The staff at Leatherhead are super. Always friendly, helpful and efficient. Unfortunately the quality and value of the food continues to decline. Higher prices and poorer quality seems to be the norm. If it wasn’t for the deals we get with a taste card we wouldn’t use Prezzo at all. We’ve been customers for over 10 years and seen lots of changes. Unfortunately few of them for the better.

Brilliant staff and excellent food

The food was very tasty but it gets better in the dessert. The quadruple chocolate cookie dough was very warm and delicious. This restaurant is insane, you should eat there some day - words from my son 😀

The wrong main arrived, I had to send it back, so I ate my main after the rest of the party's had theirs. Not a good experience. Then when I went pay they tried to charge me for the additional main. Very disappointed with our meal.

Restaurant looks great and feels very spacious. Food is great and the menu is not overfilled just the right amount of choices. Simply amazing. Waiting staff is also amazing. Thank you for the hospitality.

Excellent service despite being very busy

I;ve been going to Prezzo Leatherhead since a friend moved there several years ago; always for lunch. We usually go early to avoid the lunch time rush. My friend usually has a voucher. I have now signed up and took a different friend, with my first voucher! That makes it v good value ... and 'room' for dessert! Service is always friendly and helpful. Thanks!

Lovely food, ambience is a bit echoey so can be hard to hear. Staff are very friendly and service is great.

There is a tall blonde girl who works here who is very ignorant with customers, and with the drivers, the drivers arrive to collect the order and she treats the drivers badly, she doesn't care much about the customers

Good restaurant for all things Italian, quite an extensive menu, choices from pizzas, pasta, ravioli, lasagne, burgers, chips and salads. Open seven days a week 11:30 to 22:00 (23:00 Friday and Saturday)

We as a family make frequent visits to our local Prezzo, Leatherhead, we enjoy the food and convenience of not having far to travel. We also visit regularly with a group of friends on weekends days for kinch

The moment we entered after pre-booking for 4pm the maitre'd had told us we are not welcome as they are fully booked until 7 something. Whereas, restaurant only had only 5 tables busy at that time. And another guest was behind us, perhaps considering that and when I asked again “are you telling us to leave even though we had booked the table in advance “? While I looked at the almost empty restaurant. Then only she smiled and said o you had a booking. Of course that is what I had been telling you for past few minutes. Totally disrespectful and disappointment in the face of new Prezzo. I lost my appetite even when we went in at the end.

My friend and I always meet at Prezzo Leatherhead as it is convenient for us both. We've always had good service and the food has been good. We are disappointed that you removed your small pudding and a hot drink option as we both don't like to eat massive puddings so its a real shame that you don't do this anymore. The restaurant is never really busy but that doesn't bother us as we have so much to talk about!

Unfortunately Prezzo is no longer good value for money as I cannot believe that the Prezzo burger no longer comes with fries, fries are now an added extra so a standard burger with fries is now an eye watering £19.00 bearing in mind the burger is not a gourmet burger! The side order of fries is £4.95 & the portion size is no bigger than when it was included as it is literally a handful of fries in a pot! The only time I would return is if there was a discount offer against food as that then makes the price, quality & portion size more affordable on your pocket!

Waited ages to be served. Had to move as air conditioning was so cold. We both had pizzas . Very disappointing. Nit enough tomato sauce or cheese on my pepperoni . Very bland. Left half of it! My husbands pizza dough again but enough topping. So very hard to eat- all dough. Will not return!

I will not go here again which is a shame as I have enjoyed many meals here in the past. We had to ask to be served and when it arrived the pizzas were the worst we have had anywhere. Asked for pizza cutters which we got after being told there were none! Avoid.

Great food and service,amazing staff

My party had to wait over an hour to get our starters which were partly delivered while we waited for the rest of the order. Delivered the mains soon after, but again partly delivered and went cold while we waited for the rest of the order. I know it was the day before Mother’s Day, but worst service ever experienced sadly.

Pretty terrible value for money! Spent £25 total for a half baked, doughy pizza, soggy chips (which cost £5.95) but the portion size was extremely small, and a can of Sprite which cost £4.25. Best avoided!

Great waitress. Good tasty food and with a taste card you get two for one on all food. What’s not to like!

Pleasant enough place but food lacked imagination. Not a great variation on the menu.

