Option 3 Pizza in North Kesteven

I ordered online and they cancelled my order! Looking back through other reviews I see a trend. Guess the owner / operator doesn't read these reviews......

It's just absurdly expensive. About double the price of competitors - £8 for a small doner and about £10 for the smallest pizza.

Never open to the time they say..awful!!!

My kids love it, staff are lovely, really impressed with their customer service and how well they treat their customers. The meal deals are really affordable for larger families or get togethers.

Guys serving at counter didn’t really know what they were doing Didn’t exactly get correct pizza (missing requested extra item that was paid for) they offer free chips over a certain spend value but if you don’t ask for them you don’t get them even though you may have ordered chips as an extra Pizza was hot and tasty though

Great food, good prices, in all the years of coming here never had a bad experience

Our go-to takeaway for the past year. Have always been fast on delivery - if delayed, always throw in a free drink or side. Have never had any problems with food missing or being incorrect.

Do not order from here! Chicken was still pink, no chips with any of the food and when rang to complain the girl put the phone down. Awful food and awful customer service, so many better kebab places in Lincoln.

The call operator was friendly and our call was answered promptly. We ordered a pizza meal deal that was good value and arrived in good time, but unfortunately the food was disappointing. Our Pizza toppings were incorrect, the potato wedges were soft and soggy and the garlic pizza bread was extremely greasy. We will not be ordering from Option 3 again.

Been coming here for years now, people who work here have always been great and kind, built up a great rapport with me as a customer and I hope it never shuts

Drivers smoke in cars where there are other people's food. The outside is full of fag ends and energy drink cans.

Ordered two days in a row, both days the food was amazing! Prepared incredibly quickly! Being a vegan, I called in advance to check if the bases were vegan and if they were able to make a pizza without the cheese. They were very helpful! Consistently delicious!

Pizzas and mixed kebab.. I have been using these on and off for years, normally extremely fast but i guess it also depends on the night and the time, always good tasting and fresh pizzas and the mixed kebab or mixed meat and chips has always been extremely tasty and one of my favourites

First time using Option 3 since moving to Hykeham. Looks like I will continue to go to Pizza Panz on Brant Road. Pizza wasn’t good or cooked enough and kebab was literally tasteless.

Raw chicken with blood in the middle, soggy pizza with sloppy toppings, restaurant useless, option 3 useless, food standards agency investigation and small claims court started!!!!!

Dry pitta, called to ask for a refund, got a mouthful of abuse.

Accepted my order took my money and then cancelled it 10 minutes later and said my refund will be with me in 3-5 what a joke! Avoid this place. WHY accept an order and then 10 mins later tell me they’re experiencing high amount of orders, simple DONT accept if you cannot do every order!!!

Great food, great pric, friendly staff, oh, and did I mention Great food.

Delivery was quick, portions perfect and food was great.

If 0 stars was an option it would be that Absolutely horrendous found 2 black hairs on my burger so clearly no hair/ beard nets. I have ordered a few times and was lush but now will not touch this place with a 10 ft pole sort it out.

Chicken still pink, no sauce, the donner meat tastes disgusting and the free chips it's says you get in orders over £10 you have to request. Not used them for a couple of years due to getting our order wrong on a regular basis- thought we'd give them a try to see if they had improved and if anything the food it's actually worse than its every been.

Would give this place a 0 if I could! Used to order from here all the time was a regular customer actually! But recently I've had things missing from my orders. Food has been overcooked chips are nothing like they used to me. And when you try to contact them in regards to missing items you can never get through on the phone. Won't be ordering again!

Food was swimming in grease, donor kebab was also swimming in grease. Chunks of dried grease in the food, pitta bread was absolutely soaking and ripped when I had picked it up. The paper was stuck go the trays. Absolutely disgusting too. Called the restaurant and the guy had tired to argue with my saying that it wasn't cold, it was like they have left if outside in -5 degrees weather

Ordered a piazza at half past 11 then at midnight I got a text saying there are closed yet they don’t close till midnight So sat waiting at home for half an hour for them to say that what a joke

So good! Better than overpriced Dominos imo. Quick and friendly service too 👍🏻😊

Pizza came delivered by cheerful chap (mark sleight) pizza was piping hot 🔥 as was our free chips pepperoni sweet was jam packed with flavors of ham pineappl & pepperoni totally fab-u-lous pepperoni sweet is our favorite pizza from now on even Google maps has had a fantastic review from us to we recommend option 3 to everybody who wants a full tasting pizza to blow there mind with flavors

I have ordered from here without a problem, multiple times however last night my garlic bread had long strands of black hair embedded in it. I contacted them today, I said I didnt want my money back just improve your hygiene. Man on the phone was apologetic but didnt ask my name, order no etc.. just said when I order again he will send something free. I will not be ordering agsin

Don't buy doner kebab everything is just slapped on top of pitta bread worst I have ever had

although the pizzas are good - the customer service is down right disgusting, managers who do not own up to their mistakes and shout at you down the phone with threats when you try to make a complaint that an order was not up to scratch and things missing …. also a company that inevitably doesn't know how to abide by GDPR regulations as i have seen things where they have posted peoples address's online for everyone to see …. i would not recommend just due to the disregard for customer respect

Great place if you want overcooked greasy pizza, lacking in toppings and don't mind waiting the extra 40 mins for delivery after stated delivery time! Even the free garlic bread was lovingly overcooked and thoroughly passed through the 'blander' several times. 10/10 for customer service! 🤔🙈 Just avoid!

