Domino's Pizza in Mole Valley

I ordered some ice cream and cookies and the cookies were absolutely lovely however the ice cream was out of date and the brownie pieces were moldy I called back up and reported this and they apologized and told me I would get a full refund and voucher however I received neither of these and it has been over a week. Very disappointing and disgusting experience however employees were lovely

Ordered 3 pizzas and all came without cheese just toppings, not sure how this could happen

Fancied a cheeky late night pizza dominos was the best pizza choice for dorking. They where polite and quick with delivery very impressed

**Avoid avoid - poorly cooked food made me sick when pregnant and Domino’s refuse to accept any responsibility or offer any apology or refund!!** When we moved to Dorking a few years ago this Domino’s was one of the best we had used. Over the last year or so the quality has gone so downhill, with pizzas often being undercooked and soggy in the middle, toppings just piled onto the middle of the pizza meaning the cheese doesn’t cook properly. A few times the wrong toppings have been put on and then picked off (evident from the few remaining crumbs of chicken on my otherwise vegetarian pizzas…). The final straw was their pizza making me sick when I was heavily pregnant and then trying to sweep it under the carpet and deny all responsibility. The pizzas arrived in the usual quality, undercooked and sweaty cheese with toppings piled in one place preventing proper cooking. Both mine and my husband’s were so underdone that they were inedible, so we had to heat them further in our oven, but even then they just tasted rank so we left the majority of them and just vowed not to use dominos again. Both of us felt sick after eating them, and I was really unwell a few hours later. I filed a food safety complaint and emailed customer services separately. I told them I was heavily pregnant and that any stomach upsets could be dangerous at this stage so they really needed to take this seriously. I completed their ridiculous food safety investigation paperwork and did everything required of me, was assured someone would be in touch, nearly a month later and after following up twice I’ve heard nothing. They have just swept it under the carpet and don’t care about upholding their standards or local reputation. They have refused to offer any kind of refund whatsoever, and refused to accept any responsibility for the fact that the quality of their food was poor. We’ll never be using Domino’s again - shame on you!

Deffo do consider if you want hot food delivered then avoid these guys.. ive been a regulat with them and past few times food is being delivered cold and it just gets worse, 3 miles away journey takes 1 hour to deliver on a car!!

Amazingly helpful! Another company failed to deliver food for over an hour… massively hangry, they sorted us out. Really good service!

Ordered via app, turned up food wasn't ready for collection but they said can you pop back in 5 mins. Food was good, however we have to travel another 20-30mins to get home, still reasonably warm.

Super limited menu compared to other branches. The staff are very awkward / have no social awareness.

Pizza come freezing cold and so potatoes wedges. When I complained was told driver said it was warm when he handed it over and as they delivered with time allowed I would have to complain on online. Total waste of money on night when I was to ill to cook

Zero quality control now. Received 2 pizzas which were mainly bread and tomato sauce with minimal cheese (ordered extra cheese) and minimal toppings. On top of waiting an hour. Last time I give them the benefit of the doubt and my money. Very disappointed.

Just dreadful. Pizza didn’t turn up eventually came back to deliver cold, barely any cheese and just bland. So expensive for what it is, this branch has gone down hill for years. Thought we would try again but like before they don’t like to put too much cheese on a pizza despite charging a fortune per pizza. Garlic bread looked like it had been sat on. Never ever again will I order from dominos better off getting an oven pizza, for half the price at least that has some cheese on..

Terrible service, delivery was over an hour late, when it arrived it was cold, I called them 4 times to see where it was, 1st time they said the rung the door bell and said there was no answer, strange because we were at home, 2nd time I called they said it would be with be within 30 mins, 30 mins went buy and no pizza, 3rd time we called they said i would differently get pizza within 30 mins, 45 mins later still no pizza so I called again then it finally arrived 15 mins later, so I got my pizza an hour and a half late. I asked for a full refund of £21.00 but all they would give me was a £15 voucher on my account. NOT GOOD ENOUGH !!!!

