Absolutely wonderful, our server (emma) was so kind, the food was heavenly and the atmosphere peaceful, would 100% recommend

Recently went to this Miller and Carter with 3 children under 5, which I was not looking forward to going, because of their ages (didn’t book it, was the people I went with who did- the children are well behaved, but it’s not really an establishment for small children to be entertained by). Our servers were fantastic with the children, fantastic with us on a whole, couldn’t do more than enough for us. They were incredibly patient with the 2 year old especially, who was getting a bit restless between courses, and was adamant they were going to try and make a big mess. They treated it all with very good humour and patience. The food was beautifully cooked and presented, incredibly tasty and the set menu was really worth the money, with plenty of items to choose from. You sometimes don’t get the tastiest or widest variety of choices from the set menu at other places. The smallest critique was that the items on the children’s menu were a bit dry. The adult starters/mains etc were fantastic though. Cocktails were great. All in all a great experience and service, and it really made me feel more relaxed about myself and my children being there.

When I spend £85 to dine for 2 I don’t expect to visit my local chippy on the way home because I’m still starving every time I come to miller and carter the price has gone up and most of all the portion size is pathetic and yesterday not one of your staff even ask me if everything was ok with the meal which it wasn’t the steak was terrible and this is the last time I will ever darken your doorstep

Fantastic Valentines Meal at Miller & Carter, Marlbrook, Bromsgrove On Friday, we enjoyed a wonderful Valentines meal at Miller & Carter, Marlbrook, Bromsgrove. The set menu was very reasonably priced for three courses and delivered outstanding quality. I started with the Sticky Chipotle Chicken, which was absolutely divine, while my husband, Mike, chose the Honey Glazed Ham Hock Terrine & Chicken & Brandy Parfait, a dish that may have just become his new favourite! For the main course, we both opted for the 30-Day Aged(9oz), cooked medium, as recommended by our server, Kat. Her attentive service and ability to anticipate our needs made the experience even more special, Thank you,Kat, for going the extra mile! A huge thanks as well to Steve, the boss, and Chloe, whose calm and reassuring presence helped ensure everything ran smoothly. Another fantastic and memorable night thank you to the whole team!

Best steaks ever cooked to perfection!

Atmosphere here at miller and carters is always amazing, our server Kieran looked after us very well even though our order was messed up a couple times they corrected it very quickly and ended up giving us some complimentary desserts to apologise. Food was great in the end, had to take the desserts to go because we were so stuffed from our starters and mains. Big thanks to you all for taking care of us, especially Kieran you did superb!

Set Valentines menu was tasty could not be faulted, along with the service.

My family celebrated my parents' 60th wedding anniversary on Sunday, February 9th, 2015. The food was, as always, exceptional, but our waitress, Kat, made the occasion truly memorable. Her friendly and helpful service was outstanding. My six-year-old grandson, who typically experiences anxiety in such environments, felt comfortable enough to order his own food thanks to Kat's exceptional attentiveness; this is a significant achievement for him. Kat even prepared a special dish for my parents (photo included). We extend our deepest gratitude to Kat; she is a true asset to your company.

Jake was a top server couldn't help enough totally professional and knew how to help with our meal and drinks choices to make our visit even better. 10/10 50 day aged ribeye was out of this world.

I visit Miller & Carter Marlbrook a couple of times a month on a Thursday lunchtime with my 91-year-old father-in-law, and every time, we are looked after exceptionally well by Kat. Her warm welcome, professionalism, and attention to detail make every visit an absolute pleasure. Kat goes above and beyond to ensure my father-in-law is comfortable, always greeting us with a smile and remembering our preferences. Her friendly and caring approach truly enhances our experience, making us feel valued and appreciated. The food is always fantastic, but it’s the service from Kat that keeps us coming back time and time again. If you’re looking for a place that combines great food with top-notch service, I can’t recommend Miller & Carter Marlbrook enough—especially if Kat is looking after you. She is a true asset to the team, and we are always grateful for her kindness. Looking forward to our next visit! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had a great meal. Steak was cooked just right for me and the red wine sauce was superb. Desert was bigger than expected but too good to leave any. Sarah B looked after us very well. Service was excellent , she always had a smile and pleasant word. Very attentive and checked that we were happy with everything.

Our first time at this particular Miller and Carter (although we go almost weekly to others) but it certainly won't be our last visit. From the moment we walked through the door the service was absolutely top class. The gentleman who showed us to our seat was fabulous and he passed us over to be looked after by Kieran who was simply outstanding!! The food was stunning and Kieran looked after us like royalty. Waited over an hour for our food, the steak was nice but not to the usual high standards. I wouldn't come back to this branch much preferred the studley and Birmingham ones to here. The steak wasn't how I asked for it done, but didn't want to send it back and wait more as it was getting so late in the evening. Overall I'd stick to independent steak restaurants in future, this place seems to have lost its spark.

Nice food , clean restaurant, good staff , large carpark and disabled parking available. Food nice good choice of drinks and cocktails
