The bottle of pop was missing, very annoying.

Cold can of pop put inside the bag with hot food. Pop was warm & fries were cold & burger was barely warm. My dog had the fries & half the burger & I had the other half & the pop. There should be an option to have plain chips as well as spicy.

Been to this kfc 3 times each time they miss items off order. I actually checked with the person before I left as she had just put it in the bag .she said yes every item was in there. Terrible service. How can u mistake popcorn chicken for coleslaw.

Some of the slowest service I've ever received in fast food here. My son loves a popcorn chicken snack box (nice simple order).....without fail you'll wait 20minutes plus. Consistently this bad for at least 8/9 visits over the last few months.

Late order freezing all missing items

Who approved burnt chicken to be sent out to customers? This is poor quality control the popcorn chicken was fine as you can see

I ordered KFC & I was following the delivery driver on the app as he was getting closer to my destination, but suddenly stopped for a couple minutes. After a while the order was marked as delivered when it wasn’t. I drove to the restaurant shortly after to explain the situation but they said it’s just eats responsibility not theirs. The delivery driver couldn’t be bothered to do his job! My food was stolen & I need a refund ASAP!!!

Ordered £30 worth of food and half the order was missing. This isn't the first time this has happened. Tried calling the store and the number didn't work kept saying incorrect number. This is the worse store I have ever known.

missing 4 items and given wrong burgers!? not just that either it's cold and even though the burgers are wrong they're cold and dry!

So angry! I specifically put in the order notes “NO SIGNATURE SAUCE” because my partner is allergic to mayonnaise . So what have they done? Sent it with MAYONNAISE!

The fillet burgers we wasn't able to eat because they were that dry they were like rubber.

Cold overcooked and missing part

I got a 10 piece bucket and it had 4 strips in it. Not only is this cheeky it’s just disrespectful and rude. A take away is a big treat now and to not sure really how hard it is to make it correctly.

Ordered £20 worth or wings and strips and refused me dips, don't think they understood as they were jabbering in the own language which is rude in its own. Never again as this is 2nd time of having absolute shocking service.

The food was cold and the boneless chicken had been dipped twice by how the batter looked and tasted. The sweet chilli dipped bites had hardly any sauce. Plus having to wait 3 quarters of an hour is not good.

The BEST KFC delivery in the area, food is always fresh and hot!

It was all nice and hot but the sweet chilli dipped bites was long overdone and unbeatable.

Every time we order from the Northfield branch the food is cold & always items are missing, why oh why is this always the case from KFC Northfield.

The past few times we have ordered from KFC always missing items so annoying will not be ordering again!!

Delivery driver was awful. I'm disabled and the delivery guy said he couldn't come in to my block of flats, even though I'm on the ground floor! he had a very bad attitude. I will not be using kfc or uber eats for a delivery again!!

Lovely fresh food provided, the staff were lovely and had good rapport with their customers. The service was swift also. The restaurant was clean and tidy as well as being in good condition.

I just want to take a moment to express my gratitude to KFC. It's my son's absolute favorite place, and I can't thank you enough for the wonderful service and delicious food you provide. Every visit to KFC is a joy for my son, and yesterday was no exception. We had another amazing meal with you, and it truly made our day.

The whole meal was basically inedible overcooked and freezing cold disgusting

The meal was completely up to standard the chicken tasted fresh even with the chilli bites with sufficient sauce on them. The bun was nice and soft and overall everything as right and nothing missing. Overall a nice meal.

Delivered the wrong meal. Tried to phone and the number is not recognised. All food we dont eat no 2xbeans no popcorn chicken, no 8 piece boneless meal at all. Absolute waste of my money as none of what they delivered will be eaten. Sort it out kfc especially the phone number as could have sorted this out, had our food and left a totally different review.

I don’t care for fast food places making mistakes, it happens and you can always fix it. But this place just doesn’t care. I came in to KFC to have lunch. I order a zinger box meal. The fries were good and one bite into the burger, the bottom bun was freezing cold. I asked the person at the front and she goes the mayo and lettuce make the bun cold - a complete lie, unless the mayo and lettuce is freezing cold, which no fast food place has ever had a problem with. However, maybe she didn’t understand - why would she. I asked for a replacement and guess what, the top bun was cold. It doesn’t take a genius to understand they just slap the food together with no care, even if they have the time. I eat the wings and one was pink, threw that away. I look into my chips and there is a hair in there, I have curly hair and this was straight from the man in the back as she was wearing a hijab. I would understand if the place was busy, it can happen. But, it was completely empty and she just done this because of her laziness. Clearly a mess. Just save yourselves and go to the maccies or dixy next door.

10 drumsticks and 4 thighs in a VARIETY 14 pc, and its not cooked properly, easily the worst bucket i've had from this branch really disappointing

Ordered a meal and a Krushem. Which was an extra 1.69 on top of the meal already. Waited ten or so minutes while it was empty inside. Told we don't have any krushems. What else would you like so I ask for a liption. They don't have that either. At this point , I just laugh and say, really? Wasn't offered the money back, just another drink, which would have been included in the meal anyway. So I paid the extra for no reason. Food was subpar.

Impossible to order since their machines don't work with phone contactless payment. Cash or card only. Disinterested unhelpful staff. Can't comment on food since I couldn't order.

The driver arrived just within the nick of time, and sounded like he came from another planet when you’d normally exchange thank yous. But then came the food, which was messed up. I ordered bbq sauce and was given mayo. I ordered beans and got gravy. Terrible experience this time.

Lovely New KFC. Great till the kids came in from school. Beautifully done out and food was hot and nice.

Horrible when ordering online. 1st time I checked to find I was missing items. Had to show the order to get them to believe me. 2nd time I waited for ages and was berated by the staff member when she called my order. Claimed she had called for the order 4 times. I only clicked 'Check-In' when I arrived and the store was empty - I would have heard. 3rd time I ordered and the app said my order was cancelled when I tried to check in but I could order in store. When I asked I was told that it is probably an issue on the store's end - they don't want to accept orders with special offers - but I can order from the full price menu.

Food was still hot on arrival with everything ordered in the bag, unlike other KFC’s we ordered from with stuff missing. Will deffo order from here again.
