one chicken was dry. to top it off I were not given the sauce I paid for. another chicken was so full of bones that it was partly not edible. no cleaning, disgusting table. the ordering on the ground floor was total chaos, the area really packed with customers waiting, because it took forever to receive your order. not coming back.

Came to this store for dinner recently. Staff were unhelpful and couldn’t understand any English. There were no staff serving at the tills and if you stood there you’d be ignored. The delivery drivers for Deliveroo etc would stand right at the front making the staff sort the orders before any one else. And when trying to get any sauces they wouldn’t make space for you to get any. When our number was called after 25 minutes of waiting! the staff had missed all 4 of our drinks along with our chosen dips and when we asked they went to give us the wrong drinks (kids fruit shoots instead of Robinsons squash). When asking for the dips the staff member couldn’t understand what Mayo dip was and had been packing our chicken boxes with no gloves or hairnet/ beard net. I would advise to stay clear of this store as staff are rude and inadequate of communicating with customers.

Var innom her for en liten snack. Vanlig priser og god mat. De ansatte vasket bordene fortløpende. Noe lang ventetid pga mye trafikk. Litt lite bordplass, men det lille lokale begrenser mulighetene.

I ordered food and I was charged and no food came. Still waiting for my money. I do not recommend smh

Since a change in staff this branch of KFC has gone down hill. They no longer like serving you at the tills, they just ignore you until you give up. When you complain to a manager he says maybe the tills aren’t working( maybe his staff should of said). Also the laughed about this incident whilst chatting in their own language. Shan’t return. I also agree the place just looks dirty.

Waited ages for food and then incorrect - and staff don't want to know when you complain. How Westminster council haven't visited this place - stay clear...

This branch never honour any promo KFC run...last promo was for 20 wings for £ 5.99, I went 4 times during the promo and was told they ran out of wings! When I tried to order 5 of 3 piece chicken piece wings they miraculously had it in stock!!! Terrible!!! Needless to say I'd rather go to another branch than waste my time here and as per other review this branch is filthy!!! No once cleans the tables and floors!!!

Service was slow, food cold and tasteless and the toilets where vile. We visited early in the day so the toilets where obviously dirty from the day before (if not DAYS before)

Love this place !! The best chicken in the whole of London. I would definitely recommend coming here

Women which was taking the order has got horrible attitude to the costumers her name was Aminata. Smelly toilets with the flies which I will not recommend to worst enemy and the food was lacking the flavour specially the corn discussing not worth the money which we spend over there. Horrible experience stay away from that place.

They mostly get your order wrong, and consistently sell you menu items they don`t have. The staff look stressed out (most likely because they get yelled at a lot). The place also smells of sewage, since the toilet seems to be clogged permanently. I love KFC, just not this branch.

Had some side breasts, they were good, chicken cleaned well and fried well. Service was good as well.

It was my first time at this particular branch. The KFC food was cooked well and served hot which can be lacking in other branches. It was fairly busy when I went but fortunately the service was relatively rapid.

I really fancied a KFC that day in London and we walked all the way from Leicester Square looking for this one. We struggled to get a seat as the place is very small. Someone else joined us on our table, taking away our privacy. The chicken was average I suppose. Service is bad. I would definitely not go there again. Hope this is helpful.

Horrible cashier Aminata. Horrible oily food. Cleaner was brushing the floor while we were eating. Avoid this place and save your money!!!

The place is too small. I hate queueing there. Just a place to grab and go, I guess. In London, I prefer non-franchise fried chicken place.

Por lo general, no me gusta hacer comentarios negativos, pero ahora tengo que salir de esta sucursal muchas veces debido al mal servicio al cliente, por lo que simplemente dejaré de usar cualquier KFC. This KFC restaurant is now the worst ever place I came across. I was there Sunday and I was shocked. The toilets were absolutely revolting, honestly! There was urine all over the floor.The stairs dirty and slippery (???) There were members of the staff free that could at least keep toilets clean.Regarding the eating area, I couldn't make up my mind which table to choose because none was clean.

Estuve allí hoy a las 3 p. M., Ordené y pagué, pero me dieron todo el problema. ¡Tengo que volver a la fila otra vez! ¡No pueden reembolsar porque no lo hacen y el gerente no estaba allí! Lo reemplazaron y tengo que volver a poner las alas calientes, pagué y esperé mientras mi hijo estaba gritando en su carrito porque ya esperaban tanto tiempo, me dijeron que ya no había alas calientes y que tenía que esperar otros 5 minutos, luego Dijo que habían pasado 5 minutos y ella comprobó que no estaba lista y que tenía que esperar otros 5 minutos, le dije que NO, mi hijo ya estaba angustiado, pidió un reembolso que no pueden hacer los tres, nadie sabe cómo hacerlo ¡la cola estaba recibiendo clientes largos y enojados! Así que dije justo en el recibo y volveré a reclamarlo, ¡tres de ellos se señalarán quién es el nombre para anotarlo en el recibo! ¡CAMINÉ PORQUE YA QUISIRA GRITARLOS! ! ! !

Tienen 3 cajas y sólo uno sirve 1 está preparando la comida y un hombre es simplemente pasar a la caja y charlando. Esperé 5 minutos y aun no ofrece su servicio. no importa si estás en una prisa o hambre. e incluso no importa si el clientes dejar sus instalaciones.

