I would say “a dogs dinner”. But my dogs wouldn’t even eat it. Poor service is putting it nicely. 30 min wait in the drive thru. Two employees were on their phones whilst there’s a queue. And to top it off we got the complete wrong order. Just go to another McDonalds or just don’t eat, spare yourself! This isn’t a once off either, has happened many times.

Terrible service. Was waiting for ages and they was prioritising delivery drivers including giving them free food while waiting and drive through. When we eventually got home with our food it was cold and half missing. Tried to ring 3 times no answer went all the way back which is 30 mins from my home and they didn’t even say sorry. No one wearing hair nets or facial hair nets. Rude attitude. Dirty atmosphere. One of burgers was served with no bun. Absolutely disgusting restaurant will never be entering this premises again. Wouldn’t even go in to use bathroom. Horrible place. My Grandad would be turning in his grave.

Usually a slow moving queue, spilling onto the main road. During several recent visits the drinks machines have been broken, There were no hot drinks available when I went for breakfast, and a couple of weeks ago the milkshake machine was down again. I really wish they'd signpost this in the carpark, by the time I've got to the ordering stage I can't back out, despite them not having what I want to purchase. Tried to raise a complaint on their website, it was useless, just FAQs and a chatbot, but no resolution or an avenue to express my opinion. On a recent visit one of the kitchen staff leaned over to pet my dog through the window, I didn't see her wash her hands afterwards.

Wisbech McDonalds every single night they refuse to take your order on drive through and same excuse their systems are updating. Put cones to block access if it's not being used it's not that hard is it. You go in and they completely ignoring you as you wait to place your order you shout for someone they say we can not take payment at this time but no sign to state this. Use of the self service when it works don't print receipt and then it's a 30 minutes wait and it's not even busy and still mess your order up. Standing around busy chatting and amount of food on the floor being kicked around the kitchen. Very unhygienic place. The list can go on and on with this place

This is, by far, the worst McDonalds we have ever been to. We waited 20 minutes for our order. The food was finally dumped on the counter and the server disappeared. Went to eat the food and it was stone cold. Nobody around to complain to at that point. Upon leaving, we told one of the staff it had been a miserable experience and to say he couldn’t care less would be an understatement. Just told us to fill in a survey form. This was a treat for our six year old, who had chosen MacDonalds as his favourite place to go on his birthday. What a complete let down. I hope he never chooses to go there again.

Never receive what I order, drive thru slow and staff rude. It's not acceptable to have to go back for missing items, it ruins the whole point of a drive thru. Totally poor service, staff need training clearly. Avoid it's not worth the dissapointment!

I visited McDs in Wisbech today to treat our son to a milkshake as he'd had a difficult day. (He's a SEN child). We decided to grab an early take out dinner whilst we were there. I've been here (it's about 30 mins away from us but we travelled especially) and had a wonderful young lady on the drive thru a month or so back provide us with exceptional customer service, but today was a whole different story! Our food was missing part of the order and the chips and burgers were cold so I went into the shop - the reason we went through the drive through is because we can't take our son into the shop in the first place. All I asked for when I returned and spoke to a young lad were the bites that were missing and if we could please have some replacement chips and a burger that was hot. The young lad then came back with the bites that we were missing and handed me back the same lukewarm chips and burger. I asked him again for fresh ones at which point another lad came over and asked if he could help. I said yes please, I'd like these changed for some fresh ones, I was told they were fresh and I responded, but they're not hot, to which he said 'OK, I'll get new ones for you' - All OK here - I can work with everything so far UNTIL this voice HOLLERED across the kitchen and then to other staff at the entrance of the shop "Rudeeee, Rudddee' and VERY sarcastically said 'Make sure you get them from the back love, make sure they're fresh, we can't have her having old ones can we' ruuuude ruddddde' . . This didn't sit right with me, I thought to myself for a moment that it was that blatant she can't have been talking about me but I had to ask her 'Excuse me, are you talking about me and she then said 'Ohhh I was just saying that they had to be fresh for you, you see'!!! That's confirmed it! She then admitted that she should have gone and quietly asked her staff and not done it in the way she did. BUT SHE WAS THE SHIFT MANAGER!!!! Couldn't believe it! MCDONALDS WISBECH your shift manager Carlie needs to step down! This is NO WAY to lead a team! DISGUSTING!!!

