KFC in Fenland

It's the same as any other kfc. But service was quick, it was clean, but the toilet didn't work.

Outside, Inside and toilets were cleaned. Food was excellent, hot n delicious. Staff is friendly and attentive.

Would give this a 0 rating if I could! Ordered 2 pieces of chicken and chips. Absolutely disgusting! Chips were so dry I couldn't even swallow them, likewise the dried up chicken - daren't eat it because barely lukewarm and god only knows how long it had been cooked for! The franchisee ought to be ashamed to sell food, if you can call it that, as bad as this. Will not eat from here ever again!

Very good. The food was hot and tasty. We are always served quickly and politely.

Had an excellent service at Wisbech today, they were very helpful with my father and assisting him. The personal are very attentive and kind.

Food as you would expect. Ordered and paid for Oreo Krushems via the screen to later be told they don't have these there. Why advertise it and have the option to select on the menu if it is never available.

Good food easy to park staff helpful

When we have the occasional KFC we prefer March one over Wisbech, usually more than happy with it. Not this time, six piece bargen bucket, the chicken was definitely re heated, not nice at all and after trying it we chucked it in the bin.

Nice brunch, restaurant & facilities were nice & clean. Food was well cooked, hot & tasty.

I had the Aero Peppermint Krushems Milkshake, was very watery, had no colour to it and tasted horrible, looked nothing like the picture on the website. Will not be going there again.

Came in store & ordered 2 boneless banquet meals & some other food to take away. When we got back to where we were staying and found that we were missing the popcorn chicken from the boneless banquet, I rang the store and informed them that we had no popcorn chicken. I was told they would take my name and put it in the complaints book so I can pick up the pop corn chicken when I am next in & that it was very busy and mistakes happen. As I said, I cane in to the store and placed my order, we were the only couple in the whole store, there were no other customers and the orders board was clear. When I told them we am from Cornwall I was rudely asked, well what do you want me to do? Customer service requires A LOT of attention.

Disgusted to find out my local KFC is Halal. I want the option of having meat slaughtered the way its meant to be slaughtered in the UK, you're not giving the option for normal people. People are eating it without knowing. Halal is barbaric.

No hate, I will leave it like that again… it was not just once but few times happening. I just got back home from KFC March, ordering as usual getting home to see something missing from order, tried to call but no one answers.

First visit into a KFC since 1990s , experience was positive, although few tables needed cleaning..

Worst KFC ever been in. Chips are just dry, awful tastin. Service is long and then they get it wrong. Toilet facilities are grim.

Food and service always good here. Loads of parking. Just wish there wasn’t loud club style music playing. Makes eating and chatting difficult

Luckily I opened my burger up to put the fallen lettuce back in as I discovered a short brown hair in the middle of my burger underneath! This is disgusting

Standard KFC food which is great, service isn't great, Krushem machine is never clean so they're usually announcing it as "broken". But if you like KFC, it's a KFC. Not a fan of the fact mini fillet burgers used to be £1.30 and are nearly £4 now

We went here and waited about 30 to 40 minutes, our drink was everywhere and couldn’t even order properly because they were speaking to everyone else and not listening. If you want to waste your time, come here!

Not too busy when I visited today, although it was lunch time. I had the 2 x piece chicken meal that was consumed in house. Chicken freshly cooked hot and delicious! Unfortunately, let down by the chips, which seemed as though they had been laying around on a warmer device (?) Soggy and not crisp. Other than that, no complaints.

Really enjoyed eating here. The staff were helpful and explained the menu options to us. The tables and floors were clean and tidy.

Decent KFC with relatively quick service and tasty food. Slightly let down by restaurant cleanliness and increasing prices. Solid stop off on a road trip due to relative quiet and ample parking available when visiting.

It's the only drive through fast food place anywhere nearby, go to Tesco and get a meal deal. You'll at least get the right order because not once have I ever received what I actually ordered from here. Was easier to stomach when it wasn't £10 for a meal but just mental now, save your money and go somewhere else.

ORDER WAS PUT ON A TRAY WHEN I WANTED TAKEAWAY WAS THEN REPACKED INTO BAG WITH ALOT OF CHIPS LEFT ON TRAY SO DOUBT I WILL BE GOIN BACK UNFORTUNATLY

Food under cooked and order wrong

Had 3 piece meal tonight had been cooked in dirty oil very greasy fries were foul did not taste nice covered in oil with black bits. Chicken was dark and full of grease. Why can’t March get it right!! Worst KFC

The staff were probably tired because they forgot to give a receipt, a third person had to come to fix a small thing. Otherwise, perfect. 👍🏻

Never again the service is poor

Only had a couple of pieces of chicken and a mini burger, but surprisingly good after reports I have heard.

