I ordered a cheese and bacon stack one foot on a toasted Italian cheese bread what I got delivered was plain bread squashed to less than a half an inch I had 3 slithers of bacon in a whole foot whilst the main filling was spoonful after spoonful of carmonised onion sauce the whole thing was utterly inedable I went to the shop the CSR said sorry didn't mention the 12 pound I'd spent for the bin

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Absolutely horrible customer service. I ordered online and they cancelled my ordered and proceeded to tell me they would double charge me if I reorder and would not give me my deal. Also would not get any type of management nor corporate or anything for me to speak with. And went on to help drive through. I will never again eat at this location again Update: 5/14 I went up there because my money was never cleared they took it. Even with proof of showing the manager on duty still no compensation. She called me a liar and all. And would not give me corporate number. So come in the morning my bank and proper action will be involved. I recommend do not eat at this location unless you want to be double charged. And treated like scum.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Jassi was extremely rude, took my money and tried to tell me my giftcard was empty when I had just gotten it for Christmas and there was in fact money on it I had proof of receipt of the card being purchased and she charged it first then told me it had 0.02 left on it and than tried to tell me it was empty and nothing on it and made no sense. She was arguing with me about the situation and it was unprofessional, I would never come back here.

For a quiet afternoon, the service was slow. The bread was very dry, staff ignored our request for extra milk in the kid's drinks to cool them. I felt overall that the staff did not engage with their customers and offer basic friendly service.

Always love a Subway as it is made fresh for you. Popped into Fleetwood branch today and ordered. When the chicken had been put on the sub I politely asked the server to spread the chicken across the whole sub as it was placed in the middle, he obliged. He asked my choice of cheese. One option was drying out so I chose another. When I moved to choose salad I was appalled. The lettuce was turning brown, the tomatoes looked slimy and the red onion was grey…at that point I asked if he was serving me from this and he replied yes but added “it is due to be changed” I chose not to buy this food.

The person serving the sandwiches was really slow. We ordered 2 meatball subs 1st which were toasted. The sandwiches were left open going cold while she prepared another 2 meals. When I got to the car the hot sandwiches were cold and soggy and fell to bits when unwrapped. I had to go back in to ask for a box and a knife and fork to eat it. It was awful. Should have asked for my money back! I go to subway a lot and always order the same sandwich. I have never known anything like it. It was awful. The blue light discount wasn't working so they said we could have our biscuits free. Accept they forgot to put them in the bag 🙈. Won't be going back!!

Popped in here for a takeaway sub yesterday whilst I was shopping in town. Not somewhere I usually frequent so not very familiar with the options on offer. My server, David, could not have been more helpful, talking me through the vegan options and meal deal! My eventual choice was packed full of fresh salad and tasty sauce, served by a very helpful and pleasant member of staff.

I visited here to get some lunch while in Fleetwood. Waited in queue for 25 mins. The worker than started to complete the Justeat orders. I gave it 5 mins and then asked when he would serve me as he began completing another order. He said that they had to do the Justeat orders. I replied that I had waited a long time and would appreciate being served soon as my type one diabetic child (stood with me) needed to eat. He said it wasn’t his problem as he had lots of orders to do as people would be arriving. I suggested he did a Justeat order and then a person in store as there were a number of people waiting. He said he couldn’t do that and continued to take orders off the computer. If they are that stretched with staff (the two staff who were there were moaning about colleague who hadn’t arrive for shift again), they need to refuse internet orders during busy periods. Training also needed for staff on cleanliness (one customer came and asked for something to clean table with as it was that dirty) and understanding of need to communicate with customers effectively. I will not be visiting this branch again.

Was really busy today and only 2 staff member on. There were run off their feet, but were polite with everyone. Spoke to one of the staff who said they couldn't get anyone to come in and help, even the manager refused. I suggest one of the staff working today should be the manager, as a least they care about serving customers.

Terrible, I ordered a steak and cheese 6 inch sub with salad and crispy onions. I got a 6 inch salad and pickle sub, no cheese a teaspoon if that of steak and no fried onions, the lettuce was ready for the bin. Won't be ordering from here again in a hurry!!

Wasn't even what i wanted. No vegan cheese on it like i asked, too much ketchup and loads of onions and peppers packed in the sandwich with the sauce. Grim! I would like a refund. Actually disgusting. Had to put it in the bin. Nothing i asked for.. originally just little bits of what i asked for and the guy at the door handed me it and goes bye and walks off after taking ages. Went to this subway today ordered a subway for myself and wasn’t really focusing on my order didn’t ask me if I want another one which I did for my partner they walked away from me and starting talking about head office coming and totally left me until I said I wanted another one after all this I will not be going back and there was no care for customers lady on till was amazing and was actually doing her job but can’t say the same for the rest of them 🤨

Absolute disgrace and complete disorganisation. Arrived with 1 customer in front of me and it took me 25 minutes to be served!! All the delivery orders seemed to take priority! There were 3 members of staff with absolutely no urgency and no apology for delay even after I voiced my concerns. One guy came in had ordered on the app and it hadn't come through so he jumped the queue ahead of me too!! Not his fault! Then after a wait of 15/ 20 minutes was told the wraps were still frozen!! So couldn't even order what I'd gone in for... All salad items were low... the place looked like a bomb had gone off! DO BETTER!!!

