KFC in Birmingham

I visited the drive through this afternoon 3 o'clock ish. I wasn't feeling well and the young man at the service hatch was kind. Nothing too much trouble. Brought my food out polite and good service

Morgan is a liar and rude, shes the manager and has no clue about customer service skills. I rang about food that is potentially undercooked, she hung up on me and rejected my next 4 calls back. I was polite and courteous but after she hung up on me I saw red so went to the store to speak face to face. She avoided me in the back and did not once come to apologise for her behaviour and then her staff lied to me saying the phone has issues, lol like I was born yesterday. Rubbish experience. Go to another KFC, this store is a disgrace.

Scammers who put half the filling on the wraps. I am not going back to this franchise and not lying in this franchisee’s pricier.

Service is very slow, and consistently missing items from meals. Tonight they served all the uber and deliveries first leaving the line hanging, then passed the bag over where the base dropped out, feckin chicken everywhere in the car ffs Today's service was OK and got everything I ordered so not to bad, can't beat a bit of filthy fried chicken.

Absolutely disgusted with this delivery, ordered a 4 piece chicken meal gave me 3 of the smallest pieces of chicken ive ever seen from KFC. This is absolutely disgraceful considering the money you have to pay NEVER AGAIN !!!!

The KFC food was cold and the hot wings NOT spicy, the zinger burger was not spicy and was dry with soggy lettuce and hardly any sauce..

Been hear for many years and always been decent. The last few months have been shocking. Always check your order as these guys seem keep forgetting to put all my order in the bag which has resulted in a family member each time having no dinner. I’ve mentioned this to them the last few times and still keeps happening so I’m now sure they are doing this on purpose as they are not even shocked now when I go back to complain. Full of young kids who haven’t a clue what there doing. My advise is don’t go or if your desperate at least check your order in front of them

Not for the first time items missing so totally ruins the meal, not surprising with delivery drivers kids sat in the back probably eating customers food as they go.. total waste of time and won’t be bothering again

staff very friendly and helpful using trialling using the app again! I have tried the app before (two years ago) and gave up on it after a few, seemingly successful attempts, and then having to order in the store. Tried the app again only because as you cannot tell if a branch does certain offers. Now I can see if any offers are available locally rather than arriving only to find out they don't. Much friendlier use of the technology now. and better experience.

The outside of the chicken wing was hard and cold, inside was horrid had no taste and was also cold, this is a waste of money, I expected better from a busy company, I already wrote about this so I wont go into more detail, but this needs to be sorted, this is not worth buying unless you fix up, I request a REFUND for this order as let’s just say was worthless and tasteless and cold!!

KFC chicken was great food was really good nice

Must say that the staff here inside the restaurant are really lovely especially the one guy, every time we visit he always brings our food to us and is so pleasant yet professional and seems really genuine. Restaurant always clean and well kept, one of the nicest KFC's I've been to and continually visit.

KFC messed up my whole order , I took the whole order back to the restaurant and have requested a refund

when I ordered I've seen 1 h 30 minutes then immediately called to restaurant asked them if you are not delivering early I need to cancel because I don't have time , the guy said: don't worry within 10 min will come.So after 40 mins tried to reach out to restaurant no one answered, this time i Went to restaurant, this time they said, it left . Their only excuses busy , understand but why they are lier us and put stress, don't trust their phone conversation

Won’t be ordering again, chicken fillets on both burgers were battered out thin, no thicker than a McDonald’s pattie, looks like they cut one fillet in half & beat the thing to death.

He had another delivery before mine he could not find mine but because the first time was my delivery time i at to go by that time because i didn't know he had the other delivery plus my meal was slightly cold

Quick and efficient delivery but the food is terrible and I know why that could be. Wasted £20. Never ordering again

Actually this wasn't too bad..usual KFC & the fries were quite nice..not bad at all

We waited over 7 minutes and was still ignored by at least 6 members of staff. No one was at the drive-thru and only two people collecting food inside. Both people collected their food quickly. But not one member of staff spoke to us to offer any help, not even to say they would help in a minute. No assistance at all. They just stood and waited for food orders to come out . We did try it years ago and got a smiler bad experience and didn't go back. So we gave up and went somewhere else to eat. Needless to say we won't be going back ever again.

It's KFC, it's chicken. The staff were great at this one. Very friendly and willing to help when my bag split on the counter.

food was not delivered it arrived over 50 minutes after it had left the restaurant, I took a timestamp photo of delivery to confirm this, the driver said he was held up by the restaurant but they say he left at 12:01, it's a 10 minute journey between me and restaurant and I wasn't prepared to receive cold food so rejected the order, the restaurant told me after I'd called twice that they'd tried to contact driver without joy and they contacted yourselves as well and you also couldn't get him.

