It was 30 mins late because they delivered on time but it was the wrong pizza, got the correct pizza later

We ordered a special burger and got a Valentino’s burger which had a chicken burger in it and my wife dosent like chicken. We removed the chicken burger but she could still taste it unfortunately

Was delivered early but the wrong order, the right order was delivered on time

Accidentally ordered it to the wrong address so I called straightaway to let them know. The gentleman who answered was lovely and got it sorted so the delivery came to the address I was actually at. Never had any problems ordering from here and the food is always great :)

Bitterly disappointed. All of the burgers looked like they had be put on the grill and forgotten about, burnt all over looked like there had been some attempt to scrape the burnt bits off or they were stuck to the grill and ripped when trying to remove them, very dry and difficult to eat we ended up throwing them away. chips very soggy £30 wasted!!! will not be using again.

We order so many times but sadly tonight they forgot the Gallic mayo and the portion sizes were for kids.Very disappointed

Great pizza as always. Was given a delivery time of 45mins-1 hour on the Just Eat app, but it arrived less than 30 minutes after I ordered. Super quick delivery time!!

Very unhappy not only was they almost 20 minutes late but the driver gave me my change 90p short. Had a problem with every single bit of food I ordered; the mozzarella sticks were over cooked and some of them didnt even have cheese in, the fried chicken batter was just way too crispy, the pizza wasn’t too bad apart from the stuffed crust didn’t go around the whole pizza. AND WHEN I RANG THEM ABOUT IT THEY BLOCKED MY NUMBER!!! I get it’s a Saturday night and you’re probably busy but come on. Will not be ordering again!

Valentino’s is without fail the BEST takeaway in Lincoln. Whether it may be a pizza, burger or kebab you order it’s always 10/10. The coleslaw is to die for and the chips are just perfect every time, will always come back for good scran and recommend it to everyone who asks

the pizza base was soggy, chips were cold and the kebab meat was really dry-mostlt inedible. Have used this takeaway previously for collection and was ok but tonight was quite honestly, awful.

I sincerely apologise for the last review as my just eat account seems to have gone to you guys instead of my previous McDonald's order, I have requested that just eat remove it as it was an error. Valentino's food & delivery is always excellent and never have any issues.

When food arrived it was cold and the driver demanded I paid another £4 for delivery even though I had paid delivery with my order and paid for it he was rude to and was also 5 minutes late I wind be using them again first and last time order from me I’m afraid

This is perhaps the best takeaway place in my experience. I have always had excellent service and on one occasion when I was not sure where they were I rang up and the customer service was very good. I highly recommend this restaurant and I have ordered from them on multiple occasions because the food quality is excellent.

All food was cold both burgers had salad and ketchup and there was ham on the cheese pizza first time ive wver had a problem with valentinos but its very disapointing i would like a full refund

Used these 100’s of times over the last 6 years, last few month it’s been error after error with special instructions not being read, pizza came wrong so rang up and after a little argument they said they’d send another one out, the replacement pizza never turned and the way I was spoken to on the phone we won’t be ordering from here again, lost a good customer 👎👎

chicken on the kebab was dry on both and the garlic mushrooms when u bit into the just filled your mouth with oil there was that much in them u couldn't eat them

very good food as always. children were disappointed they didn't get the free garlic bread this time.

only ordered chips, drinks and a side of cheese but the chips were delivered in a plastic bag rather than the brown paper that it usually does, so the chips were all soggy and wet. couldnt eat them

Food came on time however paid for delivery on just eat then having to pay extra when it arrived, which we were unaware of until they got to the door. This needs to be stated before hand. ended up paying £5.50 from delivery, even only stated it was 2.50

Everything good but paid 2.50 extra for a stuffed crust pizza and only got a normal pizza , I know it's only 2.50 but still annoying when you have paid for something you don't get

Absolutely terrible found hair in food and watched them pick food of of floor . Horrible to staff heard them talking to a girl and it was minging the driver is disgusting and I was wearing a skirt and and top he would not stop staring do not recommend

New price we can accept but the food wasn’t great normally the chips are separate from the wrap but for some weird reason the chips were added into the wrap why! Been using Valentinos for 10 years and this will be the last time sorry to say.

The vegetarian pasta is amazing one of the best I’ve tried it’s not just a bland tomato basic one it’s really flavoursome and their onion rings are really good. Delivery driver was so sweet as well. Will definitely be ordering again!

Cold and dry kebab, I've eaten kebab from here many times. This is the worst I've had.

The garlic bread was top tier, up with the best garlic breads I have ever gotten. I ordered the Garlic Bread Supreme and it was a 9.5/10. Only way to improve it is maybe a bit more cheese.

Comes 20mins late ment to be 17.70 including for delivery not over £21 so driver sent on his way will not use again not even a phone call off them
