KFC Lincoln Teal Park in North Kesteven

What we ordered wasn't available. Offered an alternative, but this arrived cold. The venue was cold and uninviting. Others had been waiting 30 minutes plus for food. I'm very disappointed. It's not the first time we've had this level of service at this venue. Once, I put down as a bad day. Maybe focus on the customer at the counter, not delivery services.

Came on time but was missing all the gravy we ordered and all the food was stone cold.

Been through the drive thru twice & twice I've got home to find items missing! Staff don't fill you with confidence.. don't seem interested.

THIS TIME, excellent food and drink—KFC Gravy is the best—keep it up because sometimes you let your standards slip. The delivery guy was very polite and helpful to a disabled customer. I/We will be back.

Chips were cold and the gravy was thick and tasted like pepper

Can only comment on the drive-through experience to date but having visited a few times it never seems busy which I guess is a plus. Food itself is of course the typical fast food fare but at least seemed fresh and was tasty enough. The accessibility of the actual restaurant if you're approaching from the Doddington Road junction can be a pain at times due to traffic and lights. The long winded drive into and out of the actual drive-through queue is also a bit frustrating.

Very salty chicken and cold fries

The courier was extremely rude, they never responded and did not deliver the food, they then blocked my number to stop me from calling them,completely incompetent

Rude staff, food wrong again, told they will not refund, food cold and all broken up in the packaging. I have never had such a bad experience at a KFC. In my opinion the worst in the UK.

Never turned up. Been scammed out of over £40. Delivery driver called once and hung up, then appear to have turned his phone off and dumped (or eat) the order. Just Eat refuse to refund. Needless to say my last ever order with just eat.

I should be getting a refund of £60 from an order that was dreadful on Saturday 9th November I have not received this I have sent all relevant information requested

The food was cold and seemed like it had been sat there for days. Inside the building was colder than outside, the music playing sounded like the speakers were blown and the staff looked like they didn't want to be there and I wish I never went in the place. Don't recommend it, go to McDonald's instead.

Edit: Went in tonight and it's the first time ever that a member of staff was cleaning the tables and asked if we needed anything like extra ketchup. Keep it up KFC. ☺️ Unfortunately as usual most tables were dirty with trays on where people had left and nobody cleaned up for more than 30mins.

I ordered a fillet burger meal. Received a zinger burger. No butter milk dip. No can of 7up The order should be easy to follow. It was correct on the receipt

Finally, a half decent local KFC. Food was really good quality and served very quickly. Used the screen to ordered but they never have paper in to print receipts, which I need for claiming work expenses. Unfortunately, it wasn't great asking for a printed receipt, it was more of a problem for the staff to sort only downside to what would have been a great around experience.

Food was good but the on-the-bone chicken pieces seem to get smaller and bonier every year.

The driver was pleasant and personable though he seemed "lost" about the delivery procedure. All the chicken was cold and needed reheating. The Coleslaw was VERY expensive - £2.99 for 1 Tablespoonful - is exorbitant. Not an enjoyable experience.

Went in to KFC teal park. Could not order at counter,was asked to use the screens. I made a wrong order so asked for a part refund. Very disgruntled staff said that they had applied my refund. I now find that the refund has not been applied. Will not be stepping foot in KFC again. Disgraceful staff at teal park.

Was left out side my flat door no one knocked or rang the bell so food was cold because I didn’t know it was their so no one ask for the code which I had ready to give him or her not sure who it was because no one handed me the food disgusting because I pay for service

Food was luke warm, but tasty, although the buns were slightly stale. The restaurant was absolutely filthy! Who sacked the cleaner?! Food crumbs all over the floor and tables. They got one of the items wrong on the order so had to take it back to the counter to replace it. Service was quite slow too! Machine still not giving out tickets, so had to remember our order number as well. Really badly organised, it’s a shame as it’s a new building, what a disappointment our visit was.

After reading several critical reviews I was very pleasantly surprised to find todays visit to this KFC a good experience all round. Four of us ordered a selection off the menu and each of us was perfectly happy with what was served. The premises are clean and the staff polite and welcoming. Its a pity all KFC's are not as good - but dont hesitate to visit this one.

I can't quote on quality as the main bucket meal was missing. To add insult to this, the only refund offer was a code to use next time in the Teal Park location.... Order at your own peril, and don't get your expectations up.... £29.99 out of pocket and hungry!!!!! Shameful experience!!

Ordered 2 zingers burgers meals with 8 hot wings and the hot wings had such an awful smell to them! wasn’t edible what’s so ever. Made me feel sick. The zinger burger was absolutely dry and cold.

I have been eating KFC for over 50 years now all over the country , this KFC along with the KFC at Dundall near Bridgwater have got to be the best kfc s in the country !!! 11/10 every visit 👍🏻

This is a relatively new KFC on the outskirts of South Lincoln just 30 seconds off the A46 bypass. It doesn’t seem to get too busy, but is modern and clean with plenty of parking. Food-wise… yeah, it’s chicken!

