So after not having a KFC for many years I decided to give this a try. I had a double zinger burger without cheese and thought it was way over priced. Way too much sauce but tasted ok. I was somewhat surprised by the popcorn kids meal that came in something the size of a tiny matchbox. Talk about shrinkflation. My son doesn't eat that much but we had to go home and feed him after. Overpriced and just not worth it. I was hoping for a pleasant surprise after so many years away but it just feels like this company has stopped trying and your local non-chain would be way better. The Colonel can't be happy..

Stopped by on Friday and was pleasantly surprised by this KFC. The staff were very polite, smiley and knowledgeable on the menu. The food came fast and fresh it was absolutely delicious! The store itself was also very tidy. I will definitely be coming back when I am next in the area!

Too much dirt in washroom even i can't explain. All the washroom commode specially is too much messed. Very poor service even don't deserve one star.

Stopped her for a quick dinner on 18th December. 7.30pm. Wondered why the car in front was taking his time. Assumed he must be checking his food. How stupid was I that I didn't. Got home to find no chips at all. just chicken in the bag. If the weather wasn't so bad I would have gone back. But after a long day I didn't have the energy.

Big Parking space, comfort dine-in. Qucik service and hot tasty food. Top of staff is very helpful. Much improved 5star.

Credit where it's due , the chicken meal I had last week was excellent . I have been eating KFC on and off for years and there have been times when it's been awful . I would love to think that KFC March can maintain the standard of my last meal , time will tell .

Young man on the window at the drive through was friendly and helpful. Food was a little disappointing as it was not piping hot and chips were unseasoned. Gravy had no taste. Various menu items were unavailable. Also we ordered a mini fillet burger and never received it only realised as we got home. Even double checked my receipt to make sure. Not a great experience unfortunately.

Food the worst I have had at KFC. Gravy watered down, no taste. Wrap was full of sauce and hardly any chicken. Toilets were absolutely disgusting and our family were unable to use them! Never seen anything like it.

It's the same as any other kfc. But service was quick, it was clean, but the toilet didn't work.

Outside, Inside and toilets were cleaned. Food was excellent, hot n delicious. Staff is friendly and attentive.

Would give this a 0 rating if I could! Ordered 2 pieces of chicken and chips. Absolutely disgusting! Chips were so dry I couldn't even swallow them, likewise the dried up chicken - daren't eat it because barely lukewarm and god only knows how long it had been cooked for! The franchisee ought to be ashamed to sell food, if you can call it that, as bad as this. Will not eat from here ever again!

Had an excellent service at Wisbech today, they were very helpful with my father and assisting him. The personal are very attentive and kind.

Food as you would expect. Ordered and paid for Oreo Krushems via the screen to later be told they don't have these there. Why advertise it and have the option to select on the menu if it is never available.

Good food easy to park staff helpful

When we have the occasional KFC we prefer March one over Wisbech, usually more than happy with it. Not this time, six piece bargen bucket, the chicken was definitely re heated, not nice at all and after trying it we chucked it in the bin.

Nice brunch, restaurant & facilities were nice & clean. Food was well cooked, hot & tasty.

I had the Aero Peppermint Krushems Milkshake, was very watery, had no colour to it and tasted horrible, looked nothing like the picture on the website. Will not be going there again.

Came in store & ordered 2 boneless banquet meals & some other food to take away. When we got back to where we were staying and found that we were missing the popcorn chicken from the boneless banquet, I rang the store and informed them that we had no popcorn chicken. I was told they would take my name and put it in the complaints book so I can pick up the pop corn chicken when I am next in & that it was very busy and mistakes happen. As I said, I cane in to the store and placed my order, we were the only couple in the whole store, there were no other customers and the orders board was clear. When I told them we am from Cornwall I was rudely asked, well what do you want me to do? Customer service requires A LOT of attention.

Disgusted to find out my local KFC is Halal. I want the option of having meat slaughtered the way its meant to be slaughtered in the UK, you're not giving the option for normal people. People are eating it without knowing. Halal is barbaric.

No hate, I will leave it like that again… it was not just once but few times happening. I just got back home from KFC March, ordering as usual getting home to see something missing from order, tried to call but no one answers.

First visit into a KFC since 1990s , experience was positive, although few tables needed cleaning..

Worst KFC ever been in. Chips are just dry, awful tastin. Service is long and then they get it wrong. Toilet facilities are grim.

