Avoid at all costs, if they aren't forgetting to put everything in your meal, then they are giving you small over cooked chicken or just drumsticks with no breast meat. Every take away meal we have had from here has had an issue. You can't even phone them to complain. It's a shambles

I won't be returning here again! Ordering at the Drive Thru was painfully slow, Not helped by the barely understandable employee mumbling into his microphone and the garbage menu boards. They want to know what sides and dips you want, where are my choices? Ordered a 12 piece boneless bucket.. The chicken pieces were tiny... But at least they were hot. The same cannot be said for the fries which were both tiny and cold. The sweetcorn was tiny (about a 1/3 of a small cob on a stick) and the mash was just horrible.. The price, strangely enough was NOT tiny. The Drive thru area has stickers and business cards plastered all over the KFC signage on the wall. When you compare this place with a McD's it's easy to see why the McD's are always busy and this place rarely looks to have an over abundance of customers.

Ordered for delivery took forever to come and arrived stone cold also had missing items!kfc Haverhill has gone down hill

Picked up fillet burgers last night, very over cooked dry Tasted like they had been sitting being warmed up for hours ,very little mayo For £6.00 each will not be wasting our money again at this establishment in HAVERHILL

Sh1t service waited 41 mins for food at drive through place is a joke avoid! Won’t be going back.Claimed they run out of chicken.

The food was cold as was the restaurant and my rice box was mainly salad. The coffee was not available which has been the case on the 3 or 4 other times I have visited over the last 18 months, pretty sure it’s just never been fixed and not broken several times. The toilet doors had broken locks and the terrible smell from them wafted through the entire seating area. On the plus side the lady who served us was very pleasant and helpful.

This has got to be the worst KFC in britain. Distgusting service, staff have poor attitudes, dirty restaurant, food takes ages and they never get the order right. One recent visit they had no chicken on the bone!

We were initially ignored by the serving staff who seemed to deliberately turn their backs to customers to avoid engaging with them. The restaurant itself was virtually empty and a complete mess. I dread to think what the kitchen is like. When one customer asked if a table could be cleaned for her and her family to sit down and eat, she was handed cleaning solution and a cloth. I have never witnessed anything like it, in any restaurant, ever. Three KFC employees stood idly by and shamelessly watched her clean the table. You couldn't make it up.

My husband couldn’t have a hot drink as the machine wasn’t working. There was no coleslaw, no condiments. No cutlery to use to eat beans. The place looked mucky and unkept and we were dissapointed. Our chicken burgers and the chips were cool.

im very upset by my visit today, we waited in que with 2 people in front of us for 20 minutes and there was only one person at the counter. We also waited for the food and it took another 20 minutes to come to us whilst others behind us were getting there food.

food is ok people that work hear is is nice a friendly but just needs a good clean and no soap in all toilets and no hand sanitiser at all so how many germs is there going to be when people is eating food just not good just makes you think how are can thy wash there hands if the customer cant not good with sanitation at all

Several times over the last 3 months the ordering process at the drive through has been so slow! There is no acknowledgement when you drive up to place an order and have to guess as to whether or not the order point is working or not! Having waited nearly 5 minutes with no acknowledgement I drove to the collection point thinking that’s what they expected you to do only to be told I was supposed to wait to order - LET us know please and say something! Food is fine but train staff to be more observant please!

Used the drive through and ate in the car park. Chicken was very tough and the chips cold. Drinks ok. Very disappointed as family normally use these premises when in haverhill. May not go again. Spoke to another customer in the car park had same experience

For some reason this KFC can not seem to get an order right. Its not hard 3 boxmeals. 2 of them completley the wrong meals. Asked for boneless got all boned chicken. Missed popcorn chicken for 2 meals. No straws for drinks. We could not rectify it in the shop as we took the meals home due to the virus. Its just getting to be a habit that they can't get it right.

When ordering 7ups with meals, that’s what I expect to get, not something that is 90% water! The cheek of it!