Our food took absolutely ages here even though it wasn’t that busy. We waited 20 minutes with no explanation why. Staff were apologetic when it finally arrived though. It was also freezing inside! We had to eat with out coats and scarfs still on and couldn’t feel our toes by the end.

Although the restaurant was clearly inundated with orders and in over their heads, they handled it very well and were very polite during a stressful moment for them. Food was actually great too. 👍 Cheers

Ordered a take away delivery. By far the worst KFC I ever had. Tasteless, soggy chicken. It feels like they were probably cooked a few hours before I ordered. Very disappointed, won't be ordering again. USA Chicken in town has better chicken!

This place is just chaotic. Front staff, kitchen staff just shouting and blaming each other for incorrect orders, the manager seems clueless, bobbing is head in confusion. They are not very eager to serve you at the till if you have cash only. There is a sign at the till to use the kiosk, which offers no special requests or customisation of orders. You have to check your order thoroughly. They will get it wrong. If not once, maybe a second time. Quite comical to watch though.

This KFC is absolutely abysmal. Every time our family has gone here, the service has been poor but today trumped the lot. The box meal came with ingredients missing and the wrong burger. The food was dried out- almost chicken jerky- but warm on the outside and cold in the middle, so basically was not kept at temperature and then stuck back under a hot lamp to keep warm and flash reheat. There was also a hair in my batter. This was our last trip to this KFC I'd rather drive for 25 mins extra and go to Peterborough. Avoid this KFC at all costs.

On Friday the 3rd November I ordered through Uber Eats, I placed the order at 19.09 as a Priority Delivery, I was given no later than 19.30, it then read Wrapping up and a photo of a guy that was going to deliver. The time kept changing eventually I was sent a photo of another guy my order arrived 20.03! The food was luke warm and as I live virtually around the corner I was disgusted. I complained to Uber Eats who have given a very small refund. This is the last time I use KFC in March and Uber Eats. Definitely not recommended

Not happy with the food or the service

Ordered quite abit of food from here. Chicken was chewy and very oily not nice all the chicken went to the dog (stripped from bone and skin seasoning) chips and gravey was the only thing we ate. Waste of money and won't be going back. Staff seem not to bothered and very slow service. Not fast food or nice

It's a KFC that's all that can be said. Nothing special. Car park is a mess of ruts and such so be careful

The slowest kfc on the planet! nothing ever works in there. Hardly any staff working at any one time. Just waited nearly an hour for hardly any food! The place is a joke!

Ordered a boneless bucket, not many chips and food, service was poor.

Was really looking forward to a KFC not having had one for a long time. Husband picked it up on way home from work. Got home and the fillet burger looked nothing like the picture. Was a small piece of chicken in a plain bun no relish, dressing or mayonnaise, had to put it on myself. Over priced for what it is. Won't be going again.

Ordered via the app collected in store and consumed in the store quite away before the food arrived the previous customer comments how long I had to wait 30 minutes +we waited 15 +minutes the food was good as you would expect from KFC

Always slow service qued for 40+ minutes and not the first time, thought would give them second chance after last time but can say won't be back again

Used the drive through and it’s the slowest I’ve ever used. Took 45 minutes and there were only a handful of cars in front of me. Once got the food the chips were luke warm but the chicken was good, although the pieces were quite small.

Slow service, staff not interested some food missing when visited only six people in the restaurant.

Terrible service, terrible food. Food was cold. There is nothing good about this KFC. Not sure how KFC let them get away with damaging their brand.

I've never given a 1 star before but sadly have to today , this has to be one of if not "the worst" KFC I've ever been to , inside was absolutely filthy , food scattered all over the floor and tables , the staff too busy having a chin wag and blatantly ignoring customers waiting at the counter to order , it definitely wasn't busy today there was only us and two other customers inside and one customer waiting at the drive thru and we waited for 20mins for our order (there was 6 staff members so not understaffed) , had a bucket deal with items missing , used the women's toilet and if you're familiar with the artist Jackson Pollock (Google him if not) you'll think it's one of his masterpieces in the toilets (it definitely wasn't paint scattered everywhere if you catch my drift) , so can say hand on heart definitely won't be returning to this place not even if you paid me.