To the manager, please employ staff that can read an order. This is the second order on the trot with missing items, NO Popcorn Chicken, NO Gravy and only 3 portions of fries. This is not acceptable!

The food was lovely tasting and the delivery person was friendly but on arrival the gravy was so hot that when I picked the bag up it split open and the gravy went all down my leg and foot and burnt me. The poor delivery driver also got it on her. So I believe the gravy was served far too hot.

Got here at 10pm said they have no mini filets and said it’s because they was cleaning and takes and hour to cool down and we get to the window and there still cooking stuff and saw some mini fillets in the tray this is outrageous. Not good at all and the staff looked like they didn’t want to work there 🤬🤬.

Just picked up my kfc got home to find a bucket of extremely dry chicken. Zero taste Zero moisture Horrible Will not use again! Reply to KFC: I spent nearly £20 and threw nearly all of it in the bin. You haven’t offered a refund you just asked me to give them another try. Great customer service 😂

Most of the food was inedible £67 totally waisted very disappointing as was for family pre football get together twister meal was dreadful and Chicken filets were so over cooked they snapped

Never received my order. Complaint has been filed from myself and from the KFC staff due to poor just eat drivers behaviour.

Pepsi max and popcorn chicken missing

Reluctantly I've had to give these incompetents one star it should however, be zero. Half our delivered order was missing and when my husband finally spoke to someone regarding the matter they immediately blamed Uber for the delivery. It wasnt Uber who packed the sealed bag with receipt, it was you KFC teal park. We have now been told by Uber we have to wait up to fifteen days to get a refund and here lies the joke they have to get a refund from KFC, the incompetents we originally ordered from.

The driver parked outside my house then drove off up the road. After a couple of calls, he still drove to the wrong address. I had walk down the road to find him and collect my meal. Food was cold as a result.

The food was 50/50. Chicken was good and freshly cooked but the chips looked and tasted like they'd been hanging around all day. The staff were the most miserable I've encountered outside of France.

TERRIBLE!! Unfortunately once again this establishment has gone downhill. The previous 2 visits were a great experience. The Staff were efficient the service was quick and more importantly the food was delicious and hot and the skin on the chicken was juicy. This time the staff were inefficient we were missing hot wings from our order. The service was really slow. And the chicken was dry and the skin was like leather. The fries also tasted dry and not freshly prepared. This is how I remember this establishment on my very first visit. Very poor. It will be a long time before I contemplate returning. Let's hope the owner takes note.

Chicken coating is too hard, like chewing on stones. Terrible!! The last few times have been horrible from this site. Will order from high street from now on.

Missing a lot of items. It's like no one even checks.

Got a drive through last Friday, a mighty bucket for one, and although the chips were hot, they were so salty it started to hurt my mouth. The 2 fillet pieces were fine, but the spicy wings didn’t taste like there was any spiciness to them (I wondered if they’d put regular wings in instead), and the 2 pieces of chicken were greasier than anything I’ve seen in a long time. The outside was crispy, but the skin fell off the chicken and the meat was almost spongy with oil. This was the first KFC I’d had in a few years, and will definitely be the last too.

How is it out of 10 pieces of chicken, 6 of them are drumsticks and the other 4 are thighs? Not a single piece of breast. What kind of mutant chickens are we dealing with?

Currently in the drive thru and 3 cars have been served by the audio screen in 13 minutes. 2 seconds and I’ll be with you followed up by a 5 minute wait twice. No wonder it’s empty every time you drive past

I ordered this order at 4 o'clock it arrived at 6.45 the food is stone cold looks like it was cook at 4 o'clock was totally disappointed paid 28 pound will not be using just eat again

Was waiting for chicken too Cook. Was quite busy. When got food chips were cold. The offer at the moment isn't great all you end up with is legs and I like a bit of white meat too

Ordered a party bucket. Missing part of the order, popcorn chicken must have flown away by itself. Fries soggy. No breast pieces. Just drumsticks and some thigh pieces.

The food was very poor, lukewarm at best including the coffee. All young kids serving, no idea of customer service, more interested in chatting between themselves. Have to remember food order number as machine not giving tickets. Toilets another level - not clean, no toilet paper in one of the ladies, some soap dispensers empty- hunt to find which one had some in! Customers wiping their own tables. Certainly won't rush back

Overcooked fries as well as soggy chicken coating. Had to clean both seat and table while 4 members of staff stood at the counter watching. Does not replicate the kfc brand that i know and love

Very quiet KFC with lots of staff, however the place was filthy, tables all dirty, toilets disgusting, cobwebs all around the windows and a nice view of a staff member snogging what i hope was her bf.

Chips were fantastic, but missing from the order until I went in and got them. Update: last time I ate here I was violently ill. Had a snack wrap last night and feeling VERY ill again 🤢🤢🤢
