The best restaurants serving American food in England

No wonder this Restaurant is rated 21 out of 21 in Bexhill. No customers when we arrived, cold food, overcooked touch chicken. The worst KFC we have ever had. Very disappoint, with disinterested staff.

Not the first time I was cheated about order and acctual dine...today I ordered 3 different items but received only 2...

I am absolutely disgusted with the experience my family have just received in kfc Newark!! Laughing and thinking it’s acceptable to make fun of my mother for having hearing difficulties and wearing a hearing aid the manager Finn and the server called Lilly think it’s acceptable to discriminate my family and then to then escort them out of the premises when my father questioned why it’s funny to make fun of her may I add my parents are 60+ absolutely disgusting behaviour!

Peor McDonald's en Liverpool, nunca pida a este restaurante. No pueden obtener una orden correcta y cancelar órdenes todo el tiempo. Cuando realmente recibes tu comida está fría y las papas fritas son como cartón

I odered 4 pieces of chicken and only got 4 drumsticks.Why not put in different pieces why drumstick for all for🤷🏻‍♀️.im not happy and this is not the first time its happening

Tables dirty, floor messy. Numbers left all over tables, not cleared away. Food ok. Staff quite cheery. Visiting area so nearest eatery to hotel. Doubt we will be back

Drove through the drive though for no one to answer. Waited agers for food. To order at the collection window Arrived home to food cold and then no gravy’s in my order despite paying for 2 of them

3 pieces of chicken and 1 fillet were missing from the order. I called a couple of times, but they don't answer the phone. SUCH A RIP-OFF

I am fed up with this particular store, again I have just had a fillet burger without my request for extra peppercorn sauce, or even any lettuce, last week I had to go in the store and return a burger that had been stuffed in the bag by force and was crushed, KFC is a treat for me...I wish I could ask for what I would like and be happy with the food Iam given... never had this at any other store!

Poor customer service !!!! Don't even know how to greet customer!!! Snob staff specially the women serving food n the counter wearing all blak dress and head scarf .. we end up go to burger king next door ! Excellent customer service the burger king staff...

El pollo era agradable y caliente y me dieron la pieza correcta s de pollo cuando le pregunté a un miembro del personal.

El personal disgustado fue por el maricón y luego entra toca la comida de la gente sin lavarse las manos. La higiene es asquerosa. No volverá a ir allí.

We were driving north towards Leicester Forest East Service Station on the M!. My huge travel companion asked if we could stop for KFC. Parked and eventually entered the large restaurant area and went towards KFC. There were 4 electronic selections service order/pay stations - but NONE in use.Joined the queue of about 30 people waiting at the 5-place service stations - but only one person serving. Eventually she declared that they (KFC) had run out of chips! The waiting crowd of hungry travellers were very quiet. Since KFC had run out of chicken the previous week, there was that distinct atmosphere of utter weary resignation. My huge companion went and joined the massive queue at Berger King. I felt much better and quite righteous by not eating any of this junk food.
