considering it was out of date but the garlic bread with cheese was great but we won't be ordering from here again

Not great, ordered doner meat and chips was very overpriced at £8. Meat was dry too, definitely didn’t come from the spit. Won’t be ordering from there again.

Delivery is so long food is always cold because of this.

Really enjoy this place. We live in Coningsby so it does normally take a while to arrive but we are used to that now having ordered plenty of times and it is definitely worth the wait and worth every penny compared to our other locals which is overpriced and below standard. Definitely recommend this place but just order in good time before

Had a 3 person kebab, it did 4 of us, was good value. Service was good, staff friendly. Garlic pizza bread was excellent.

The delivery was 45 minutes late, and part of the order was missing. This is the second time this has happened with this restaurant. Not impressed with their service.

Vile. Not only was it nearly an hour late, the food was dry, cold and unlike any kebab I’ve ever seen before. If I could give 0 stars I would. Really disappointed. Don’t bother, there are others nearby which are much much better.

Absolute joke we order our food at 8:15pm and was told it will take an hour which is Absolutely fine but it is now 10:39pm and still no food!!!! We called them after an hour and half to see where it was to be told it will be 15 to 20 minutes. What a joke such bad service worst I've experienced!!!!!

Took over an hour and paid £20 for 2 burgers and 1 portion of chips. Chips were freezing cold and order slip clearly said chilli sauce and salad on burger but the burger was delivered dry?? Not impressed!!

Good sized portions could do with cleaning up and hygiene could be better, trying somewhere else next time

Disgusting, don’t know if the pizza was Even safe to eat how undercooked it was. considering we waited 2 hours for it to be delivered you would have thought it would have been enough time to cook it, could have cooked it more over the a toaster. chips have been cooked about 4 times and were about 70% Grease after spending about an hour in the frier. Onion rings about 95% grease. Spent about £30 which is ridiculously overpriced. Avoid at all costs even if it means travelling or spending more on delivery you’ll end up having to spend money making another meal anyway after receiving your order.

Girl on the phone thinks it's ok to keep calling you darling in a patronising way when you are complaining about paying 6 pound for a chicken burger that comes with nothing unless asked but burger sauce although this is not stated on menu and last time I bought this burger it came with salad and mayo

Absolutely vile and disgusting food. 2 hours from order till delivery. Cold refried chips. Deep fried chicken on stale pitta. Burgers wrong and dry but still covered in grease. Phone the management and keep getting fobbed off. Manager is out on delivery. Charged over £52 for the worst food I have ever seen or paid for. Refusing to call back or refund. Be careful tattershall lake families use pizza viva in conningsby instead

Ordered food at 6pm did not arrive for an hour and half. When it came it was cold. Cheese not melted on chips and yet cold chips. Not enough portion of meat in Kababs for the price and the pitta was soggy with grease. 1st time I have ordered from here. I rang up to tell them and was spoken to very rudely. I was told not to order from here again by the manager! Disgusting grease hole.

Dear oh dear! Pizza had more dough than about 3 loaves of bread and slapped on top was a load of cheap melted cheese! Total rubbish, the chips were nice and crisp and not greasy, the owner was stressed out his brains and just being in there waiting five minutes was enough! Never going back that’s for sure! Avoid! Such a shame there is no proper pizza chain out this way because if there were this place would not last 5 minutes

Placed a delivery at 8.30pm, was told it would be an hour for delivery, fair enough but at 9.50 pm we called to find out where it was and got told rudely 'we are busy' finally arrived at 10.20pm

Waited 2 hrs for my order to be delivered and after ringing 3 times only to be fobbed off with excuses cancelled my order. Didn't get an ounce of an apology from the person on the phone. This is customer service at it's worse and because of this we've had to send 2 children to bed with empty stomachs. As a chef myself if I was to deliver this kind of service I would find myself with no customers or job. Disgusting!!!!!!

Being in my 30s and having eaten 100's of takeaway pizzas in my time. Some great, some okay. This is the first pizza I've had which I literally couldn't eat. It tasted discusting. I had a Hawaiian and the ham tasted like it had been off for months which turned the overall taste of the pizza horrible. Standards are clearly low in this place. If you enjoy food don't bother.

We recently ordered from here when on holiday and I must say we didn't enjoy the food one bit . We ordered a pizza which wasn't cooked very well. The pizza was cold and the cheese was thick and not melted very well. The Donner kebab was very, very greasy and the garlic sauce was more like a very plain yoghurt the kids food was also very greasy. Overpriced for what we ordered and wasn't really edible.

Popped in for a late night snack and spent £12 on a large pizza and chips to take out. The shop is really clean, staff were polite and well presented. We had an Italiano (pepperoni, salami, mushrooms and peppers) which was delicious. Chips stayed fresh for ages and didn't go soggy like you would usually get from a kebab shop. Pleasantly surprised! Would go again.

Took an hour to be delivered, nothing special. Pizza tasted like it had been left out for a while, i.e. the melted cheese had hardened and was generally dry. Asked for chicken burger to have cheese - was forgotten.

Placed an order on just eat for meal deal 5 for 3 adults. Phoned up to ask if one pizza could have half some toppings and half others, lady on the phone said that was fine. Placed the order with what we requested in the comments box. Delivery arrived a little late which was fine but the pizza requested to have half some toppings and half others had all toppings all over the pizza. Phoned up and told them it was incorrect and they were very good and sent us out the correct pizza. Thought it was a bit strange that the delivery man wanted the original pizza back even after telling him that I had touched it but hey ho. Yummy food, not bad delivery for a Friday night too.

Chips cold and been fryed to many times garlic bread hard as rock shish to chewy. So wasted £14 on crap.
