We ordered for asap and it was here so quickly- way before estimated! Amazing food as always too!!

Food was delivered early, pizzas were hot and delicious. Always good from here.

Delicious fresh pizza & chips delivered as promised by a friendly polite delivery person.

Food was ok quality, but had missing items from the order, and when refund was requested, it was denied, and the operator of the time was exceedingly rude. Not happy lost about 15 pounds worth of food.

As always, arrived on time with the food perfect and still hot despite the icy conditions

Unfortunately our order wasn’t correct we ordered donor kebab and got donor meat and chips and also asked for no salad in our wrap and it came with salad

Forgot onion rings, telephoned and dismissed me by telling theyll give me free onion rings next time! How are they free when ive already paid for them but didnt receive 😔

From the list of restaurants it said 30-45 mins then once ordered it changed to 1hr-1hr20. We ordered 1 pizzas, one was bland and the other was very greasy. We didn’t eat much of it.

Delivery always quick. Absolutely love the Chips, best ever. Pizza so yummy, always pizza. Other food we have had like nuggets & burgers are lovely to. Staff at restaurant are amazing & been very helpful with anything had to contact them with. Brilliant service

Food from here is always delicious - chicken wraps are particularly good, and the pizza is a cut above the usual kebab shop standard.

Must have been placed not flat as both pizzas were a bit of a mess and the pizza dough was a bit soggy

Very disappointed with the Donner I had from them the sauce was very bland the Donner meat was very greasy and also bland the best part was the lettuce that was nice and fresh

Delivery excellent as always. This is our go to family treat and is consistently excellent BUT this evening order was totally disappointing. The garlic bread was over cooked to almost burnt and the pizza looked like it has been dropped and then shoved into the box. It appeared that all the toppings had slid to one side and then oops let’s spread it back over the base. This is disappointing and ended up being thrown away. Decided to cook a frozen pizza and garlic bread which at least was edible.

usual go to takeaway for chicken keba even when prices have gone up but the portion has seriously decreased... not worth £8 for 4 bits of chicken, one slice of cucumber and and handful of onions.. really disappointed on this occasion 😞

We've been using Pizza Place since it first opened and have gone back time after time because the pizzas are that good. The ingredients are tasty and plentiful and food is always piping hot The delivery service is very reliable and, although the standard time quoted is usually 45 minutes the food has often arrived in half that. The staff are polite and friendly. The mark for atmosphere is in no way a criticism as it is a takeaway, not a restaurant; the aim is one of efficient production, rather ambience.

late delivery and the chips was cold, normally get good fast service but very poor tonight and the food was average at best !

only complaint is that we didn't get the kids free drinks and lollipops with the kids meals. Apart from that food is always great 👍

Food quality, service and delivery time is always excellent. This is our go to place for a quick and inexpensive takeaway. Good variety on the menu, and always have deals available. We can only speak to the delivery side, as we order via an app, but this is one of the best take away available in Lincoln.

What can I say apart from the doner and chicken wraps are phenomenal and the calzones are epic. Staff are lovely and really work their butts off. Really recommend and now a firm fav as a local business to support. Vicky and Jake

It’s a shame I’m having to write this review as I did enjoy this place very well, recently my family ordered from this place where just eat had an issue and took payment twice, that issue was left in a review for this place and someone from the shop came knocking on our door on Christmas Eve (two days after the order) to basically dismiss the review all because the person who left the review wanted people to be careful on just eat, I will not be ordering from here again!

Food ordered and driver phoned quickly to say he had our order but didn’t know the postcode and house number. Provided him with the details and 20 mins later still no food. Called the shop and they said they would call him and hung up. Food eventually arrived but was luke warm. Never had this before and hopefully won’t again.

Well I had Pizza and chips tonight and it was blooming lovely! I had two different halves, kebab on one half and chicken garlic and I had black olives on. They were both piping hot and delivered with a smile.. I’ve ordered from here before and honestly I’ve never had a bad one.. beautifully cooked with plenty of toppings. Thank you it was delicious xx

It was deliver to next door who is happy to have my dinner I have a number on my door of 11 was deliver to number 9 I called and had to fight for order to be redeliverd and had to wait another hour total joke as we enjoy food from here regular and so is person who enjoying my meal for my kids not offered nothing for compensation other that wait longer for another one

A bit expensive, service pretty appalling and customer service is dire. Think these must be the most unsavoury characters with bad attitudes I have seen yet in all the places I have been. Would give this place a miss a would not recommend. Guy in front of me was made wait 20 minutes before they even asked what he wanted, and the way they asked him was very rude to say the least. I just walked out after witnessing that.

Tried this place for the 1st time and came away very happy. Doner wrap was loaded with meat and chips and onion rings were tasty & hot. This was a carry out, will try delivery service next.

Always great tasting, piping hot food. Their pizza’s are amazing and tonight I had the special kebab. It was really delicious and very big! Chips were yummy. If you haven’t tried the food from here give them a try. I’d definitely recommend them .

Great quality kebabs. Best chilli sauce in Lincoln. You know it’s a good kebab when the chilli and garlic sauces are clearly made in-house and not just out of a bottle.

First time in a while we’ve had an issue, clearly our order had been left sat at the restaurant or was the last delivery, as by the time it got to us it was going cold, soggy, the chips were inedible, the cheese gone rubbery, the chicken was soggy & had no crisp to it at all & half of the pizza had been burnt, then gone very dry because of being left to go cold. Most of the food has been left, waste of a £26 takeaway, only good enough for the bin. Waited an hour for it, wasn’t interested in having it replaced, requested a refund.

Very poor, forgot my chips, told replacement would be 10 minutes, 40 minutes later they arrived. In my opinion the quality is poor.

Had been warned by others that it was a hit and miss place when it comes to quality but the meal was great last night, pizzas were cooked really well and tasted nice.

Arrived quicker than estimated, still fresh and hot.

Ordered a chicken kebab with garlic mayo sauce. Bit disappointed as there was lots of chicken but just very bland. I half expected a marinated chicken but tasted plain. Sauce was ready watering too. I've always ordered pizzas from here and we love them but thought I'd try something different this time.

Love the pizzas, but the delivery was nearly 30mins late. I will still order from here again though.

In the words of Debbie Harry, "Picture this"..... It's 16.00 hrs on a Sunday. They're open, we're hungry after a track day at Cadwell Park. Quick decision to be made, 3 x large mixed kebabs it is then! We were told it would be 45 minutes delivery (fine, no issues) but within 20 minutes, they were knocking on the door. Reeeeesult, it saved me chewing at my own leg. 😁 Delivery guy was polite and courteous. We received 3 x mixed special kebabs (more expensive and come with chips, salad, sauce and pitta) instead but as I could have eaten a horse, jockey, stable hand and nose bag, that was fine. So, watch for an extra cost if you do order directly by phone. They only accept cash on the doorstep, by the way. Pay by card when you order, just in case you've no cash. Food was piping hot, freshly prepared and extremely tasty. All three of us (aged from 57 to 78 and sober) were astounded at the value for money in the current financial/economic climate. We'll try these guys again but next time in a more stressful situation, maybe Saturday night at 10.00pm! Hopefully they'll cope just as well. There's a few negative reviews on here and we were sceptical as a result but as stated, we were very happy. I'm a pedantic fella that suffers with OCD (letters in the wrong order) and I was at piece after my meal so, hopefully you'll buy with confidence and have a similar, positive experience. 👍👍
