The food is always greasy and my friend said he went and the chicken wasn’t cooked correctly the staff is very hard working.2 of my friends got the wrong order when they visited

I would like to thank the two young people working today about 3.00, I got mixed up with my order twice ,after coming back to the shop again they were so nice to a pensioner not nasty or laughing cos I got mixed up ,so thank you lovely kind young people xxx

I have spoken to a number of people who all seem to have had the same experience from KFC in Fleetwood. You never ever get your full order. When you get home, there is always something missing and when you try to ring the number on the receipt, it rings out ad nauseam! If you ever buy a boneless feast, if you ask "have you put the dips in?", you get a tutt and are then asked which ones you want.... you are supposed to get the four advertised dips but they don't give you them! (They do at other KFCs without asking). You then get a selection of sachets (not dips) because they are, apparently, cheaper. But it is like getting blood out of a stone. We have finally decided to drive further to a KFC that doesn't rip you off since the last six have all come up short: 2 missing corn cobs 3 missing bags of chips 2 missing chicken fillets Paid for hot wings and not put in the bag twice! When you mention it the next time you go in, you get a shrug of shoulders and "you should have called; we can't do anything about it now". Try answering the phone KFC! So we will drive further from now on.... nothing wrong with the product but would be nice to get what you have paid for like you do from other KFCs on the Fylde Coast.

Came in to order a family feast bucket, popcorn snack box x3 and few extras, they only got the snack boxes right and extras, didn’t notice till got home so trecked all the way back to get the order right, they still got it wrong

The food was so good the chicken was great but it needs to be cleaned more but sprouts 5 stars!!!!!!!!

Don’t normally complain but Felt really disgusted today the food we ordered was incorrect only noticed when we got home we’re local and by the time we was home the food was cold also the drinks was full of ice hardly any drink in it and also items were missing Not happy at all

We came into this KFC and ordered our sit in meal. When we came to pay I handed over a Scottish £10 note and was advised they could not accept this - when questioned why we were advised it wasn't legal tender. We asked to speak to the manager about this as we thought this was crazy. Ben the team leader then appeared and advised the manager wasn't in at that moment - He took great delight in saying I've heard what you've been told and you won't get anything different from me - this is one person who obviously had never been on a customer care course - his attitude and manner downright rude. He then said you either pay up or leave as you're causing a queue - just while I was trying to get my credit card out as I only had Scottish notes. We tried to politely explain that in all the years we've been coming to Blackpool have never been refused when paying by Scottish notes. We have had them accepted in this KFC previously as well and also in the one that used to be in Blackpool behind the tower. As well as saying they weren't legal tender Ben also tried to tell us Scotland were not part of the union - eh no. We are still part of the United Kingdom. We were made to feel like 2nd class citizens . We had been looking forward to our meal but it was ruined by this rude person. If I could've given it a minus rating I would've - a 1 rating is too much

Ordered through deliveroo. Food was cold, got coleslaw instead of gravy and 5 pieces of chicken missing. Seriously, how hard is it to count to ten? I guess that's what you get when your shop is run by youngsters (not generalising) that don't seem to know their arse from their elbow. Avoid

Manager is an absolute joke, not interested in food hygiene levels and wasn’t bothered when approached, Shouting at staff and staff now leaving over it, some employees on the till are not interested especially Ben He was so rude towards other members of staff

Why have they stopped doing Krushems? Went in for one to be told no longer do them so why advertise them on your website?

After spending a family day thought we would have something to eat out on the way home. Wish we had not bothered at 8.30pm after ordering food was told by the person behind the till we could not set in the big part of the restaurant as they were abouts to clean it they put the shutters down only places to set was right next a very cold drafty door. At this point more and more familys came in to order with no were to sit.. Bins over flowing with rubbish could not empty are trays.. No one clean table to sit at and before we ordered not very busy We could count at lest 6 members of staff but all in the back chatting to each other. Chicken dry and chips cold ask for a childrens icecream but not available.. Definitely will not be going back not worth it.. But if you fancy a meal out in a darty cold restaurant and very dry chicken look no further at this restaurant has got it all

What kind of KFC is not open at 8.50pm! Apparently they shut at 9pm, but are shutting at 8.50pm because they haven’t had any chicken since 8pm! 😮 £40 order turned away.

staff were polite and friendly, the restaurant was not very clean, the food... not very warm, fries overcooked, the chicken was cool (as in not hot) the coating was terrible as if it had been left around for a while. I could not recommend. the only thing I got that was ok was the Pepsi Max. So unless you are desperate I would advise you to AVOID. Not sure if this is the norm, time of visit 16.30

It was our second time going to kfc in Fleetwood and both times one of us has been terribly unwell and the staff aren’t polite at all. Something should be done about this kfc before someone gets seriously unwell.

