Kfc Leatherhead in Mole Valley

Consistently poor, each order has items missing. My customer services complaint promised me a £10 food voucher, that didn't arrive either.

Not put me fried that needed and the food toke like 10 min and I ordered 2 gravy mega box and they only put me one wing instead of 2 and a bit of fries

Food is good but always items unavailable. The tables are never cleared and there is always food and rubbish on the floor and tables. The bin was full on my last visit too so I couldn't even put my own rubbish in the bin on which was the last table without people or rubbish on it. I've been in here three times now and it's always the same so it's clearly consistently bad and a staff issue.

Another KFC that doesn't serve hot drinks - are they mad? Fries now covered with a Cajun style seasoning that is way too peppery. Pretty slow to clear tables too. The chicken itself is still great though.

Honestly do not waste your time I spent £24 on an order then the driver said it was delivered which it was not, so I went down to KFC to complain and they said they can’t do anything it’s the drivers fault. Why can’t they simply just make another meal for me as it is there drivers fault!!!!!!!!!!!!

The food is great BUT the toilet is absolutely FILTHY!

KFC send out emails with offers but when you go to the branch to use them they refuse to accept them. Is this just a trick to get you into the store hoping you'll pay full price for something? Better go to the nearby Royal Fried Chicken where you'll get better food, twice the portion size, and a lower price.

Oh my dear lord. Ridiculous portions size for fries- ordered with uber eats. The fries aren't even kids sized. Trying to upload the photo I just took!

Long black hair found in food in between the chicken. Made me feel sick. Well nasty! No wonder the shop was empty.

Ok! Won't be going back. Staff got the order wrong! How hard can it be to look at a screen and put food on a tray. No hand soap in bathroom, no sanitizer in dispenser and no hand wipes. Chips were soggy.

Smoke extraction seems like it doesn't work smoggy inside. Stuff takes order and forgets, takes 20 minutes to get your order really disappointed

Your pap was just a teaspoon, went to kfc atteridgeville their pap was reasonable, at church was just a teaspoon and the staff serve food with angry faces.

Not the best experience, table's not cleared the one's that were clear hadn't been wiped. No toilet paper, toilet seat broken and dirty. Considering its a new outlet its beginning to look a bit shabby

Absolutely shocking, never have any items, was told they have no chicken ready for 30 minutes, and yes this is kfc, the CHICKEN shop!! The staff are clueless and just all in all, terrible!! Don’t waste your time even turning up, they won’t have what you want anyway

AVOID!!! AVOID!!!! 36 minute wait for a take away!, 4th time this has happened, food is luke warm and the attitude from the staff is to basically F off. Only 2 people behind the counter and they prioritise Deliveroo orders! While the take away orders wait for so long to arrive! Please buy elsewhere!!!

Food quality was awesome , try to avoid deep cleaning of the display fridge when there is customers in the counter.

Sorry too say not one of my best visits to a KFC . The toilets were absolutely disgusting there was urine all on the floor and seat all sticky absolutely vile. You need health and safety too visit unexpectedly. Children were thete also .using the toilets So its a thumbs down from me .

I have no choice because it’s my local one. If they don’t get your order wrong they give the worst portion size of chicken and charge you full price lol.

I’m very unhappy with the service I received on 14/05/23. I placed an order with KFC to be delivered by Deliveroo. I placed this order around 8:20pm and was told it would be 35-45 minutes for delivery. Over an hour went by to which I phoned Deliveroo to ask where my food was and they said due to the high demand they couldn’t tell me. I phoned back 20 minutes later and was told my delivery would be with me by 10:20pm (2 hours after I ordered my food). It got to 10:25 and still nothing. I then phoned again and was told the food had been handed over to the driver and he would be with me between 8 and 11 minutes time. Then… Deliveroo phoned me to say my order had been cancelled. So after waiting 2 hours and 20 minutes for my food, now unable to order from anywhere else because it was now too late! They cancelled my food. I was livid. No compensation offered or anything. Absolutely ridiculous. KFC should have never accepted my order if they new it wouldn’t be delivered. I would have had time to order elsewhere.

