Took an hour to be delivered when was quoted 25 mins, greasy, 1 piece of pepperoni on their "Pepperoni Crazy Pizza" which is described as "lots of pepperoni and herbs".

Do not order. You'll never get it

First time trying and I absolutely was blown away. You can taste the quality of ingredients. Would defo recommend to all friends and family !

AVOID AT ALL COSTS , after ordering from here for the first time , the delivery was over 30 mins late and when I opened the bag there was missing items that I paid for , no sauce and the chicken was drier than ghandis flip flop! Worst of all I only ordered chicken and chips . Something so simple and I feel robbed that I brought 2 of these meals at 20 pound total cost . Please avoid using these robbing chancers and I will check reviews when trying a new restaurant for sure

Don't eat from here. The employees are useless. You tell them not to add certain toppings. They still do it as if out of spite. I've had this issue with them a few times now. The place is a run down family business. With the youngsters having no interest in what they do.

Do not order from here food never showed up, Tried to order last night off the just eat app with my girlfriend was told the estimated time for delivery would be 1:15-1:35 am at 1:50 am we rang to ask where the food was just to be told the delivery driver was on the way back to the restaurant because they couldn’t contact us despite us having no missed phone calls, Never left the food that we paid for in reception and just took it back with them we asked them to come back as we had paid for it already was told the food would be delivered by 2:30 am so we went straight down to reception as to not miss the driver again just to have been waiting down there till 3:00 am and tried calling again just to get hung up on us every time we tried calling, Save yourself the hassle and just don’t order from here

Order from these once they sort you out order from them again they try Rob you by not sending the drinks give me cake an watered down custard my bbq pizza was spicey ? Never ordering from you again 👎

This restaurant operates under "Twisted London" on Uber Eats. It is a shameful attempt to rob people. I paid £31 for 2 burgers, 6 wings, and loaded curly fries. None of the food looked anything like the food on the menu. The quality definitely did not match up to the price! The burger was £10.99! It has pizza shop chicken strips as the burger, not chicken thighs like it describes. Not enough sauce, had to add some from home. The wings were dry and again were not as described on the menu! Budget pizza shop food! Do not order the loaded curly fries, left me feeling sick. Nothing but onions on top, greasy, oily, tasted stale and left a bitter taste in my mouth, had to use mouthwash to get rid. My advice to the shop - stop trying to be a burger joint/chain on Uber Eats and be advertise honestly. To customers on uber eats, avoid.

Was waiting for hours for my food and they never delivered it. They didn’t even answer the phone, after many attempts to call them. Avoid like the plague unless you want to wait hours for food that will never arrive.

Absolutely disgusting customer service ordered 2xlarge pizzas online at 2am. One of the pizza was nice but the other one with turkey ham was absolutely disgusting the whole pizza stunk called up to ask for a replacement one but was denied. AVOID at all cost must better places available

Unfortunately 0 stars isn’t an option. Ordered 1 pizza well before their closing time. They confirmed the order immediately with arrival time of 4.15am. I am writing this review at 5.20am and still no food. I have called 5-6 times and the line rings 3 times then cuts off. The order is still showing as confirmed with arrival time now as 4.20am… this was my first time ordering from here personally as I work in a nearby hotel and normally direct customers here. I will tell customers to go elsewhere and I will never order again.

My partner order food from this place they said it would be hour and half wait. They took money from his bank but the food never arrived we have been trying to call this shop but no answer... Avoid this shop

Too much cheese not enough toppings which isn't what I expect when I'm ordering 2 large pizzas. The toppings were just shocking. I paid £1 for chilli tubs and the amount in the tubs was disgusting, tiny tubs with hardly any sauce in there. Fries were soggy and black potatoes in most of the box!

First time trying this place. Decent pizza, got the mixed kebab one with cheese stuffed crust. Only thing that let me down was the amount of toppings on it, the consistency wasn’t there. Fries were nice. Would order again but a different pizza.

I went down to get some pizzas but they had it open went down they and it was closed if your trying closed make sure you put on the internet your closed.

At first I gave them 5 star .been many a times here. However down to 1 star! Was quoted £15 for a large stuff crust pizza...no chance will I ever be coming here again! Considering I use to get 2 large pizzas and 2 large fries for under £20 ..these new prices were definitely a shocker. Won't be getting my money ever again with these new prices!

First time I ordered from here, thought I'd try this place. Made a phone order and collected. They gave me 25 minutes and it was ready within the time. They had great offers which I went for. Good service and taste of the pizzas. Fries weren't great otherwise would've given 5 stars.