Went in to kfc earlier today for some lunch with my family. Ordered a big daddy box meal, the burger was dry and rubbery. Took back to order staff and asked for a replacement. The images below are what I was given. Never again will I eat in that dump!

Very rude staff all young kids apart from the manager whom stayed out of the way, my order was an eat in order then I was told I could not have my food on a tray although there was trays available, when we sat down we was told very rudely we had to move as that part of the restaurant was closing how ever it did nit close while we was there. Had to wait 20mins for our order then we was given the wrong order when i said it was wrong i was told it was my own fault for not taking the order that they had given to the person in the que before me and then had to wait another 10mins. When i received my order in the end it was not on a tray it was in a takeaway bag and was told we could not eat in, The chips where cold and the gravy was very thick. I asked to see the manager and was told she was not in but she was hiding behind the hot counter avoiding confrontation. The lad serving was very rude and unhelpful, the girl taking the orders was not helpful and did not know what she was doing she had a different name on her badge to what was on the receipt. The bins where over flowing with rubbish on the floor, the tabled looked like they have not been cleaned since 1999. I got no apologies just an attitude of tuff we don't care.

To be fair . I have complained to KFC on many occasions lately. However can't fault tonites meal . Not greasy , chicken crispy coating and very tasty and gravy was old fashioned finger licking good. Chips seemed larger. Best in a long time. Has there been a change in management ??? If so for the better.

The building was not very clean, the food that we had served to us was under cooked and full of grease. The staff just stood about playing with their phones.

Staff were polite enough but working at a snails pace and only one cashier on. The queue was to the door which was wide open. So a winter's night, cold outside, doors wide open and air con on full blast. Nope I don't think so.My niece finally got served and they had nothing in the heat cabinet, when she asked for a Krushem and mini fillets they didn't have either. Then came my turn, I'd driven an 8.5 mile tour d trip to treat my son as a reward for a good week at school. So knowing that there was not much of a choice I produced my valid, in date voucher for 2 fillets, 2 fries and a drink. The cashier politely refused the voucher saying the manager had taken the option off the til, I politely mentioned that the voucher expires at the end of the month and has the restaurant address on it.In the end he offered me a measly 20% off on full price meals for 3. Not acceptable and is it legal? Bye bye KFC no more

This place appears to revel in getting orders wrong. How hard can this be?

this place is an absolute disgrace, every single time you go in , they either get your order wrong or you have to wait ages for your food... chips are always cold and its filthy when you walk in, bins over flowing and staff standing around doing nothing .

Actually stopped returning, although it’s our family’s favourite take out because every time we have ordered food to take out once we get home we notice sides missing or popcorn chicken missing. They hardly ever have gravy either they always say sorry we don’t have it. The staff don’t seem to be able to complete your full order and you end up with half of it missing although you have paid for it. I think older more reliable staff should be working alongside the youngsters to actually keep customers orders correct.

Just been for tea. Lost some of the order & then when we got it home they had forgotten to put a full meal in. When we rang to ask them about it just said I can put it in the book if you like. No sorry or anything. The meals were cold as well. Won't use again.

Just been to Fleetwood KFC late finish from work just wanted a kfc bucket to fetch for family but the young lad stated that were closed but when I searched online for time it clearly stated 22.00 but there is know notification of a 21.00 closing on the premises.

My daughter and her friends went here ,they ordered there food and just as they received it they was told that they couldn't sit in the restaurant as they was too young , they had to go outside where it was raining ,I think its quite disgusting how they treat the young ones these days ,yeh fair enough you get ones that act stupid, don't treat them all the same if they act up then ask them to leave, other than that don't put them out in the rain Shane on you KFC .

Food was warm u can get a snack box with chicken and chips £1.99 or u can get box meals hot cold drinks not the biggest but still room to sit in

Service was good, very quick - also food was of a good standard, BUT maybe I am unlucky as every time I go in this branch the Krushem machine is never working.

