Sarga in North Kesteven

Missing food items and when we asked the restaurant about this we were told that they "Don't F**king care" and "I cough in your food" - So this about sums up our experience of this takeaway during a global pandemic. Absolutely disgusting and should be put out of business.

Ordered at the weekend as it was local and I was hungry. Didn’t update just eat so appeared without notice. Good split in bag, grease spilled all over the order. Popadoms missing. Raita looked like gone off milk, pretty pointless without the popadoms but probably did me a favour. Curry horrible and put in bin. Tried to call to complain but no answer, it was only then I realised it was a 1 star for food hygiene too. Big mistake, never again. Should have just had a crisp sandwich.

Ordered paid for , got phone call saying can’t deliver? We’re in quarantine they said delivery in 15min 1hr & 15min later food arrives went straight in the bin the most disgusting food ever worst than a ready meal £27 please do not use these people

Not used Washingborough Spice in a while. Ordered a collection tonight, but had to wait as it wasnt ready for the time we agreed on. Literally,just a 5min drive home and unfortunately the food all needed microwaving as it was luke warm, and the naan bread was burnt and hard, inedible! I will say though, starter and curry were very tasty, just a shame it wasnt hot, disappointing.

Been looking forward to trying out the local Indian takeaway for a while. Went to order this evening at the takeaway only to be informed I had to telephone the order through! I did so and was advised it would take 45 minutes which was longer than I expected but was prepared to wait. The order was placed at 1710; at 1830 the food eventually arrived, stone cold and inedible. Disappointed doesn’t begin to cover it. I will not be repeating this mistake.

First and last time ....order was 35 mins late stone cold. First impressions, very disappointed. Order system bizarre, not allowed to order and pick up your self , had to be delivered. Well if we picked up it would of been hot !!!

Ordered £70 worth of food online through Just Eat and restaurant cancelled order, no reason why, just declined. Won't be ordering again

So myself and my partner had both worked late and ordered a Indian takeaway,to be delivered around 9m,and it was. No problem,it was hot and smelt great. I’d ordered a lamb Xacuti,described as highly spiced and fairly hot,well it was chicken instead of lamb and I’ve had hotter chicken casserole’s! No spice at all,and my partners Lamb Sagg was awful. Needless to say we complained,they offered a replacement meal,we refused,we’d paid cash on the door,they said they’d send the money back to our door tomorrow,oh yeah,I forgot we live in La La Land! If you want a good Indian takeaway,don’t go here.

Washingborough Spice Indian Takeaway - excellent service and fantastic food. We'll priced and can't fault the meal in any way. Delivery service is available, but if you collect the meal yourself you could get some discount, so worth a short trip if you can.

Often have a takeaway from here and really enjoy it,staff very pleasant and ask whether we enjoy our meals as will change anything if we want,really enjoy the chicken biryanis and the chicken tikka masala,definitely recommend

Ordered a takeaway last night for delivery, it arrived exactly at the time I was told. The food was excellent we both really enjoyed our meal. The starters were very generous portions. I can Definitely recommend this takeaway.

This place has been transformed since changeover. We eat takeaway curry once every week and I can only state that the food is delicious. 4 good curries and naan for £30.00 Excellent and delivered to the door!

We ordered a meal to be delivered. Nothing wrong with the booking or the delivery. The meal was awful. The rice was watery with no taste. I ordered 2 different curries both medium hot. No way, they tasted bland no spice at all. The meat was tender but that was the only good point. I ordered 2 garlic naans and 1 plain. Usually naans are soft and easy to rip and share not these ones. They where very heavy and tough. We managed to eat half of 1 the other 2 went in the bin. I used to go there regularly years ago but haven't been there for a long while. I will never ever order from them again and I wouldn't recommend it either. The Meal cost nearly £30. If the meal was nice that would have been fine but for what I had I wouldn't pay anything. It was only fit for the bin.

Aww sad to see a bad review. Sarga is very special to me, been going here for years now, even through bad publicity I still went and supported them. The staff are so friendly, good looking too! We always have a chat and catch up. I normally go here on special occasions, as they are a little pricey but TBH well worth the money. The food is delicious, cooked to perfection, yet again nothing too much trouble for them. Lovely cosy atmosphere. They even gave me a bottle of wine free for my Birthday! Love this place, give it a try.

Sadly this is a zero star rating. Ordered through just eat at 6pm. Told would arrive at 7pm , at 7.50 rang them and they made excuse that they have problems with just eat. Told in the kitchen and would be leaving in 5 minutes. 30 minutes later still no food, rang back to be told was with the kitchen and would be ready to leave in 5 minutes. Get the picture. Have no intention of ever using them again having been a customer in the past. Felt like being fobbed off all the time. Latest phone call suggests should be receiving by 9.15. Am very hungry!

mi primera visita a este restaurante el sábado, 22 marzo, con mi hijo. Llegamos alrededor de las 7 pm y el lugar estaba vacío pero pronto fue mostrado a nuestra mesa y no mucho después de las poppadoms y bandeja de pickle llegamos. fresco y muy sabroso. Esto fue seguido de cebolla bhajis y vegetales samosa's. acompañado con una ensalada fresca y la despartábamos con un chapuzón. Los platos se limpiaban y sólo esperar un poco para nuestros curry. Ambos curry era realmente bueno, pollo tan tierno y las salsas no me decepcionó. Uno sencillo pan Naan para compartir entre nosotros también recién preparado. experiencia también completa para un flan pero en general más agradable - lo haremos nuevamente. Las parejas Más llegamos mientras estábamos comiendo. ambiente agradable, servicio amable y servicial, no tenemos quejas.