KFC need to look at the people the are hiring here. I think there may have been one time I’ve ordered where I’ve received the food hot and correct. I wouldn’t bother ordering from here as you will be disappointed with the quality of the food, that’s if you receive the right meal in the first place. To add: do not user Deliveroo. They will apparently not provide refunds unless you can provide an image of food that doesn’t exist, absolute joke.

Sadly, not KFC at it's best. Have visited a few times now, each time hoping service has improved. Have never yet, had a completely correct order with items missing or incorrect items despite ordering in store. Staff do not seem to know the menu or how to operate the tills correctly.

The place is filthy. There wasn't a clean table between the 6 available as I had to wait due to some issue. The floor is full of food scraps and spilled drinks and this was at 13:30

Order from here if you like cold food, missing items and food poisoning. Truly awful experience every time. Ordered a boneless bucket for delivery. Chips arrived but no chicken. Drove there to complain. Joined a huge queue of frustrated uber eats drivers. They had to lock the doors to stop customers coming in as they were completely overwhelmed. Dirty understaffed establishment. Avoid at all cost.

Went for my evening meal takeaway after work. Cold greasy chicken Over cooked dry hot wings No chips in bag No mayonnaise Dirty filthy restaurant No point going back as staff don’t seem to care. Hope I’m no t sick 🤢

orderd food for the family when it arrived thay was missing itams and was cold so my husband desided to take back when he got to kfc he spoke to a woman called roma who was very rude he handed her the food and said the problem missing itams and also very cold she looked and said thairs nothing missing not my problem and throwed it in the bin and said take it up with uber eats what arrived in 20mins? i do not have a problem with the delivery i’m so appalled and shocked how my husband was spoken to very rude and no help from roma who just put my kids food into the bin 😡 very disappointing i have never been treated like this befor will be goin to royal chicken from now on better service and well mannered

KFC is pretty universal, love it or hate it. The lady at the till was friendly and patient (I am not a regular customer here and not their normal demographic (49M)). The other customers were like charactertures of teenagers. Moping, shouting, slinking about the place I suppose they have to go somewhere... There were two lads constantly complaining about nothing to get free/replacement food and practice being objectionable. This probably explains why this KFC closes early at 9pm. However much the staff are paid to clean up after and serve this naughty group ....it's not enough.

I have just ordered 2 meals the chips were cold and had been sitting there for hours, I asked for 2 pieces of drum sticks never got it so had to asked again and I got ignored until what I thought was a manager.! There was no manners let alone napkins.! Never going in again the restaurant was disgusting food all over the floor and yet no one is doing anything.! Absolute joke.

Poor first experience, probably won't go there again I installed their app, set up an account and placed an order for a meal deal priced at £21.99, selected my extras and went to pay, at this stage the app wanted me to verify my email address and sent an email. From the email I clicked the verification link and went on to pay for my order believing it was the order of placed in the app. When the order was handed to me upon arrival at the restaurant it was missing a lot of what is ordered. It seems the link took me to their web site and while I thought I was paying for my order in the app I was paying for a cut down version of my order which was still the same price. Now this is not the fault of the restaurant or the staff but I just could not make them see that giving me the missing items would not cost them as the price would still be the same. Eventually the manager spoke to me (all the while what they'd already served up was getting cold) and finally understood what I was trying to say and he agreed to give me the missing items then promptly disappeared never to be seen again. 10 minutes later the girl serving asked me what was happening, told her and finally managed to get some of the missing items but not all of them. Eventually I gave up waiting and left with cold food. I appreciate that the mistake was caused by the app not the staff in the restaurant, but they took so long to sort it out and seemed happy to just leave me waiting while they prioritised other customers. The manager appeared to want to help but did nothing and just left me waiting, presumably he is now MIA as I never saw him again. Really poor experience as a first time customer, wish I'd looked at the reviews before I ordered. Will stick to the local independents in the area from now on.

