We ordered a meal for our family, for home delivery from Rooster king It was extremely disappointing everything was cold and undercooked! The pizzas was burned and cold, the fries also cold and for a large fries the carton wasn’t even half full! The Chicken burger was soggy and pink, and under cooked inside. The order was wrong they didn’t add on extras we had paid for either. We phoned them up to tell them how a whole order was cold no offer of a refund just we can send out more chips no thank you! It all went in the bin wasn’t edible please avoid this takeaway cost us £48 total waste of money!

Food was cold Bone in the chicken kebab meat The mixed kebab with no salad had peppers and onion over. Chips were freezing

Didnt send food ordered. Sent an inadequate replacement and when asked why I wasn't contacted staff lied and said I had been called and hadn't answered... there was no call.

Took ages to come and got wrong food

Food arrived cold. Wrong drinks, wrong dips. Quality and quantity was very poor. Will not be ordering again. I feel i deserve a refund for the inconvenience and poor service.

Rang to tell me they didn’t have potato skins. Which was fine. Order arrived after a hour and half missing a can of tango one coleslaw and fries rang restaurant and they said they knew so why didn’t they call? Disgusting paid £8 for a “special” kebab was tinyyyy and covered in spicey sauce which was no advertised? What a waste of £20 never again

U said the restaurant won't give me my money back after an hour and half I thought u covered things like that so if I don't get my money back I won't use just eat again

Suspiciously early delivery. Cancellation without explanation, only figured out after I ordered again. Food was terrible. Actually only two things were, which ruined my experience with the rest of them. I’m generally just confused, !

Missing food and it was cold again.

That was my worst experience with this restaurant. I had to call the restaurant to see if the order is still coming.. The food was cold and the delivery guy was rude and keep lokking for excuses.

Phoned twice see where my order was the first was told it was on its way then I I phoned again nearly half a hour later was told it was outside my door will never order from them again should of had my food free but still had to pay

The food was very late. Took 1 hour plus to come. Then they missed the fries. However when I phone up they did bring them within 5 minutes. The fries itself were decent however some were not cooked properly. However the chicken strips were poor. And the burger was disgusting which put me off the whole meal snd service. Half The batch was still frozen solid and the chicken and lettuce felt very off. Won’t be ordering from there again

Milkshakes came spilt no straws and no different or labelled flavours one was with nuts and one wasn’t and my partner is allergic to nuts and I ordered a chicken and sweet corn pizza but came spicy which I can’t eat due to my ibs not happy or worth the money

They got the order wrong. Sent me a chip batch instead of a donor batch. Another burger had salad when we had ordered no salad.

I ordered Diet Pepsi and got a normal Pepsi so couldn’t drink it

Food arrived - dessert was wrong and milkshake missing. I rang up and was told they had none of my choice so sent something else instead. I was also told my milkshake would be sent to me which was not! So I paid for something I didn’t receive and received a dessert I didn’t ask for!!!! HORRIFICALLY BAD SERVICE

All the chicken was edible but no moisture too dry for me

Missing items trying to get through no answer no salad on kababs or sauce so plain so not good enough and I gave them a tip before checking

Sent the wrong ice cream, advised they would collect tomorrow (without asking my address) and refund in cash. I've binned the ice cream. So many regulations broken with reselling a product that's already been delivered to someone. Will 100% never order again, don't know where the food is coming from. Ordered wings got strips. Chips soggy. Overall very poor customer service from the 2 men spoken to over the phone.

Food arrived cold . Infact the drink was warmer then the food . The chicken burgers both cold . Very annoyed for something I couldn't eat & it cost me £25 .

They don't deliver they take your money and that's it no food. Bad bad place this is the second time they have done this!

Got the order wrong and it was stale! Maybe having a bad night but gross on this occasion.

Early delivery, warm fresh food, covid guidelines followed, will order again in the future

On this acassion the restaurant wasn't very nice when I asked where my food was they made out I missed it but I didn't as I was waiting at the front door for it then they called my partner an idiot food arrived at 7 three hours later with no apology and cold food .

Although delivered on time the all the food was cold. There was some foul smelling oil all over the pizza & nuggets. We tried a slice then it went in the bin. Had Burgers & peri-peri before which were fine. So bad we Won’t be returning!

