Miller & Carter Marlbrook in Bromsgrove

Tash my server was exceptional, attentive and really personable. When I first arrived I was a little irked as was stood waiting to be seated whilst 3 of the staff where chatting (one male had seen me). Tash noticed this and recovered the situation to point I’m leaving this positive review (even though the poached pears where rock hard). I noticed she was also like this with other clients too. I spend 75% of my week travelling with work so eat out most nights. Great personable service is appreciated when away from home and M&C you have a deffinate asset in Tash.

Absolutely loved coming here for my 29th birthday today. Kat was a fabulous server, had a proper laugh with us and made us really feel comfortable. The food was perfect (as usual when we visit here). Couldn’t fault it!

Ate here three times last week whilst stopping at the Travelodge next door on a business trip. I went as a single diner twice and was made to feel welcome and comfortable both times. The restaurant is modern with lovely decor, the service was exceptional, with high attention to detail and most importantly the food delicious and well presented. Highly recommend. I could find no fault.

Very nice seabass meal for both of us. Service professional and swift. Emma was attentive without being obtrusive.

Try to use blue card but was informed at the restaurant that they no longer except blue light discount and that we needed a Nhs identity card. Not knowing this we did not bring it with us. We had other means of identification however the manager was unwilling and unbending to help us on this occasion very disappointed.

Went here for a birthday meal with my family, place was very accessible and comfortable, we had a wheelchair user with no problems getting around. Our server Alex was very knowledgeable of the menu so was able to guide us through this with ease, we asked for our son’s meal to come with the starters which came out swift, Alex over heard that we had a birthday on the table so a birthday candle in his pudding was a nice touch. Overall will drive a little further to come to this miller and carter. Thanks again.

Just left there. Had T bineand totally raw. So disappointed. Never go back there The waitress was so embarrassed and she knew that it was disappointing.

would really recommend, lovely friendly staff, a young lad served us with dark hair, unsure of his name but he was very professional and attentive so a big credit to him, food was delicious, good selection of cocktails as well, we will be visiting again soon!

My wife and I had the most wonderful date night at M&C Marlbrook in Bromsgrove this past Friday. We specifically requested our favourite waitress, Kat, who is always so friendly and attentive. She truly made our experience even better! M&C's new menu is fantastic. To start, my wife enjoyed the sweet chipotle-glazed chicken bites with chili jam, while I savoured the delicious burrata with tomato salad, lovage pesto, and tomato tapenade. For mains, my wife couldn't resist the slow-cooked prime pork ribs with smoky barbecue glaze, fries, and coleslaw. They were melt-in-your-mouth perfection! I opted for the gold medal-winning ribeye, cooked medium rare as recommended by Kat. It was absolutely incredible, just as she promised. We finished the night off with some delightful desserts. My wife loved the classic crème brûlée with Madagascan vanilla glaze, while I enjoyed the warm Bramley apple pie with vanilla bean ice cream (thanks, Kat, for the sneaky extra scoop!). The entire evening was enhanced by the fantastic atmosphere at M&C Marlbrook. Kat and manager Steve created a perfect vibe that was both romantic and relaxing. We can't recommend this restaurant enough! Whether it's a date night or any other occasion, M&C Marlbrook is a guaranteed win

Very rushed. Waitress offered no detail on anything. Steak was very average quite chewy.

Had the Steaks and Dates menu, excellent value for money. Everything on all 3 courses was delicious and the steak was better than one we had at The Ivy, and paid a lot more! The meal was made more special with the great service from our waitress Kat, she made us so welcome and was professional, efficient, such a change to be served by someone with a personality. The steak and the onion loaf were great as was the apple pie, the fries however were streight out of a Walkers crisp packet, never again will i have fries.

The food tonight we had was amazing, we had the butchers block! We had our steak medium- well done(my fault🤣). Not even my husband could fault it(he normally has his medium-rare). We then went on to have the sharers cookie pie pudding, it was AMAZING😍 We had a lovely waitress called Jo serve us, she was amazing, so bubbly and friendly! Thank you for a lovely evening, our first out as a Mr and Mrs❤️