Ordered some chicken around 9:30, tracking said the food was delivered when it wasn’t - called up dominos and said no worries it’s on its way - food didn’t arrive till around 10:30pm and the man handed opened an empty box that was supposed to have chicken in so we asked for a refund (hasn’t come through yet) - then opened a box of what was supposed to be chicken wings and it was full of strippers instead? So dissapointed :(

Manager is fantastic and staff are excellent!

Ben the manager is a few toppings short when it comes to running dominos in Dorking. We never received our order as their delivery vehicle had broken down. Fair enough these things happen, but BEN the manager for some reason wont issue a refund (even though goods not received). After 3 wasted phonecalls with Ben and promised refunds that never materialise we have now instructed our credit card company to claim back the money.

5 times in a row has been cold on arrival, called up after got replacements but I just want a hot pizza, the joke is it says on the box “WARNING HOT” sits on the counter for 20 minutes.

Last night I had the worst pizza I have ever had. It was not only late but cold, dried out and had very little topping, and a tiny amount of the extra topping ordered. The other 2 pizza's on the order where also cold and dried out. Horrible.

a very friendly young man works in store, believe he said his name is Guy, great customer service and seemed to be on the ball. haven't had great experiences with this dominos before, however, I was impressed, pizza and prices are just standard dominos.

Many times I order dominos… Zack is a legend, simple “enjoy your pizza and have a great day” it cost nothing but is priceless to a multi nation company who have there good and bad days.

27.07.2021 update. I did order pizza after long time and I have to say I am impressed. Pizza was super looking, fresh, hot a lot ingredients almost as advertised one on their pictures. I ordered two- cheeseburger and veggie supreme. They were excellent. So I thought it would be fair to update my previous comment. It has to be 5 stars! Didn't even have chance to take a pictures as kids just hooverd it in 🤷‍♀️ but wow. It was good and worth taking a risk.

Without a doubt the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Don’t waste your money. Tasteless base and barely any toppings. Worst £20 I’ve ever spent!!!!

Horrendous customer service on the phone. Whenever we order a pizza, it’s always with extra cheese. I have repeatedly had the pizzas turn up with no extra cheese and usually overdone. This is such a different experience compared to other Dominos i’ve used over the years. It’s so frustrating to pay almost £30 and wait for your delivery only for it to turn slightly burnt and with minimal cheese. I even called up before to ask if they could make sure they put extra cheese on and i was told that they had to save money and too much cheese on the pizzas effected their sales!!! When it arrived, overdone and without extra cheese again i called you ask what happened..... again and i was told it was nothing to do with him as he didn’t work in the pizza line up and the set time on the oven cooks the pizza so it’s not his fault it was over cooked! I never usually complain, but it’s so frustrating to pay that much money and not get what you order and then for someone to tel you they’re trying to save costs and it’s not their fault because they don’t work in that part of the restaurant. We don’t have very many takeaways options available where we are so when we want to have a treat there isn’t many options.

Awful customer service. Orders always wrong or missing something. Staff (especially manager) are rude, sarcastic and condescending showing no care or consideration to their customers. My last order was left outside my neighbours door on the ground floor of my flats as delivery drivers felt it was unsafe to enter because of covid. Even though they had entered to leave it where they did. Also the previous deliveries during lockdown all came to my door and it is not made awear that this may be an issue. So if ordering from flats always check this as it was just left for over an hour. The calls they made to me were done so quickly , one after the other and gave no time to answer. I had my phone by me and it didn't once ring. On complaining about poor orders in the past the manager laughed and said 'then why did you keep ordering from here'. And when asking his name he said ' I've already told you once'. In a very condescending manner. I will not be using them again.

These guys forgot part of my order. Fair enough human error we all make mistakes. But what I didn’t appreciate was the Manager refused to bring me the forgotten item and gave me a coupon instead 😂 very professional 👍🏽

I ordered TWO simple pizzas last night and waited for them to be made. Pizza order was as follows: 1. Large classic crust with pepperoni and mushrooms. 2. Large cheese crust with pepperoni, mushrooms and onions. I was told by the man it would take 10 mins. During my 10 minute wait I observed various people entering dominos with wrong orders or waiting for ages to be served. When I got the pizzas - pizza 1 was wrong. Pizza two had green peppers on (but i just accepted it) and asked for Pizza 1 to be recooked. That took another 15 minutes. I had to ask for the man to put my pizza with unwanted green peppers under the heater so it wouldn’t be cold. Another 10 minutes later - pizza is done - went home. Got home. Pizza 1 was okay - was what was asked for. Pizza 2 - loads of pepperoni and unwanted pepper. No cheese crust. Would recommend the red onion. Would not be returning. 2 stars given just for sympathy.