Very disappointing experience all round. Staff member outside with his girlfriend arguing with someone on his mobile phone, 'effing and jeffing! Then they speed off in Ben's ( a friend I'm guessing)car to sort it out. They come back and are smoking in and out of the back door of the store. Food wise, the 2 other lads serving were nice but I credibly slow. There was food debris on the tables and on the floor inside and outside. The store looked dirty and unloved. Not sure it would pass a food hygiene rating of any score. The toilets were filthy beyond all belief too. SUBWAY!! Please sort it out!

My twin brother Stephen and I had jumped the tram from North Pier Blackpool to Fleetwood and before heading to the pubs we decided to visit this Subway on Lord Street. We track and traced and we ordered a spicy chicken 6 inch sandwich, chicken was plentiful, salad was fresh and tasty and the lady who prepared are sandwiches was cheerful and so good at her job ,besides the sandwich we had crisps and a soft drink which we enjoyed outside in their cool patio area ,enjoyed are sandwich, crisps and drink sitting in the sun . We got off after our meal here, a very pleasant Subway outlet to visit and easy to locate along Lord Street. Opening hours are; Monday to Sunday, 9am till 9pm. Most definitely well worth checking out if you're in the area.

Good customer service. Though I can see that the staff don't like to wear face masks. Not one staff member was wearing one in the correct manner. One staff not wearing one and two others wearing them like chin straps. It's pleasant to see the community and businesses abiding to Covid restrictions or doing their part to keep people safe.

Only wanted a coffee The girl serving was extremely reluctant to even acknowledge me. When she finally got round to putting her gloves on (took forever) she totally ignored me and asked the man behind me who'd only just come in, what HE wanted. I had to interrupt and say I was there first, to which she just shrugged. I eventually got a cappuccino in the wrong size cup (they'd run out of regular) and chocolate sprinkles (run out). To top it off the sullen girl put my sugars in (no option to do it myself) but never stirred it. The only time it was sweet was at the bottom. Never ever go there again. Ruined by miserable sullen staff.

First of all as people were leaving there was no cleaning being done at all. I had to ask a member of staff for some spray to clean our filthy table. She had no idea where it was and the manager had to get it from out back so I could clean my own table. Service was the slowest with it taking the server 15 minutes to make 2 sandwiches. The facility for track and trace didn't have a store number to enter and when I asked about this I was provided with a number that did not work. Terrible service and hygiene not giving subway a good name at all the worst one I've been in.

Sunday the 17th of November 2019 early hours of the morning, circa 2:30am This place has a bouncer (security guard) for a reason... to protect the public. The man in question just watched a young man (21) physically assault a young woman (19) and did not do anything to stop this from happening again. Therefore, multiple members of the public got involved in this altercation, to calm the two parties involved down. Once the situation had cooled, the bouncer then proceeded to force a person who helped, out. The CCTV of this needs to be watched, evaluated and then acted upon accordingly. You would not want to leave your business in the hands of someone who refuses to do their job and sits down twiddling his thumbs the whole time. I would advise anyone that has read the above to avoid this place as it is full of children/young adults who cannot be monitored because of lazy staff; what happened on 17/11/2019, could be you or your child next time.

i visited just after they opened so may have improved popped in for a coffee with my workmates the staff didn't seem to have a clue there was a fairly large queue with 1 member of staff more focused on chatting to mates hanging around than actually serving although 1 of the other staff members did ask the oblivious staff member to help out. i wasn't aware of the fact that subway staff can give freebies to friends? eventually got served although it tasted different to most subway coffees? and slightly more expensive i made a comment to 1 of my staff that if i was the manager i wouldn't be happy BUT it only appeared to be 1 staff member letting the team down like i say it may of changed since my visit

Food tastes great and the staff are really friendly but the place is a dump. Doesnt seem like the restaurant is ever cleaned... there was food and dirty dishes left on other tables and not cleared the whole time we were there (no one was even sat at those tables when we arrived). Upon searching the food hygiene score they have only scored 2. So no surprise that 24hrs after eating there we all have food poisoning.

**Update** Have just been back for Breakfast and it wasn't that great I'm afraid to say, so downgraded to a 3* now. My date had pancakes with strawberries and it looked like roadkill, and tasted very Mehhhhh, is all we could say. Panicked super thick and bland, like a cake almost. The only highlight was the delicious FroCo (frozen custard). I had the XXL muffin stack, which looked huge in the picture, but in reality no bigger than a Mac's one. Again just mehhhh. The only highlight was the magic dusted tater tots, nice. Photos attached for reference. Service still about the same, but as they'd just opened I got a bit of that 'justbwoken up' vibe from the young staff. Also, they seasonally change the menus so didn't have what I'd gone for, the French Toast which is heavenly. Real let down today really. **Previous review: Wow, the Burnt bacon ends in Bourbon sauce were stunning. So we're the battered Gherkins, yum. Fajitas also great. The only letdown was my friends Bird and Beast Burger, the chicken was lovely but the beef burger part tasted like something out of a freezer from Iceland. Shouldn't be served it's that poor. Didn't ruin the night though, good service and a great meal overall
