Kfc in Mole Valley

Service was prompt. Unfortunately the chicken fillets were very salty and chips soggy. Expensive. A week after my visit I was dismayed to learn in the local press that a rat had been reported on the premises!

I went into Dorking KFC, after a long gap, only to find the quality had dropped even further. I asked for two pieces of chicken with fries. I asked were they fresh, and I did not mind waiting. I was told it was, and paid £6:45. What I got was two drumsticks which had been re-dunked in the hot oil which made the batter solid, and the small amount of meat on the bone very dry! Oh and 138g of soggy thin chips. Very poor value for money in both quality and quantities. Avoid this branch like the plague

Absolutely terrible AND DANGEROUS!!! I bought dinner last Monday 26th February 2024 for several members of my family buying a variety and chicken and non-chicken food for 5 adults Inc a pregnant one and 3 children. AVOID DELIVERY, UBER IS USELESS..... Ordered through the app, hour and half later still not turned up. Phoned up to find out where it was and uber help just hung up. Called again just to find out delivery driver decided to cancel my order. NEVER use again.

Called in early evening for a takeaway. Having been ignored by 4 staff members for several minutes (I was the ONLY customer) I ordered food deals for 2. Compared to previous visits, the prices were significantly higher, but . . . The chips were overcooked and soggy, the chi ken portions were coated in a thin, tasteless batter which would get Col Sanders spinning in his grave! This is RUBBISH and if you remember KFC as it was, you will be seriously disappointed by this particular franchise. I seem to remember this one going downhill before . . . .

Time for supper, so as we'd not been for quite some time we decided to have a variety meal each. 2 pieces of chicken 2 chicken fillets 2 spicy chicken wings, plus Fries and drink, just under £10 a head. Well; if Colonel Sanders were still alive he'd be absolutely fuming; as a teenager, I remember how succulent the chicken was, and how tasty and yummy the lovely herby coating was, they say the same recipe is still being used today, but I beg to differ. The chicken was dry, the coating was dry and overcooked, and there was no flavour in it at all. A complete and utter rip off, they have absolutely no right to call themselves KFC, it was just a tasteless, poorly cooked meal served by staff who obviously couldn't care less. Disgraceful!

We placed our order at 18:00. Food was quickly cooked and collected. After we left we noticed that the beans had passed their sell by date by nearly an hour. We were unable to go back and return them

Walking in the door the I noticed the older server had her finger buried deep in her ear trying to extract wax, this continued whilst I placed my order. It did stop when she started coughing into her hand, Did Covid teach these people nothing. On to the 6 piece bucket meal, 4 legs is just too many, no tissues no salt sachets no hand wipes. I wouldn’t go in there if you paid me and environmental health need to pay a visit. Dirty tramps

I wish now I had read the reviews before my visit. On my way home from Dorking Halls, in a birthday month in which treats may be lowed, and hungry I thought I could try them as I had not in well over twenty years or more. It was a mistake. Overpriced for what you get. I had the Zinger meal in essence a burger plus an extra of some small chicken pieces in a barbecue sauce. Fries were quite possibly the worst I had ever had. Poor quality, old(?), tepid. Popcorn chicken is miniscule balls. Used the toilet. It was dirty and the handle broken off so lucky to be able to get out. A toilet in any place that serves food should always be pristine. I realised that KFC I all about marketing. It sure ain't about the indifferent quality of the food. I spent over £11. I wish I hadn't but few take aways open late and that after all is one of their selling points. Clearly a franchise. I'm sure I should have found Chinese or Indian food for the same amount and much better quality and more memorable. My experience was memorable for all the wrong reasons. Unless absolutely starving and nothing else open I can safely give them a miss. So can you.

Dreadful- no care - avoid. Badly packed - badly cooked- collected myself and via Uber eats etc just the worst place to get food. Better off going hungry!

