very disappointed with the 'small' popcorn chicken - this has been reduced in size and contained just 5 pieces of popcorn chicken - my daughter was very unhappy! poor value.

it was stone cold and was not worth the money

2 x loaded fries and 2 free chicken wings missing out of the order.

Food was good, only issue we had was we got tango instead of Pepsi which we ordered but no major issues

Delivery time kept going up and down in minutes. Finally when it arrived it was stone cold because appalrentky the driver had multiple deliveries on board. What a disastrous experience

Always mess up orders or the food never gets delivered a place I always have problems with it’s a shame used to be really good

Shocking it was not Kentucky flavoured at all and the fries were not fries

when my dad had his delivery, he opened it & there was 4 pieces of chicken, no legs which he wanted also there was very little chicken on the bone most of it was batter & bone no chicken! I think this is absolutely outrageous I didn't get what I paid for, feeling disappointed 😞

Chicken wasn’t cooked missed my gravy and gave me beans in stead the delivery time kept going up even thou the driver was there waiting wouldn’t go there again

If you're order is cooked fresh then it tastes great if its been standing for a while it can be a little too dry. Like many of these take away places not great value for your money.

I ordered and within 15 minutes my order was ready it said courier at restaurant for half hour so I call restaurant and they told me my order had been delivered half an hour ago i then report order and requested refund and then courier turns up at my door saying he only left restaurant 7 minutes ago 20 minutes after I was told on the food my order was gone

the food was absolutely stone cold couldn't eat it and couple of the chicken was undercooked.

The pineapple sticks in my grandaughters meal were out of date yesterday. Will not be ordering from KFC again .

I haven't ordered KFC for a long time and I quite fancied it, but I have to say I'm very disappointed. Delivery was absolutely fine, but my food (a Colonels Meal) was appalling. My fries were cold and soggy. The chicken was also cold and wasn't the best. Even my local chippy does better chicken! I'll stick to treating myself to a McDonald's in the future.

Ordered the Colonels meal - arrived with hardly any fries which were cold and soggy, I had to cook them more in the oven but ended up throwing them out because they tasted awful. The chicken was also cold and I've honestly had better from the local chippy. My tango was lukewarm, clearly hadn't been in the fridge. Really disappointed. I haven't ordered from KFC in ages and after this I don't think I'll bother again.

Did not receive my food got in contact with just eat they said it was delivered and left outside my front door fuming right now then I phoned KFC Tyburn and he was totally not interested DONT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE

At drive through we ordered and waited 30 minutes in the queue, got to the window and asked how much longer is the food going to be . The reply was I dunno , I politely asked any idea , the next reply was I dunno again , the attitude was nothing short of disgraceful. There was a time when courtesy and customer relations meant something , There was no sorry for the delay of anything just bad attitudes, would not return here if desperate .

The recent restaurant refit looks fabulous but having a KFC will be a rare treat now as it's quite expensive.

food is hot but they are so slow in processing food no table service and table are dirty no one is cleaning them bathrooms are clean

I have not word to prescribe how the manager treated me, who was not the real manager, she needs to learn how to talk with customers, her communication skills is very bad. Definitely I don't recommend this place. everything was terrible. Even some of staff members were very rude. I will not come again.

I usually come here to eat my lunch , I asked the saff about something on the app , they were so rude and talked to me in an inappropriate language when asked about the manager a random lady who refused to give me her name came and pretended to be the manager when she actually wasn't , talked to me in a rude way , she doesn't have any management for customer service skills , I hope the real manager of KFC Tyburn read this and take action of what just happend or either I would be really disappointed of the staff who were rude in treating customers , don't recommend to visit this place unless they change some of the staff members

Delivery was 10-15 mins late. Chips were cold. 2 fillet burgers had mayo & lettuce on- despite me asking not to in notes. Son refused to eat them as he freaks out if sauce on the burger. £40 spent on food & most went in bin- AWFUL

Can’t believe there was Zero thigh pieces some of us only will eat thigh’s only. It has caused distress as if I was to order in person this would not be happening. It’s not fair people can get away with this because you are ordering online. If they don’t have something they should say I could have ordered from some where else I was skeptic al in the first place. Then they do this. Now I have to re-order from somewhere else for others to eat!

Reviewing this place for the service given me Aybe, one of your employees. He served me and his customer service is excellent. I then observed him going about his business whilst I was eating and he was working like a trooper and appears to have an awesome work ethic. Bravo Aybe you are an asset to the company, and if that 10 minutes is a snapshot into how you conduct yourself on a day to day basis, you should go far!

I always ask for no cheese on the burgers but they always have cheese on them, useless

the bag the delivery came in was quite wet, the chicken & gravy were Luke warm & the chips were cold tasted good but do expect the food to arrive hot

Constantly get orders wrong, had a delivery last night, missing and wrong items delivered which arrived stone cold after almost an hour. Ordered through the app and called the number to complain and was told nothing they can do then hung up on us. Only use if you pick up through the restaurant and double check your order in front of the counter otherwise avoid. Edit to owner: I did use the kfc app and I did call to complain - I was told there was nothing they could do and then hung up on us. Not acceptable

Just came to get some food from drive through order some food and one on my kids wanted to add something to the order but the way we get like poked at by the server and one other member of staff who was making the food was very rude not happy at all
