Was actually a delivery. We don't order that often because they always leave an item out what we have ordered and paid for, this time they did it again, and on telephoning them they said sorry about that, contact the delivery company, I said it wasn't the delivery company's fault it was there's and that it wasn't the first time this had happened, to which the guy said he was ending the call, I said thank you for not helping and will call their head office. This place needs a manager that is on the ball, and should ensure all orders are met by competent staff.

Shocking, I paid £9 for my meal only to be told the payment had failed on their end despite the money had left my account as my phone showed a pending transaction. I was told the payment would fail and to pay for my meal again. The transaction did not fail meaning I spent £18 on a £9 meal.

¡Entrega terrible! ¡Cada vez que pedimos hay un artículo perdido! Apuesto a que han optado por no participar en Deliverro y Just Eat porque las personas solicitaban reembolsos constantemente o reclamaban artículos que faltaban y no puedes hacerlo desde su aplicación. No hemos recibido ninguna orden completa de la sucursal de Tottenham Court Road. Pedimos solo para dos personas y como os podéis imaginar no tantos artículos, podéis contarlos a mano y todavía se olvidan de las patatas fritas o el pollo palomitas de maíz que son como seis libras que podéis solicitar de vuelta o conseguir crédito desde su aplicación de basura. Después de toda esta mala experiencia intentamos cambiar la tienda y empezamos a pedir en la sucursal de Leicester Square, que no es muy diferente. Ahora en lugar de cada vez que nos falta un elemento cada dos veces y es una pena que no están en Tripadvisor y no puedo dejarles esta reseña. Simplemente no puedo creer lo consistentemente que dos tiendas diferentes están funcionando tan mal en las órdenes de entrega. ¿No hay alguien que compruebe el pedido y confirme lo que hay en el recibo que realmente coincide con lo que hay en la bolsa antes de cerrarla y entregarla a los repartidores? Sinceramente, estamos hablando de 4 - 6 artículos y todavía falta personal que hemos pagado sin poder tener un reembolso o crédito de la tienda. Es simplemente espantoso, el personal claramente no puede contar o hay un exceso masivo de la dirección.

Avoid at all costs, if they aren't forgetting to put everything in your meal, then they are giving you small over cooked chicken or just drumsticks with no breast meat. Every take away meal we have had from here has had an issue. You can't even phone them to complain. It's a shambles

customer services needs improvement. i returned my wrap after biting to taste there was hardly any sauce .. the girl took my wrap opened it up showed to work colleagues then returned with the same wrap, i was disgusted and her facial expressions showed she didn’t care .. your staff needs training to know to put customers first .. so customers are left pleased not displeased.

Lovely food, couldn't fault it at all. Infact I was really surprised to see how many bad reviews there was, personally I've never had a bad meal In there, however I've had to take a star off due to the heat in there, it truly is unbearable especially when it's been a nice day weather wise, it just ruins the experience a bit.

Having arrived late at my daughter’s in New Haw we decided to feast on a banquet courtesy of the Colonel. Not being expertly proficient in IT I decided to place our order via the KFC app and opt for collection. Job done, Order placed and paid for, I headed to the franchises to collect our much anticipated bags of delight. Order collected, I headed to my daughters house to be greeted by four eagerly waiting faces, Managing to manoeuvre my way to the kitchen and avoiding the circling vultures I placed the bags on the worktop. Seconds later, I heard the screams and anger, missing items ! Not only were there missing items but they were my daughter’s order, no gravy or chips. Not wanting to be asked to leave her house, I offered her a share of my gravy and chips. Once the rules regarding double dipping were established, we tucked in. Then disaster, Imagine my disappointment when half way through my Zinger box meal, I discovered my Buffalo Bites chaser were also missing 🤬 I cannot criticise the quality of the food, delicious as always, but the missing items caused unhappiness. I should have known better, it must be part of the training package to disappoint customers by not placing all of the items ordered into the bag. Remember folks, check the contents of your KFC bags prior to leaving the premises.

I wish I had read the other reviews before having my meal Poor is an understatement. KFC is usually fresh, not overdone and a variety of chicken pieces. Had the bargain bucket for one. Always get a drumstick but on this occasion that’s all you got. Drumsticks!!!! Thought of complaining but looking at them I don’t think it would sink in. Boooooo!