Even though I specifically requested "NO CHICKEN BREAST." Out of four pieces of chicken I was delivered two chicken breasts. Can you not read? It's even printed on my receipt. Half my order is now in the bin because I don't like chicken breast. 😒

Unfriendly and unhelpful staff.They need to learn to value the customers.This place is surviving because of customers not the other way around.There is so much choices and competition in the area.I will definitely not be going to this branch anymore.Mother Hubbard and Burger King next to it has good customer service and better food.

The recent restaurant refit looks fabulous but having a KFC will be a rare treat now as it's quite expensive.

I'm a regular customer here and since they put my favourite menu,spicy chicken wings on offer I go almost everyday.I usually order through the drive trough.Today I stopped at the drive through and I was asked to wait.I've waited until my car slightly slid backwards.I continued to wait but no one told me to move.A lady came out & told me to move forward & put my order by the window but when I reached the window,the lady there refused to take my order,she wants me to go back to the order point.That will meant I have to go all the way to the main road drive to the roundabout several meters away drive several meters again then ,take a U Turn,drive straight and turn left , before I reach KFC Kingsbury again.The process would have made me drive around nearly a mile.I didnt want to do it.She said its their policy that you have to go back if you missed ordering at the order point.Well what a policy it is . I thought they're supposed to look after their customers.Customers spend money.They give custom.They're the backbone of the business.They keep it going but with what happened,I wont be going back there ever again.

Missing items delivery is irrelevant when half your food is missing

Honestly the worst KFC to order from. There is always a problem with my order but will call the shop NUMEROUS times and have NEVER had an answer. It’s like they read the order notes and do the COMPLETE OPPOSITE to what you wrote. It’s honestly shocking. They do not care about customers who order online.

Great food ordered exactly what I wanted delivered early. Highly recommend to use KFC Kingsbury road, freshly cooked and delivered quickly five stars all round.

Fast service and friendly staff, the only downsides is that self service screens are always filthy, you do have to check your order as I've had a fair few with missing items even tho They are supposed to mark off the order on the screen as they pack it, and this is the only food establishment that offers you to go large yet you still get regular fries and drink. A large popcorn chicken meal should be large chicken fries and drink, not just large chicken and regular fries and drink that's not a large meal.

not happy as half of my order was missing I ordered 2 zinger box meals which came but I also ordered 2 extra hot wings, sweet chilli dipped bites and a mini wrap and none of it arrived. I tried to claim it back on the app but it only showed the mini wrap on the app but on my receipt it showed all the items missing. I ran the outlet but nobody answered 😡

I had rang up the restaurant and asked for no salt on the chips and leg and thigh pieces for the meal I ordered. I however got salt on the chips and different parts of the chicken that I didn't ask for. I am utterly disappointed as this mixup keep on happening no matter what I do. I don't think I'll be ordering again, I'd rather collect it. For further purchases please listen to the customer if anything, and if not able to do so please let one know in advance. Thanks.

My visits to this KFC leaves me with mixed feelings. While the service is fairly efficient and the food is usually hot but not always. I was let down by the vegan burger. Unfortunately, it was very dry and lacked flavor, making it one of the least appetizing vegan options among fast food chains. The vegan mayo didn't help improve the taste either. Overall, while the experience is average, there's definitely room for plenty of improvement, especially with the vegan offerings. Also car park design is terrible. If you go through the drive through you can’t get back into the carpark for those that like to eat in their vehicles.

Not worth the money. Over cooked chips that looked a day old. Small chicken fillet overcooked with a couple of tiny bits of lettuce thrown on a bun.

It was wrong order, I tried phoning, no answer. So I opened a case pending. Missed Email. You closed the case 24hts. I've overpaid, just eat fees and everything. It is a lousy way to treat customers.

Yet again, your system takes your driver to the wrong address. Getting really peed off with your lack of customer service.

The driver was rude and unprofessional. He came to the backside of the property instead of the front gate. When I told him to come to the front side, he refused.

Lovely refurbed restaurant. Food was really good. Quick service. Reason for 4 stars. After we had eaten we needed the loo and we weren’t allowed to use them because they had just mopped?! They wouldn’t budge on that. I offered to mop after me but still no. Very uncomfortable journey after that. I’m updating my review - BE WARNED there is a 90 minute max stay in this car park. I was charging my electric vehicle at the instavolt in the car park and having a meal and a drink inside. My car needed a lot of charge and l went over 90 minutes. I got a £100 fine! Fortunately the manager in the KFC overturned it when l showed my receipt. The manager was lovely. Thank you. Other point to note. Some bright spark designed the delivery driver door area out of metal. Every few minutes it was crashing shut with such a bang. It was like a gun going off. Some thought needs to go into fixing that. Edit - March 2024 - the delivery drivers have their own external door now so the noise isn’t an issue any more. Really clean restaurant. Food was hot, served quickly and good.
