Subway in Wyre

Lovely service, they was all kind and present to speak to, clean and tidy sitting area and all the produce was lovely and fresh, will definitely be coming again.

Only one lady working behind the cointer, despite other assistants working in the room behind, Place soon got busy, no other member of staff came to assist behind counter, None of the tables had been cleaned, we had to look round for the least untidy one, wife decided to use the WC, I remarked if it is like this it wont be clean, i was correct, it eas to dirty to use, no toilet paper, and in her words DISGUSTING, We will not use Freeport Subway again, The worst Subway we have ever been in. I did feel sorry for the lone assistant trying her best to give good service, why no other staff came to help her or clean the place mystified both of us.

*Knock knock knock "Hello? Anyone there?" Hmmm apparently not... Interestingly it would appear all recent reviews of this dive have been ignored or not even read. Someone has taken over this little franchise in Fleetwoods Freeport and what an ideal location. I ❤️subway. But this place is pretty poor. Dirty. Tables are full of previous food and spillages. Last visit, ( gave this place a 2nd chance before reviewing it), no Italian rolls left, no teriyaki chicken,no meatball marinara left. Guy says 'uh we've been busy. Didn't expect it to be so busy.' So couldn't order as both our options weren't available. So this review is predominantly based on my first visit. There is no subway near where I live, so this is so disappointing. Please improve. One more visit soon. Hope to leave a positive review.

This was the first time in a subway and I have never been in such a chaotic work place with staff seemingly totally disinterested. Three staff, 1st took order cut bun passed to 2nd who started preparing but only half of order, I had to ask again for my sandwich. When made passed to the third person on till and drinks who had a backlog of meals to process and actually asked me which ones were mine. Then customer after me was minus 1 bun has he ordered similar to me and staff only did one. Customers complained about being wrongly charged and others about dirty tables and floor. Having said that the food was reasonable and must admit the coffee was about the best in any of this type of establishment. And another irritation the subway website would not let me complain.

Called in with my grandson, slow service, no white bread dirty tables outside, place was a bit grubby and uninviting. Staff seemed unsure what they were doing. Grandson said his drink had no fizz when I complained The staff member sent me back to the machine for the same flat drink. No attempt to sort. Would not go back!

The tables outside Subway are absolutely filthy the tarmac is filthy Don't think the tables are moved and ever cleaned They were so bad today my partner went inside to ask for a cloth to clean the table They don't have any cloths The tables were covered in spillage dried on food and seagull Poo must add this was lunch time and other than one or two people the place was empty Costa and the other café were very busy.There were quite a few young mums around outside so they offered us baby wipes so that is what we used How to ruin what could be a good business This venue is short of good training in food hygiene and customer services .

Came in for a quick snack and drink, one person serving and handling money, tables dirty, floor filthy, is this what you really want visitors to see, come on subway, you need to seriously up your game. Very disappointed.

As regular subway users this subway fell well short of the usual expectations we didnt take the kids Grandma did. Asked for and charged for a kids meal and adults meal. Kids meal came with sandwich and toy, cookie missed off and no soft drinks available only hot drinks and energy drinks. Adults meal no drink available amd no offer of a reduction in price still sold the full meal deal. Both sandwichs poorly prepared and squashed. They dodnt open the kids meal until they got home so didnt know it was short. Sadly my mum took them and she doesnt like to complain!! Also the toilets were a disgrace with no soap available jn the dispensers, no hand tissues and filthy.

Had a very good sandwich meal here today. The bread was fresh and so was the food. It is cheap, quick freshly prepared food.

Had lunch before he went round the shops and let grandson play in the snow very nice really enjoyed it will definitely go back again

Had a nice sub u can have hot or cold with or with out salad lots of sauces hot and cold drinks salads was very nice

Not many choices to eat here but subway does the job. Nothing special. It's a subway after all but clean with nice outdoor seating area tidied up frequently although staff need reminding to clean tables as well as tidying them.

Was here last Saturday for a salad as trying to eat healthy while staying at a caravan nearby it was delicious and plenty of chicken which was very filling the staff were helpful and service was quick as we were starving

Huge amount of salad and sauce on sandwich ruined meal and unable to hold toasted sandwich was soggy that the basics correct in such a busy location

The girl making the sandwiches didn't seem to like her job very much, her attitude was actually quite stress-inducing. Maybe she was having an off-day or maybe it's just get way, but I happen to believe that unhappy staff are a result of bad management, so maybe this is something that needs to be addressed. Also, my boyfriend would like me to add that the fillings weren't distributed very well, which kind of negates everything subway stands for.

Came here for a quick late lunch the line was quite long and service was a little bit slow. Food tasted good the sandwich. It could do with a little bit of speed can only imagine when its proper busy.