We ordered from here once; It was our first time ordering from that KFC place but the food was delicious and really nice. We didnt know what the inside of the place was like as we ate it in the car but the reviews say it was quite dirty. The food though is really nice and we came here sometime in 2019. Really good food. Definitely enjoyed it.

Food is always cold, always gets order wrong, when speaking to the lady through the drive though she told me she hated her job and said if i wanted fresh food to go to subway next door.

The restaurant is filthy. Nothing you are given looks anything like what it shows on the menu boards. What is wrong with these people? It has the potential of being a great little KFC, but sadly through lack of care and attention it is the pits. Counter staff are unhelpful and why they are any customers is amazing. Food is greasy. Come no KFC - this place is doing you no favours at all. Get a grip, or close down!

Unbelievably rude counter staff and clearly inexperienced. The actual restaurant was filthy tables and floor absolutely disgusting. Mucked a simple order up. This place really needs looking at by the owners.

Attended with wife and grandchildren at lunchtime . Found premises dirty food on floor no staff cleaning up after customers leave. Food barely average for fast food outlets. McDonald's far better prospect. Would not visit again

Doors often locked and drive through only available. Staff slow to respond to drive through orders. When open seating area often has kids in, not eating but just treating as a meeting place. Overall the place appears to have a serious management issue, which needs shaking up.After the fourth occasion of similar experience this KFC will not be tried again until it's sorted out.

We've used the drive-through on several occasions, and always found the staff attentive, friendly, and welcoming. The food was very good, and the waiting time was short. All-in-all a very pleasant experience, and we WILL be returning! :-)

Easy at the till, food ready in a moment (was wrong but replaced in no time) but all the tables, chairs dirty, full of crumbs and oily.

Had a few from here but don’t think I’ll be back Chicken very fat dripy chips never seem cooked properly. And never seem to get your order correct. And last visit see rat traps round the building that tells a story, but has a 5 on hygiene

It was a convenient stop on the way through town. The Coffee was fine and good value. The staff were pleasant. The place needs more frequent sweeping, but it was about what we expected.The free parking is for 90 minutes according to the sign, and the notice is clearly displayed. Perhaps notice has been taken of the comments below.

We visited here before doing some afternoon shopping, when we were rather shocked by the dirtiness of the restaurant.At the time, it wasn’t busy (we were probably the 2nd or 3rd people in there), so no excuses for the staff not to have cleaned up after people. We struggled to find a table that was clean & not only the table, but the chairs & the surrounding floor space too. We managed to find a small table for two, where we sat and ate, however, the rest of the tables/chairs/floor in the restaurant were dirty with leftover food, crumbs or dried on sauce. Once we had sat down to eat, the restaurant started to get busier & more people were coming in. Still, not once, did a member of staff come out to clean up in the restaurant. You could see other customers faces, unsure of where to sit. I was disgusted to see one man come in with his wife and daughter and ended up helping himself to the surface cleaner and some tissues from the counter, to clean his own table! Still, a staff member did not appear, or even apologise to this customer, which is disgusting.

I wish my son had seen these reviews and he wouldn't have eaten there. He has just left school and is not earning, he and his girlfriend went there to eat lunch. They ate in the service was terrible really slow, had to wait ages for food. Then to top it off we receive a parking fine two weeks later, £60.00 to be paid in 14 days or £100 after if you don't and then threat of enforcement. Absolutely disgusting, we will have to pay the fine. My son advises that he did not see any signs in KFC saying they had to vacate the premises within 45 minutes. KFC should be ashamed of themselves this is extortion and robbery. Only eat at this place if you are absolutely desperate and then still pass it by. If I could have given zero stars I would have done. Also I have just tried to ring KFC it is nearly 1pm on a Saturday and no body can be bothered to answer the phone!!!!!

Please be warned that if you eat here you run the risk of being charged £100 if you are in the car park for more than 45 minutes. This includes the time it takes to park, order food, eat food, buy a desert, Eat desert, go to toilet, return to car, drive out of the car park.

