By far the best ever kebab ive had EVER. I live on a boat full time traving about and get takeaways every day from many many hundreds of different places and i can most definitely sat this was the best kebab ever. Biggest persion size so big it actually beat me. Chicken was absolutely insane, the mayo was real proper stuff salad was fresh staff was great. Deffo the best

Food could have been nice if separated however the chicken kebab had the salad chilli source all together and there for arrived totally soggy and not very nice

this takeaway has gotten really expensive over the past couple of years its just ridiculous compared to other takeaways.

really disappointed, delivered late, food was luke warm, had grated cheese on chips rather than cheesy chips. on the plus side the flavour was spot on with the chicken wings and burgers just a shame they weren't hot

We ordered food and they delivered it to our door without informing us. We then called approximately an hour and a half later and they said that they had called and that they left a voicemail but they had done neither, they didn’t even inform us on the app and it still stated that they were delivering the food. By the time we had got down to the food, it was cold and inedible. We informed them about the food and the condition it was in and asked for a refund and they refused, saying that it was our fault that they inform us that they had delivered the food and that if we want our food we will have to order the food again

Absolutely do not order from this takeaway I have now twice been verbally abused by them for receiving the wrong order. They refused to deliver the correct order. They will take your money - very much male domination treat women terribly in fact when I entered the take away they are very scary and appalling customer service. Do yourself a favour save your money and do not use this take away!

The food arrived on time and was piping hot off to a good start! I asked for my lamb to be well done and it was very much to my liking. Everything was fresh, the salad I usually find quite acidic from take outs but the balance of theirs is perfect. Nice crispy chips and well cooked good quality chicken nuggets. Big thumbs up from me I’ll definitely use them again, recommend.

Honestly the best chips I’ve ever had from a take away. They were piping hot and crispy!!! The youngest also said his chicken wrap was the best he had ever had!

Ribs were cold tough and chewy. Really not good and had to be binned. Chips were cold, overall not great!

Our food was delivered to the wrong address who took the food, after waiting 1hr and 20 mins I called them and then waited another 30 mins for it to be delivered

Had a £7 off voucher which wasn't deducted at checkout. Unfortunately I did not realise until after I had paid. Complete rip off. No way to contact just eat.

Everything was good except the garlic bread tasting like bleach

Was missing items. Was not allowed a refund for the missing items. Redelivered the items but the dippers and wedgies was too dry to eat.

Best chicken Shish kebab I’ve ever had. In fact, all of the food is of superb quality. Extremely large portions and exceptionally fresh, good quality salad. Accidentally ordered wrong kebab online one time (lamb Shish) and the owner took the initiative to phone me to check if I’d meant to order lamb instead of chicken! Above and beyond! Reliable, tasty, fresh and fast. Best takeaway in March

In 8 years never ordered from USA Chicken. Tried every other kebab shop in March and not great at all ( all for different reasons ) Had a USA chicken menu posted through the door in Wimblington a couple weeks back and we see they do chicken shish kebabs snd donna and chicken. So thought we would try them for the 1st time. 1st time ordering 101% perfect. Nice big portitions. Extra generous on sauce and salads reasonsble prices. Perfect chicken and donna meat cooked. Ordered again tonight ( Thinking please be the same as 1st time ) 110% perfect again. Big portions arrived on time. Correct order. Cooked perfectly. You definetly have yourself a new customer Wimblington. Thank you USA chicken great food 2 orders now. More to come :)

The kebab was HUGE & my grandson enjoyed it very much. The garlic bread was VERY dry, as were the chips. My chicken fillet burger, the fillet itself was HUGE, but there was FAR FAR to much mayo, which made it cold & as you try to bite it, the chicken slid out the other side.

Rude vile staff placed a order online and rang to say my door bell doesn’t work and the man just point blanked said that that my fault no theirs and there to bury to call me when they get here!!!! Never ever ordering again!!!

If you want to be spoken to like dirt.. they order from here!! Awful rude staff, rang to say my doorbell wasn’t working and if the driver would call us when outside and the rude disrespectful man that answered the phone said that it’s not his problem and told me he had to go because he was busy!!!!! Food came cold and dry also!

Chicken was better not refried like last time. Potato wedges were not good. Need to not refry them. They also need to be fresh.

Ordered my food and was waiting 30 mins to find out that they haven't even started cooking it yet. The staff were on a break eating food and didn't even apologise after there silly mistake. Food weren't even great so for the time it's not worth it.

Chicken wings were okay, chicken strips were as dry as the cardboard they came in.

The chicken kebabs we ordered were gorgeous, best we had in years! The chicken was very moist and the portions were outstanding as well as the service.

I visited here as I heard the potato surprise was really good and ohh my god yes it was cooked to perfection soft fluffy in middle crispy on outside. I hate hard potatoes and these weren’t hard at all. Friendly staff and chicken looked good so I’ll try that next time. Will be visiting again

Food was late, it got here with no apology. Prior to its arrival I called the take away for them to tell me they were busy and it will be there soon. I asked how soon and was told “soon”. Before the phone went dead. The food was caked in mayo. The Donna was cold and dry.

First time I've ordered from here and it is now my place to goto when hunger strikes. Absolutely top notch.

Should have acted on my instincts when I walked in to order. Looked dirty and obvious food was being re heated. Ordered ribs. Just the look of them made me feel sick. Took one bite and then had to throw the rest away. Tasted like what I can only assume horse meat would taste like. Absolutely vile. Wouldn’t even let my dog eat them. Will never order anything from this place again. Be warned.

I ate two burgers and three wings. I was sick for two days. He gave me chicken from yesterday. They are playing with people's health for the sake of money.

All the wrong food apart from garlic bread was right , I ordered cheese chips a fillet burger and a chicken nugget Childrens meal ended up with 2 cheese burgers and normal. Chips. Time is getting on I have young children to sort so we made do, but very disappointing this time.

Ordered lamb shish to take away. Have orderrd plenty of times before and been satisfied with the meal. Yesterday, whilst the lamb was great, the salad portion was pathetic! Come on guys, more salad please.

Very poor delivery time had put an order in for delivery sat waiting over 30mins only to ring to see where it is get told that their extremely busy what a load of rubbish more like they've lost our order now we've got to and collect it as its still not ready well if its the case that your extremely busy I suggest you get more drivers

Absolutely the best chicken around, tastes just like kfc, ordered a chicken box and 2 kids chicken burger meals delivery was super fast and also my partner hates takeaways but absolutely demolished the chicken box. Super happy and will order from here again.

Excellent friendly staff with Covid safety awareness. Do order in advance as they can be busy during lunch, and dinner time. Delivery service thru app is easy to use and 99.5% on time when I've used it.

Been itching to try these..... Wish I hadn't bothered. Over priced big time..... I had 2 ribs which had 3 good bites between them and 2 bits of chicken which were bland to say the least.... On the plus side the chips were OK.... Don't even bother

We have lived in March for 10 months and this was our first order with USA chicken. A family member that lives in a different town always raves about it and as we wanted a late lunch/early tea we decided to give it a go. We were not disappointed. Everyone enjoyed the food so much and we will definitely be ordering again. Thankyou :)