Absolutely disgusting service . manager says to people that it's drive through only because they are short staffed , shop wide open and also ordering machines . Told a lady with who ordered online to pick up the order on drive through by waiting in the que. the order was literally on the screen !!! Manager then goes inside and has a laugh with people inside ! shameful, @kfc need to decommission this joke of a franchise at KFC March ! !!!

On arrival the car park was scattered with litter i thought maybe this restaurant had closed down to how over grown the bushes and weeds growing through the pavements. I was pleased that we was served by another member of staff after watching the man that greeted us scratching around under his trousers. Had to park and go to the counter when we opened the fillet burger we had ordered to find no chicken only lettuce and sauce the restaurant looked like it needed a good sweep.i used the toilet and there was fecal matter around the toilet so I decided to wait till I got home. Very poor standards of hygiene and I now feel sick 😷

We waited about 35 minutes for food sounded like they where having a party out back because it sounded like the music was coming from someone’s phone not the speakers. It probably would of been cheaper and quicker if we went to Tesco and brought a ready meal but credit to the one girl who was doing not just her job but others jobs

Awful service. 20 minute wait for a dine in meal pre-ordered. Staff look like they want to be anywhere but serving people. Every meal given with no napkins, wipes, salt….

Miserable staff, no communication as they basically wispered my order, seating unavailable. Also I paid extra for a hot that was unavailable, unbeknown until pick-up. Didn't get the extra cost back

Visited 9 oct and waited 10min in a Q that was 8 cars long . As q not moving we left and went to KFC Wisbech where we ordered and collected in 3 min March KFC needs to get a grip!

Bunch of muppets foods always cold, no one seems to know what they are doing ! Sort it out kfc got 12 year olds that could run that place better

This KFC is dreadful. The premises are covered in weeds, overgrown shrubs, rubbish blowing all over the car park and walk-way. The staff are rude and have no sense of food hygiene. I sat watching the girl at the drive-in bitting and chewing her nails whilst pouring customer drinks. I made it to the window after a very long wait only to see my food sitting on the counter ready while the staff messed around chatting and laughing. After a few minutes the penny dropped and they passed me my now cold food. I've worked in catering for 40 years and this KFC is amongst the worst restaurants I have ever seen. Absolutely dreadful!

Looks a bit run down outside, but the food is cooked well and always fresh. One of the best KFC's in the area. Service can be very slow though, and dips are often missing, so check or ask.

Useless, Staff spent more time waffling to each other, talking over food ? not hygienic , i watched my order, bare hands putting my food into a bag, Gross,, from start,, putting my first bits in the bag then mincing about with other orders i finally got mine 25 minutes later after the first was put in my bag, food cold,, not a care in the world by the staff and no customer service, disgusting to say the least,, this is a potential place for food poisoning and my last ever visit, could not eat the food as it felt it was contaminated with staff bare hands ,, disgusting ,, i will be reporting this to the appropriate authority's, Hygiene ...

Always takes ages and always out of stock of something

We stopped in on our way from Skegness to Cambridge. It was the middle of the afternoon so the restaurant was quiet. Food and service were excellent. Menu was slightly reduced which may be due to the size of the restaurant or maybe supply shortages. Bathrooms were less than special.

Waiting in the drive through for over 20 minutes is awful. Think they need to be prepared for their customers, really bad....

I had really bad experience there .. staff are very rude with delivery drivers plus with customers they take 1 hours to make 1 Oder .. they just throw the food .. doesn’t have manners.. I don’t recommend any one specials delivery drivers… don’t go there .. thanks

Terrible service after waiting ages to be served the car in front was waiting for a milkshake thing instead of parking him left us all in a huge que with everyone food bagged on the side after 10 mins we finally get to the window when questioned if the food was cold she merely snapped its just been made needles to say it was infact cold had the que not been so long i would of taken the cold food back and requested a refund. Some manners wouldnt go a miss in this place

It was my first visit ever to KFC and everything was ok.

Staff not very helpful, kids meal was just that the burger, chips and drink, unlike Huntingdon who give kids a side and ice cream for same price. No sauce with order, no offer of sauce, just really customer contact poor. Food was fine it just let down by can't be bothered staff attitude and unhelpfulness

Didn't add part of my order (the barbaque chicken bites) from party bucket to far to go back from whittlesey

They did not give me cutlery for chicken and rice. I had to wait again back in line at the drive through and wait for ages. they never apologised.