This is a cramped fairly awkward building to get around especially when busy. Staff were rushed and disinterested. Food was fine. I always cringe when notices on wall have spelling errors as it shows the lack of care I felt prevailed in this branch.

Only piece of advice is to train your staff the values of customers service. I don’t expect to be told “what you waiting for” after your lovey child behind the counter didn’t do his job and pour the two drinks I paid and asked for.

Every time we have a trip to fleetwood we always get KFC then go and sit in the car on the front. The chicken is always hot and juicy the chips are always hot we have gravy it’s always the best. As I use to work as a chef I know what’s good.

Poor, poor, poor. Where do I start, dry chicken, certainly not fast food, 15 + minutes wait, staff that look completely fed up, dirty and wrong order. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else

Every time I go in with a friend they will take your order and tell you that it’s only aloud to be taken out , I don’t see why?

Called here for lunch during a business trip to Fleetwood. Always a bonus to find a KFC. Service was quick and food as expected. For some reason however I was disappointed to find that although this is a full size restaurant in a seaside town, it did not allow use of the Colonel's loyalty card, either to collect or redeem points.

Visited here que was at the door, staff looked rushed off there feet qued for 23 mins before being served to then wait a further 13 mins for my food to be ready.. when I got the food home chips was not fresh chicken was average..

Never known anywhere as bad as this place for sending you off with half the order missing. Then if you ask them to check next time you go in you get a look like you're wrong to ask.

My wife and I made a first time visit . We do enjoy KFC but this was pretty poor . The chicken was very dry , and we both agreed that it was easily the worst that we have ever had . Certainly our first and last time at this place .

Small kfc on the main road which can make it difficult to park. The chicken isn't always breaded the same way sometimes it's just slapped on which gives it a nasty appearance. The staff are normally happy and polite !

food ok place is dark and dingy, attitiude of staff very poor i asked to use the toilets after sitting in and eating ad i was told and pointed to the pub next door and told to use them.

Crap service cold food incomplete order won't go again tried phoning to complain no luck go next door at least you get what you order

Mediodía de hoy con los niños. Como es típico con patatas fritas frías v rápidamente. Vital sirve recién hechas. De lo contrario caliente y bien servido. Como bebidas se sirven en el mostrador de manera independiente mucho más rápido de esa manera.

We visited at about 11,30am on the 30th Dec '16.We don't usually snack at KFC in the morning but decided to use a couple of money off vouchers my GF had as we were peckish.There were 2 young lads serving, the coffee machine was out of action, so we had tea(?).We ordered the chicken wraps (which the offer was for).When they were delivered the chicken was barely warm & the chips tepid. I was starving so just "wolfed" mine down. My GF sent hers back. It was re-heated & she got a free portion of chips - Whoopee !Even after the re-heating her chicken was barely warm (do kids actually KNOW how to use a microwave ?).Consequently within a couple of hours we both had upset stomachs.After doing this post I will be sending an email to Wyre Council suggesting they review the food hygiene standards of this establishment - It's only now, 10 hrs later that my guts have "settled down", I was unable to eat for the rest of the day.

I have eaten here a few times and have always found the chicken to be dry, service is usually pretty quick as you would expect however the staff never seem interested. As a person who eats takeout on a fairly regular basis i would choose somewhere else than here

Food was freezing cold by the time I got home (I live 2 minutes away) I couldn't eat the burger I had ordered, the chicken was hard and difficult to bite into majority went in the bin. I was only one of 2 people in the shop, the service was very quick but I got barely any chips and the gravy was completely tasteless. It has to be the worst KFC I have ever been to. I had a bad experience with it last time I went around 6 months ago, but thought I'd give it another go. Bitterly disappointed, the golden star kebab shop next door is 100 times better, the chicken kebab from there is fantastic, fresh chicken fresh salad it tastes incredible rather than stale bread with chewy hard chicken inside. I just wish I'd gone there instead.

Been a few times and the food is standard kfc! Last time i went i was a saturday afternoon! I was the only person in there and they still manage to get my order wrong! Staff are friendly though

Please save your money and stay well away from KFC Fleetwood. The last 2 visits we have had items missing today 24.8.2016. Three items missing, had to swap a item they could not supply, had no Rio bbq chicken. The chicken was old, dry and hard the chips were cold. The kids couldn't stomach it and that's saying something. BAD BAD BAD. KFC CLEVELEYS. in comparison is excellent.

families should enjoy this fast food restaurant located in the centre of town, close to shops, buses and trams, food is excellent, staff are warm and friendly, service is quick

No matter what time pf the day you order i will assure you 99% of the time they will get it wrong! Staff are literally all kids will no understanding of basic manners like hello or good morning/afternoon! Foods been cold, wrong, late and overcooked Also not long ago it had a 2star hygiene sticker in the window! Save your money and go elsewhere!