The overall atmosphere staff and food were amazing. We had the spaghetti carbonara which was creamy and rich and loaded with bacon and mushrooms (we did ask for the mushroom to be added on) the spicy one pizza and the Ham and marscopone pizza which were all delicous

Last-minute visit to Prezzo, walked in, and the lovely staff said they were fully booked; I asked the team - we would be super quick, and they kindly squeezed us in. The crab ravioli was fantastic, my wife has a ton of allergies and they accommodated her perfectly. As promised we were in and out - the team let us know about all the offers too.

Good service and food, nothing to grumble about.

We visited with grandchildren because they enjoyed another Prezzo in Cheam before but this wasn't the same experience! Nice friendly staff but two of us found our pasta dishes were hot in parts and not others which led us to believe they may have been microwaved? We did point this out at the time and were assured not. I wonder if it is really necessary for a full waste bin and a large sack of rubbish to be dragged through the restaurant at 8.30 pm on a Saturday and taken out of a back door which opened the restaurant directly to a car parking area behind.

We visit this restraunt once a month to sample all the delights on the menu. I recommend booking as this is a popular outlet.

My Girlfriend and Me very much enjoyed our time at Prezzo we had the Calamari and the Gorgonzola and Prosciutto and the Smoky Tre Carni Pinsa which was recommended by a very polite younge male waiter we very much enjoyed our time at prezzo and we will recommend prezzo to our friends and family. We would also like to once again thank the younge male waiter because he took his time to go over the menue and his recommendations regarding the menue of our preference of what we like , myself and my partner very much enjoyed the food and lovely atmosphere.

Pizza undercooked, not eatable be careful and check properly your order.

I cannot fault this restaurant, the staff are so helpful, polite and friendly. The ambience is perfect. Been going for almost 20 years and would not go anywhere else. Not forgetting the delicious food.

They get more than the minimum stars because the staff were lovely and the service was efficient and polite. The main thing you eat out for is food though, and while my entree was passably fine, my main course of pasta was utterly inedible. I was with work for a Christmas meal so didn't want to make a fuss, which meant I paid £24+tip for an entree plus a few revolting mouthfuls of pasta. It just tasted like there is no culinary priority except profit through using the cheapest ingredients and just about compiling them into a form that could be described as 'food'. It is genuinely no exaggeration in the slightest to say it was the most revolting thing I've ever been served in a restaurant.

Myself and a group of friends from work decided to eat out at prezzo. We all had a very lovely and very exceptional experience. Most of us had decided on our selection of choice however, I was finding it hard on what to choose as everything on the menu looked very good. Having spoken to our waiter Darren, he was so kind to ask myself what type of things I like to eat? He recommended a certain dish from the menu that he thought I would enjoy and to my amazment, it was truly amazing and credit to the chief as well. I was amazed by my waiters commitment as well as his outstanding customer service, politeness and his friendly kind approach. On behalf of me and my work colleagues, Darren we would like to thank you very much for making our night very special with your amazing hospitality and we all plan to return soon to Prezzo.

Fabulous lunch for four before ballet at the theatre 100 metres away. Morello Cherry Sour was a refreshing start. Starters were salmon and dill salad and calamari. Excellent main courses of lasagne, chicken milanese and pizza margherita. The Pinot Grigio white was a big success, too. Good service. Service charges are optional.

The restaurant was very quiet, so there was zilch atmosphere . We all had three courses and a drink The food was very nice and fairly priced. We thought our sever was overkeen. She has nothing else to do. She pounced as soon as we finished eating and in one course she cleared the plates, when one of us was still eating. She thrust the menu on us and wanted to take our order for the next course so we were not relaxed and somewhat put a dampener on our visit It was a shame because the meals were good.

Due to mixed reviews both myself and my partner decided to dine out at prezzo to decide for ourselves. The food was nice but in my opinion a little over priced.The young man who served us at our table, we both found him to be very polite and charming. My partner being a fussy eater when dining out, the young lad took his time to go through many dishes and explain in detail to my partner what he thought she would most enjoy. We both found him to have outstanding customer service skills, always greeted us with a smile and most important, he made our dining experience most enjoyable. Due to our experience at prezzo and level of service from our waiter we both very much look forward to returning again soon.

