cold by the time I got on my dinner break

My order never arrived. Could not contact anyonè. Emailed still waiting to hear. Requested a refund still waiting to hear. We gave security cameras si know they never even attemoted to deliver.

Food was vile really over cooked but cold burgers were so dry even the bun was burnt! Hardly ate any of it it was inedible

The staff is very rude :( it’s a manager who is very rude

Come cold unfortunately and the chicken looked like it was reheated. It was overcooked and very greasy, yet cold.

Do know why you leave a note for them just to forget what you put not the first time either

Fries Portions insultingly small. Hot wings size of popcorn chicken balls. Rude, non interactive, belligerent staff and all food cold. Other customers complaing of same before and upon leaving. Never Again

driver needs to learn some manners as I dont appreciate being spoke to in the way he spoke to me. delivery is to the door and not to the street. half the order missing also. Never review like this but this is far to often there is items missing.

Time kept changing on the app. First time given was 13.05-13.25. Then it was 13.35-13.55 then again it changed. Food order was put in around 11.40-12.00.

When the food arrived it came with the wrong drinks, we opened the delivery as the driver knocked on our door, he had delivered us the wrong order and asked for it back and swapped it over. Once we opened the correct order the food was cold and soggy.

Came on time but was missing all the gravy we ordered and all the food was stone cold.

What we ordered wasn't available. Offered an alternative, but this arrived cold. The venue was cold and uninviting. Others had been waiting 30 minutes plus for food. I'm very disappointed. It's not the first time we've had this level of service at this venue. Once, I put down as a bad day. Maybe focus on the customer at the counter, not delivery services.

Been through the drive thru twice & twice I've got home to find items missing! Staff don't fill you with confidence.. don't seem interested.

THIS TIME, excellent food and drink—KFC Gravy is the best—keep it up because sometimes you let your standards slip. The delivery guy was very polite and helpful to a disabled customer. I/We will be back.

Can only comment on the drive-through experience to date but having visited a few times it never seems busy which I guess is a plus. Food itself is of course the typical fast food fare but at least seemed fresh and was tasty enough. The accessibility of the actual restaurant if you're approaching from the Doddington Road junction can be a pain at times due to traffic and lights. The long winded drive into and out of the actual drive-through queue is also a bit frustrating.

Rude staff, food wrong again, told they will not refund, food cold and all broken up in the packaging. I have never had such a bad experience at a KFC. In my opinion the worst in the UK.

The courier was extremely rude, they never responded and did not deliver the food, they then blocked my number to stop me from calling them,completely incompetent

Never turned up. Been scammed out of over £40. Delivery driver called once and hung up, then appear to have turned his phone off and dumped (or eat) the order. Just Eat refuse to refund. Needless to say my last ever order with just eat.

The food was cold and seemed like it had been sat there for days. Inside the building was colder than outside, the music playing sounded like the speakers were blown and the staff looked like they didn't want to be there and I wish I never went in the place. Don't recommend it, go to McDonald's instead.

Edit: Went in tonight and it's the first time ever that a member of staff was cleaning the tables and asked if we needed anything like extra ketchup. Keep it up KFC. ☺️ Unfortunately as usual most tables were dirty with trays on where people had left and nobody cleaned up for more than 30mins.

I ordered a fillet burger meal. Received a zinger burger. No butter milk dip. No can of 7up The order should be easy to follow. It was correct on the receipt

Finally, a half decent local KFC. Food was really good quality and served very quickly. Used the screen to ordered but they never have paper in to print receipts, which I need for claiming work expenses. Unfortunately, it wasn't great asking for a printed receipt, it was more of a problem for the staff to sort only downside to what would have been a great around experience.

Food was good but the on-the-bone chicken pieces seem to get smaller and bonier every year.

The driver was pleasant and personable though he seemed "lost" about the delivery procedure. All the chicken was cold and needed reheating. The Coleslaw was VERY expensive - £2.99 for 1 Tablespoonful - is exorbitant. Not an enjoyable experience.

Went in to KFC teal park. Could not order at counter,was asked to use the screens. I made a wrong order so asked for a part refund. Very disgruntled staff said that they had applied my refund. I now find that the refund has not been applied. Will not be stepping foot in KFC again. Disgraceful staff at teal park.

Food was luke warm, but tasty, although the buns were slightly stale. The restaurant was absolutely filthy! Who sacked the cleaner?! Food crumbs all over the floor and tables. They got one of the items wrong on the order so had to take it back to the counter to replace it. Service was quite slow too! Machine still not giving out tickets, so had to remember our order number as well. Really badly organised, it’s a shame as it’s a new building, what a disappointment our visit was.

After reading several critical reviews I was very pleasantly surprised to find todays visit to this KFC a good experience all round. Four of us ordered a selection off the menu and each of us was perfectly happy with what was served. The premises are clean and the staff polite and welcoming. Its a pity all KFC's are not as good - but dont hesitate to visit this one.

I can't quote on quality as the main bucket meal was missing. To add insult to this, the only refund offer was a code to use next time in the Teal Park location.... Order at your own peril, and don't get your expectations up.... £29.99 out of pocket and hungry!!!!! Shameful experience!!

Ordered 2 zingers burgers meals with 8 hot wings and the hot wings had such an awful smell to them! wasn’t edible what’s so ever. Made me feel sick. The zinger burger was absolutely dry and cold.

I have been eating KFC for over 50 years now all over the country , this KFC along with the KFC at Dundall near Bridgwater have got to be the best kfc s in the country !!! 11/10 every visit 👍🏻

This is a relatively new KFC on the outskirts of South Lincoln just 30 seconds off the A46 bypass. It doesn’t seem to get too busy, but is modern and clean with plenty of parking. Food-wise… yeah, it’s chicken!

To the manager, please employ staff that can read an order. This is the second order on the trot with missing items, NO Popcorn Chicken, NO Gravy and only 3 portions of fries. This is not acceptable!

The food was lovely tasting and the delivery person was friendly but on arrival the gravy was so hot that when I picked the bag up it split open and the gravy went all down my leg and foot and burnt me. The poor delivery driver also got it on her. So I believe the gravy was served far too hot.

Got here at 10pm said they have no mini filets and said it’s because they was cleaning and takes and hour to cool down and we get to the window and there still cooking stuff and saw some mini fillets in the tray this is outrageous. Not good at all and the staff looked like they didn’t want to work there 🤬🤬.