We decided to treat our youngest to a KFC. Not somewhere we usually eat we thought this would be a nice end to a good day. The floor was filthy, covered in food. Not looking good. We ordered our food and looked for a half clean place to eat. Eventually we gave up and asked someone to clean our table and waited for our food. They got the order slightly wrong but it was decent enough for us to get an ice cream after. After eating I used the toilet which was absolutely disgusting. It was full of toilet paper and didn't flush. To make matters worse the sink was dirty and blocked with tissue paper so I couldn't even have a decent wash. This was August 2nd 2017 incase anyone from KFC would like to dispute this. How do I know the date so accurately? This is the best bit. Today I got a £100 fine for using their car park for over 45 minutes! We waited half of that for our meal! What a joke.

Fuimos aquí la semana pasada por un almuerzo para llevar. El personal era agradable, pero un poco lento en servir. Mientras espera me di cuenta de que había un montón de comida en el calentador. Yo tenía un filete de hamburguesa de pollo con patatas fritas y una bebida para llevar. Llegamos a mi coche, que era un minuto. La comida estaba fría y parada, así que arrojaban como no tienen tiempo para llevar. Este es el peor KFC que he tenido y creo que toda la vestimenta debe ser examinado como es algo muy mal aquí!

Así como KFC sirve la misma comida en cada franquicia deseo comenzar con el hecho de que la comida era buena, como siempre.

We visited family on Sunday 23rd and decided to get a KFC in haverhill. The service was slow then they handed our food to sumone else in all took over 20 mins before we even began to eat, we noticed while eating the amount of mess being left and the lack of cleaning going on mostly staff standing about chatting. After we ate our food we decide to get sum deserts again took ages and tbh was a poor experience from a leading fast food chain and to top our experience off we got a £100fine for parking in there designated car park because we took longer than 45mins to eat it, well done you've lost our trade KFC

Really nice experience at KFC tonight, wouldn't normally review a fast food place but the staff were so nice and friendly. Well done and thank you.

Stopped off on the way to Cambridge. Place was very clean unlike some KFC's I've been too. Staff were ok if a little unsure and got orders mixed up. Ordered a 12 piece boneless banquet and once placing my order she served the next person without telling me anything. Eventually my order was served and even though I told them I was eating in they didn't provide any cups for our bottle of drink and when asked for 4 cups was only given 3 then had to wait to ask someone else for another cup!Food was very good. Chips were not salty at all as some places do. Chicken was perfect and the gravy was excellent.

Real slow service cold meal took 20 mins to get served by a girl who didn't want to be there then to wait another 10 mins to order ice cream all in all were in there just short of an hour only to find two weeks later a fine for £100 for using the car park hence to say we won't be back neither will any of our friends or family

Today at 21:30 we went into KFC for quick and easy food. Only to be greeted with attitude and aggression by the staff and one particular employee ( for obvious reasons I can't name her on here) not only did we spend roughly £16 we weren't allowed to finish it as they were closing the restaurant in 14 minutes No offer of could we bag that up and a apology instead aggression. We phoned KFC went through to the switch board to make a complaint to be on the phone for 30 minutes to be offered a complimentary single meal voucher! Also to be told we had to go back to the restaurant in question to get a refund. Go back into a confrontational environment?? Really.. What if I had driving my family from Scotland to haverhill to vist, holiday ect.. am I expected to make that trip back when on route home to get a refund? Terrible this business promotes a happy experience. That is a joke both in store and via phone. Obviously False advertising. A young woman with a chip on her shoulder and a frosty reception Fantastic just what you want to be greeted by. No thank you. Not again.

We were staying nearby with family and really fancied a mix of things to eat after a late night/ early morning after a family wedding on London. We had already picked up some bits to cook at home but I really fancied a KFC. The chicken was hot, well cooked and not greasy; the chips were not as good and were warm only. However this did not mean we did not enjoy the chicken. Always reliable for the taste and quality of the chicken.

I like KFc but this one in Haverhill is rank .. The chips are always cold and chicken is warm Neva hot !! Rude staff !!! Keep away from this place !!!

I like a KFC apart from fish and chips, it's the only fast food place I use. They're obviously a chicken restaurant famed for its blend if herbs and spices. My only real complaint has been the service, it's not always been quick or courteous.