Me and my partner like to get kfc delivered on Deliveroo every now and then. We always tend to order the same thing (trilogy box meal and a fillet tower burger meal) I get gravy as my side in my trilogy meal and my partner gets rice as her side with her burger meal. EVERY SINGLE TIME they replace my side of gravy with a side of chips that we don’t want!!!! I didn’t want to have to leave a review but since they NEVER answer any phone calls at the store I have to to get through to them. It has happened 4 orders in a row and I want to know why and stop it from happening. Chips are dry enough as they are so need the gravy to eat them not more chips… really frustrating because we don’t want to have to stop ordering from Dorking kfc but if it keeps up we will. Terrible managment honetsly quite embarrassing that they can’t get an order right (4 times in a row).

I ordered a meal around 8:45 pm, on the app kept delaying my order, from 9:25 to 9:35 to 9:45 until they arrived at 10:30 pm. At 10:30pm I received a message ‘Your order is cancelled’ !! WHYYYYYY? I was calling them 10 time in the meanwhile to check my order they didn't answer, why they still have the phone there? Couldn't they just throw it away in the bin?!?!?!?!? I never ever in my life have these experiences!! And now after waiting hungry for my meal I'm ending up eating a yogurt!!!! WTF is this!?!?!?!? From where i’m gonna order now food??? Everything is closed at this time!!

I always brag about kfc dorking but the quality keep dropping and same goes for the size of the chicken pieces.

Been a regular customer, a new guy then ignored me when I asked my order to be customised, just told me not to worry I`ll get what I asked. Needless to say it didn`t happened that way. 3 times in a row the staff have messed my order and once correct fod was given the crispy strips were cold so I asked for some hot ones and they brought them to my table and... Like most KFC outlets, this one keeps to the strict model laid down by Head Office, but is strategically placed in Dorking High Street, making it a popular venue for passers-by and teenagers alike!

This is a good and reliable KFC that is a go to in a town where there is a shortge of decent quality takeaways, much of it over priced. At KFC its good value and you know what you are getting.

Tried ordering a meal for my son on Tuesday, hardly anything in stock and couldn't replace 2 hot wings for 1 normal piece of chicken ad neither of the men behind the counter (new staff who could barely speak English) were able to operate the till. On Saturday 10th March 2018 ,my husband and I visited the above premises. We had heard that there had been supply problems from the media over the last month. We went at lunch time, there was no visual indication that there was a problem with any of the menus on display. During the entire ordering process , we were told certain items were not available but we could have extra sides that were available but no bottles of soft drinks were available. It's your average KFC really. Food is okay, chips can be cold and chicken over cooked. Generally it's fine for a quick fix but not something you would want if you looking for a wow factor of any description.

Día de Año Nuevo y en camino a casa de un torneo de hockey con los niños pequeños. KFC en Dorking debería haber estado abierta hasta las 11 pm y el chico había cerrado al menos diez minutos antes. Él todavía estaba allí, pero no abrir la puerta diciendo los tiempos habían cambiado. Qué tonterías. Él simplemente no podía ser molestado a trabajar su turno completo. Very poor for a well-known chain restaurant. Only 1 person serving, confusing and limited menu, especially veggie options. Bland overpriced rice, with tiny funny tasting corn cob and a ridiculously small portion of beans. Server not that familiar with menu. Spilt drink pool on floor potential hazard, faulty door blowing open and letting cold air in, toilets not very clean and in need of maintenance. Have only been to one or two other kfc in many years, one in croydon was particularly poor too, so low rating seems justified.

Toilet not very clean, staff communication bad, chicken pieces not very good, no legs or breast, did mention next time and they promised extra 2 legs and breast but not given.Very disappointing as we spent 12.99 for extra chicken but only got one leg not two and one breast.Staff seemed disorganized too.We will pass on our bad experienced to our friends and family if no response and improvement.

A small, high street location with some seating.This KFC is pretty local to us and is often a fall back meal for the kids.The food is always hot and fresh, but this branch does get very busy.You know what you're going to get.

I visited this notable establishment recently with a friend keen to take in calorific fuel at a low price. I must say the quality of the mechanically reclaimed meat chicken burger was really, quite incredibly, magnificently... average. I had forgotten quite how plastic this food tastes. I wasn't quite sure what had just gone on in my mouth, but I still hesitate to call it eating. I left feeling soiled and depressed with a creeping sense of ennui and an unfathomable world weariness that even the company of my friend could do nothing to assuage. I was overcome by the feeling that I had once again been duped into returning to the foul trough of budget-priced food to snort and guzzle like a lobotomised pig. In time, i will come to terms with this experience, but I know that one day I will forget, and will once again return, blissfully unaware of the traumatic memories until the first bite brings them flooding back. I am considering a tattoo saying simple 'NEVER AGAIN' on my wallet hand...

