Had a lovely family gathering at the Poulton location, food was spot on and service was second to none - Lee our personal waiter couldn’t have done any more for us. Very polite and professional - will definitely be returning.

perfect, very filling, was larger than expected and tasted amazing. would highly reccomend, they put just as much into it as if you were eating it in the restaurant.

Service was attentive and lovely decor. Dishes were cooked to high quality. However, would have thought the plant burger would have looked more pleasing as it was a bit dry.

Went to lunch at our local in Poulton Miller and carter. As usual we had a great time. Food, service and atmosphere was excellent. Our server Lee was fantastic with great service and was very pleasant. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Not my local, but still a banging M&C. They also have different fruits to put in different soft drinks - an orange in a Pepsi Max is super refreshing. Not as refreshing as a pint of Peroni, but still ties well with a steak. Much larger than other M&Cs but still has a chill atmosphere.

Paul was absolutely exceptional. He was welcoming and attentive, making the experience pleasant. The atmosphere was cheery and slightly busy however we were not made a burden whatsoever. He was so lovely, checked if everything was okay and had a right laugh with me and my partner. Food was yummy, and quickly served. 10/10 service, thanks a bunch!!

First time here tonight, Cannot complain at all. A perfect birthday meal. Our server, Jordan, was very helpful and enthusiastic about serving me and my gluten free Girlfriend who he catered to and ensured everything was perfect. 10/10 restaurant. Would highly recommend.

Lee was the perfect host, not overbearing but there when we needed him. A good sense of humour and very friendly. We usually eat at the Saint Anne's restaurant but I think we will be back here again soon.

'Thanks' for your reply (now deleted) but I actually ate with you 18 months ago, in 2018. I only gave you a score in the first place because I got sick of Google needling me for information about my visit. I didn't originally include a review of my experience as I'm not into "slagging businesses off", as you so sweetly and delicately put it. However, if you would like the feedback.. There was a large group of us dining to celebrate a special birthday. Most of us ordered steaks. All rare apart from my medium rare.. but when they arrived, many of the rare steaks were better cooked than mine. It was the rarest steak on our tables, and as I far as I'm concerned inedible. The server was apologetic and offered to ask the chef to put it back on the heat, but I didn't feel comfortable with that and asked her to just take it off the bill. If a steak restaurant is happy to employ chefs who don't know the difference between hot and cooked, then there are issues. Needless to say, I haven't stepped foot in a Miller & Carter since. Which is a shame as an earlier meal I'd had at the restaurant on Blackpool Road North was lovely, faultless. I'm sure the lockdown must be very, very difficult for most businesses. I wish you all the best for your future.
