40 minutes for a McDonald’s is quite a lot

The servers were rude cos they offered a cup holder and I said yes but I didn’t need it and I told them no after then they were just making fun out of the whole situation

Food was freezing had to heat up so then didn’t taste fresh

Delivery was quick and provided with a smile

Completely wrong order was sent. I refused to take the wrong order. Driver said he would return with correct order. Nothing. Complained and have been told because I haven't taken a picture of an order I haven't received I can't receive compensation.

Nearly 2 hour wait for a Mac Donald’s is shocking and when it came the food was stone cold.

I live 3 min walk away and the food from there is always great if you eat in. If you wait for this idiots to arrive with your delivery you will to microwave all your food. Not the best.

all the food is cold and missing a muffins the jam muffins don't even have jam on it . I'm not happy at all

Stone cold food and missing items again! Not fair on the customer as food is not cheap and we have this as a treat. Don't order from this place they never gets it right. Missing food, missing toys, never any sauces!

Terrible 3rd time theyve torgotten items last time my wrap and drink no spoons 4 the ice cream and no straws ever and now 3 sets of fries kids just had chicken nuggets in there boxes refuse refunds

i wasn’t happy as my chicken nuggets weren’t there

really fancied a maccies coffee so treated myself to a rare breakfast. I ate my breakfast and then opened up the bag to get my coffee only to realise they had sent me coke instead

All we recieved were our drinks, all food missing from our order. the restaurant absolutely no help when calling and said there was noting they could do. absolutely ridiculous service!

food is not good i never ever go eat at this McDonald’s again we with cousin go there and burger patties was burn and how can we enjoy it and fries is just raw service staffs are friendly atmosphere is alright but id recommend to nor come here if your trying to look for a good meal.

missing items... always the same with MacDonalds! it's not rocket science to read an order off a screen and make sure it all goes into the same bag!

second time Minecraft meal missing collectables. wouldn't bother me so much but they charge extra for them

my coffee was cold and half of it had spilt in the bag so I technically only have half a cup left when given to me.. also my sausage in my mc tightly mcmuffin was burnt and the bacon and cheese flatbread was stone cold which made it rock hard around the edges.

Love the burgers and fries, but the sauces I ordered and paid for weren't in the bag, again.

Arrived quickly so food was still warm didn’t get the dips i ordered or a straw but on the whole, happy.

NOT open for walk in. says on website open at 5am. it's now 06.05am. NOT OPEN.

Order come I ordered x2 burger meals and they send me only the drinks

Food was late driver couldnt find my address food was cold i asked for ketchup which i didnt get but got sweet curry sauce instead, i had to put the food in the air fryer.

Spent £21! And didn’t receive my large fries didn’t receive any sauces and didn’t receive any straws how was my son and I meant to drink our milkshakes?! Shocking!

hash brows were cold.. Milkshakes we're replaced with an alternative of cola/Pepsi without contact to ask wether we wanted that or not as an alternative, pancakes were also cold and hard.

Didn’t receive my food which I ordered I got an happy meal instead and when I complained the response from the restaurant was I gave the correct order number which I was given so the food was delivered my issue is I did not receive the food I ordered.

Delivery driver had spilled drinks in transit so when he handed me the bag with the drinks in the bottom of the bag fell out and the drinks spilled all over my hallway floor

ordered at 5. got food at 7:20. delivery driver was very kind but the waiting time of the restaurant is horrible, the estimated time kept going from 20 minutes to 40 minutes and even an hour.

Small restaurant but fantastic. We came here before 7 am on Sunday. It is open at 6 which is very important for us. All stuff was very friendly and nice. Washroom was tidy and warm tap water which is not so common. I ordered meal deal with coffee and I felt like everything was preperd for me becouse it was my first time when I didnt have to ask for extra milk or sugar. Inside restaurant was only me and another customer but I felt there like at home. Very cozy place, well organised and on the checkboard you can find some local events. Thank you Mcdonalds

Poorest service rendered, had my ordered fries scattered all over a tray and not in the pack and when I drew the attention of attendant, his attitude towards correcting his mistakes were appalling. Ordered milkshakes, was served without a straw and the attendants were not customer focused or friendly. Worst experience so far

Had very bad experience at this mc Donald's, drive through staff very rude. I can't understand how you can over cook food when it's all on a timer. Fish was dry and black. Won't be coming here again
