Sh@t KFC they literally forgot my sauces I ordered and handed me the driest wrap known to man kind was full of cabbage with a drop of the sauce that was supposed to be on it and don’t even get me started about the chips they were comparable to eating play dough. Im telling you yeah the one who works at the drive though is stupid. He read out my sauce back to me after ordering and then didnt give it me. absolutely disgusting. a joke. swear he was of a percoset.

The food here was terrible, the 2 piece original meal was 2 tiny, tiny pieces of chicken, together they would not have made 1 decent size piece. The chips were awful and mostly inedible. I will never go there again to pay good money for such rubbish that most of it ended up in the bin.

Been to this kfc twice this week. Both times I have been disappointed!! Ordered a flaming hot all stars box, received bbq and the wrap was poorly packaged. There was no buffalo bites on both of my visits. My question is why advertise something you are not selling?? Poor advertisement if you ask me! No condiments we’re offered and had no straws with my drink. I am not happy!

Worst KFC I’ve ever had. Ordered 3 pieces of chicken (which seemed smaller than normal) and was watery, tasteless, veiny, meat was a red/brown colour under soggy floury skin. Disgraceful. Want money back.

Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered on just eat driver on the way within 15 mins, 35 mins after that no food, phoned restaurant to be told “I’ve just come on shift but your foods been bagged and taken. Another half hour later phoned restaurant again to be told “I’ve just come in shift your foods out with the driver” then had the phone put down on me. 20 mins later phoned again and asked to speak to the person in charge, was told by a lady “I’m in charge and I’ve just come on shift, I told her everything that had happened to be told “take it up with just eat” then she put the phone down on me. I honestly was gobsmacked. Phoned just eat and had my cash paid back with 20 mins they were amazing but KFC oldbury, you need polite helpful staff, get your orders right and learn some manners, will never use you again

After making an order through just eat, we waited over an hour for delivery, so we phoned KFC Oldbury to ask if the order had been taken. On the first call the women was very hostile towards us and told us that she didn’t know what we expected her to do about it as the food had gone she then proceeded to put the phone down on me. When I phoned back, they then told me that my order about to be taken, and then proceeded to put the phone down on me again. Terrible rude staff. AVOID.

Only 1 person in front of me in the queue had to wait ages and there were 3 staff hanging around chatting instead of serving. When I was served food had a miniscule portion of chips with the chicken, tray was wet and every table to sit at was dirty. Come on KFC pull your socks up!!

Ordered a variety bucket with extras...staff that was doing my order asked another staff memba what the order was I told her myself what it was. When I got home my order wasnt complete...had portion of hot wings missing and portion of chicken fillet strips missing and I paid the price for that full order..when I called staff to ask about my order being wrong and food missing she was abrupt on the phone and wasnt interested in hearing what I had to say, acting confused which aggravated me even more, I expressed how mad I was then she said she will sort it I continued to talk to someone who was with me about the order being wrong and that it wasnt the 1st time..as I thought she had gone off to talk to other staff but as I was swearing to the person I was talking to she hung up the phone..I had to call back and ask why she hung up..she thought I was swearing at her..i then expressed my anger further as she obviously didnt understand the anger and frustration of customers paying for a large order and not getting it..she wasnt patient or polite at all and made the whole situation worse..in the end I jus called it a lost as my anger shot through the roof.will not be going their again!!!

Whoever has the franchise for this store, you need to get rid of your staff.They are poe faced teenagers with no manners,who look as though they dont want to be there. Had to ask for tables to be cleaned. No spoons to eat ice cream, and the lids do not fit the tubs.When approached they said they dont fit but all we have. asked for manager and she looked no older than the staff. Disgusting definitelu will not go there again.

First I ordered at the self order machine, no receipt came out but order went through. When our order was called I explained that the machine hadn’t printed the receipt. The two women staff were short and disrespectful towards us they stated that they couldn’t do much, eventually the manager came to check the machine, you could clearly see it was jammed she said that she couldn’t get any receipt, and then left me to check my online banking for proof of purchase. After all that they eventually got us our order, but surprise, surprise it was wrong, so I had to go back several times to get the right order but in the end it still wasn’t right as every time they fixed an issue they created another. In summary staff came across as rude and unhelpful I will not be coming back, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt however they couldn’t help me with an issue that they had created. We still had items missing off the final order but were so fed up we just left.