The service and the food of this restaurants are polar opposites. The young male waiter who delivered my food made me feel welcome and wanted, delivering my food with a smile and asking about my day. This service was better than any 5 star restaurant, I would give it 6 stars if given the option. However, the food was completely different. It was mediocre at best. The spaghetti carbonara I ordered with a chicken on the side, only came with a crumb of chicken. The food tasted completely ordinary. I could have made a better job at home. I come to a restaurant for high quality, not for average. The only saving grace of this restaurant is the young waiter. Without him, this place would be nothing.

Told there could be a wait from the outset which I appreciate. We were happy to wait and food was excellent when it arrived (which wasn't too long in the end). Great service from all on a surprisingly busy Wednesday lunchtime. Thank you.

Family lunch here on a Sunday afternoon. The food was very tasty, huge portions. The service was friendly. It was sadly very quiet so not a lot of atmosphere on the day. Only feedback would be that we had one of the booths at the back and the seats were so squashy that it put you at a strange height for eating. Otherwise it was a nice visit and very handy for the town centre.

Service was friendly and attentive, knowledgeable with allergies. Sadly let down by the food. I had the goats cheese and pepper pizza, the goats cheese appeared to be thin sandwich style slices, put on after the pizza was cooked, contributing to the pizza being unappetising and soggy. The ‘peppers’ were chunky sliced, bell peppers, clearly chucked on after, the pizza had been cooked… Quite frankly, I’ve had more impressive pizzas from the freezer isle of a supermarket. Which is a shame, as the restaurant has a nice atmosphere and the waiting staff clearly word hard to make the experience enjoyable.

We came as a group of 12, we were seated quickly and had our order taken. Despite the large size of our group our food arrived within 15 minutes, and was very nice! Staff were lovely and very accommodating for us. Will definitely go again.

Had not been for a while so came in on a Sunday evening. Not very busy and the staff were very friendly. Quick to take orders, food very tasty and service was good. Average value but £8 for a garlic bread seemed abit on the expensive side but this did not take anything away from a nice visit. Will be back.

We have dined at a number of Prezzo restaurants. The one in Leatherhead is typical. A nice atmosphere, well prepared but a little overpriced food. We really enjoy the Ravioli dish which is one of the main reasons we come to Prezzo

Very good quality food and quick service. However it feels a bit over priced.

We went for my son's birthday and won't be going back. Waited over an hour and a quarter for mains, when we asked we were told there was only 1 person doing the pizzas. My Dad and I had spaghetti with 'a generous helping of Devon crab' for £18. They both arrived with ZERO crab in the dish, and it was basically plain spaghetti. They brought a small bowl of crab when we mentioned it but by that time we'd nearly finished. Really disappointing for a very overpriced meal.

Fantastic experience which was made unmeasurably better by the young lad in the turquoise T-Shirt serving us. He was so friendly and ensured 100% total quality control and strived for thorough customer satisfaction at every moment of service, which most definitely relieved me, as the grubby Woodman pub (which I had attended to in recent weeks) on Barnet Wood Lane ensured 0% quality control and customer satisfaction, so going from 0-100 was a stupendous feeling! Even a sizeable tip felt an injustice to the great service that this waiter provided! Kudos to him and the team, great job guys!! You have my satisfaction and I will most definitely be returning at a future date :)

I have eaten here a couple of times recently & found the service quite good, fairly attentive unless they are busy. The food is variable. Pizzas obviously freshly cooked to order but can't say much for the pasta which is obviously bought in & reheated. The cannelloni which I had on a previous occasion is ok, as is the lobster ravioli but avoid the crab spaghetti which tastes as bland as it looks. No visible crab, no taste of crab & even the chilli had no flavour or kick. Affogato at Prezzo was served as a cup of coffee with ice cream floating in it rather than a scoop of ice cream served separately beside a small espresso. It's not 'authentic Italian' as described on the website- in fact an Italian would weep at these pretenders to the crown of "authentic'.

Nice family meal out for son's Birthday, food was good quality and friendly speedy service. Interior decor a little tired and the bench seats not the most comfortable. Overall though we enjoyed our meal using Tesco vouchers to reduce the cost.

Disgusting. Tables were sticky - waitress said it was the antibacterial cleaner they use! To be fair she cleaned it again and it was just as bad. I ordered the spaghetti with crab which was absolutely foul - watery, no seasoning and hunt for any crab ! My meal was refunded. Won’t go again in a hurry.

