Ordered for delivery, when it arrived it was cold and I expect more for £12.50. Won’t order again.

One of the worst takeaways I’ve experienced. Stale food and cold.

So I've used this place many times, but in the last couple of months they have gone way downhill. Now 3 times on a row when ordering food that might have a change to standard they have ignored the change they just don't look at the order taken in detail or listen to the customer..... Too busy I'm afraid. This has meant that we can't eat it because we are allergic to certain ingredients. The response always given is sorry but do what - we can resend in an hour if you like..... Rubbish at 9 pm. I now refuse to get food from here. It was a great place always got it right, now they seem to not care now they don't even get the order right even if ordering in the shop in person. Tonight I even asked them on pick up the exact order, but alas it was not as asked and as per the standard menu....a lack of reading the request. Fed up, no apologies, typical profit first and forget customer service. I'm sorry but I won't go here again, and they frankly don't care. Goodbye Pizza Roma. I shall also tell all MT friends again. Bad luck, typical nowadays service.

Food here is good but....2nd time food not arrived! They take your order 1st time was 2hours! 2nd time was an hour not even cooked. So it's a shame. If your too busy be honest.

Advertise they open until 12 on a Friday and Saturday night, but have everything turned off at 11 and are cleaning up. Hence 1 star, to be honest when they are on the ball the food is fantastic, unfortunately under the new management I would advise that you avoid and use marios in sleaford who are open until 1am for delivery and the food from marios is always good quality.

Ordered online. Half the order was unavailable, food was late and specifically asked for no cheese as I am lactose intolerant and it turned up coated in cheese. Very disappointed

Had a meat feast pizza that was stone cold and there was next to no meat on the pizza at all!! Mostly cheese, very very bland and tasteless!!! Please do better!!

Had a kebab meal for two tonight. Never again. Chips were cold and soggy, probably made a few hours previously. Spoilt the meal. Ordered chilli sause and got garlic sauce. It's not hard is it? Why let the quality slip and lose customers? EDIT TIME: After some time we decided to try Pizza Roma again just in case they had upped their game and the last one was a just a one off. We had a mixed kebab meal and all 4 of us ended up bed ridden with sickness and the squits and aches and pains for the next 3 days (Sunday 22nd October 2023). Doctors said probably Gastroenteritus caused by contaminated (human poo contaminated) food. Well that's it for us. That takeaway was the only common thing we had all eaten so as far as I am concerned we will never order anything from this takeaway ever again. Disgusting.

The service was really poor. Received food which took almost 2 hours to deliver and was cold and soggy with broken bags as food had leaked out. Took photo's of what we received. Did phone and complain. Was promised a free meal which never materialised. Will think twice about ordering from here again. Would not recommend it to anybody anymore.

Food nice, however had mixed kebab which states on menu, pitta bread included, but didn't arrive.. Rang up to query, told bread does not come with it Misleading?

Just picked up my first shish kebab. With 13 minute pick up time expected fresh flamed kebab. Instead got meat that had not seen a grill in days! Appreciate a small village but this was shi"e. Will not try again for a month or two, hopefully will be better!

Delivery is shocking, waiting 2.5 hours for two pizzas, called them after 2 hours and they stated that it hadn’t been started.

Ordered from here a few weeks ago and was very impressed with the food when it arrived. Placed another order a few nights ago, order processed and was given a time for delivery. Literally 20 minutes later i received a text saying my order had been cancelled. Rang them up to be told they cancelled as it’s too far away DARLING!! I explained they delivered to us the week before to be told he wasn’t sure why they had. When I asked when I should get my money refunded he replied I dunno maybe tomorrow. Can I also state that to get a delivery you have to put your postcode in on the website. When I entered mine is clearly states they deliver to our area!! May wanna get that looked at Still not refund as yet 😡

Poor service. Placed order online at 18h00 for delivery at 19h00. Called to find out why delayed, rude comments. Food arrived at 20h00 and was cold. Unfortunately paid by card, will not do that mistake again.

Order placed at 1900, delivery due 45 mins later. Message received to say delays by 20 mins, no problem as we were enjoying an evening out. Back home in plenty of time but nothing arrived. Was about to phone when delivery arrived 50 mins later than expected. Food was pretty much thrown at us with no apology for being late. Food was actually hot and tasted good but service was awful so won't be using again. Wish we'd read the reviews first.

Best pizza I've had in ages. Always fresh, always friendly.

A nice meal ruined by being lied to and stolen from. Wrong items delivered by their driver, we called them back and asked for a refund. We'd ordered through just eat but he said he'd sent the driver with the cash as it was easier. Safe to say we never saw that money. We'll be taking our custom elsewhere from now on.

Well tonights Pizza to put it bluntly was awful!! Had before and very tasty but the 2 we ordered + cheese garlic bread were dreadful not crispy, nearly cold. shame 3 years later!! Well tonight placed an order foolishly!! 2hr and 20 minutes later it arrived. A meal deal. in itself good value but service awful!!!

