Absolutely beautiful food hot, Delicious and fresh just wish you could do chicken fried rice chips and curry in one tray 😋

I ordered my food at 7:15, requesting delivery at 8:30. it arrived at 9pm. The food was lukewarm, so I had to warm up. The crispy duck was inedible. it was mostly bones and skin. I took a photo, but there is no option to upload on here. The Chicken and sweetcorn soup was okay. but the dim sum came with a BBQ type sauce... ? I would have preferred sweet & sour. I won't be ordering from here again as a very disappointing meal.

Smallest spring rolls ever! Fried rice portion small and cold, no indication that a sauce comes with battered king prawn balls so ordered one at extra expense for nothing. Have ordered loads from this restaurant but I'll be looking elsewhere as I feels like a real rip off.

Prompt delivery - still hot and very tasty with good pieces of meat. First time using will be using again.

Can’t believe the bad comments, we use Ruby most Saturdays and the food is always amazing! Really fresh always piping hot and friendly staff.

the fried rice looked and tasted like it was cooked in a large batch and left to keep hot for a long period of time rather than being cooked fresh. The onion in my curry had some skin left on in places which is like chewing paper. Ribs were nice. overall disappointed as its always been my fav

was a regular but service seams to have fallen more than once delivered late so first time gave benefit of doubt ! last night nearly 20 mins and just eat allows you to chase by message but also you can ask for some money back and any business would offer a goodwill if poor service to keep decent customers but also rice now comes all clumpy instead of fluffy and light, almost like it's been in the tray far too long. Ruby shame you didn't want to offer a goodwill for poor service.

Ordered a chicken curry and rice, overly salted meat and I love salt, but even too too much for me and very powdery sauce! Then ordered a beef chowmein a few days later, again beef massively salted! and obviously noodles were dry because of so much salt. Concerns me that they are salting meat so much! Is it not fresh and about to go off? Won’t be ordering again. Used to be such lovely food from here

Cantonese spring rolls £3.80 for 2 not worth money, no bigger than my middle finger in length and width. could just about see the filling

delivery took a while ... curry tastes like oil. wings were alright.. and forgot the prawn crackers. I even rang up but never mind. shame because Everytime I order from this place the food is.. okay... but they always miss something from the order. so probably won't be trying it again for a while.

Very disappointing and not worth the money. Every aspect failed to meet expectations. Chicken balls doughy and tough chicken, salt and pepper chips tasted like raw potato, salt and pepper chicken was well below par. Only thing I can give credit for is the rice, which is ok at best

So we order from here a decent amount but lately this place has gone so downhill. Box full of sliced chemical vegetable. Meat is going rancid, portions have also shrunk. Super inconsistent. Such a shame.

Omg .the veg curry was so nasty tonight. I don't recommend curry.it was inedible. The smell was awful. I tried it n my roof of mouth is burning bad .. 😡😢 not happy & hungry

Not value for money... Some items way over priced for size eg Spring Rolls. I expected for the cost Two reasonably sized spring rolls, but they were both small.

I don't think they sent one of the right meals, my hoisin chicken was not hoisin chicken. Too much sauce and rather hotter than expected.

Food came wrong order then food came again but was raw then got refused a full refund and the manager has a serious attitude problem would never recommend anyone.

Used to be our favourite takeaway. Have been a customer for years. Not any more. Had our usual dishes but nothing like they used to be. One was awful the other bland. Threw most of it away. Waste of money

No curry sauce with order, so disappointed as had to eat dry chicken without curry sauce. couldn't get through to restaurant. had refund instead. The Ruby need to check their orders before delivery 😤

King prawn randang turned up as beef so wife could not eat it. No prawn crackers either. Try to call but constantly unable to connect. Shame as they are normally very good

We ordered 2 beef curries, one with rice and one with chips. The beef was tender, the onions sweet and crunchy. It was delicious. The order was delivered within about 40 minutes, so on time. The only reason I did not rate the food quality 5 stars is because they were luke warm. I popped them into the microwave for a couple of minutes and they were fine. I would definitely recommend the beef curries.

Chicken curry - best in area. Chicken chow mein - very good. Chicken balls - batter to soggy. Ribs good. Yuk sung - very good. Chips , the usual. Veg curry very nice. Dearer than others around !

Chow mein didn't taste right and sweet and sour sauce smelt like drain water.

The beef curries we ordered were, as usual, delicious. I would have scored 5 stars but on this occasion the beef was a little bit tough. The food arrived nice and hot and we look forward to ordering from you again very soon.

I ordered 2 beef curries. They arrived a little earlier than stated when I placed my order online, but that suited me. The delivery driver was very friendly. Most importantly though was the quality of the food, which was excellent, especially the tenderness of the beef. I would definitely recommend them.

Yung chow rice and chicken balls good but the duck in ‘plum’ sauce was pretty bad. No crackers either think everywhere else round here gives you them

I think the least said the better ( that should speak volumes ...!!) Thought I'd give it another try after all it was 2 years ago ..and guess what ? Absolutely one of the worst Chinese If not the worst . Tasteless food . Their fried rice is without a doubt the worst I've ever ever had . Their duck is undercooked no wonder they put a sauce on top ..........I don't know what these others who rave about it are smoking . I reiterate the worst chinese ever .......unbelievable how they can steal peoples money ......

Food was vile and the driver was exceptionally rude at the door .saying he won’t deliver again because he had to walk up one set of stairs . Absolutely pathetic . Will never order from this place again . And will advice other not to as well due to the drivers horrible attitude

All food was hot on arrival , but it was all very average unfortunately and not worth the £41 it cost!!! Thought being a new take away the standards would be good... it may well be teething problems but the chick n sweetcorn soup was full of white pepper, the hot n sour soup was neither hot or sour just sweet, chick fried rice was dry and crispy like it had been left under heat, aromatic duck was ok if a bit overdone n the beef in the chow mein was chewy, grisly and fatty! I hope they are teething problems tho as it was all presented beautifully and other people have had good reviews .

No manners on the phone when taking my order. I asked for vegetables in my rice, the rice came with no veg, so I called to make then aware of the error, he said it doesn't come with vegetables, I said but I asked you for vegetables.... If no vegetables are gonna be added I should of been told this and had the choice wether to have it or not.... No customer service. Food not as good as it used to br#bringchrisback

Customer service very rude always rushing to get you off the phone. Ordered a few times before and food has been nice. Waited 1 hour 20 mins fare enough it’s a Saturday. When food finally arrived got fried rice instead of boiled and a house special curry that was swimming in grease, literally floating all on top wouldn’t even give that my dog ended up in the bin and having crackers from my cupboard waste of £17 won’t be ordering here again.