Service was great! Drinks were lovely. Friend and I shared the Crispy Fried Mozzarella and the Garlic Bread with Balsamic Onions & Mozzarella. Mozzarella was ok but the garlic bread was so good. Both large enough portions to share. For my main I had the Chicken, Prosciutto & Sage Saltimbocca. Unfortunately, this was awful. It was like something you'd eat on a restricted diet in the hospital. Very plain and little to no taste. Two friends at my table said they tried the dish before. One described the sauce as "dirty dish water" This was quite accurate. I finished with the Tiramisu which was absolutely amazing. Again, shareable but so good I didn't! I was with a large table, a variety of dishes were served - burgers, pasta, fish, calzone, and pizza. Overall everyone seemed quite pleased. Again, service was excellent and I'll be back to try another main.

I went to Prezzo, Leatherhead and ordered Veg Arrabbiata pasta and whilst eating pasta I got small bone piece in my mouth and further after checking my food I found few more chunks of beef in my pasta. I am vegetarian and I have never eaten meat chicken fish before. While ordering my meal I had informed the waitress that we do not eat meat, chicken or fish and I wanted Arrabbiata to be pure veg. After raising the concern we were not charged for our food and they offered us to compensate but am mentally shaken by the fact that even a vegetarian meal can be mistakenly served with meat.

Lovely little find. Gluten free options brilliant, with separate menu & all GF food comes out with a little GF flag. I don't need gltenfree so had a marvelous pizza with herby chicken, caramelised onions & mozzarella. Cooked to perfection. Served swiftly & friendly staff

This is a stylish restaurant in a convenient location. The food was excellent. I started from giant meatballs, and they were tasty. Then I had an unusual black pizza named Etna. It did look like it came from a volcano. Luckily, it tasted like a normal good pizza, so I enjoyed it. Service was great too, quietly efficient. Will definitely come here again.

The waiting staff were quite unfriendly, felt like we were a nuisance, food very mediocre for the price.The wine was very nice, wouldn't eat here again.

We had some beer, coctail before we ordered from the menu. All dish came quick, pizzas and pastas was just a right size. Unfortunately, they didn’t have a strong chili sauce, only chili oil. Very friendly staff.

Jarringly noisy place made worse by heavy chairs being scraped on the tiled floor. My seabass fillet was cut in half and deep fried so I'm guessing it was frozen. We won't be going there again. We each had one course and a glass of wine.

Actually quite impressive how a restaurants food can be so average, maybe we made a mistake not ordering pizza or maybe just all the food at the restaurant should be enjoyable. Had the chicken with potatoes which must have been cooked and presented by a 13 year old, there was almost 0 flavour in the limp and rubbery chicken and the cabbage was just half a head. Currently in taco bell across the road for some half decent grub.

Pizza was cold, and not great. Salad was extremely overpriced. Ordered plain Caesar salad but got chicken with, the chicken was bitter. Food very bland.

It's the staff that make this restaurant. They are wonderful, accommodating and friendly. Portions of pasta are huge! The sauce on the pizza is garlicky and delicious. The town centre is delightful and a little walk around after your meal is full of photo worthy buildings. Parking is free in the carpark opposite after 6.30pm. Tesco clubcard vouchers are accepted.

Roxanne was extremely rude to myself and my fiancé whilst we bought my therapy dog in, told me I can’t bring him in , and I said yes you can as it’s against law to refuse and she still argued against it . COULD TAKE THIS FURTHER , equality 2010 act . Don’t go if you have a disability or something as your be placed at the far end of then restaurant as your a problem as I felt with the server made me feel. Was going to walk out as that how bad she made me feel.

Excellent food, service, standards and staff. “Posh pepperoni pizza”…? Try it absolutely fantastic a really nice and tasty pizza.

It all started off well. The staff were friendly and sorted out our drinks and food quickly. I had the lobster & crab ravioli & I have to say, there wasn't much flavour to it. The rest of the family enjoyed their food. After that, the staff seemed to forget we were there. It wasn't particularly busy but it was at least 30 mins, before our plates were cleared & offered desert. They then took another 10-15 mins to bring the menu's. Too much chatting to each other, rather than serving the customers. Deserts were literally thrown on the table. Considering how expensive it was, I don't know if I would go again, any time soon.
