Food was great and staff were helpful especially Usman who helped me with placing my order through the kiosk

I had a mint kushum which was all melted. The chocolate bits in were horrible. Hardly any chips and the wrap wasn't anything to shout out about. I wouldn't have any of these again.

I was craving for some fresh chicken and lucky popped into this branch. My experience was amazing.

Helpful staff as not a clue with technology

If I could give zero stars I would! Extremely rude staff, Firstly given the wrong order And then to top it off the Chicken On the bone and hot wings Was hard! Burger tasted stale, mayonaise tasted off And the fries were cold. When calling up the store The Member of staff was very rude, basically said you've paid for what you've got & Didn't seem bothered. Very disappointing won't be visiting this kfc again!!!

Stupid staff, went through drive thru to make an order. I order 4 items. Went home to open my bag 3 items only. 4th item missing. This is the 4th time this has happens. Either the staff need dyslexic training as they can’t read simple instruction. I ring in spoke to Maria, apparently takes 10 minutes to see what’s going on? Store manager useless as well , no experience. All the guy staff are clueless, wannabe gangsters. So many times have approached staff in regards of this and they act all clueless about the situation. If your wanting a takeaway from KFC avoid yardley green branch.

Not able to make my purchase due to an issue with the tills.

Food used to be so much better and the atmosphere is unwelcoming to actually sitting and eating your meal in the restaurant. Also mini hand wipes are no longer provided.

I was craving some KFC yesterday 28/04 and went in to get a bucket, I went to the yardley store which was a great choice because I was greeted by the cashier Hasan who also kindly helped me choose the right bucket which was great and I believe it’s how every cashier should be, friendly and helpful overall this has given me a good feeling about the yardley store and I will definitely be returning for future orders. Well done Hasan!

From moment we walked in dirty tables, staff had bad attitudes I was drinking my drink then took lid off to see blue roll tissue in .y drink 🤢 complained they offered me a new drink. How did it even get in their if the cups r took from upside down then filled. It wasn't even a clean cup clearly 🤢🤢🤢 will never return in my life nasty dirty KFC

Hey Colonel, I've got a bone to pick with you ! I ordered a delivery last night and instead of the two meals being presented in individual boxes it was in paper bags "thrown" Into the delivery bag, poor show KFC buyer beware !

The food here is okay. It's average tasting but not the best. One thing I can say though is that it's definitely better than pepes chicken which is right next door to it outside.

Not the healthy option but quick, tasty and halaal.....drive through was quick and the service was very polite and helpful, esp as I didn't really know what I wanted

However, when I received the burger, it looked unappetizing, as the bread was rock solid, the patty was of poor quality and the salad seemed to be a month old. It was evident that the meal had gone through several hands before reaching me. When I called to report the issue, the person on the phone responded rudely, saying, "So what do you want now, a burger or something? Come back, and I'll give you one" "I had to travel 8 miles to get to the restaurant, but I went anyway, even though the experience earlier had put me off my dinner. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the guy who was supposed to assist me was hidden and his worst employee was left to deal with my request. The lady was extremely rude and acted like she was doing me a favour. She kept asking for a receipt or an order number, which was frustrating."

Food is always piping hot & loads of cheaper options/offers on KFC app.

If you make the bad decision of ordering from here, best to keep your order to a single item. The workers may look mostly young, however, they must be OAP’s because they all have dementia and will without fail forget multiple items out of your order.

i made an account to write this review, everytime i go there the order is wrong, whether it be full fries or small dips (40p btw) missing. it isnt exaggeration to say 9/10 my order has been wrong. not sure why i even still go here. if you intend to go here, food is okay but make sure you sit in the drive through or right at the till and take everything out your bag and check it. not a 1 star, but a 0 star establishment.

can't even pack a standard order correctly. Absolute inadequacy. Sent me the complete wrong order. Instead of a boneless 12p piece feast you idiots sent me 5 pots of mash potatoes?? You're complete degenerates and will never amount to anything more than working weekends in a fast food restaurant.

God knows what happened to this place. Maybe the chef's change? It's always better, but last time, I had the worst experience. The chicken in the Stuffed Stacker burger was so small fillets in it. I complained to the staff, who didn't have a clue first, but after I told them that this is serious because KFC is a brand its not a some random corner shop takeaway, they changed the burger and this time the burger literally over cooked. The fillets were absolutely thin and long coming out of the bun, but no tenderness, no juicey at all. Felt like waste of money. Rest chicken pieces and fries were alright. I'm very disappointed. Please check your burger before taking a bite. This branch was always good. They needed to come back to the standers.

ordered from here many times and food has always been good. Only reason its marked down is because they run out of items well before closing and if you have ordered through their app it causes chaos. The order is accepted even though they dont have items.

KFC Birmingham - Yew Tree Retail Park, the worst service ever in my life. Some food missing and cold, they are only 8 minutes from my house. Called the manager and she did not show any remorse or care. I will never use KFC again in my life. People on YouTube show how to make southern fried chicken and it is more healthy, so this is the future for me. I will never use KFC again. I do not see them.

very poor service and when I got a burger the buns were dry and it also had fries that were disgusting and the sauces were all from a poor store but the worst part is the burger because the burger was super small and I did not even get full and same with the fries and it cost 8 pound per burger

If i could give zero i would have, this was one of the worst burgers i ever had!!! The burger buns were felts old and cracky and the food was all cold its tasted disgusting such a waste of money.

