Missing items from sandwich, food not cooked properly. Hot food was cold.

firstly the male staff kept touching his face non stop then food then touching nose then food so pointless wearing gloves. ordered online and the app stated free upgrade for a footlong sub and free cookie. when making 1 of the sandwhiches i stated should be a footlong the rude female stated no it says 6inch on the reciept i mentioned it twice more she refused to do anything about it saying too.late ect. i then brought my partner in as he ordered it and she stated to him you need to be instore for that upgrade which isnt true and also they gave the free cookie but not upgrade. The chicken tikka had hardly any chicken on. and didnt really want to eat after seing the guy constantly touching his face very off putting dont want dead skin on food🤮

Staff unable to confirm if chicken is halal or not

Visit on Saturday morning, 13th July, I'm ordering 2 footlong and one 6 inch. And the lady brings 1 foot long and 1 6inch, I try to tell her I order 2 footlong, then she starts to anger to me. I need to leave my order back, I don't want to eat angered sandwiches in the morning. I've never been back again. If you don't like your job so just chances it, if you stay, please respect your Jobs

Ordered extras and weren't included in order. No cheese or bacon and wasnt toasted. When you're paying £13 for q sandwich its very disappointing. Ham tasted really odd and the sandwich was inedible. Won't be ordering from here again after getting ripped off and a sandwich i didn't ask for.

Went in yesterday at 1630hrs. Tried to order coffee. Not for the first time staff had closed down the coffee machine and excused themselves by saying they were cleaning the machine in prep for closing. I asked why they did this and the staff member said I was being rude. I certainly wasn't and had just asked why as this seems to be a regular occurrence. My question:why can't you place a sign telling customers that the machine shuts early? Quite simple really. As we all know when you need coffee you need it!! Garstang has numerous coffee shops. One less customer for Subway. Whoever is the franchise owner I would take note! Lady that served or didn't had ginger hair.

Ordered a plant patty wrap which was delicious, however ordered a 6" garlic cheese and it was totally inedible, it was like trying to eat a brick, so unfortunately that went in the bin!!!

Extremely rude Manager! I was a regular local business spending around £50 per week on lunches for our staff, had a really bad experience today in store, I will definitely not be returning and I would advise anyone else to think about coming to this store in the future.

I ordered a sub, waited over 90 minutes for a 10 minute journey and just received salad in bread - no other filling that I paid for. So why am I not getting a refund?

The delivery guy only came with half the order. He promised to return with the rest and then never came back. The sandwich was also due to have double cheese but had barely any. On the whole they cannot be trusted to bring the food ordered so I would avoid.

Went in for my food sat down and got kicked out because apparently we kicked of last time not been in for months. When we questioned it we got aggressive answer and started shout don’t go in a danger zone!!

Absolutely Smashing! Food quality was great, but one gravy pot was leaking; not to worry though as the delivery driver was quick to resolve the issue. I suggest for the gravy pots in the future, wrap the gravy pots in the same paper you use for the subs and use the round stickers used from the salads to stick together the paper ends. The pots should be alright for transport then:) ... other than that absolutely great food and cannot complaint. Thanks Subway :)

Disgusting Attitude from Shift Manager.. When asked about being overcharged, was confronted by aggression, threatening behaviour and lies.

Unfortunately the cheese was missing off all the sandwiches which was disappointing. We expected a share bag of nachos but we got a box of nachos covered in sauce that was wasted as they were all soggy and not very nice.

No cheese on sandwich. Waffle chips limp and far from crispy. Margarita slice thing all the cheese had slipped off and barely any sauce.

It’s a subway so you know what you are getting, it’s not the worst example of a subway but it also isn’t the best. No idea why the toilet is closed off, some of the staff are lovely and others truly miserable and terrifying. Also this thing where just eat customers get all the attention when you are literally stood in front of them in an empty shop is just boring.

Lovely food BUT my muffin and tuna sandwich were completely squashed! I'm not sure if this was the drivers or restaurants fault. The tuna sandwich was in the same long bag as the footlong, I think they needed separating and for some reason the muffin in a separate bag looked like a sandwich lol.

I can not believe how abrupt and miserable the lady behind the counter is her nome is kinga I think. No manners at all. No please no thank you ! Three times I went in and spent £28 each time for my employees. I certainly will not be going again. Subway need to give her teachings on people skills

Shocking. Tables all removed. Window seat blocked by screen and taped so you cannot use. Toilets closed so how do you wash your hands in a pandemic. Is this so the staff have less to clean. Weird queuing system with tape yet used again.

Used this place today what a joke. One of the customers went in with a list for 9 dubs and just handed it to the girls who were trying there best . The que was out of the door. My advise would be that the staff should have told here to pre order in the future but they diddnt. I was in there waiting for a sun for 25 min of my 30 min work break

the delivery time was fine. However this is the 3rd time I’ve ordered something and some of my order isn’t even there. Fair enough you don’t have specific items, I can understand that. But to not include my second drink is ridiculous. You put things on one of my sandwiches that I didn’t even ask for? And didn’t put cheese on the other one. I’m not ordering from this place again.
