Every order we have had delivered there has always been something missing!!! And the food is cold!!! Not good service !!!!!!

The order took a very long time to arrive and by the time we received it our chips were cold and the ice cream completely melted! It was jnenjoyable to say the least.

My order never arrived. I waited nearly 3 hours for an order only to be told it had been delivered and I lost £90 worth of food for a care home of disabled wheelchair individuals. There is no customer number to speak to anyone and there is no live chat either meaning I have to send an email and hope that I eventually get a response and refund with no reassurance that my complaint has gone through or been heard.

Probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to - multiple times I’ve came here and they’ve forgotten items on my order - staff are gormless and will tell you to park at the bay to wait for your food then never come

The burger which should have been beef came as chicken…..the strawberry milkshake only tasted of coffee…..and the delivery took an hour and a half and this cost me just over £17 Not very happy at all I’d like a refund please

Always used mcdonalds in bury and enjoyed it but for the past couple of years now its gone down hill big time, the staff are useless and orders are always wrong with drinks not full. I wouldn't recommend this mcdonalds 😡

Food was delivered on a bicycle, freezing cold. Over an hour wait. Whoever prepared and wrapped the food done a terrible job also... happy meal boxes were crushed and food wasn't wrapped properly. A couple of burgers were all bent up and falling apart and hanging out their wrappers. It's the second time I've tried this mcdonalds and both times I've had problems... now have crying children whilst I try to rectify it.

Driver arrived 2 hours later and I rejected the delivery. It’s a joke, I have reported this like 5 times and still no one responded muy emails.

Good atmosphere, served quickly, friendly staff

The food and coffees were lukewarm and the coffee containers were half empty.

Terrible service had to wait over an hour and half for delivery, with the estimated time changing every time I checked, when it did arrive it was stone cold, I tried to cancel on the just eat app but couldn’t, very poor all round

Nearly two hours late. Originally driver picked food up, never showed up. Map didn’t move. Complained on X, to be told driver had left because the food wasn’t ready. Was told at 14:21, that fresh food would hear within 20 minutes. Arrived just before 15:00, stone cold.

The food was good but there was zero sauces in the bag for the chicken nuggets and chicken tenders. This is a problem that continues to happen.

the delivery was assigned for 230 then the app changed it to 330 driver delivered at 330 problem was being changed this affected my plans

originally supposed to be delivered at quarter past at the latest but time kept getting pushed back then when my food was picked up the driver stayed sat outside the restaurant for a further 10mins the food is cold and wet from the drink being spilt

They were struggling on a Monday morning even before the lunchtime rush had begun. Only ordered a Big Mac & fries (at 11:35am) but didn’t sit down to eat it until 11:53 - that’s a staggering 18 minute wait! Hardly fast food.

Food was not delivered at all. None of my food items at least. Two coffees and an orange juice. No McMuffins at all. Sure, I could’ve walked down and got it myself but wanted to be at home to help family and surprise them with breakfast. It set me back some time. Not a big deal but the delivery person was on the phone when he delivered to me and wasn’t paying attention to details - so, somebody else today got the wrong order as well.

Bury st edmunds Cornhill Worst I have been in , chips unsalted, half a drink, cheese bites that were like rubber, staff wiping food from tables onto the floor, then to sweep up while your eating. Burger missed when packing order- reported and said it would bought over , nothing meal finished before burger received.

Very quiet not too loud and tidy

Bit disappointed lately. Three times they've got my order wrong. The third one was just now. I basically wated 15 mins and then I went to the counter. Turned out they were waiting on my triple cheese. So a minute or two later and there was my order. I always sit up stairs. And when I opened the cheese burger, it was a double instead of triple. I can't be bothered to go back down. It should be right first time. I've heard a few people sitting near me going through same thing. So it's definitely not just me. You need to sort this out guys. If it was your order, wouldn't you want the right food. It's only a pound I've lost on this order. But it ain't right.... Devoted customer me... 🤷‍♀️🤔😠✌️!?

The food is always delivered on time but twice now we have recieved the wrong items and our items are missing. The chips are cold and not cooked and the burger is cold. I don’t understand how difficult it is to get the order correct. This obviously isn’t just the drivers fault but also McDonald’s . Do they get rewarded for not given people the right order.

Wrong food. Spilt drink. Charged for delivery again for correct order. Literally everything about the original delivery was wrong apart from the driver and delivery time itself.

Completely wrong food. Tried to notify just eat , to get money back , as had to go to the premises to buy the correct order again. Two days later, no refund , no reply .