If I could do zero stars I would as even 1 is genuinely over the top, I didn't order for the delivery but my son in law did, for his boys that I had here the night,.. Omg the worst KFC I've ever had, cold n undercooked chicken not great too have, working in the food industry myself I would never serve someone undercooked food especially chicken 😡🤢

Terrible. Really really terrible. The most unorganised restaurant in Leatherhead. I use to enjoy KFC from Dorking but this branch has put me right off.

Dined in but the chicken was very dry but with the 2 other cafes in town both full I needed something to eat. Will not go back for a while.

Awful food, rotten and burnt, gravy was like water and looked like dishwasher waste. Would reccomend fixing your store before buying here.

Took 45 minutes to get 2 meals ready and they don’t tell you until they give you the food that what you want isn’t available. Also the state of the kitchen was absolutely disgusting. There was a large puddle of brown coloured liquid all over the floor that staff just jumped across the whole 45 minutes I was there, nobody attempted to even clean it up. Was nobody trained in EHS or hygiene?

The staff looks like they see their equipment first time. No wonder your deliveries arrive cold, they have opened bags for over 20 minutes completing the orders. I waited 30 minutes for two pieces of chicken. Neither it is fast, nor food, that's also debatable for this branch. Even managers don't have a clue

Do not visit here! Mid day, no customers 38 minute wait! Truly shocking!! This is not the first time! Every single time! Long waits! Even ordering in the app is impossible 1 hour! Just head to Dorking or Epsom! Take back 30 minutes of your evening on average and get it from somewhere else! I truly mean it! Sickening there!

Watery gravy- unpleasant bites and not very warm

I don't know how much longer head office or the area manager are going to keep ignoring the constant issues of this branch before they actually step in, hire staff to keep up with demand, or pony up and upscale to actually handle business properly, been here three times, all three times issues (always items missing, slow service and poor communication about ETA, staff silently backlogged and not handling the pressure and they can only be blamed up to a certain point for that) the food is good if you order in-store (deliveroo=cold) despite always missing items, but they are constantly overwhelmed and upper management are completely useless in addressing this long-standing issue (to reiterate, not the store members, they can only do so much with what they have) This review was prompted by a 40 minute wait for a single party bucket, while 3/4 other people who came in and ordered later were served before me I wonder how many more weeks and months will go by before area managers or head office finally intervene and support their branch in an actually effective manner

Absolutely awful!! It was cold and the popcorn chicken was rubbery and overcooked. The bbq dipped chicken was also rubbery! It tasted like it was made yesterday and then reheated!! This is twice something like this had happened!!! Don’t waste your time or money going here!! It’s absolutely awful!!! I don’t even know how they are still open!!

I saw the reviews on this KFC branch and they are really bad. I took the decision to find out for myself. I ordered a zinger tower burger, chips and 2 Hot wings and a bottle of water. When the food was delivered it was all cold. The bottle of water that had been in their fridge was hotter than the food they delivered. Never will I order from here again.

Poor service, went to use the restroom and it was a mess in there told the staff he went in there and didn’t clean them correctly and then didn’t clean his hands before going back to serve food, needs management to come in and show this branch health and safety

Zero stars, if you're using Deliveroo on your order. After 90 minutes, they were constantly assigning and unassigning drivers, with the delivery time starting at 30 minutes, but after 90 minutes, the delivery time was given as 2 hours after order, but still no driver assigned. I had to cancel the order as I had doubts it would ever arrive.

This is a second time I have come in KFC the toilets was not clean the tables want clean for the next customer as s kitchen Porter I have to decide to take this further

Would also prefer to give 0 stars, our order took 1 and 1/2 hours to arrive you cannot call them as phone line was a answer machine. When the uber delivery turned up we sat down opened the bag and it was not our order I have reported this to Uber and await a refund. Would not use again absolutely hopeless.