Ordered from here at 7pm, didn’t received until 8.30pm for 2 kebab wraps and a garlic bread. Phoned the takeaway twice, to be told he will call back after speaking to driver, never called back. He was very polite though and driver was apologetic. When food finally arrived it was cold (had to microwave it as we was starving) garlic bread was like cardboard, hurt to chew it and all of it was greasy. Wish I hadn’t have wasted money.

Ordered tonight on their website and placed it to be delivered at 6:10 never turned up so gave them to half past six ,my son rang them and they hadn't even started our order and we'd have to wait another 15 or so minutes in the end said cancel it luckily was paying cash so didn't already pay. We use to order often from them but stopped when they either gave us the wrong food or missed something off. Won't be going to them again

We boycotted this restaurant for a year due to shocking service. Tonight we made the mistake of coming back - never again! Placed order at 1743, for 3 burgers and some chicken and chips, with an initial 45 minute delivery time. Order processed and said delivering 1900-1920 - not ideal for kids bedtime, but it had been placed then so we decided to be patient. 1902 we get the message that the order is on the way - great! We're only a 5 min drive away. Gets to 1930 and I ring the restaurant to be told "oh, we're just starting to prepare it now" - what? Apparently you were on your way half an hour ago! Food eventually arrived at 2030, 2hrs 37min after placing the order and 1hr10m-1hr30m late. Lo and behold, the bacon burgers are slathered in fake cheese which wasn't on the menu (cheers, I'm lactose intolerant) and an entire double chicken burger was missing! Rang them back and got a feeble "Oh, we forgot". We've been promised a full refund in 3-4 days - let's see if they can fulfil any promises to customers at all!

Food ordered at 5.40. Delivery to be at 6.30. 7pm. No food. Rang to be told 1hr delay. Food eventually delivered at 8.17. Chips luke warm, chicken burnt to a crisp and not even placed inside pitta bread. Absolutely shocking service. What a waste of money. Food binned. I am now eating toast🤬🤬🤬

Great food, fast delivery, sometimes a little longer wait when just opened or in busy times. But they don't read the tickets. Twice in a row I've ordered extras with my pizza and received netiher of them. Read the god damn tickets guys, your read them to make my order, why not for my extras?

Ordered pizza on App under Ruskington, Sleaford but order ended up somewhere in Lincoln. Asked at Ruskington who just said it's the app?! No effort made to help or explanationof how this might happen, they actuallyseemed to be aware of this issue. Spoke to Lincoln branch who said there was noone to deal with it as the manager is on holiday. I've now had to report this as fraud to the bank.

Very disappointed, got donner meat and chips donner was cooked to death and was so dry and had burnt and gone black. Was so burnt black bits fell all over my chips so even they tasted burnt. Don’t eat here would be better off eating out of a toilet in India.

Having a sleepover with 2 of my mates and using his mother’s money, we decided to get some pizza here, now usually the food is absolutely top notch and an absolute joy to eat, but today we ordered 2 margaritas, and received them with peppers and mushrooms, which is absolutely vile to put on your pizza. However, due to this being the first bad food I have had here, I will let you off, and you will still get a 3 star rating. I recommend this place to people who don’t have a lot of cash to splash, but still want to endure half an hour of juicy, scumdidliumptipis pizza. Cheers

Ordered a Pizza Hawaiian no topping and a med donna kebab in naan no naan but charged for it total cost for dried mean and no topping £22 won't be having them again what a total joke

We have been using Pizza Roma for about 12 years now but over the last 2 years their service has gone down hill, to the point my last 2 orders hadn’t even been cooked after waiting 90 mins so had to be cancelled. When you are told 50 mins you expect 50 mins, goodness how long they expected us to wait. When I called to ask where our order was the staff were very rude and wouldn’t even let me speak, shouting at me down the phone! I will never use Pizza Roma again. They need to sort out their kitchen, delivery and definitely customer service! Drive for a domino’s unless you have 4 hours to wait and you are ready for rude staff!

Disgusting rude staff, ordered at ten past 4 no food two hours later despite just eat saying 35/45 mins delivery, after much rudeness told another hour, said I'd like to cancel and they just hung up and order was cancelled on just eat. Never ever will use again , must be stacking orders and prioritising things that they can get out local ahead of others, then doing the outlying villages when they have enough, cold orders arriving no doubt, zero stars if I could

I really don't know why they ask for a delivery time, as they clearly have no idea what it means! Food is fine, but don't order if you expect them to deliver even reasonably close to when you expect it!

Would be 5 star, but at the busiest times the quality and delivery suffers. Friendly staff, and I don't hesitate to go here apart from the Friday and Saturday peak times.

We usually have good food from them and I know the fryer went on a Friday night. It was an hour late. But I feel this need to explained through our phone call we had. For the £35, we had no chips or bbq sauce, no fish (yes the gentleman rang us to say we needed something to be the replacement), and the Kfote wrap was stone cold I had to reheat it. I dont think it was worth 35 pounds. It was very disappointing. It would of been nice to get a discount or a refund on those pieces that were missing and cold.