We ate here whilst staying at the travelodge nearby recently, and have to say this is the smallest, hottest, and also busiest kfc I have ever seen.The place is tiny, coupled with around 16 people at the time either in the queue or waiting for food, along with the heat from the kitchen being so close to the tiny lobby, meant it was very claustrophobic and hot in here, I was in the queue around ten mins as there was only one till in use. The guy on till had strong foreign accent and wasdifficult to understand and he had trouble understanding me too i think.I eventually made my order, and took the multiple trays to my family waiting at one of the very few tables in there, only to find one drink missing, two sides missing, one fries missing, and a fillet burger asked for with no mayo, that was standard with mayo. This was all rectified with another visit to the counter, but I noticed the fillet burger I returned due to mayo was placed back on the hot store area to be given to someone else, even though it had left the counter and had been unwrapped and touched by us, it should have been thrown out!! The food was all hot and of satisfactory quality, but the environment in the outlet wasn't the best. If using this KFC be prepared to queue, check your order, and eat out!

I hadn't eaten KFC for 35 years. Gosh, it's improved! Service was surprisingly speedy, and once we'd studied the menu for 5 minutes or so we'd got to the front of the queue. The food was quickly cooked. The chips were the most disappointing part of the otherwise delicious meal. One major gripe - the KFS website has inaccurate and misleading nutritional information about its food. Sort this out, KFC, and you'd get more stars from me.

Great and so well cooked, I get the impression that its not a hard job to cook chicken but I could be wrong! Anyway, The Fillet Tower Burger I had was the juiciest I've ever had! And the pieces of chicken were amazing. Only one let down were the fries, they don't last long enough, by the time they are our of the fryer they start to solidify and are awful after having eaten one piece of chicken. Eat them first I hear you say but I want to eat the most expensive parts first, then the fries after.

A Bit late on way home from Bocketts Farm, we opted to stop for our kids' first ever KFC. And it was fine, well beyond our initial hope/expectation and all (aged 5/9/11/13) finished their mix of popcorn chicken, chicken breast and chips and BBQ sauce.I work in London and queues form outside KFC of a lunchtime so there's obviously a hard core following to KFC but it's been a decade+ since I partook. Our children really enjoyed the drive by visit, maybe we'll all get a bucket next time!

I don't expect much from a KFC, but of all the KFC's that I have been to, the one in Dorking is the worst.The chicken was very dry and lukewarm, and when I complained, one member of staff felt and touched the food with his fingers, handed it back to me and said that it was ok to eat.I refused it especially now that he had touched it with his fingers, at which point he got aggressive and said that I was only complaining for the sake of complaining. He said that if I did not like it, then it was hard luck as they are independent and KFC would not allow me to make a complaint. I duly tried to complain to KFC UK, but they were not interested in following this up.Suffice to say that I will never use the KFC in Dorking ever again.

The colonel's 11 herbs and spices descend upon your palette like a well-controlled sexual climax. The flavour and depth lovingly fused into these succulent breasts by the employees at this fine establishment have left me breathless and penniless. Nay, not because of high prices, but because I spend every breathing minute of the day in this cultural coliseum of taste and pleasure. My humble companion, David the friendly African, has been known to visibly melt at the sight of his weekly 3 piece variety meal. I have even heard retorts of "ohmagod BEhave" when biting into the soft juicy leg of a chicken that must only have been dead for 2/3 minutes. The chickens must be lovingly kept in a free-range farm at the back of the shop before happily rolling into the fryer of their own accord and sacrificing themselves to their God in this cathedral of protein. Though an atheist, I believe in the relevant God of these chickens as only his divine intervention could create such amazing flavour. Eating at this establishment is almost like an outer-body experience, and I cannot recommend it enough. Spend all of your hard-earned/stolen money bowing down to the Gods of succulent breasts and I guarantee you shall not leave disappointed, hungry or in good health.