I don't personally know it but my kind Landlords that I rent an ANNEXE from have given me some leftovers before and it was yummy :)

He is a mentally challenged 42 year old And a bit of a nob. And his refund might now be a little delayed.

Ordered a delivery and 20 mins after supposed to arrive I phoned to check where it was. Put on hold indefinitely so hung up and rang back. Spoke to someone and told I'd was on it's way and it came, 35 mins late and missing part of the order. Phoned again and put on hold despite asking not to be. Was told my.missing order would be sent out and over an hour later still no sign. Finally spoke to the manager, Lewis, who seems to have a bit of a reputation in these reviews. Finally agreed to refund half my order and then insulted me as he hung up. I suppose that's all you can expect from some mentally challenged 18 year olds and wont ever order again. I know they dont care but maybe someone in their head office will.

Waited longer then said for pizza when pizza finally arrived part of order missing, was told by delivery person to ring store, did so and was treated badly basically still waiting for remainder of order 1 hour later.

I ordered a meal deal for my kids at 17:55 and it still hadn’t arrived by 19:00. I called the store to be told that the driver was on his way and has just called the store for my mobile number to call me. 6 minutes later, no phone call so I called the store again to be told the same thing! 15 minutes later (after standing at the top of my driveway in the cold waiting for the driver) still no call, so I called the store again and asked for the Manager. Lewis (Manager) was extremely rude and didn’t apologise once! He told me that the driver had just arrived back at the store with my order because he couldn’t find the house and tried calling but didn’t get through, what a load of rubbish! I spoke to the store twice from my mobile from outside the house with full reception. The Manager kept going silent on the phone for long periods and wouldn’t answer me. I was then told he’ll make a new order but it could be over another hours wait! I wouldn’t rate this store to anybody!

Poor customer experience. Order placed online over 1hr 45 and still waiting. App says quality control for nearly and hour. They never pick up the phone. AVOID and dont waste your time or money.

Appalling food, pizza was cold and didn’t look appetising despite being in “quality control” for over 10minutes. Poor quality chicken in chicken kickers(overly chewy) and ice cream had completely melted. For the price this is appalling... standards are extremely low.

This is the most incompetent and unprofessional Dominos we have come across. The assistant manager Lisa was rude and twice got the order completely wrong, for us only to be told nothing they can do. They then offered us “cookies” on our next order and the retracted it. Very poor. Plus the food was cold and took over an hour.

I have ordered for delivery over a few years. The service varies, sometimes you get delivered a cold pizza. It happens, sometimes a neighbour and I share a daily special. Yes sometimes they have the wrong crust, or there is something badly wrong. That is life. No point crying about it. When asked to make their own customer review they normally send an email. You can quite happily know that Head Office may view your comments, but if you are that unhappy, in the email it asks do you want to be contacted by Domino's about that. Reply yes. Now the shop that it is in USED (think is was King Dish) to have wheelchair access. When Domino's took over, they closed the wheelchair accessible part of the shop. The shop has a large step, so you couldn't collect your pizza if you had selected that option. I give it a genuine 4 stars why, despite it's flaws, every person deserves more second chances I hear lots of people saying Crostini's is better - they're about Equal only Crostini's flyers imply they don't deliver Pizza's anymore. IN FACT it works out more expensive to the Holmwood's as they charge delivery too