So, I've had problems with this mcdonalds in the past and I've always given them the benefit of the doubt. However today, I've decided I'm never getting from them again. My order was COMPLETELY unacceptable, my order details weren't followed, literally the main thing, no bun, was ignored and for some unknown reason extra sauces were added into something that shouldn't even have a sauce! I'm honestly unsure if the staff are doing it on purpose. I can't eat certain things due to dietary restrictions and because they failed so badly nothing in my bag was edible, except the coffee. I had to cook my own breakfast, which I could have done to start with and saved money and all the hassle the staff there have caused.

We arrived and ordered at 11-53am and sat down to await our meal - we had stopped off as we were on our way to a funeral and this was an easy option - or so we thought. Once the meals eventually arrived at coming up to 12-14pm, we found the meals were quite cool - I think the ‘big Mac’ might be considered a cold salad dish on its own - plus the coffees were basically luke warm at best although to be fair the fries were okay or the only item that was as it should be presented, hot. Were it not for the fact we were on a schedule as outlined above, we would have complained there and then but just to add the farce, a motorcyclist on the adjacent table leaned over to ask if we would like a free milkshake as although he hadn’t ordered it, he was given it on his tray! In the time we sat there waiting… and waiting.. which kind of dispelled any ideas of this being a ‘fast (but cool) food’ service, we did notice that the emphasis was solely on the staff running around like headless chickens taking orders out to customers in the car parking area outside - never mind those sitting waiting inside. Bearing in mind this disorganised carrying on, it would have been pointless to have complained there and then as if anybody was supervising or managing this situation they really do need a swift, hard boot up the backside to wake their ideas up as it was a shambles. I will point out that out of all the branches in the worldwide chain, in assorted countries from America to those in Europe, I have been in and patronised over many years, this ‘experience’ must qualify as possibly the worst one so far I have encountered on a personal level, without wishing to put too fine a point on it. If they have a Customer Training Programme I may go on it...

I must say this is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Staff were useless got a mouth full from a snotty member of staff when I asked for a pot of sauce. Who then said I have to pay extra for it. I've never had to pay for sauce in a McDonald's before. As I tried to go through the drive through the food was cold had to nearly beg for some napkins and a straw. Overall my experience here was awful.

If the staff were not to busy talking crap and playing with each other the mc flurry would be a ice cream and not milk, burgers cold chips cold . Crap service from a crap run mc Donald’s . It’s not like this in lynn or Peterborough . Never Again

The macdonald's app and other stores work this place it is hit and miss. The staff are aware and so are the management but they seem to ignore it instead of trying to get the company to fix it. The assistant manager tonight was rude hide his badge and was totally unhelpful He needs to learn how to talk to customers as he has no service skills and he probably talks to the staff like they are rubbish too. Drive to either Long Sutton or KIngs Lynn the service is shocking and totally unhelpful and we went somewhere else for food Contact The Macdonalds CEO

Absolutely horrendous that you wait nearly 10 minutes for "fast food" to be told the company are now charging for a pot of sauce. How ridiculous!

Have to pay for the sauce only one in Peterborough area for get half ur order went for a meal tonight got home to find they left the chicken nuggets out so my daughter had no macdonalds this not the 1st time absolute shocking as even wen we get a home delivery we have had food missing

Have to pay for sauce... get to the drive through then got told I have to pay but can’t so would have to drive around and get stuck in the queue how absurd just to make a couple of pence! Very poor for a company that makes a lot of money.

thought ok we in Wisbech bean long time going to Mc Donald's so of we go we was soon parkt into the blue card space and in this very clean Restaurant most of the tables was cleared and clean great staff a short wait for our meal

i ve always found this to be a clean macdonalds food can fast and hot, staff always pleasant and helpful

The food was the usual McDonalds fare but what made this visit better was the great reception given by their staff. A young lady called Jodie made us very welcome and she is a credit to the restaurant. It was also very clean and tidy - which is a failing of some other McDonalds

Normal commuting stop to use wifi, have a coffee and something to eat. Always try a Mcdonalds.Below average really.Wasn’t that busy and seemed to be waiting longer than usual only for the burgers to be Luke warm.I did not fuss at the time as sure they would have replaced but the service was very slow seen by non active kitchen staff at snails pace. Sure the food must have been lying on the side for more than would be expected. Won’t be back

our food sat in tray for nearly 15min before we was given girl just kept serving new customers I did mention it but she just shrugged her shoulders .

