Valentino's in North Kesteven

having a young child wanting food ..I order for 6 30 and still not here at 7 15 xx app saying its been delivered not happy

I sincerely apologise for the last review as my just eat account seems to have gone to you guys instead of my previous McDonald's order, I have requested that just eat remove it as it was an error. Valentino's food & delivery is always excellent and never have any issues.

When food arrived it was cold and the driver demanded I paid another £4 for delivery even though I had paid delivery with my order and paid for it he was rude to and was also 5 minutes late I wind be using them again first and last time order from me I’m afraid

This is perhaps the best takeaway place in my experience. I have always had excellent service and on one occasion when I was not sure where they were I rang up and the customer service was very good. I highly recommend this restaurant and I have ordered from them on multiple occasions because the food quality is excellent.

All food was cold both burgers had salad and ketchup and there was ham on the cheese pizza first time ive wver had a problem with valentinos but its very disapointing i would like a full refund

Used these 100’s of times over the last 6 years, last few month it’s been error after error with special instructions not being read, pizza came wrong so rang up and after a little argument they said they’d send another one out, the replacement pizza never turned and the way I was spoken to on the phone we won’t be ordering from here again, lost a good customer 👎👎

chicken on the kebab was dry on both and the garlic mushrooms when u bit into the just filled your mouth with oil there was that much in them u couldn't eat them

only ordered chips, drinks and a side of cheese but the chips were delivered in a plastic bag rather than the brown paper that it usually does, so the chips were all soggy and wet. couldnt eat them

Food came on time however paid for delivery on just eat then having to pay extra when it arrived, which we were unaware of until they got to the door. This needs to be stated before hand. ended up paying £5.50 from delivery, even only stated it was 2.50

Everything good but paid 2.50 extra for a stuffed crust pizza and only got a normal pizza , I know it's only 2.50 but still annoying when you have paid for something you don't get

Absolutely terrible found hair in food and watched them pick food of of floor . Horrible to staff heard them talking to a girl and it was minging the driver is disgusting and I was wearing a skirt and and top he would not stop staring do not recommend

Very pleased and happy about food, delivery Servis and staff in the shop. Lots of kebab/pizza shop around but they have genuinely the most tasty food around 😋 highly recommended

New price we can accept but the food wasn’t great normally the chips are separate from the wrap but for some weird reason the chips were added into the wrap why! Been using Valentinos for 10 years and this will be the last time sorry to say.

The fries and onion rings was lukewarm had to microwave to reheat

£4 delivery fee to our location, FYI (phone call immediately after placing the order). Food unfortunately cold upon arrival, most likely okay when it was still hot.

Cold and dry kebab, I've eaten kebab from here many times. This is the worst I've had.

The vegetarian pasta is amazing one of the best I’ve tried it’s not just a bland tomato basic one it’s really flavoursome and their onion rings are really good. Delivery driver was so sweet as well. Will definitely be ordering again!

The garlic bread was top tier, up with the best garlic breads I have ever gotten. I ordered the Garlic Bread Supreme and it was a 9.5/10. Only way to improve it is maybe a bit more cheese.

Comes 20mins late ment to be 17.70 including for delivery not over £21 so driver sent on his way will not use again not even a phone call off them

ordered food 1h20m ago, granted it's a saturday night but we're literally only 4 miles away. food finally arrived, BBQ sauce (that we paid extra for) had quite literally exploded everywhere, covering the pizza boxes and on a few garlic bread slices. asked for no onions on our pizza, came with EXTRA onions asked for BBQ sauce on the halloumi wrap, came with hot chilli sauce.

No ability to select filling for jacket potato so asked in the notes area of the order. Potato was in no way large as stated and came without any filling. Rang them but received no help to amend the issue. We have ordered regularly from this restaurant but they have now lost our business.

Was told I need to pay an extra £2 delivery when I already paid £2 for the delivery I was not informed on the app of this information

Food is always nice from here but tonight’s pizza toppings were falling off the pizza.

Food was cold and horrible, delivery was late, and tried to charge a barbaric amount for delivery.

I was asked for £5 on delivery due to extra delivery charge. Despite already paying £2.00 online. I refused and was passed the phone to the manager forcing me to pay the £5. Telling me it’s my fault, even though this is not started anywhere. Will not be ordering again

Great food, well priced (I bought one of the special deals) and the food arrived 30 minutes early which was great!

This kebab does not disappoint with the food. I Ordered many Doner items on the menu since it's my favourite and had no issues and was always delicious. The service was pretty bad as for the tenth time or so I tell them to give me extra garlic they always never give it. They respond with yes but no garlic is ever given to my wraps or meals. Not surprised since the worker had airpods on and probably didn't understand what I was saying.

The pizza was not what ordered with burnt chicken on.

Got charged by the delivery driver for delivery despite already paying delivery through the app. Order came with Mayonnaise, and so we couldn't eat it.

I love the chicken so moist and tender and flavourful my account is getting empty with the amount of time I buy it 😋

The chips were over cooked and very dry and the kebab meat was very dry and quite crispy. Not as good as usual