It's time ordering from there yesterday. I was told half an hour waited over one and half hour 3 phone calls to them guy on phone was not very professional and told me guy who took order had gone home and he was sure I was told half hour to 45minutes...this was not what I was told I heard him speak to someone else and ask him what he had told me if he had said half hour or half hour to 45mins..then he told me on the phone that the other guy said he did tell me it was 30 to 45mins waiting time... No he did not say anything about 45mins at all. Amazing how I was told guy who took order had finished his shift and gone home...must be a miracle as he was still at the pizza place to inform the 2nd guy that basically I was lying about not being told about the 45 mins waiting time. If you going to lie at least make it a credible lie! Then he went on about his other 24 orders how he only works there it's not his fault I've got to see it from his point of view.and cant I come pick up my order....I dont drive and I have a mobility issue too...so no I cant . Then told 10 mins ..that went past ..eventually I got my order..my 11year old had to wait with me ..I did say if order wasnt dropped off soon I wanted a full refund. When order did arrive pizza was lukewarm and fried were cold...so not a great experience and I was very insulted as I was made out to be a liar and I was also lied to regarding the 1st guy having finished his shift and gone home ..as he obviously was still working there. Found the 2nd guy on phone very rude not good customer service.. Will not be using them again and will stick to local pizza shop oven and grill...as they deliver on time are always polite and helpful and the food is always very warm. So thankyou pizza crush but no thankyou!!

Pizza quality is better than most and price is very reasonable.

Food is usually great here, but time after time the delivery/pickup promises on timings are obviously false. It’s like those taxi companies: it’s 2 minutes away, brother (it’s already 20 mins late); the driver had car trouble so we’ve had to send another car out (hmm, are you sure?!); and so on. It’s such a shame - if they say 45 mins/1 hour you know to expect it, but as it stands I’m afraid I will not be using them again, as they treat customers like mugs.

Didn't even taste nice. It just tasted weird esp the tandoori chicken. Don't know why there's good reviews lol, couldn't even eat this. Disappointed! Wouldn't recommend.

I go there since they open on yardley road .But last 2 visit in row really disappointed me especially last night they made me exactly 33 minutes after my collection time and they totally ignored me while I was waiting and didn't say a single word why food is late.Definitely not going back.

I ordered food and it was so poorly executed. Chips were bland. Wrap was soggy. Chicken tasted extremely cheap. Everything was bulked buy frozen and made on the day - nothing was made fresh. It was the same as Corner Chip shop food super very average. Kebab was the most disgusting thing I ever tried. Just awful Don’t waste your time

And finaly i recieved this pizza crush menu.leaflet thru letter box. I thought ill hive it a try. N omg. The best ive had since ive been here nicrly cooked thin base. Fast delivery. Previous comment: Pizzas are really good. Base is fresh and toppings really good. Probably the best pizza you can order for delivery . Only thing that stops me giving five stars afe the fries or chips. Ordered 3 times and every time donot taste good. Pizza crush really need to change their fries/chips as it is only thing that lets the.down. I hope they make this change and will have many happier customers

Best pizza in brum honestly good pizza I recommend the chicken tandoori one also hooked me up with some fries. Really good takeaway and is good for its price.

A friend and I decided to check this takeaway out for our traditional Xmas Day pizza, and were very happy with the timely delivery and piping hot food. We went for the "2 x large" deal, for a Meat Feast and a Pizza Crush Special; both were tasty and filling, and the fries I added were nicely crisp. Would definitely use again.

Well what can I say... ...for a first time coming to this shop with my kids, we didn’t have no clue as to what to order. The chap at the front was very polite and helpful in helping us to decide and showed all the deals, when arriving home the kids were very very happy with the food, especially as my daughter is quite fussy when it comes to food. Was well prepared and made exact to the way we wanted it, shame there is no option really to give more than a 5 star recommendation. Would definitely recommend, keep it up guys!

So I was like thats cool because In the house only is one lady so that’s impossible. So he start saying you aren’t my customer call Deliveroo but they said Pizza crush has they own delivery guy and he made the mistake. So thanks for nothing.👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 You should learn how to deal with customers and how to manage the mistakes.

Best Pizza Around Sheesh Kebab and cheese stuffed crust goes down like a treat.... The gourmet burger is very nice too my partner also liked the tandoori chicken grilled burger

I'm a fussy eater and I'm hard to please but had large meat feast last week and had 3 since. The stuffed crust is epic. Special sauce is pukka and great service
