I was a dip short but guessing that's KFC

Dirty tables. Warm cold drinks No ice option. Reheated chicken, i can tell for sure. Its sad that it’s only one in Bury. I’d like to go to Cambridge next time if i ever crave for KFC. Not here ! And mosquitoes

Edit: Since the review below I've purchased food form this place twice, because my partner wanted KFC. I no longer consider myself a client. On 29.01.2025, I ordered my usual, Wicked variety 6 piece, to which I usually add 2x hot wings extras. That makes a total of 24 hot wings, 6 main pieces and 4 strips. This time they left out the main pieces and the strips!!! When I collected my order, I checked and pointed out that there were missing bits and I was told they placed everything in the bucket. I was thinking those must be some really small pieces to fit in there, but I accepted that and left. Disgusting service, reconfirmed, so this is the 4th time and probably the worst of them all. So, I can't stress enough: Always check if your order is complete, especially on larger orders. They have a habit of leaving things out, and I'm not saying it's necessarily on purpose. It's the 3rd time this happened to me, usually missing one piece or two, but this time I had to write a review because they left out a full bag of 8 hot wings bought as extra.

The driver was at the restaurant for ages waitimg and then did anotjer delivery before ours as tracked om the map so are food was cold. He admitted he had as just eat make them do multiple orders and then would not refund when food was cold

Delivery came early, food was nice and hot. Based on today’s experience I would definitely order again!

There was multiple items missing from our order also the chicken was dripping in Grease I have ordered multiple times from here so I was very disappointed with this happening

Food arrived an hour late. We were told by the delivery driver that another courier had picked it up to bring and then it was returned to the restaurant. My children were waiting for their lunch which was not only an hour late, but also cold!

Probably one of the worst KFCs you could dine in. Food is not good. We sent ours back. In fairness they did cook fresh. A guy accidentally dropped his drink. The girl told him to clean it up and gave him some towels! He tried but gave up. The toilets should have a public health warning. Not good.

A family 14 piece sharing bucket for 6 people, and you get 10 small wings in the bucket ???? And then 4 small pieces of chicken, Not impressed at all

My experience was not the best the toilets were far from clean

5 months ago somebody reviewed saying how dirty it was. KFC replied saying they would pass on the comments. Today I found the same. Tables dirty, no toilet roll in the ladies toilet and the toilets were dirty with full bins. The order kiosk didn’t print a receipt. I waited for my order to move to the ready section and I went up to collect food. Nobody called the number and they looked at me a few times but never questioned why I was still stood there. I ended up asking a few minutes after the number disappeared off the screen. A bit of management would sort these issues quite easily

Hi I keep paying for the gravy for how many times and orders are always incomplete which makes me really upset. I don’t understand why I always experience this. If it is UNAVAILABLE, kindly put on your menu. It is costly for a gravy!!!

Always get the order wrong, portion size is tiny and I have no idea what they’ve done to the chips and hot wings but they were dry and tasteless. First time ordering in a long time and it will probably be the last time too.

Terrible service took an hour and 45 mins to come and should have been here in 30 mins! It was freezing cold and the driver could not find the house so kept calling when he eventually did show! Food was in a paper bag no insulated bag to keep warm!

First time buying KFC food as a birthday treat. Whole meal missing. Did not know until I had driven 10 miles home. Not happy.

Food never arrived, the delivery time went to over 3 hours and kept saying the driver was at the restaurant. I tried to call the restaurant for updates and there was no response on the phone. I’ve paid for food that never arrived.

This branch must surely deserve the crown for the most useless and incompetent takeaway in Bury St Edmunds. I think the staff must go out of their way to put together a random selection of items that do not reflect your order - whether that be collection or delivery. And I think they must refrigerate the chips once they’ve fried them to death to ensure they are cold when you pull them out of the packing. If I were a chicken about to be killed and knew I would end up in KFC, I would surely be bringing shame on the rest of my chicken family.

Let down. ordered 4 piece colonels meal + 1piece extra & got all 5 pieces as legs. Very poor effort.

Food was really not very good all the meals were stone cold , very disappointing when you pay the amount of money that you do for take aways these days there really is no excuse to be this poor. zero heat in anything.

The staff at this KFC were very friendly and the restaurant looked tidy. The ladies toilet was clean. This was my first time at this KFC as I was visiting family that live nearby. Unfortunately the food just wasn't up to standard compared to other KFCs. The chicken in the party bucket was all soggy and there was no flavour in the batter. The reason we love KFC is the flavour of the chicken. I'm sorry to say it was very bland. The fries were also hard and my children refused to eat them which never happens when we get KFC elsewhere in the country. If we had dined in the restaurant I definitely would have taken this food back and spoken to a manager as the quality doesn't match KFCs usual standards at all. Really disappointed.

I wanted 4 pieces of chicken. As I can’t order 4 pieces, I ordered two 2 pieces. However, I only received one. How difficult is it to mess up an order when it only consists of 4 pieces of chicken? Unfortunately, this is not an isolated case. Every time I place an order with KFC in Bury St Edmunds, they manage to mess up in one way or another.

It’s not the first time that when I order from this app, the arrival time it’s always 15/20 minutes late compared to the actual arrival time. My last order was. An hour late. So no I don’t recommend it

the apple and blackcurrant drinks were missing. there is always something missing from the order. not ordering through you again

The delivery was over an hour later than originally estimated, and when it did arrive the food was barely warm. To say I’m not happy with this experience is a massive understatement.

The food in both quality and choice has improved slightly in the recent year, however not enough to reliably justify the price. Taking orders even when ordering at the self service and paying in cash took 20 minutes with no one else in queue or being very busy. Saw multiple people walk out while waiting. Dirty and understaffed(?) branch, unfortunately the only one in town.

Not based on the food. However, 5 stars to the staff who have to deal with some right feral customers. They do not get paid enough to have to deal with some vile people. They need a pay rise 🤣

Missing gravy, chips were cold

the food was cold and soggy, the drinks were warm. According to the delivery map, the driver either delivered another order that was not on our route or didn't know the correct route to our house so the actual driving time was double the time it should be. We had popcorn, the box was completely squashed and the popcorn was out of the comtainer rolling around the bottom of the bag next to cold coleslaw. Why put cold Coleslaw in the same bag as the hot food?

Go to Peck instead, thank me later.

This must be the worst KFC in Suffolk and quite possibly the UK... Always get fooled by the kids to get a KFC. As a hard working dad in the catering industry sometimes I have just got to give in.....I'm sure many parents will be sympathetic. I've just spent 1 hour on the phone trying to contact someone from the establishment but no answer at all... shocking just shocking...

Food arroved cold with items missing again!

I did not get what I ordered and this is not the first time this happened, but today I just had enough with the employees who is taking/ preparing the orders 🤔Ordered the four pieces chicken meal and received 2 pieces of chicken ( 2x very small breast) and two boneless chicken strip???? If I wanted chicken strip strips would have ordered them on the side. Staff needs to pay more attention when preparing the order.

We didn’t receive our order. My husband drove to the restaurant to be told our order had been stolen and that you should have phoned us to let us know and whether we wanted to re order. We waited over 2 hours so made other plans. Refund please

Delivery took considerably longer than initially advised - which happens every single time I order from KFC using this app. When the food eventually arrived, it was lukewarm at best. It shouldn’t be too much to expect the food to be delivered promptly and for it to be at a decent temperature.