Trash. Kids working there who clearly don't care or understand what good customer service is. So many times now they have forgotten things or not cared when they have made a mistake (happens more often than not). No trust left for the place. We ordered a large pizza and paid for the stuffed crust and the pizza was the same size as the medium.. we paid more for the stuffed crust and the bigger pizza so why should that take away from the size of the actual middle? Doesn't usually and we have been regulars.. not anymore though, they do not deserve the business. When we called about that and the fact that our garlic pizza bread had more tomato sauce than cheese on it, all they said was that the pizza was smaller because it was folded and with the garlic bread, we could have a new one if we sent ours back. So we had to wait another 25 mins for something THEY messed up on. No refund, appology or additional item offered. Awful customer service and terrible value for money!! It was for someone's birthday (which I stated on the phone) which made me even more upset about the situation as we have been using dominos for a while now and surely they could see from our records (if they care enough to put it down, how many times they have forgotten things etc.). Do not recommend at all. If you want a good pizza delivery place in Dorking, go to Crostinies! It's a family run business that actually cares about their customers. Better value for money (see Mega Meal) and more tasty in my opinion (only open in evenings though, try pizza express pick up during day).

This Dominnos is staffed by the most incompetent morons in existence. Despite making our order two hours in advance of our chosen delivery time, and being only ten minutes away, the cooked food arrived three-quarters of an hour late. We had also ordered ice cream which failed to arrive until an hour and a half, two angry calls to the manager and three failed deliveries later. Would not recomend.

Dreadful experience. Ordered at 7pm, app told me I have received order at 7.32pm. Phoned Dorking DOminoes to be told its on its way and app is rubbish. Phoned again 20 mins later to be told it went to wrong address and its on its way. Finally when It did arrive at 8.30 it was freezing cold and tasted disgusting. We got a full refund but come on Dominoes its not acceptable!

How do they expect a pizza to stay warm when they do a number of deliveries before yours that a miles apart. Not a care given when you phone to explain my food is cold.

Ordered online for pick up asap. Husband gets there and had to wait a bit as it was still cooking (no big deal). Unfortunately when he got back it turns out part of out sides were wrong. They had the right labels, but instead of wedges we had 2 lots of garlic pizza bread. We couldn't be bothered to go back and change it so just ate what we had. Next time we will def check what we actually have before leaving the venue. The food we did have was hot and tasted fab.

Ordered online, took my money and said it hadn't received my order, phone domino's in Dorking about this as it was the store I was ordering from. A staff member called tasha answered and laughed at me as I was upset my money had been taken, she was so rude to me and called me silly and said it was tough. When I complained to the manager he said I was making this up to get free stuff. Please avoid its over priced anyway.

Four hours wait! Almost all items incorrect. Got missing items sent. Got items and driver asked for money! Only believed I paid when I called branch. The food was cold by now! Stay clear of this branch!

Literally everytime we have ordered they have delivered the wrong thing, also they are not polite about it. If you want half price pizza use code 1web50of. That's why we still sometimes order cos you can get half price but you do have to wait for two deliveries. The first one is some random stuff you didn't order and then you have to ask them to come back with the right stuff. Literally EVERYTIME.

I live in Boxhill and this is the only place that will deliver. I ordered a pizza and they told me it would take about 45minutes. Cool. I then went online and looked at these reviews and started to worry. Many people have had bad experiences, would i be one of them? Fortunately, I was lucky, my pizza arrived on time, it was still hot enough to enjoy and the driver was pleasant. Not quite 5 star because £23 for a delivered, large, stuffed crust pizza (18.99 without delivery) is just too damn expensive. Won't be ordering again.

So fed up with Domino's Pizza! We only ever order from here as it's the only pizza place that will deliver to Boxhill but every time we are left waiting over an hour for our food. We have even had a comment from a driver that it takes so long because no one likes to drive up here. When doing our last order online my order disappeared after putting my card details in. I then called Dorking branch to check if it had gone through and was told it hadn't and to do it again. So after completing it a second time the same thing happened but just before I attempted it a third time the store called me to say my order had gone through twice and one would need to be refunded which would take 3-5 working days. After over a week of not receiving my refund I got hold of Head Office and they said I would receive a email or phone call from the franchisee and my refund will be on my account in a few days. Still no refund or contact. I then call head office yesterday to hear a automated message that all the advisors are in a team meeting until 4pm! I probably wouldn't be so annoyed if it was even worth the money in the first place but every order is wrong or missing something and it's so over priced! When ordering the Ardente it is suppose to come with Chilli oil but everytime I buy extra chilli they don't put the free one in (despite me mentioning it on the phone and complaining about it in the past).