Only tried tonight so can only speak for this one occasion however they did get the order wrong and forgot to add in the chips. The potato wedges were undercooked. Burger was tasty but unbelievably greasy. Based on this single experience, I will be trying another fast food establishment on my next take away evening.

Pre ordered food for a set time.. turned up on time but chips was luke warm at best.. and the cheesecake was frozen solid. Is it hard to get the cheesecake defrosted when we ordered 2hrs before.. Poor will not order again..

IF I COULD GIVE A 0 I WOULD... If you're happy with whatever they eventually bring you this is the place for you. We order through Just Eat so our phone details etc are available, time and time again they either forget a drink or bring a completely different ice cream to what is ordered of they remember to bring it... it could all be sorted with simple phone call to say YOU have order this but WE dont have it. Always fall into the trap of giving them the benefit but it is always the same. AVOID AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT A LUCKY DIP!

Perfectly reasonable pizza and kebab for the money.

1 star as I have to give a star, absolutely shocking £40 odd order what we think nice take away with friends to be greeted with a fly cooked into the garlic bread, when we rang up we got spoken to rudely then when the driver came to collect and even he rang to say he can see the fly in the food we was told we can have a refund but NEVER ORDER AGAIN not like we would but why address the situation like we are at fault. Absolutely Disgusting

Lovely people, good service but..... ordered 2 pizzas and they were both terrible. Fed them to the bin. Really disappointed.

Shocking ! Without doubt the worst takeaway food I have ever tasted. I bought mixed kebab meat and chips. The chicken meat tasted awful and the doner meat was like rubber, it was dry and chewy and tasted of very little. I will eat most things but i couldn't have eaten this. The service was good and the place looked clean. Will definately not be going here again.

We haven't bought from here for a little while, but we were in the area so went to Option 3, as on previous occasions they'd been lovely. I won't be going back again. I placed our order over the phone, and went to collect at the specified time. Our food was sat in a bag on the sideboard, not under a heat lamp or anything, which was a bit concerning. The lady on the till told me what was there, but part of the order was wrong. I told her that it wasn't correct, but instead of an apology or offering to fix it, she just laughed and told me that what was in there was better than what had been ordered anyway, and handed it over. With no option but to either take it, as I had hungry kids waiting, I paid and left. Afterwards, when I looked at my receipt, I realised I'd been charged the higher price of what they decided to give me, not the price of what I'd ordered, which I think is really cheeky. When we got back to eat the food, less than 5 minutes away, I found that the kebab was a medium, when I'd ordered a large, as well as the other mistake. There was also hair in the food (definitely not mine as it was short and dark, and mine is long and blond), all the food was totally cold, the sauce on the kebab was congealed on, so obviously it had been sat on the sideboard for a while, and the free chips that they advertised weren't there. So, all in all, it was not a positive visit and we won't be going back again.

Order wrong the first time, I rang up to see if I could come back and get it replaced and the girl on the phone said that I should just be more specific about what I want next time. Until I went back to the shop anyway and explained to the man that worked there, he was amazing and made me a fresh burger and let me keep the previous one at no extra cost. I think the girl that works there is just a moron.

Arrived 25 mins late even though I ordered a good hour before delivery time and food was stone cold, chips were soggy, second time I’ve tried from here and still just not a good take away

Ordered 2 large Donner kebabs and spent over £10. Option 3 advertised free chips on orders over £10, we ordered on just eat but didnt get our free chips . Complained to restaurant but they refused to give them to us because we didnt actually order them .If its advertised it should be given whether ordered or not. Our kebabs were only about a size medium too not large as ordered. Pure rip off . Avoid option 3 .

When the pizzas are good they are REALLY good but when they are bad they are HORRID!!! They need more consistency and to make sure the pizza toppings go to the edge of the pizza and not two inches away!!!

Few years ago I would give them a 5 star. but with their new owner now things are all over the place, some weeks there pizza are bad where they are flat like something run over it to super good and same thing goes for their fries they can be hard and horrible and some days they can taste super good, it can vary each time I order from there. The delivery people are nice all ways gives us correct change, it take around 30min - 1h for the delivery There food is always hot and some time to a point where we have to leave the food to chill down for a few mins. We have been ordering there for over 6 Years. If they can fix there bad fries and there bad pizza's I would give them a 5 Star. I've give them 3 star because the times they get things right it is well worth ordering there. Update, there food is still getting worse, they can not even post correct closing times, they have on there website they say the close at 11:30 but I tried to ring them at 10:30 they will not pick up.

Really nice food and lots of meat, unfortunately drink and free pizza didn't arrive (forgot to write in comment box but also after reading again I was not entitled) however they delivered a pizza and my drink promptly. Really polite staff and great service. Will definitely be ordering again

I ordered a chicken Burger and got a beef burger instead, as a result of this I wouldn't use them again.