Went through the drive- Thru girl serving was just rude - to busy speaking to colleagues whilst taking payment. Then she told me to park up and wait for 6mins as my Vegan burger would take a little bit of time to cook. I ended up going into KFC after 15mins of waiting then got served by a guy, who to be honest was pretty quick to resolve the issue and hand over my food it was ready waiting to be passed on to me. The girl went passed as I was being served by the guy and ask “can I help” didn’t even realise I was the same guy that came to Drive-thru and ordered. Shows how much she concentrated when taking my payment and order. Poor service from the Drive-Thru girl.

As a devoted fan of comfort food and fried chicken, my visit to KFC after school with friends, left me thoroughly impressed and satisfied, and the service at KFC was efficient and friendly, ensuring a seamless dining experience. The staff seemed friendly and cooperative, adding that made a overall positive ambiance of the restaurant.

Only cash payments again no notice at door telling you that there chip pins and card machines not working everyone going in go to counter to be told cash only then everyone going to cash machine at least put a note on window saying cash only

Lazy front desk staff, sloppy food prep, always missing stuff on order and seem to have stock issues with sauces! Overall attitude of the young staff there is very poor!

Order for delivery and got very disappointed of receiving burgers without the top bun and small size of fries portion.. paid nearly 10 per person for receiving incomplete order.

Been here so many times but we had one of the worse experiences ever. Asked for the side salad and they served us salad without salad dressing. Asked the guy at the counter where is the dressing I have been told they run out. They even run out of mayonnaise. If you run out of some ingredients AREN'T THEY SUPPOSED TO INFORM THE CUSTOMER. How is people supposed to eat the salad without dressing and specially when you paid for it as well. The toilet is disgusting. No toilet paper and the floor is dirty as hell. Looks like the management need more experience how to run an established business. Local Area Rep needs to visit the place very soon before it gets shutdown.

Food was great, as usual the the coating was amazing! Dunked into that gravy it was Spot On! There's no other way to have it! Clean place, toilets were clean too when I visited. Service was good and fast.

One of the worst kfc you can come across to my experience, not once but this is the 5th -6th time now they have given me missing food wrong food. As always phone is of the hook any get through. Cannot believe this kind of standard from such a big establishment. Avoid this place if you can and make sure to check the order on collection.

Typical kfc, nowhere near as good as kfc used to be.

It's good for on the go but when taking orders they need to pay attention or have the customer clarify if they are unsure. Requested a mini fillet burger for my 4 year old only to drive off and my child tell me there is no burger just a chicken fillet piece. Disappointing when it's a simple order.

All kfc not halal ..they dont have certificate HMC HALAL food .they have HFC Certificate its mean .First they do poultry is stunned before slaughter .its not halal .how can we eat dead meat .because of the stunned chicken dead .then they do slaughter first .

Although the food was fine ordering from the drive through wasn't good. Everyone who was ordering had to wait to order. It would have been quicker and easier to have gone in.

Meal took a while to get to me but they compensated me with extra food so can't really complain. Food tasted great btw. don't think they like their coworkers sometimes. often hear them get extremely steamy towards each other. 😅

It's Halal & quick service, but rice boxes runs out quick

First time I’ve had a meal from here in years, Just Eat delivery was fine but not impressed with the food now. Overdone chicken and the most measly portion of fries I’ve ever seen, gravy was the best bit that was ok. Won’t be having anything from there again.

Going there for different occasions as they assumed serving Halal food, worst place and worst experience if i will be honest, never accept redeeming any vouchers or offers i have in the app, self-check out screens are not working most of the time, dirty and taste awful comparing to other branches, you get very low quality with very disgusting oily food and smaller portions compared to same order from other branches! I don’t recommend this place to anybody!

I live nearby today i had an horrible experience as me and some friends of mine went to this place and after we had some fries annd and popcorn chicken we came to to the bucket and while checking it the chicken smelled really funny and and we took back and told them even one of their staff said the same thing at first . The manager came up and denied the accusition and we told them we didnt want a problem but we are sure the chicken smelled really off and we got a reply that " customer is always right". See we all were chefs and are in the same industry of work but when u experience something we surely will speak out . We got a refund and we said we dont wanna to take the risk of eating it . The below is was the food . With due respect i would never eat at this place again . As a chef i find this extremely disgusting and i would never serve this food to my customer. The fries, popcorn chicken were ok but the bucket chicken was really bad.

Good could do with being a little hotter, but is tasty nevertheless... I wish they could improve the chips/fries to be a bit more like golden M's. The service is fine, but a little more of a smiling/happy service wouldn't be too difficult to achieve... Overall, I would recommend this over quite a few other KFC establishments.

Very disgusting place to eat, a lot of food all over the floor and tables. Old sauce stains. Cleanliness is clearly not at the top of the priority list. Staff genuinely do not care about this and to be honest I don't blame them. Very understaffed, it wouldn't hurt to apply a cleaning rota to make the place look somewhat decent. I walked in and walked out. Because if that's how much they care about the cleaning and tidying then what makes you think that they care about your food. I couldn't imagine.

Took almost a hour and so I phoned the restaurant and the woman said well you will just have to wait I will never use Yardley Birmingham again very bad manners
