I visited with my daughter and grandson we ordered our food and were told to park up because it was not ready 15 mins and no sign of order! When my daughter eventually tracked it down food was dry as we were parked we ate in car park.when it came to leave car would not start so called rescue A flat battery jump start and head home. Three days later I get a notice for £100 fine for overstaying allocated 60 mins parking. Unbelievable we will never use this KFC again

Absolutely awful service, staff not trained properly, need to be retrained. Management just as bad. Incorrect order. Couldn't get order right twice. Simple order a mega box. No apology. Disgusting.

It’s great if you love incomplete food. Went to get a family bucket. Got home no chips at all!! One less piece of chicken than advertised - we had 5 not 6. Tried to call but phone ‘busy’ either disconnected or everyone else phoning to complain about the lack of food. Too far to come back and face the drama of parking to get some cold chips. Not happy - but seeing why it’s 2 stars! Had chicken from a local kebab which was just as tasty , cheaper and had all the items promised. Really sad - this used to be a great place. One to avoid now I think ( along with a lot of other people by the looks of it )

Ignorant staff and shocking service. Place is unclean with stock issues and unwillingness to offer suitable replacements. Left without purchasing and seems like I had a lucky escape

Fries were cold, soggy and un-edible. Chicken was luke warm and had a slimy texture! £20 in the bin. KFC bosses need to take a long hard look at this branch. 0 stars if I could. Do yourself a favour and eat anywhere else.

Worst Chicken I've ever had in my Life Ordered a Mega box & they Gave me a savers portion of chips with the smallest Wings ever & smallest fillet followed by a Crispy drumstick- Gravy was watery Disgusting!!! (Staff smell disgusting as well btw enough to put you off.your Food!!) KFC HEAD OFFICE NEED AN URGENT VISIT!!

Ordered a twister,,came with cold chips,two tiny pieces of chicken, and some sort of goo pretending to be salad !!!!,, basically disgusting!!!!!!!. Just avoid this place, it is just a total waste of money,,,,,oh ps look out for the rats running around the front of the building,, there the most entertaining thing about the place. !!!

Absolutely disgraceful service from EMILY who told me and my baby to go elsewhere when I asked how long my order would take after sitting at the Drivethrough for over 20 minutes with no explanation. When I suggested I would make a complaint she happily told me it would only go through to her anyway. I am customer facing in my job and if I spoke to my clients like that I would no longer be employed. Maybe this restaurant should be more selective when hiring a representative of the business. Instead of rude, childish, bad mannered children with no social skills whatsoever. I won’t be leaving it there. Where has the customer service gone in this country??? A simple apology and explanation was literally all I needed and I would have been happy to wait a little longer.

I was Served by Alfie at the Drive Thru and had a Problem with my App so he asked me to come in and he would try and sort it, nothing seemed to work but he didn't give up and made sure I paid the Price on the App so I can't Thank him enough Brilliant Service, he went Above and Beyond to Help me and I Really Appreciated it.. Not many People like him out there anymore so maybe a Bonus would be a Good thing :) Thanks again Alfie..

Worst place ever! Staff service terrible whilst ordering through drive through they had no manners we were then asked to park up and Waited 20 minutes on the car park for them to bring it us went inside to see where it was and they hadn’t even processed the order the staff where incredibly rude and it is not worth your time!

Was delivery. Had items missing yet again. So bad I have been banned from claiming back refunds from Uber Phoned restaurant this time around and short story was accused of lying and stealing. Good job KFC 🤬

Disgusting poor food and half of the items in our order was missing! They do not give a toss and the manager was the most rude person ever who dismissed our complaints. Drinks also had a funny taste as if the syrup had gone off or gone sour.

I've just been to KFC Leigh and I usually order at the till in order to claim my student reward as the machines don't allow you to do that (this should be fixed by the way). I always get a friendly reception from the staff, so I'm not too sure what the other reviews on here are referring to. No, I don't have any long conversations with them, but that's not their job? Their job is to take your order and give you the food at the end of the day. Regardless, I've never ever had any issues with the staff and have always found them to be lovely, as long as you're nice to them (you know, common human decency. You can't expect to be rude to someone and then they're lovely to you). Anyway. I'm ordering at the till and the manager comes over and starts to tell off the employee that is serving me (arguably the nicest and most helpful member of staff they have, in my opinion) and is just really quite rude to her and it made me feel uncomfortable as he was telling her off for me ordering at the till.. even though the till is there to be used and is operational, so what's the issue? Anyway, back to my point. The manager just walks over, berates the employee and then walks off and then the employee has to apologise to me (for doing nothing wrong) and I left feeling guilty for getting them in trouble.. even though there's no signage indicating you can't use the till. To sum up, I've no idea what the issue was, but I think the manager could have handled it better. I never have any issues with the food or the staff and I always enjoy my order. Just on this one occasion, that wasn't quite the case. No fault whatsoever on the employee servicing me! Ans I'd like to know why the tills can't be used all of a sudden?

Even with new management this place is disgusting and underpar. The staff still on another planet! The premises stinks to high heaven due to the know drainage problems the restraunt has (you can find details of its hygenew and structural rating on Derbyshire County councilshow website) they employ small members of staff on ZERO HOUR CONTRACTS Also still using two small batch fryers to fry both fries and chicken (vegetarian and meat in the same fryers) (and an illegal practice in the restaurant trade) Vegans and veggies don't dine here for your own safety... anyone in general.. jut don't go here. Derbyshire County council if you read this shut it down with immediate effect.