As a regular visitor to McDonald I can say that the food is up to standard for what you are paying however when they are interviewing people in the dining area it does question the business as a whole. Me and my family sat down for a pleasant bite when a manager decides to interview a young man on the table adjacent . At first I wasn’t too bothered however the constantly raised voice was rather irritating and inconsiderate to the customers in close proximity. Furthermore, many questions raised in the interview were pathetic such as “ what brand would you be?”. These pointless questions interfered with my meal. I did however really enjoy the food which was delicious and the counter staff were very polite and helpful. Additionally, they were very aware that some customers had food complaints which they dealt with swiftly.

I called in recently for lunch on my way back from Peterborough to Holt as needed a light lunch. The staff were very helpful as I am not a regular visitor to McDonalds anywhere. One young lady, who told me was a shift manager, helped me sort out food and delivered it to my table. Good friendly service and the food was nice and hot

ok wanted a change so of to Wisbech had walk round the shops and then time for dinner ok I said lets go to McDonald`s for dinner so off we go quite a lot of people there but was abled to find a table I had a BIG MAC and Fries and A Orange Drink

Popped into to get my son a meal and a drink for myself. The person at payment was lovely. The next window the totally opposite ...shake machine not working ...no apology ...just want another drink I said no..prefer a refund...flithy look and a tut...how rude...finally came back with food and a shake...should not work with customers if you openly hate them and you actions and voice show your feelings. Have rang Dan the manager still waiting for him to get back via email...been over a week...not great customer service at all

The girl who took our order on the headset (in window one) at wisbech mcdonalds was very blunt and rude while speaking to us and was very quick to move us on after taking our payment. As we were the only customers in the drive thru this was unnecessary and made me and my family feel very unwelcome. I struggle to even give this visit one star.

Popped through the drive through for a quick drink as we had been on a long journey. Placed the order ok but then waited ages to try and pay. Staff could be clearly seen messing about inside and ignoring customers. In the end we just drove off fed up of waiting had to wait again behind the car in front to exit the drive though and to our amazement we were just handed our order. Tried to explain we hadn’t paid but they just closed the window on us. I wonder how many other people this happens too.

Called in to the drive though for a Mc Flurry to order and to be referred to after making an order as “Bud” please go to the next window bud!!, on getting to the payment window I was then asked for the money “Mate” then final window of collection for Mc Flurry’s I was a “Love”

So this week I went through the drive-through, bought a Chicken Legend Meal. Waiting time was fine and all went through great, pulled over to eat in the car park.. as you do. Then bit into my 'legend', which my initial bit was purely bun.. acceptable, and my second bite was watery, horrible and tasteless chicken. (I'd never had this before for McD's). Anyway, I finished my fries and milkshake, and for the first time ever decided you know what I'm going to do, go back an complain (asking for a refund on only the sandwich itself) because it really wasn't what I expected at all.

I visited here after a night out, the service was good and asked me again if i wanted any dressing on my salad to make sure i didn't leave with out it, service was quick and friendly and food was good.

It was what I expected from McDonalds. I am 75 and my grandson is 4 He absolutely loved it. and was highly please with the toy in his Happy Meal

Lo suficientemente cerca, cada vez que vamos a McDonald's en Wisbech no sólo podemos hacer patatas fritas espantosos y pide comida cada vez que nos dan las patatas de tamaño grande. Cada vez que nos quejamos de que nada simplemente comentarios paseo del personal literalmente harto de ahora. Cuando es tarde por la noche las patatas fritas no son frescas.

McChicken sandwich meal with no mayo ordered, get my order (didn't think to check for no mayo at 1am after a long shift, silly on my behalf) but when I get home, despite the no mayo sticker on the box of my burger, open it up and shock horror... Mayo!!!

