The best restaurants serving American food in England

I have no idea with what (or why) they coat the (soggy) chips but it's utterly revolting. I always eat in so that the chips don't go soggy in the bag, but these were served soggy even when not trapped in their own heat. Chicken was ok but very greasy. Thanks for the memories, KFC, and farewell.

McDonald’s was offence to me and my family my little sister was practically crying as her food was cold because they didn’t call out our order number making the food come out 25 minutes late and talking about late we ordered 4 mcflurries and they took thirty minutes to serve us only because we had to ask a worker once again because they had not made our order in the first place and it was melted when we got back to our table disgustingly a woman carrying bin bags created a spillage with a horrid liquid from the bins of you can’t handle the people in your restaurant don’t work there it’s supposed to be fast food not late cold and slow food disgusting horrid food and rude profane workers outrageous!

I ordered and asked for no drumsticks or thighs as I am allergic to brown meat did they read that no they didn't had to throw it away will not order again I could have been really ill what is the point in leaving points if they don't read them, can't express anything to just eat because they will do nothing about it hope this helps future customers

Stopped at Keele especially to have a KFC. There was no food available at all. After finding the Kidderminster branch closed when it should have been open the previous day, this really was the icing on the cake! How do KFC manage to stay in business, when you can't actually buy anything! Rubbish.

Worst Berger King I have ever had !! Absolutely no exaggeration. Will never use this place again.

The food is always greasy and my friend said he went and the chicken wasn’t cooked correctly the staff is very hard working.2 of my friends got the wrong order when they visited

Again one of our granddaughters fancied KFC. Again, service and attitude of member of staff was dreadful. She enjoyed the kFC chicken and popcorn chicken meal but doesn’t make up for poor staffing again.

Went here whilst on holiday and it’s the worst for service. The food was hot and the lovely lady clearing tables was wonderful but that’s it. The queue for the order machines was huge and there must have been 20 people waiting. You can’t pay cash at the machines and so you had to queue again at the counter. At least 7 people ordered after me but got their order before me. Wouldn’t recommend

customer services needs improvement. i returned my wrap after biting to taste there was hardly any sauce .. the girl took my wrap opened it up showed to work colleagues then returned with the same wrap, i was disgusted and her facial expressions showed she didn’t care .. your staff needs training to know to put customers first .. so customers are left pleased not displeased.

Shocking, I paid £9 for my meal only to be told the payment had failed on their end despite the money had left my account as my phone showed a pending transaction. I was told the payment would fail and to pay for my meal again. The transaction did not fail meaning I spent £18 on a £9 meal.

Picked up a 8 piece bucket, got to my hotel in Retford to find the tiniest pieces of chicken I have ever seen and as dry as a bone. Tried to call them but got a answering machine

Paid almost £12 for four drumsticks and 2 wings. Should have had atleast two breast portions but no. Chicken smelt strange too. Threw it away. I won’t be going back there, awful.

App is useless this year!!! It keeps saying I'm in Brent Cross in London so can't pre ordet or collect points! Twice I have ordered mcchicken sandwich after midnight and it was obviously reheated after being cooked previously!!!! Tonight it was rock hard, unedible and disgusting!!!!! No wonder their reviews rating is dropping dramatically.

Fuimos a KFC Leicester Square y decir que el lugar estaba sucio fue una eufemismo! Sé que son franquicias pero este lugar es terrible. Lo que realmente me molesta es el hecho de que los turistas de otros países visitan, deben pensar que los ingleses piensan que esto es normal cuando obviamente no lo es!
