Fuming, appalling delivery , food cold, called twice and told “I don’t know” explained I was unable to drive due to illness and nope we do t care, wow

Disgusting, processed meat, portion control, they count the toppings!!!! Disgusting pizza, no cheese, limited toppings, support local businesses, not these crooks just wanting your money

Great service and they were cleaning the place from top to bottom whilst I was waiting for my collection.

Just dreadful. Pizza didn’t turn up eventually came back to deliver cold, barely any cheese and just bland. So expensive for what it is, this branch has gone down hill for years. Thought we would try again but like before they don’t like to put too much cheese on a pizza despite charging a fortune per pizza. Garlic bread looked like it had been sat on. Never ever again will I order from dominos better off getting an oven pizza, for half the price at least that has some cheese on..

5 times in a row has been cold on arrival, called up after got replacements but I just want a hot pizza, the joke is it says on the box “WARNING HOT” sits on the counter for 20 minutes.

a very friendly young man works in store, believe he said his name is Guy, great customer service and seemed to be on the ball. haven't had great experiences with this dominos before, however, I was impressed, pizza and prices are just standard dominos.

Many times I order dominos… Zack is a legend, simple “enjoy your pizza and have a great day” it cost nothing but is priceless to a multi nation company who have there good and bad days.

Without a doubt the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Don’t waste your money. Tasteless base and barely any toppings. Worst £20 I’ve ever spent!!!!

Ordered a delivery and 20 mins after supposed to arrive I phoned to check where it was. Put on hold indefinitely so hung up and rang back. Spoke to someone and told I'd was on it's way and it came, 35 mins late and missing part of the order. Phoned again and put on hold despite asking not to be. Was told my.missing order would be sent out and over an hour later still no sign. Finally spoke to the manager, Lewis, who seems to have a bit of a reputation in these reviews. Finally agreed to refund half my order and then insulted me as he hung up. I suppose that's all you can expect from some mentally challenged 18 year olds and wont ever order again. I know they dont care but maybe someone in their head office will.

I ordered a meal deal for my kids at 17:55 and it still hadn’t arrived by 19:00. I called the store to be told that the driver was on his way and has just called the store for my mobile number to call me. 6 minutes later, no phone call so I called the store again to be told the same thing! 15 minutes later (after standing at the top of my driveway in the cold waiting for the driver) still no call, so I called the store again and asked for the Manager. Lewis (Manager) was extremely rude and didn’t apologise once! He told me that the driver had just arrived back at the store with my order because he couldn’t find the house and tried calling but didn’t get through, what a load of rubbish! I spoke to the store twice from my mobile from outside the house with full reception. The Manager kept going silent on the phone for long periods and wouldn’t answer me. I was then told he’ll make a new order but it could be over another hours wait! I wouldn’t rate this store to anybody!

Ordered a takeaway from here and won’t do it again. Had to phone several times to chase my order. Pizza arrived cold and miserable looking. Had to microwave it. Barely edible. Waste of money. Get a takeaway from somewhere else...avoid this place.

This is the most incompetent and unprofessional Dominos we have come across. The assistant manager Lisa was rude and twice got the order completely wrong, for us only to be told nothing they can do. They then offered us “cookies” on our next order and the retracted it. Very poor. Plus the food was cold and took over an hour.

3 1/2 hours for stone cold pizzas and sides.

ordered pizzas, garlic bread and cookies. It arrived over 1 hour 20 mins late. The food was cold again, the garlic bread wasn;t cooked and the cookies were burnt. I paid £26 for this, never again a complete waste of money. This is not the first time we have had cold food. I would like a refund for this awful food please!

Ordered online for pick up asap. Husband gets there and had to wait a bit as it was still cooking (no big deal). Unfortunately when he got back it turns out part of out sides were wrong. They had the right labels, but instead of wedges we had 2 lots of garlic pizza bread. We couldn't be bothered to go back and change it so just ate what we had. Next time we will def check what we actually have before leaving the venue. The food we did have was hot and tasted fab.