We called in for some finger lickin chicken. The restaurant was clean and tidy. The service was good and we had hot tasty food.

Rubbish - ordered a 12p delux boneless feast with corn on the cob and greavey sides. after 5 mins was told the corn would be 15 mins i said i would wait 5 mins later was called and told my order was ready. happy they were quicker than expected i thanked them and left got home to find the corn missing as i didnt want to go back and have cold chicken and chips I ate what had been given me and decided not to go there again. utterly rubbish customer experience. If they cant be bothered to do corn on the cob dont take the money for it.

It's KFC - unadventurous food for teenagers.If you like processed junk food and don't care about your health, weight or complexion, then this is your place.Everybody craved a bit of junk food once in a while, but there are plenty of independent chip shops and kebab shops on Lord Street that offer superior alternatives.

Customers are waiting hours for food, needs to improve otherwise you will lose customers and money. Please improve

I am updating my review of KFC in Fleetwood. A friend wanted KFC for a change and we gave in despite our last bad experiences. What a transformation! Spotlessly clean and bright. A very cheerful young female staff member sorted the order quickly, and efficiently. The order was to take out and we live about 5/7 mins away. The order was HOT with proper size pieces of identifiable chicken and plenty of chips. Lovely ice cream desserts too. Thanks KFC. Someone took notice!

Ordered a fillet burger meal and 2 zinger burgers.?Couldn't tell burgers apart until bitten-packaging was the same, chips cold and Pepsi flat

Firdt time since refurbishment. Disinterested staff. Lukewarm, Very scrabby chicken, and fries cold. Will not be going again for vety expensive small portion of lack lustre tasting food. USEd to be a treat!!

Went to KFC Fleetwood yesterday.They are not in the reward/points Colonels Club, so if you are saving points STAY CLEAR......The staff just said KFC would not send them the scanners as they are a small store and they do the big ones first.

First time visit since refurb. Got child's meal and adults popcorn chicken meal. Both chips were cold not even like warm. Kids drink missing in meal. Wouldn't go back not best KFC I've been to.

Average food , not very inspiring, service was reasonably quick. Atmosphere ok. Would visit again. It's ok for a quick lunch.

As always, my weekly visit to this fine fast food establishment was filled with joy as I was served by a very polite ginger chap. He took my order very quickly and efficiently, and had a noticeable boyish charm about him. He went beyond the call of duty to ensure my chips were to the highest standard, and especially clean and scrumptious. The staff at this branch never fail to impress and provide excellent customer service, but this has been one of my favourite trips ever - especially being a vegetarian.Much thanks to the staff! You never fail to impress!

We love kfc for taste, and guickness. This one, halfway down the main street, ( lord st ), was excellent. Food, toilets, service, all of a high standard, with prices to suit all.

How this shop ever owner awards I will never know , will go to cleveleys from now on ,food dry and constantly bits of my order missing.

I would not order from here again it is by far the worst kfc I have eaten , the orders are consistenly wrong the chicken tastes very greasy and smells like its been cooked in old oil , I have tried it many times only to be disappointed .

Service is always slow in this KFC. Had to wait over 15 minutes for basic chicken pieces as staff always seem unable to keep up with demand.

I din't know what it is or why it should be - but kfc at this branch is awful - Cleveleys is so much better - why is that??? The chicken isn't crispy, chips are cold and 'soggy' - the place looks uncared for. poor.

Just been to kfc in fleetwood for the first time of living here for nearly 2 years and I will never step foot in there again the place were absolutly discusting dirty tray left on nearly every table food all over the floor looks like it hadn't been cleaned in months it were that dirty . Am shocked it is still open

They give very small portions of chips compared to other KFC's and their gravy can vary a lot in taste and colour so I don't buy it anymore. Other than that it's ok.

Ultra slow service, food cold when home. Cannot cope with volume of customers near busy times, even took over 20 mins to get served in afternoon when had 1 person in front of me in queue!