The food was 30 minutes late 2 parts of the order arrived just warm, not warm enough to eat, i had to warm it through in the microwave. The 3rd part to my order hadn't arrived. After calling the restaurant they said they would send it out. So my son had to wait an extra 10 mins for his pizza which again wasnt piping hot but warm enough for my son to eat. This isnt the first time we have food delivered from here that hasn't been very warm. A few times now its happened & after tonight i wont be ordering from here again

The chicken was still pink so I assume it was not cooked fully, therefore it wasn’t eaten. The fries were cold but the burger was nice. The delivery time was changed to a later time and still was late.

Food was delivered quite quickly, food was all still hot when delivered. 1 item was actually missing from the order; called the restaurant who apologised and re-sent missing food within 10 minutes - great customer service.

Missed items on order. Added sauce to kebab although asked for no sauce. Called them they stated the kebab came with sauce as standard and can order extra sauce. This was not mentioned in the menu listing and ruined the order. The wrap was ok. But tortilla was dry like it was close to out of date dry. Only good thing was the 1 can of pop i got although ordering 2 I only got 1 can. The can was not made by them so was good.

The three piece chicken was into one piece with few wings and chips. Not up to the mark. Slightly disappointed. Good thing, food reached on time was warm and nice.

Food was really late and when it arrived it was cold. Called restaurant and they hung up. Called back. Explained why we were not happy. They said new food would arrive in 20 mins if we repackaged original order. An hour later still no food.

Ordered a wrap meal and had something different. Rang and told them but they weren't interested atall. Delivery guy tried to charge us £1.00 extra when we queried it he acted as if he,d made a mistake......rubbish he was trying to make money out of us was obvious.

Food came early & was hot, but everything was so spicy! The pizza was spicy (i didn’t pick any spicy toppings) the bbq wings were spicy & the chicken strips were spicy! Also i have no idea what was on the other pizza (buy one get one free) but it wasn’t nice at all, the spiciness puts me off ordering again.

Food was delivered extremely late,after 3 phones calls tge first was told its 1 minute away 2nd call 20 mins later to be told he's on his way, third to be told very sorry it's Bank Holiday, in the end the driver told me the redid the order and sent it back out, when it arrived the chips were underrcooked, however after waiting 2 hours there's no point in complaining!

Cold food, and £3.50 for a 4 inch long fish that was the same size as a chicken fillet strip.

It was ok, wrapped up upside down so when we opened it, it all fell out. Also it wasn’t that hot, barely warm. Milkshakes were the only real nice part of the meal. Could do better I’m afraid

My chicken on my burger tasted horrible, the only thing I actually enjoyed was my milkshake, the rest of my food went in the bin, waste of my money.

Missing drink from meal . Rang company, took them 5 mins to read my postcode back to me right . Then said they needed to get a pen (very professional and it Sounded like they wanted me to give up and hang up ) Said they would send missing item and they never did. Poor customer service. Wont be using again.

I never complain. Never. So consider this. Since when was Regular chips extra small? It was not even a handful? I think I could count the chips - 13 maybe 14 max. Plus they got the drink wrong. When I ask for a Diet Pepsi I expect a Diet Pepsi - not it’s competition a Diet Coke. I collected and drove all the way home to open this poor display of food. I’m a big lad and expected way more than that for the price. I won’t be ordering from there Ever again.

Shocking service. I order whole chicken and fries. Open the bag up, no fries!! I ring up the restaurant to ask where my fries are he replies with ‘mistakes happen’. And that he will get my fries to me in five minutes. Five minutes? It took him an hour to deliver an order which was supposed to take 45 minutes. I also ordered two chicken pieces, they were cold as ice. Would definitely not have passed the meat temperature threshold. Can’t wait to get my money back and will not be ordering again.

Instead of large chips they sent fries, and instead of double cheese burger they sent single burger.come on guys its not hard is it?

I ordered curry sauce for my daughter instead I got coleslaw,I ordered extra hot Piri Piri and I got mild peri peri chicken I think they were having a bad day

Driver called to say outside yet still 20mins later not here, go wait outside in the snow to help and still not there. Food got here 45mins late and stone cold. Not great service and wen I called to ask what was going on got told “they are busy what you want me to do?”

Got a food delivered message but no food had been delivered! Original delivery time was 1555pm its now 1625 and still no food delivered & no update from the restaurant.

Bread was dry and missing sauce in my chicken burger, Kebab was just kebab meat in a pitta, chips was soggy bland and legit the worst thing I have ever tasted

We were notified about the delay so not a problem. But the food was fantastic. The chicken was fresh and very tasty. First time I regret that I didn’t order more - will definitely be back!