Ordered 3 Kebabs, delivered within 15 mins. Salad was fresh, kebabs were really good. Highly recommended.

Don't know what has happened to this place lately but has seriously gone down in performance & taste. Delivery took well over an hour, chicken was burnt, pizza was burnt, chips were soggy, wet & cold. Quality does not deserve the price. Very disappointed this time

First time I've eaten from here and I wasn't disappointed. I had the four seasons pizza and it was one of the best I've ever had..the fries where also top notch

I will never be getting food from them again, I asked in the notes politely “keep bread separately due to allergies” because we have a gluten intolerance in home and the bread was wrapped around the meat making it inedible

I suggest keeping away from this place at all costs. I spent just under £100 on two orders within a week and they drastically messed up on both occasions. I am shaking with anger just typing this. There is to much to go over about them. I have no idea what's going on at Pizza Roma. The strange thing is I never really had problems with them before. However, I won't be using again I can assure you. You have been warned. Unbelievable.

Ordered a take away for delivery at 19.53 after an hour and a half wait we called to be told on way. Another half hour went by to be told he is on way and will be there in 5 mins sadly after us waiting 2 and a half hours (22.30) we were left with no food. Told we never ordered delivery yet our receipt and the 2 shop assistants before said he was on his way with our order. Very disappointed to say the least and having to find somewhere open to get food with everyone closing shortly.

Ordered via their website and waited the estimated 50 mins for delivery. Called then up to ask on an update, to be told it will be another 20 mins and my order will be at my door. 2 hours after ordering I made another call to be told it was out for delivery and should be at my door any minute. 3 hours later no food has arrived and finally been given a refund after being told it was my fault it never arrived.

I Ordered a meal for 18.05 delivery (2 Pizza, Fries and onion rings) but it was delivered just short of an hour too early. However, being an hour early you would have expected it to be really fresh and hot - it was not! Everything was just above lukewarm, The fries and Onion rings were soggy and the Pizzas were burnt. I stopped using Pizza Roma - Ruskington a few years ago because the prices were getting silly. We decided to try them again as an alternative to our first choice of Thai Takeaway that wasn't delivering on Saturday night. It is not a mistake I will make again....

Placed an order for £35 order was late looked awful have the order missing and wrong items sent. When phoned told would have to wait another 20 minutes for the order to be prepared then wait for a delivery space. When spoke to the manager swore down the phone asking what our problem was well its not hard to get an order right had a awful attitude. We sent the food back and got our money back disgusting service won't be ordering again. Not even worth the 1 star. Then had the cheek to phone us back and say we hadn't sent the whole order back we said we did the items he said we didn't are the items YOU DIDN'T SEND WORSE SERVICE EVER.

Normally very good but, not tonight. Ordered lamb and kofte mixed kebab. Got the kofte but also got a bucket load of yesterdays old burnt Donner tucked underneath. No lamb. I'm sure I'll be told I got what I ordered and everything is fresh but, not so. The Donner meat was super thin, dry and blackened beyond eating with some of it actually breaking up as I moved it around. Not sure what happened there but I'll have to think pretty damn hard before going back.

Please do not use!! With my order worth £40 I ordered some larger and a bottle of wine, it’s was not clear in just eat and after spending another £20 plus all that turned up was one bottle of wine and 4 small cans of larger each can costing me over £3!!! When I phoned then they just said do what you like mate that’s all you get!!! They rip you off, don’t use... I will take this further....

5th March,waited an hour and half and still not delivered despite an email saying it would be there 40 mins earlier I called them only to be asked am I sure I ordered then when he saw I had ordered he asked if I was listening for the door the whole time!! Said something about something not printing off and he's call the driver,half hour later we got our food it was lovely just been cooked I thought they might have added a bottle of pop as a good will gesture. Ordered the next night and they missed stuff of our order only salad but that's besides the point. We order once a week from here sometimes twice, seriously considering going elsewhere.

Used to do really good chips now they’re undercooked, soggy and wet. Wouldn’t recommend anymore. Use to be really good now it’s horrible. Everything comes drenched, the coleslaw is boiling hot and the pizza is normally undercooked. Waste of money

VEGETARIANS DO NOT USE I have just found what looked like diced ham on a cheese and mushroom garlic bread pizza. Had half a slice then threw the manky thing out. I’m guessing they have used the pizza cutter on a meat pizza then used the same one on a none meat pizza. I was just saying how nice it looked actually compared to your usual burnt offerings. You can go the same way Pizza Plus Metheringham went, off our take away list !!

The guys that run this place are really friendly and sure know how to make an excellent pizza. Check your orders though as they often get it wrong

We ordered a Farm House and a Texas BBQ and to honest these were the worst pizzas we had ever had. I am not a person who would normally whinge about things, but the pizzas were burnt and we actually couldn't tell which was which as they both were completely tasteless. I didn't fancy the 5 mile drive back to return the food, so we just binned them. As I said earlier, wouldn't normally have any reason to complain about any food as I am a bit of a glutton and eat anything. Wont be returning
