Very busy, little wait for order but over all very good

I received my Philly Stack Birger and it was barely warm after taking a bite so I asked for a fresh one. I got a fresh one which was hardly any better in fact the onions which are fried were stone cold. I couldn’t be bothered to ask for a replacement and just ate the fries. Really disappointed with the standard and think management need to take a look at themselves instead of strolling about with an element of self importance. Sad but it seems to be the norm

It's McDonald's, nothing special but very reliable

New staff leave alot to be desired food is good but service dreadful charged me for items that I didn't order. Replaced an item I ordered without nuts due to allergies with somthing that contained nuts.

Ordered from here multiple times and normally it's OK but twice in a row now they have missed items off the order, the first time I called uber support and got a £2 refund that barely covered the delivery cost let alone the cost of the missing item so not even bothered this time

Food is generally served well here, often busy around meal times not always able to get seats. Limited disabled access (can only access ground floor which is often full)

Very bad food. Staff looked bored and uninterested. Messed up my order. Would not recommend

Does this restaurant actually know the difference between grilled and crispy. Last 4 times it’s been wrong so from now on I will check before leaving

Ordered a nugget meal with a shake and McFlurry and only got the nuggets and not even any dips for my little brother so I wasted my money and he’s not happy

Wasted time ordereding, nothing showed up, and I had explained this to get a refund. I had to wait 2 hours before they agreed to refund

the driver took my food to the wrong place, took him about 20 mins to deliver my food, food is all cold and i asked if if he got lost and he started getting rude, fix ur service.

Driver spent most of his time delivering other orders with mine sat in his car. No wonder it turned up stone cold

Received my breakfast roll with mouldy bread. I thought it would be appropriate to share as this could be a serious health hazard to people if consumed or inhaled. If I hadn’t have opened the breakfast roll upside down I would not have seen the mould and would have consumed it. I was given an apology and a replacement breakfast roll.

McDonalds very careless with orders but grateful for quick delivered food.

Was given a time if between 20:15 to 20:35 it came 5 mins late bit the milkshake had melted so lost its appeal so I think driver was waiting for other orders while mine got cold n milkshake melted not good at all

Every time I order a bigmac here, I receive it lukewarm with the cheese still cold. Somehow the 4th time it happened over the course of a year. Nice fries though.

Delivery time was fine however we were missing a lot of our order!

I ordered a medium chips for my daughter and large for me and I took a photo of them both together and my daughter has more in her medium than my large. Too many issues with McDonald’s. It’s doing my head in.

They forgot my extra order but not a worry at all they give it to me when I told them it's been forgotten.

Food cold, again. McDonalds is always cold. Takes so long from order to delivery. Delivery driver said he was waiting 30 mins in restaurant to bring it.

It came almost an hour late and the time prediction of arrival kept increasing. The food came cold and my fries are soggy.

we waited a very long time.. usually use Uber Eats and generally don't wait more than approx 25 minutes. Terrible service!

Felt unsafe. The place was filthy. Had to ask a staff member who was chatting with his friends if I could get to the menu machine to place an order. Order arrive and burger was not wrapped in the wrapper,it was hanging out,exposed to sight. Felt like we could be attacked the place was ful of intimate youths. Staff were not interested in customers just interested in chatting to there friends. The worst Mc Dees I have ever set foot in

ordered food, delivery time kept getting later and later. then I watched the map as the driver went miles away from my house for almost 20 mins delivering other orders and then arrived with melted ice cream and cold food which I sent him away with as was not fit to eat.

Not impressed at all purchased a chicken share box and they miss all the dips even the dips I purchased extra a joke thanks I will just eat my dry chicken

Not enough space to sit and there r always big groups of kids upstairs with no food taking up most of the tables every Saturday

Food never delivered don't use this service as you don't get any help when things go wrong.

Food tasted lovely, and came out quickly despite it being very busy. Staff are always lovely and helpful!