Went on a Sunday evening , usually have a take away but on this occasion we decided to eat in . Firstly it did seem as if there wasn’t enough staff on . The place looked as if it could do with a tidy up . The member of staff that served us didn’t seem interested in what are order was and this meant that quite a few things were missing so several times we had to go and say to her this is missing or that is wrong . This was a shame because the food was lovely but because of the mistakes through not caring to listen it spoilt the experience Also the toilets were not at all clean . I think we will stick to a take away in future . I suppose nothing will improve because this should be seen to be from the Manager down to the on the floor staff a welcoming and pleasant experience. Hopefully this was just a bad afternoon but somehow I don’t think it was

This kfc obviously has no checks on hygiene, or standards ive been there tonight 18/072018. What greets you as you walk past and look inside are dirty tables for a place with many staff working you never see anyone cleaning up. Tonights experience topped off what has been brewing along time. Ive used this place alot with my young son.. so we have the same excuse ongoing no ice as machine is broken and has been several weeks. Having ordered two meals both with pepsi coke. Im asked do you want to go large which is fine. So the pepsi is poured from a bottle a warm bottle. Not chilled. And no ice. Having questioned the member of staff his reply was its not my fault. Attitude which is unbelievable. They charge you full price for a warm drink and expect you to say nothing. The place is poorly run. Its dirty tables full of uneaten food is disgusting. Do not use it only if you want warm pepsi from a bottle and to be charged full price. Disgrace and should be shut down

KFC is what it is - fried chicken. Staff are always friendly - perhaps it because I am a frequent visitor. Always queues and parking issues on a Friday but the rest of the week is okay. I will suggest double checking your order because on the odd occasion mind has gone wrong.

If you like to be humiliated and spoken to like a small child then this is the restaurant for you. This is the first time I’ve been tutted at and moaned at because I ordered my items in the ‘wrong’ order! I have given a rating of 1 because I don’t seem able to give zero. I shall most definitely never be going there again. I really don’t like paying money to be insulted.

Wouldn't normally write a review for fast food. To me KFC is common for slow, uninterested staff (sometimes thought poor customer service is write into their training manuals) but on this occasion the ladies were superb, polite and even gave the little one a small coke for free. Thankyou ladies, keep up the good work.

While waiting to order a number of us witnessed a team manager being unforgiving rude to a very polite young boy about 14 or so years old. the team member serving him got his order wrong and then blamed the young lad for it, he publically humiliated him and showed no mercy or let up in his abuse before finally giving him his order without any apology or thank you. We were all appalled by this episode and a couple of customers who were waiting expressed their disgust. The same member of staff then got the order wrong for the lady in the queue in front of me but he put it right without a fuss. The food was below standard, altogether a very poor experience.

Ordered a 10 pc bucket and asked for no thighs , woman on the till said was ok and when we got it there was 6 thighs and 4 legs ?! I questioned this and the lovely lady on the till asked another member to change it and then a Asian woman came storming across rolling her eyes saying it's a bucket and there's got to be a mixture! I said it's not what I had asked for and it wasn't a mixture anyway as there was 6 of the same piece and 4 legs , I said I had asked for no thighs upon ordering and if it was not possible I would of used another restaurant so if they were unhappy to change it I would be happy with a refund, (tbh if she had just said politely they have to supply a mixture I would of just left it but the way she rolled her eyes and stormed about made me mad ) at this point the Asian woman was having ago at the lady on the till which was totally awkward in a shop full of people and this made feel so sorry for the girl on the till so I got even more annoyed and I stated I wasn't happy with how rude the senior member of staff was , what a shame one member of staff can be so rude and arrogant rolling her eyes and telling off staff in a shop full of ppl because of the request of no flipping thighs , another member of staff then apologised and gave the kids some cookies but I'm shocked at the fact this rude woman even works there , I feel sorry for her team members having to work along with someone so rude ! Must be awful !

Todo sucedió aquí. He estado más de una vez cuando ya se acabó el pollo. Cosas han perdido cuando he de regresar a casa. Una vez, tuve 4 piezas cuando pedí un 10 piezas, y todo lo que me dieron fue un argumento que me acusa de tomar los otros 6. Yo todavía estaba en el coche! He tenido cosas simplemente equivocado, además no te molestes en ir después de las 10, franja de la menú desplegable para lo que es la izquierda en vez de lo que quieres, para hacer más fácil el cerrar, supongo, no nos dejaron entrar por una envoltura en llamas en 10:00 pm ya que no cocinar cualquier filetes más deshuesados, aunque estaban abiertos para otra hora y era un viernes por la noche. El gran puente de KFC está a una milla de distancia, directamente de allí ahora. Yo lo hago. No tiene sentido incluso la molestia con Oldbury.

Pedimos la comida bien. Les preguntamos si podíamos usar el 20% de código para rellenar el cuestionario de cliente después de kfc última visita. Nos dijeron que sí. Preguntamos si podíamos conseguir ofrecer El Colonel's club o tome el descuento de 5 euros en la tarjeta que tenía el coronel's club. Me dijo que era demasiado faffy y que debería haber mencionado antes. Jeje. Cómo mucho antes? Yo acababa de llegar a pagar. Al final no me dieron un recibo, así que no estoy seguro de si conseguimos el 20% de descuento o no. Las patatas fritas eran frías y pollo burger demasiado cocido. El pollo en un balde estaba bueno. Coca Cola/Pepsi no espumoso. Hmmmmm! Necesita mejoras.