Had food delivered. The delivery guy was very friendly and the food was nice and hot. I didn’t have to wait long for the delivery either. Highly recommended.

Use Dominos on a regular basis. The staff are always helpful and the Pizzas are always fresh. Keep up the good standard

Yet again another let down. An hour and a half at 7:15 on a Tuesday! We use you guys every week!! Not for much longer - go back to papa johns

im diabetic and they said 45 min!!! asked for a refund and they say its 6 working days, no accountability plus not being funny, some couriers are lost in dorking streets!!! go to papa johns!!!

I ordered a meal deal 2 pizza side and drink at 11:50am 40 minutes before my lunch started which is enough time to be delivered but at 12:40 which is 50 minutes later!!! My order isn't out for delivery even though it says it is on my food tracker!!! Now I'm having to go through the day without lunch thanks to your incompetent staff!!! Sort it out!!

Rara vez pedir una pizza, pero mi hija quería una pizza de pepperoni pasión como un lujo. Pedí una pizza pepperoni grande y me dijo el miembro del personal que me atendió que era, así que aunque me BOGOF realmente no quieren que yo pedí otra pizza. Pagué con tarjeta y después pensé que era bastante caro (18 libras. 99 por una pizza! ). Estaba buscando la ofertas en una frecuente y vimos que ya me estaba pidiendo en la tienda así recoger podría haber pedido el 1 pizza por £12. 99! Hablé con otro miembro del personal que era muy servicial y cancelaron mi adicional y pedimos pizza para realizarse un reembolso a mi tarjeta. Esto implicó dejar los datos de mi tarjeta (incluyendo el código de seguridad de 3 dígitos que me ninguno feliz) y me dijeron que el director me de vuelta la diferencia. No excuses, dreadful pizza with a dough that gave me indigestion. Its such and easy thing to get right when you train people correctly and give them the correct ingredients. I will never order pizza from here again.

We eating pizza from here every time we visiting our friends in dorking. Compering to other dominos this one is the best one. There shouldn't be any difference but we only like it from here.

In general, the pizza is very good quality and the drivers are usually very friendly! Our go-to takeaway!

Ordered a takeaway on one of the meal-deals. Didn't realise that extra toppings were extra money! Not explained by the staff. However staff were friendly and the pizza tasted good, despite being expensive.

One of few local takeaways that delivers free to my village, about 5 miles from the restaurant. The food always arrives quickly, piping hot and exactly as ordered.

Rated this business before and have not had any problem with home deliveries. One of the few that deliver to Box Hill. Sometimes they get lost but food still warm. Delivery staff friendly.

Tried to call up for a delivary 3 times. Every time someone answered the phone as I could hear giggling and then they hung up!!! If they didn't want custom then they should just unplug the phone!! Not happy.

One of the few fast food places that delivers on Box Hill. Have always found them helpful and generally quick to deliver when they can find where I live (they sometimes get lost) but even so food still hot and enjoyable. Will give them a map of this place next time they visit. Delivery arrives always with a friendly smile

Despite living in this area for 14 years, this was our first visit to Dominos pizza in Dorking. Placed an order on-line & visited to collect it on a busy Saturday night. There was no-one else in the queue ahead of us but we felt totally ignored by the staff whilst standing waiting for a good 5 minutes or more at the counter. The staff seemed more concerned about answering the telephone & taking new orders. There was also no acknowledgement or apology from the female manager that was standing nearby. Despite this, the pizzas were ready quickly. They were hot, tasty & good value. So good pizza but customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

was visiting for the night and saw domino's as i was driving in food was great delivery was great and the driver was so patient as i was one half away from recepion

Staff were extremely rude, listening to their headphones, had to wave to get their attention. Generally quite rude and complete lack of service, employees not bothered. Order was wrong but because they had their headphones in I had to wave again as one employee was dancing and eating his pizza at the back of the kitchen. Was really disappointed and would not recommend this particular Dominos to anyone!!!!

Pizzas are consistently good quality and the only time I ever had a problem, the pizzas were promptly replaced.Overall, a very good standard and I have always bben pleased with Domino's Dorking.