Worst KFC in the UK do not go here, they never get the order right and i collect evey time, have been more than 5 times and always the order is not right and when you call to try and sort it they ask you to come and collect what is missing. I NEVER post comments but this place needs to be shut down as it is useless!!! KFC this is hurting your brand, do something about it

Worst KFC I’ve ever been too, and I’ve tried a lot of them! Rude, untrained staff. Chicken was dry and clearly not fresh. Would give it 1 star but the hot wings were ok… dirty inside and staff clearly don’t care

Hit and miss seems to be the experience with KFC.

There is a step up in the restaurant that is a little too high and I did catch my foot and almost trip and injured myself. So I feel this should be turned into a ramp style to help with people with pushchairs wheelchairs and people that do not have mobility difficulties and sight difficulties

Load of rubbish!!! Seriously wouldn’t give this food to my worst enemy. Was given a burger WITHOUT chicken, then gave me 2 pound change when I was owed £11-37 and said I was wrong about my own money. THEN the next excuse for the no chicken burger was they’d run out! Absolute waste of time and money. THEN they told me the reason for my change being wrong was that they were short staffed which made no sense AT ALL!

Absolutely disgraceful. Everything was cold and dry, you could tell food had been sitting in an oven all day. Chips were stone cold, chicken thigh was smaller than a hot wing and to top it off the hot wings were black! Gravy was half full and freezing like it come out a fridge. 1 star for packing the correct order but that’s the minimum a business should do.

Possibly the worst KFC I've ever visited. Let's be real, none of us are expecting a gourmet meal, however, something edible would be nice. In my boneless banquet was one piece of breast chicken ON THE BONE. Some sweetcorn, and a bag of approx 5 popcorn chicken. I'm still not sure if this was mis packaged, or was actually someone's left over dinner?? Needless to say I didn't eat it. Even If I had wanted to, the bag that contained the piece of chicken had half a bottle of oil in the bag. The chicken was almost submerged in it. Really gross and spilled all over the contents of the half eaten? Box. Judging by the other reviews, it's a bit of risk coming here.

Group of 15 us visited this branch, we was welcomed by staff, we wanted to dine in, they cleaned the tables for us as soon as a couple of diner's left. They took our orders and delivered our food accurately without making any errors.. The chicken was cooked to perfection. Overall our experience was excellent staff we're really friendly, chilled and weren't phased by size of our group. The manager took a lot a pride in ensuring the food was cooked and served fresh. Job well done to all the staff 👏🏽

Visited with family to have a family feast. Turned out to be a disaster. Washroom with disgusting toilet where poo not cleaned. Chicken fry very bad. Chips were very uncooked and felt like stale. Chicken Wings were burnt. Has to leave half eaten. Staff very nice. Suggest none eats here until everything checked right by authorities.

Food was cold, badly prepared (burger was a build your own!) and, while I get we should all cut back on our intake of fast food, the amount of fries would not have satisfied a 3 year old. I really wouldn't bother, make your own.

Awful. Chips are soggy and inconsistent chicken is of bad quality. Inedible. Gravy tastes like river water. Thrown away with out eating any. 1 star is for the Pepsi max which they didn’t give a straw for.

Seems to be a lot of staff doing a lot of shouting but not actually helping, orders not in order. Should be one person taking orders and one or two working on getting them sent out. But they kept scrolling between, which makes me think there will be mistakes made.

I've tried here twice now and both times a joke, wrong food and cold!!! Order online from epsom, much better!!!

Can't quite believe how awful the chicken was. Self serve machines are hit and miss if they want to work or not and the staff just don't care at all.

Decently Run shop, staff members - Steven, Charles and Daniel especially seem to know what's going on, went here a month back and it was terrible, waiting times etc. But now it seems they've finally got some good management at the helm

Put one star because theres no option to put no stars disgusting service forgot majority of the order so only two of the 7 meals came do not recommend

Went there at 20:30 the doors were locked. The manager told me they are only open for deliveries. Loads of KFC staff outside and police…

This is third time ordered was incompleted .

I caught one of the boys picking his ears and nose behind the machine and then went on to serve food. The owner of this franchise has the wrong caliber staff working for him.