Felt a bit peckish, popped in for a coffee. & sandwich staff very helpfull Small seating area outside Good selection of food, worth a visit Bus stop just outside & trams top round the corner

Subway is what it is, and normal friendly staff too However today wasn't the case. The young lad looked like he didn't want to be there. I tried to make conversation but didn't get a very good response.

Después de pasar un par de horas de compras en el centro comercial outlet, mi marido y yo decidimos llamar al Metro por algo de comer antes de viajar a casa.

Had a late lunch here while at the shops. Very nice subs, up to Subway's usual standard. Nice & clean, toilets. Staff were helpful (I find the ordering process in Subway quite confusing!).

I'm not an easy customer due to my eating habits. the staff here couldn't be more helpful.... 5 stars

Nos compras en la Freeport, y decidimos comer algo. He pedido el bistec y el queso. Tuve que buscar la carne. Creo que he tenido con unos Metro. Nos hubiera gustado Quiznos aquí. El servicio fue bueno, aunque no parece que se preocupan de los clientes.

Me and my son came here today and the service was terrible,one of the staff was cleaning the counter spraying glass cleaner with the cheese container open saw the cleaner spray go all over the cheese ,a queue of people waiting to be served while one was cleaning and other staff serving with no manners . The other supervisor on her phone in front of counter. Who's training these people !!

We went to Fleetwood outlet as a last minute thing to top up on some new things and on walking through we noticed that a new subway had opened with outside and inside sitting areas available so we decided to go in , they were quite busy but this gave us time to see what we wanted as not being regulars to Subway , we ordered chicken one on flat bread and one on a cheese and herb roll both 6 inchers with a choice of salads a cuppacinno and normal coffee and were asked at the till what biscuit we wanted we declined but were told it would be cheaper to have it with biscuits the total was £8 a bargain I thought with quite good coffee , the staff were very helpful and calm under pressure and polite whilst serving us , we will be calling again when visiting this outlet village ,

lovely newish subways inside outside eating area diasabled toilets nice staff lets u have cup with bottled drinks some subway staff don't only 3 eat drink places in Freeport best and cheapest

It's a sandwich, not a lot more I can say really? It's 2 bits of bread and a filling...nothing to write home about but of for a gap filler

They never seem to have many staff, or many customers ! Waited for ages I love subway and have tried many of them. Should be a standard service across a chain but this comes up short. The lobby area was strewn with rubbish and no one in the 3/4 hours we were there cleared a table. The wait was horrendous and my two children commented on the wait as well. Shame as we love to go to subway but will be avoiding this one in the future

counted 5 members of staff , tables left unattended both inside & out , one member of staff allthough wearing gloves was rubbing his nose and then emptied the newly cooked bread rays , training required.

Although this place was booming and busy, it was total chaos, dirty tables customers shopping in isles between isles long queues i found the seating not comfy and the staff were very nice.

Been to this subway three times for a quick lunch.The sandwiches are fine, no better or worse than any other subway but every time we have been in we have had a problem with the points system.Usually the subway points system is pretty good, it's easy to build up enough for a sandwich or couple of free coffees.Unfortunately the staff here have no idea how to load points on the subway app (in 3 attempts it has never worked).On our last visit we had just popped to another shop in Freeport and thought we would pop in to redeem some points for a quick coffee. The young girl behind the counter got us the coffee then looked very puzzled when we asked to pay with the points system. She then called the only other person there, who told us that subway do not accept subcard points for payment!Need to try to train the staff a little or we will be heading to one of the other cafes next time.

Really good customer service, sandwiches are really tasty and also the store is clean not even a scrap of food wasn't on the floor. This is an excellent review that I am putting on here so that everybody knows what to expect when they go there to have lunch.

I love Subway normally. I ordered my. Big Beef Melt with cheese toasted as normal. The Beef was cold in the middle and the cheese had been toasted very quickly. Even though the timer was set the sandwich was took out well before the time. I ordered drinks with the sandwiches which weren't given. The floor was covered in scraps of food etc and needed a good clean and tidy. It was very busy. Maybe that's why things weren't as good. I usually rave over Subway but was disappointed.

We visited on Sunday 1st November whilst shopping at Freeport (myself, husband & 6 year old daughter). The staff were somewhat unorganised. The food was OK but salad choice was very limited (no sweetcorn, etc). They didn't have all of the items to make up a childs meal. Overall, it was just average, I have definitely had better in other Subway branches...

I've been in here a few times and everytime I go in it's very busy. Considering how busy it always is, the staff are still helpful and lovely and always have a smile on their face!There's plenty of seating areas inside and out, and there tables are always clean and clear.The food is definitely worth the price - wouldn't expect anything less from a Subway.Lovely place!

Visited today with my family armed with their opening promotional vouchers on my phone which was how they issued them to me, apparently this isn't acceptable and I cant take advantage of the offers, unless I go home, print out the voucher and return to the store.I can check in online for a flight an use my phone as a boarding card and Subway even have a phone app that replaces their loyalty card, but if you want an offer your phone is no good!
