Jenny's Burger Restaurant in St Edmundsbury

They have now changed there name to Queens Cafe This is the first time in visiting since the change but what a great change we wanted a breakfast and nothing to heavy. The menu had lots of different foods including British but I found the Mediterranean Breakfast at £7.00, which was great value. The food was freshly made and hot and nice it was perfect for me and a little different from the normal British fry up but will definitely have this again. The waiting staff were very attentive and was really lovely to see smiling faces. The food was truly lovely bringing great memories of holiday back.

The food in Jenny's is awesome ,hot , delicious and the service is amazing ,would recommend it to anyone who wants excellent hot food.

Honestly, this place that the best burger in Haverhill. If you like old school wimpy burgers then this place is for you. Amazing food and friendly staff. I don't know why it's only got 1 star.

Went in for breakfast. Staff wonderful and smiling. Food was hot and exactly what I ordered. Best breakfast in the town. Very quick service as well.

Good value food with big portion sizes so value for money as well. Always arrives hot and delicious! Lovely delivery driver who is always smiling! Love this place! Justeat no fee for delivery either! So help for when you have a hungry toddler and doesn't break the bank! Will continue to pick them over anywhere else in haverhill for our breakfast and lunches!

What a gem, this place is incredible , the food is always great always hot and fresh and tasty. The owners and staff are always so welcoming and friendly. The restaurant is always clean and tidy. They are definitely setting the standard that all cafe/restaurants should be aiming for. Thank you very much guys

Ordered food via just eat at 19:15hrs, it’s now 21:25hrs and I’ve still not received my food OR any updates on where my food is!! Cannot get hold of the restaurant via phone and no updates on just eat app. I would give no stars if I could. Disgusting service!

They messed up every part of my very simple order. And the ingredients are poor quality.

I order take away that I pick up myself from time to time The burgers and cheese chips are my favorite, me and my wife we tried the shakes also very good, always just cooked and fresh It takes some time for the order to come out but they cook on demand and I can understand that it takes some time The diner would do with a new look but always clean.

Ordered via just eat, food was 20 mins late, fish was inedible as was absolutely cremated, burger bun was black and everything was cold. Avoid.

We have had a number of meals in Jennys but fish and chips were not good, the chips were okay but the fish was very small and the batter was horrible.

The Food was Fantastic and filling, the staff are outstanding, Polite and kind, i highly recommended Jennys 👌

Great saved our Sunday as had been let down by China Inn in haverhill.after ordering food at 5pm to be told at 7.20 itwas still being cooked not good. Rushed to Jennys and was not let down, ordered and in a good time it was hot and very very nice as was starving at nearly 8pm thank you jennys staff.

Got the steak and cheese baguette . Delivered earlier than expected . Delivery lady was friendly . Food is affordable and great .

The food was great fresh and looked really appetising. The service was a little tinny bit slow but they were busy so I didn't mind as ot gave us time to review menu and talk. The friendly staff made it welcoming. Atmosphere was OK families and couples was over the top so was good and enjoyable.

Placed an order via deliveroo and it had a 30 minute delivery time. After 90 minutes and 2 phone calls it finally arrived!! Chips soggy, burgers cold, Nuggets cold, milkshakes melted. All absolutely inedible unless reheated ourselves!! Had to keep our son awake because he hadn't eaten. I won't bother again.

Excellent, clean and well presented Café. Very friendly atmosphere and excellent friendly staff. I can highly recommend the brunch. My daughter can highly recommend the omelettes. Shocking experience, ordered food before 6 o’clock. Informed the delivery driver after 8 that I did not want it. Tried to phone numerous times to deal with the order but could not get through to anybody

After 2 hours of waiting for delivery that never came we had to drive down, we were then not given our whole order and the food we got was cold and disgusting don't order from here there are plenty of better burger places/takeaways in haverhill

Jenny's is not only cheap, the portions are huge, the quality is also great! Love it here!

Won't be going back wife asked for a ham and cheese toastie what came out was 2 sliced bits of toast 2 cheap slices of ham and grated cheese not melted lol cheese chips was chips with cold grated cheese on top and then ordered what i thought would be homemade sheperds pie and veg was a £1 microwave shepherd's pie and cheap frozen veg very disappointed never again

Just watched an advert on TV of someone eating a burger. Made me hungry. So onto just eat I went. 10 mins later I have 4 1/4lb cheese burgers from jennys. Excellent service and burgers 👍

Very friendly staff, lovely food

Both me and my partner ordered our food with 2 medium milkshakes, only one of them came the first time but when they bought the other one they refunded us for it and gave us the milkshake as well. Great service and really nice food would recommend for others to eat there.

i like the food but today 14/11 the lady working the till couldnt understand english , i had to point at the menu to order a burger , just not good enough and embarrassing...i really think you need someone else taking orders thats able to communicate with folk in english

Had a takeaway from there not too long ago was it massively impressed but then it was a takeaway so I decided to eat in today I was given an A+ service and lovely freshly cooked food would highly recommend with loads of staff to hand

Brill Place If Your New To Haverhill You Should Come Here For Dinner!

This may not be the busiest place in town but it sure does make the best burgers. Always hot and made to order. Totally recommended. This place has now changed hands. It used to be a Wimpy Resturant which is what my review was based on.

The main point of Haverhill is the 'Wimpy', when I heard that it had shut I thought it was sick joke, so out of fear I drove down to see it was true. Which it kind of wasnt the case. Same staff and same great food, all done to the Wimpy standards and recipes (I guess). DONT EVER CLOSE or my death by starvation will be on your responsibility !

Very old school fast food restaurant. I like it more than other similar places locally. They wait on you at the table, very good selection of mains and good value for money. Due to its location at the edge of town, it's never overly busy, so you can always get a table. The kids love the milkshakes.

Been going there over 33 years on a regular basics the food services are excellent