Personalmente no soy un gran fan de kfc ya me parece demasiado grasiento y me da un malestar estomacal, pero mi marido le gusta que así hace unas semanas después de un ajetreado día aparecimos por el drive thru. En primer lugar, la principal junta menú es en el lugar equivocado cuando no tienes oportunidad de mirar antes de que están pidiendo lo que quieren pedir. En segundo lugar, el personal es muy grosero es increíble! Creo que estos lugares de comida rápida necesitan contratar personas mayores y asegurarse de tener modales educados los niños en vez de enfermo! Hay sido un par de veces que hemos estado allí y visto el personal, no sólo ser grosero con los clientes sino también a sus colegas! Una vez una chica que era de capacitación a ser gerente obviamente dejamos ir a su cabeza y mientras un chico que era un nuevo entrante estaba tratando de ayudarnos a ella fue apuntando en su rostro y le llamaban tonto él empujar y tonto En ese momento mi suegra le pedimos su nombre, así que ella podría informar que un director, pero debido a "Protección de datos" que no pueden decir sus nombres y de todos modos nos informó de ella ella se realizó frente de nosotros y nos hicieron pedir disculpas el chico no podía ser recogido en nosotros agradecerle lo suficiente!Así que mi punto de la crítica es la comida no es muy agradable, por lo que su su grasienta y seco que daba asco o encogimiento parece que debería de estar en un museo y su personal es muy grosero!

Me he alojado aquí unas cuantas veces a lo largo de los años y no ha sido impresionado. Así que no estoy seguro de por qué volví. Supongo que sólo puedo esperar que mejorar. La comida estaba fría y el personal parecía desinteresado. Me encanta, pero en el extra KFC distancia a Gt Puente o Merry Hill como este no es tan bueno.

Staff think standing with their back to waiting customers staring at the order board will make it cook quicker. Refuse to take next order until one was complete (good God we could be there all night waiting for the half wit serving). Ignored me, walked back to his till and asked for my order - no apology for the delay, no eye contact, don't think he knew how to smile (difficult when your mouth is hanging open in complete incomprehension).. When I complained he then decided to fill the (main part of the) double bucket with chicken wings... hardly value for money eh??? Will attempt to complain, but seriously KFC need to give their staff some basic training if they expect to stay in business..

Inside was dirty, had to clean our own table and chairs before sitting down to eat , the floor had ants on and no one was bothered , all bins were full so rubbish could not be thrown away meaning everyone was leaving it on the tables! Took ages to get served and when you are served always seem to get it wrong.

My dad visited this takeaway wuth my son on Sunday 12th July. Yesterday he received medical treatment and prescription drugs for food poisoning. His GP stated the poor reputation of this restaurant - avoid at all costs!!

Para ser justos? La comida en este KFC no es el peor que he tenido! Pero el servicio de atención al cliente totalmente mata! Es lento, lento y más lento de lo que se puede imaginar. Verdaderamente me sorprende esta tienda en particular sigue funcionando. Al mismo tiempo, me sorprende que no hay cambios que apagar la mala situación? los jefes de KFC donde estás?! Gestión de este KFC no es amable, ni el personal. Es sin duda una y KFC único donde se puede intercambiar sus patatas fritas para algo más con su comida. En coche, a través una manzana es un Choc cada vez que voy, coches sacando y dar la vuelta para ir a algún otro sitio. Esta tienda está causando pérdidas para el negocio y una mala reputación.

Este KFC es la más cercana a mi casa, por lo tanto, pensé que me gustaría probarlo. Tres veces he sido a través drive-thru ... 3 veces ha sido totalmente equivocados. Visited the Drive-through at the restaurant, and heard "what do you want?" As I approached the ordering point.Not the usual greeting, no welcome etc.Ordered my food and was told there was a 10 minute wait for a particular burger, so my partner ordered an alternative.I paid and was given our two drinks at the paying window, where there were two staff members seeming to struggle for space!I was asked to park up to wait for my order, as they had to cook more fries.It was only a few minutes before the remainder of my order arrived, and we drove the short 5-minute journey home.When I opened the food, I had ordered the Carvinal Box meal that was supposed to include a BBQ dip - no dip. We were also not provided with any forks to eat our side orders of coleslaw.But the main disappointment was the fries. As we had been made to wait for 'fresh' fries to be cooked, even though we had driven home, I had expected them to be hot. They were very cold. There was no way they had been freshly cooked.Too late and too far to go back, and I suppose I should have checked the order before we left, but you would expect the staff to have done the checking George giving it to the customer!It's not the first time we've had wrong orders, so not going to go back again in the near future.

Would I go again I would probably need to have a good think about it first,such a shame as it was one of the best kfc I have been to.

Tash my server was exceptional, attentive and really personable. When I first arrived I was a little irked as was stood waiting to be seated whilst 3 of the staff where chatting (one male had seen me). Tash noticed this and recovered the situation to point I’m leaving this positive review (even though the poached pears where rock hard). I noticed she was also like this with other clients too. I spend 75% of my week travelling with work so eat out most nights. Great personable service is appreciated when away from home and M&C you have a deffinate asset in Tash.