Staff are friendly and efficient and the service is fast.I have had better KFC's, but would use it again, because it is better then the fast food in the town center

Went through the drive thru as late at night, menus are not clear until you are actually at the speaker so hard to know what to order. Restaurant was empty. Waited ages to pay at the next window and the staff member did not say a single word! Chips weren't fresh and almost cold. Wouldn't rush back.

Drive through or seating available. Always clean, well-staffed and open long hours.Food quality is very good and lots of options to choose from. Staff are very courteous and wait time is kept to a minimum.Only negative: hand-dryer in toilets sounds louder than a jet-engine!

Food ok, served quick and hot. The seating area was relatively clean, no overflowing bins or debris on the floor. Polite staff, reasonable service....But OMG what the hell happened in the toilets. I gagged when I Went into the men's. Think there may be a drainage issue..NB: The toilet problem could have been fixed now, we went a while ago.

I went there with my family, and it was really good.Staff very friendly, quick service, very helpful, good atmosphere, quite, nice people.Enjoyed it and recommended. Drive through is there for the rush ones or simple, if you prefer to drink or eat in the car...Very good overall.

Tere was a small queue when we arrived but I had not anticipated that the staff were unable to deal with being busy. There were 8 staff on duty but only one person was initially serving the restaurant walk ins. Not only was she serving but also making up the orders! Consequently it took up to 5 minutes to serve one customer.Finally after 22 minutes I reached the front and magically Clara started serving and also making up orders."3 pieces, large fries, and original twister, no drink, no sauces - all to eat in please""Do you want a drink with that?""No""Eat in or take away?""Eat in""Sauces?""No"Not even an apology for the wait. Well the food was fine, nice and hot, unsalted chips but with loads of sachets to add to your own taste, plenty of sauces but the poor girl who served us looked bored and uninterested although it was really hot and stuffy in there so not very conducive to pleasant working conditions

My wife and I find KFC conveniently located close to the town centre and it also has free car parking, We tend to go there regularly because the food is good value for money and the place is always clean and the staff very helpful.

Staff friendly food hot and good choice and value would use again for quick cheap lunch or snack slightly better than other kfc,s

Have received good and bad service from KFC sadly. We only get a takeaway from the drive through occasionally but many a time has our order been wrong. We have been charged for food and got home to find certain things have been left out of our bags. Annoying... Has happened a few times and haven't been back since the last and sadly, probably won't.

even though I know you go for the food and that is pretty much standard in KFC, I thought the dining area lacked any warmth, the seating was hard and the decor looked dated, the staff were pretty efficient and welcoming.

I observed the man in charge of the fryer picking what appeared to be a sore flaky area behind his right ear and then inspecting what ever it was he had removed. He then went on to run his nose and nostril area with his bare fingers and continue frying the chips. Put me right off my food.

I went to the KFC to get a 'treat' for my daughter and son yesterday. Ignoring the price that was more in keeping with a very good pub lunch I noted the following. The Bottle of pepsi we were given was lukewarm Oh Joy. The chips were disgusting and lukewarm. More Joy. The portion of beans I ordered was TWO TABLESPOONS of beans. I really thought this was a joke. I have worked all over the world and KFCs elsewhere are great. In the UK they are a PILE OF POO. Tell me, why on earth does anyone buy this cr&p? It was years since I went to a KFC in the UK. And it will be a cold day in hell before I go again.

The worst kfc i have eaten at in europe. I gave the benefit of doubt after the first visit, but when again they cannot get an order correct and the food is stone cold, unedible. I shall not try again.

Not sure why you would read a review of a KFC as surely they must all be similar? This one had been refurbished inside except for the staff who seem a little miserable. Lots of parking, ideal for the Cineworld and cheaper than the adjacent Prezzo and Frankie & Bennys.

It is what it is a 'fast food' joint. But it is always clean and tidy, the food is hot, the staff are ok can be sometimes a bit offish but it is what it is.

A standard KFC, if you've had KFC before you know what to expect. Good service, plenty of parking, nothing to complain about.