Aunque el personal era encantador, se liaron con nuestro pedido, dos veces. Pedimos 3 comidas con pollo, 2 leyenda mayo, 1 con picante mayo. Nos recibió el 3 de mayo y otros 1 con no era sólo de pollo y ensalada, salsa de pan. No solo eso, sino que también las patatas fritas eran nuestra fría.

well one of my two support workers took me as I wanted to go to wisbeach on Monday 25-04-2016 we look round and soon it was time for dinner so she ask me were do you want to go for dinner I said I would like to go to McDonalds please so of we went they have disabled a parking as I have a blue parking card due to being disabled we then went in and found it was not full of people and I told my support worker what I wanted for dinner and of she went to order hers and mine as I sat down a young girl from customer care came up to me and she ask me if she could help me in any way her name was Tracey.p. she made me feel good as can not get on with strangers ect wen alone I told her about my alzhiemers ect and explained about my support worker had gone to see about our meal she was so very good to me and could not do enough for me to put me at ease until my support worker came back she was very good to me and I would say very good at her job it has disabled car spaces plenty leg room I found at the table toilets ect the food was good and the staff were very good we will be going back

Although it is unhealthy we all like mcdonalds, the service is good but the staff qiute mean and they only want to get the job done the price is fair.

Lets be honest, it's McDonalds. It's unhealthy and calorific, but we all go there sometimes!!!The burgers are OK (*whispers* but not as good as in the States!!!!)

We like a hot chocolate. Costa at Tesco down the road can't make it - so watery. Asked for money back it was so poor. Costa in Wisbech can. So can McDonald's and at half the price.

Called for a take away this evening as a heavy day. Boy wasn't I in for a shock, there was hardly any filling in the chicken wrap, virtually no salad nor sauce.I ordered a 0 Sprite as am Diabetic, but it was so sweet dare not drink it.On phoning to complain a Lian said that it was not possible for the meal to be " that " bad !We do not complain unless there is a real reason to do so.This will be our last visit and looking at the previous feedback its a wonder if they have any customers left !

Typical smallish outlet - open 24 hr. Drive-thru difficult to use if have other than small car.Often they get order wrong - so need to check

Occasionally call in just for a drink very rarely a snack but every time some people seem to have a bad attitude towards customers, very abrupt, some staff are really nice and pleasant. The best thing over all the experience is the free Wi-Fi and im sure that's the only reason people seem to stay a while. The gents toilets always smells and always seem to have water waste problems !!

It is not too bad for what is and can be very busy at times. When it is not busy you always have to wait for a quarter pounder cheese burger. When ordering I always start with 'I only want ......' and finish 'that's all'. They always say, 'anything else'? they rarely give you a receipt when paying by Direct debit, This is a very bad policy. The chips are far too high in salt content. But if you ask they will give you a portion with no salty but you have to wait 3 minutes. The cooking is very hit and miss and I think I have had as many horrible burgers as tasty ones. I eat there because it is handy when I come home late in the evening.

This restaurant is always busy and also well staffed. it is great now the hours are longer especially be able to grab a bite to eat after a trip to the cinema. Staff always friendly but the queues can often make you wait a long time

The McDonald's bag states "a good place to eat" that is unless you go to this McDonald's. The staff were rude and unhelpful. I always get a double egg mc muffin with an extra slice of cheese between the two eggs so it's not all slippy when I bite into it. But this particular McDonalds doesn't allow you to add anything to any part of any order because the "manager said he doesn't want to". I thought it was the point of the place. To be able to add or remove bits to make an enjoyable fast food meal!! It costs me more which I never mind paying. I'd rather pay extra and get what is like than not have any at all. This is what the result was at this McDs. And mardy staff. Worse food place I have ever been to! Ever!

Have used this one a number of times efficient clean etc. It is up to the normal standards of McDonald's. The outlook is some what overshadowed by Tesco's, and a small retail park, but it is a good place if this is where you are shopping.

food was okay service slow but went to change my baby in baby changer/ disabled toilet and it was in an absolutely disgusting and dirty state it would have been more hygienic to change him on the floor in the car park outside than in there

I only wanted 5 milk shakes & was asked to park up & then it took them over 10minutes to bring them out, they only have to press a button, it's not like they have to mix it by hand, very disappointing, also bird poo on the drive thru window

the staff are useless.!!! we ordered large meals and we got medium meals! they swapped it over to large with out a sorry or can we offer you something to compensate. the food ( when we finally got it) was very poor over cooked chips ( like cardboard) and the burger was just the same !!

Ok so its fast food you shouldn't expect too much. We used the drive through and had to wait for items so we parked in the bay as instructed. After 30 minutes I went back in to enquire about our order, obviously had been forgotten so they gave us a free cheeseburger to compensate. The food overall was mostly cold and not that tasty. Very off putting for McDonalds menu as a whole

Wisbech MC Donalds ok but can be slow at times, even when you go for a quick bacon Mcmuffin at 6 am ????? before going to work,the food is the same as any other macky d's