Food and service always good here. Loads of parking. Just wish there wasn’t loud club style music playing. Makes eating and chatting difficult

Luckily I opened my burger up to put the fallen lettuce back in as I discovered a short brown hair in the middle of my burger underneath! This is disgusting

Standard KFC food which is great, service isn't great, Krushem machine is never clean so they're usually announcing it as "broken". But if you like KFC, it's a KFC. Not a fan of the fact mini fillet burgers used to be £1.30 and are nearly £4 now

We went here and waited about 30 to 40 minutes, our drink was everywhere and couldn’t even order properly because they were speaking to everyone else and not listening. If you want to waste your time, come here!

Not too busy when I visited today, although it was lunch time. I had the 2 x piece chicken meal that was consumed in house. Chicken freshly cooked hot and delicious! Unfortunately, let down by the chips, which seemed as though they had been laying around on a warmer device (?) Soggy and not crisp. Other than that, no complaints.

Really enjoyed eating here. The staff were helpful and explained the menu options to us. The tables and floors were clean and tidy.

Decent KFC with relatively quick service and tasty food. Slightly let down by restaurant cleanliness and increasing prices. Solid stop off on a road trip due to relative quiet and ample parking available when visiting.

It's the only drive through fast food place anywhere nearby, go to Tesco and get a meal deal. You'll at least get the right order because not once have I ever received what I actually ordered from here. Was easier to stomach when it wasn't £10 for a meal but just mental now, save your money and go somewhere else.

Food under cooked and order wrong

Had 3 piece meal tonight had been cooked in dirty oil very greasy fries were foul did not taste nice covered in oil with black bits. Chicken was dark and full of grease. Why can’t March get it right!! Worst KFC

The staff were probably tired because they forgot to give a receipt, a third person had to come to fix a small thing. Otherwise, perfect. 👍🏻

Never again the service is poor

Only had a couple of pieces of chicken and a mini burger, but surprisingly good after reports I have heard.

Our food took absolutely ages here even though it wasn’t that busy. We waited 20 minutes with no explanation why. Staff were apologetic when it finally arrived though. It was also freezing inside! We had to eat with out coats and scarfs still on and couldn’t feel our toes by the end.

Although the restaurant was clearly inundated with orders and in over their heads, they handled it very well and were very polite during a stressful moment for them. Food was actually great too. 👍 Cheers

Ordered a take away delivery. By far the worst KFC I ever had. Tasteless, soggy chicken. It feels like they were probably cooked a few hours before I ordered. Very disappointed, won't be ordering again. USA Chicken in town has better chicken!

This place is just chaotic. Front staff, kitchen staff just shouting and blaming each other for incorrect orders, the manager seems clueless, bobbing is head in confusion. They are not very eager to serve you at the till if you have cash only. There is a sign at the till to use the kiosk, which offers no special requests or customisation of orders. You have to check your order thoroughly. They will get it wrong. If not once, maybe a second time. Quite comical to watch though.

This KFC is absolutely abysmal. Every time our family has gone here, the service has been poor but today trumped the lot. The box meal came with ingredients missing and the wrong burger. The food was dried out- almost chicken jerky- but warm on the outside and cold in the middle, so basically was not kept at temperature and then stuck back under a hot lamp to keep warm and flash reheat. There was also a hair in my batter. This was our last trip to this KFC I'd rather drive for 25 mins extra and go to Peterborough. Avoid this KFC at all costs.

On Friday the 3rd November I ordered through Uber Eats, I placed the order at 19.09 as a Priority Delivery, I was given no later than 19.30, it then read Wrapping up and a photo of a guy that was going to deliver. The time kept changing eventually I was sent a photo of another guy my order arrived 20.03! The food was luke warm and as I live virtually around the corner I was disgusted. I complained to Uber Eats who have given a very small refund. This is the last time I use KFC in March and Uber Eats. Definitely not recommended

Not happy with the food or the service

Ordered quite abit of food from here. Chicken was chewy and very oily not nice all the chicken went to the dog (stripped from bone and skin seasoning) chips and gravey was the only thing we ate. Waste of money and won't be going back. Staff seem not to bothered and very slow service. Not fast food or nice

It's a KFC that's all that can be said. Nothing special. Car park is a mess of ruts and such so be careful

The slowest kfc on the planet! nothing ever works in there. Hardly any staff working at any one time. Just waited nearly an hour for hardly any food! The place is a joke!
