McDonald's in St Edmundsbury

the delivery was assigned for 230 then the app changed it to 330 driver delivered at 330 problem was being changed this affected my plans

Took near 2 hours to arrive - cold on arrival.

Never even got my order had to pick up myself after waiting 1hr 30mins, the restaurant was amazing tho made my food fresh when I got there

I wrote specific instructions and the driver didn't have a clue

Egg muffin had shells in it and porridge with jam didn’t have the jam sent along

Unfortunately second time in a row had around half an hour delay. Would not recommend it if you expect your order roughly on time

Absolutely gutted, we ordered 2 birthday doughnuts, charged for them, and yet never recd them. Chips was cold, worst order.

originally supposed to be delivered at quarter past at the latest but time kept getting pushed back then when my food was picked up the driver stayed sat outside the restaurant for a further 10mins the food is cold and wet from the drink being spilt

the delivery driver was terrible couldn't find us argued he was.in the car park when he was not as we were out there waiting was rude when he eventually found us.all food was cold ice cream was melted.

hair in my food and refused to get me a new burger! i came here today to enjoy a nice meal with my wife and kids but found hair in my food we asked for a new meal or a refund but i was met with racial slurs aimed at me and my wife because we are African i hope the man that said this got fired after my complaint to the manager

The food took a long time to arrive and was cold when it did arrive. Pretty poor all round.

They were struggling on a Monday morning even before the lunchtime rush had begun. Only ordered a Big Mac & fries (at 11:35am) but didn’t sit down to eat it until 11:53 - that’s a staggering 18 minute wait! Hardly fast food.

Food was not delivered at all. None of my food items at least. Two coffees and an orange juice. No McMuffins at all. Sure, I could’ve walked down and got it myself but wanted to be at home to help family and surprise them with breakfast. It set me back some time. Not a big deal but the delivery person was on the phone when he delivered to me and wasn’t paying attention to details - so, somebody else today got the wrong order as well.

The food was cold by the time it arrived. A burger that was meant to have no cheese in and was in a box that said no cheese on the label, actually had cheese in. Very disappointed

Bury st edmunds Cornhill Worst I have been in , chips unsalted, half a drink, cheese bites that were like rubber, staff wiping food from tables onto the floor, then to sweep up while your eating. Burger missed when packing order- reported and said it would bought over , nothing meal finished before burger received.

Bit disappointed lately. Three times they've got my order wrong. The third one was just now. I basically wated 15 mins and then I went to the counter. Turned out they were waiting on my triple cheese. So a minute or two later and there was my order. I always sit up stairs. And when I opened the cheese burger, it was a double instead of triple. I can't be bothered to go back down. It should be right first time. I've heard a few people sitting near me going through same thing. So it's definitely not just me. You need to sort this out guys. If it was your order, wouldn't you want the right food. It's only a pound I've lost on this order. But it ain't right.... Devoted customer me... 🤷‍♀️🤔😠✌️!?

The chips 🍟 turned up cold… their always cold !

The food is always delivered on time but twice now we have recieved the wrong items and our items are missing. The chips are cold and not cooked and the burger is cold. I don’t understand how difficult it is to get the order correct. This obviously isn’t just the drivers fault but also McDonald’s . Do they get rewarded for not given people the right order.

McRib is not what it used to be sadly. Just a box of sauce really. Very disappointing

Wrong food. Spilt drink. Charged for delivery again for correct order. Literally everything about the original delivery was wrong apart from the driver and delivery time itself.

Completely wrong food. Tried to notify just eat , to get money back , as had to go to the premises to buy the correct order again. Two days later, no refund , no reply .

We did not receive the right food. The drinks were fine but received a completely different order. McDonald’s staff were not helpful and neither was your driver. Absolutely disgusted have requested a refund and won’t be using just eat anymore!!!!

Never do o get what I pay for, 2 large meals and an extra large chips every time and always are the chip boxes half full. Yet when you look at what is already prepared they are full and I never get full packs. So why do I always receive half of what I pay for.

Bad service. Half of my coke has gone spilt through the bag all over my carpet and table ruined the straws I have taken pictures. Last night I ordered a kfc 3 hours later had too cancel it. Awful

We travelled to Bury for a family funeral on Sunday evening and opted to take a McDonalds supper back to our Premier as it was easy, big mistake! My daughter and I were very unwell in the night and two days on we still have upset tummies. We only had porridge before we left home and bananas in the car so it was the McDonalds that left us feeling really rough for the whole day of a family funeral. Also I cannot drink caffeine at all so opted for Coke Zero and spent the whole night awake as I had obviously been given normal coke, I thought it tasted too sweet but foolishly just wolfed it all down. The whole experience has put me off McDonalds for life! Perhaps the managers in the UK should go to Spain where eating McD’s is a completely different experience to the muck they serve up in the UK.

Delivery was great, food was ok, would be nice if they actually filled the fries up over half way, what's the point in ordering a large.

I had 1 thing missing and my burger order was completely wrong what happens if I was allergic and I just bit into it like I did? Joke just get a refund for that item but I want my food delivered properly or the whole order refunded, could’ve been easily avoided.

It was cold, the ice cream had melted, we didn’t receive straws and the big mac didn’t have extra pickles and had something burnt inside of it

I received my Philly Stack Birger and it was barely warm after taking a bite so I asked for a fresh one. I got a fresh one which was hardly any better in fact the onions which are fried were stone cold. I couldn’t be bothered to ask for a replacement and just ate the fries. Really disappointed with the standard and think management need to take a look at themselves instead of strolling about with an element of self importance. Sad but it seems to be the norm

3rd time I’ve had a problem with macdonalds breakfast delivery never a problem in store. It was 30 minutes late food was cold milkshake melted and no syrup for the pancake

absolutely horrible burger, asked for extra pickles and extra mustard and got barely 1 pickle and extra ketchup want a refund