Pedí un trozo de pechuga, recibí la comida de caja y le pregunté si me había puesto la pieza de la pechuga como le pedí y me dijo "no sé, echa un vistazo". Dije que acabas de hacerlo hace 2 segundos. él es muy agresivo y para ser honesto, el servicio es una broma y no pueden hacer frente.

Good location in central London, right on Tottenham Court Road, so location is spot on, its a usual KFC outlet, small but functional, the thing thats lets it down is there is always a shortage of staff keeping the public areas clean and tidy. Ok people should clean up after themselves but most people are just plain LAZY, however there is no excuse that staff should expect incoming persons to clean up, solution GET MORE STAFF.

当たり前ですが日本と同じチキンの味が懐かしく美味しかったです。ポテトも揚げたてさくさくでした。店内も明るく清潔でした。

De wc zijn smerig, de tafels worden niet gepoetst, etensresten op de grond, vuilnis bakken worden tijdens het eten voor het raam buiten gezet! Geen reclame voor KFC!!! Heb dit nog nooit meegemaakt in een KFC!!!

Sono stato a pranzo presso questo KFC durante il mio soggiorno a Londra. Il locale è molto piccolo e si riempie facilmente. Passando al punto dolente del posto: il servizio. Arrivato il momento dell'ordinazione, siamo stati serviti da una cassiera annoiata e stufa , la quale parlava , inoltre, a voce bassissima. Anche la pulizia non è il top , i tavoli non vengono subito puliti per darlo agli altri clienti, ma te li devi pulire da solo! Unica nota positiva è il cibo , come al solito il KFC è sempre squisito.

Aunque la comida es la típica KFC, este lugar es 9 de 10 veces, muy sucio, sucio y antihigiénicos.

倫敦的KFC和麥當勞真的不能比，店數沒有很多，要花時間找一下。想吃炸雞所以來到這裡，就在地鐵站出口，蠻好找。可以看的出來生意很好，但店面真的蠻小的，廁所甚至得到地下室的員工辦公室外面。炸雞就是一般外國人喜歡的原味，對於習慣辣味裹粉很多的亞洲人可能不習慣。但我反而喜歡這種簡單的美味，此外kfc三不五時會推出辣味炸雞，其實也不錯。

在倫敦常遇到麥當勞跟潛艇堡偶而也是會看到漢堡王但是肯德基相對不多只是炸機炸得有點過油, 這點倒是糟糕了些

Questo punto vendita (uno dei tanti presenti a Londra) è un pó ristretto e piccolo rispetto ad altri. Offre pietanze molto buone a basso costo. Ho mangiato cosce, palline di petto di pollo e patatine, ovviamente tutto fritto come da tradizione. Consiglio per un pranzo veloce durante il vostro soggiorno!

I love KFC but this is a very small restaurant and gets very busy and messy fast as you can imagine.Plus point is sells halal meat so I'm happy. I wish staff would be more ahead of the cleanliness

Cant believe im writing this but this KFC is absolutely filthy. When you walk through the door there is an instant gush of greasy tramps armpit smell in the air, try holding your breath while in the long cues. See how long you can last in there. Good luck.

Occasionally popping for a meal and it is always good. Hot quick food and good service. How can you go wrong?

I tend not to leave negative reviews regarding the servers as I understand they work under immense pressure. I happened to forget my specs today and was a bit unsure about what I was ordering off the menu. The person at the counter was loud, demeaning, unhelpful and rude. I might have still excused his behaviour if it was the rush hour and I was holding up the line but there were just two girls behind me, still deciding on what to order. The food was okay as every other KFC and the order was fulfilled fast enough (different person served the food). All I ask is that the person at the counter learn how to deal with a customer who did no raise their voice or was in anyway rude to them.

Garbage everywere. Unfriendly with everybody "indian"guy serving there on the 1st of march 017 evening. Food tasty. We do not. recommend

After queuing for over half an hour (with only one of four tills open) I got to place my orderI then spent another ten minutes waiting for my food which came up luke warm at best with no ice for my drink Staff weren't telly interested and the restaurant was a mess I understand it's just cheap fried food but I'd expect a lot better from sick a bit company

Waited almost 30 mins for my food, quiet when I arrived, queue to the door when I left purely down to the staff not having any urgency. I'm surprised the manager didnt check the pulse of the girl putting the orders together. He was running around trying to help, but only likely to be giving himself a heart attack as no one else even cared. Worst experience I've ever had in a KFC

This is one of the halal certified eating places near Goodge Street station where we stayed. The place is quite small for dine in and we opted to take away. Queue do get long and service can be slow but it is after all a fast food place, minimal expectation here. I understand that they do charge for plastic bags but if you take away the drinks, it's kind of hard to carry it by hand right?

Slow unfriendly disorganised service, cold food, dirty restaurant. Just avoid at all costs. The worse branch of KFC ever - will put me off KFC for life

I had the opportunity to visit two KFC's in the space of a week, the one in Tottenham Court Road in London and another near Dam Square in Amsterdam. KFC is not my normal place but I had a friend over from Cuba who has a passion for the secret recipe that coats the chicken pieces (interestingly published in today's Times newspaper, having recently been discovered in some old family documents, so not a secret any more). The British KFC has tried to change its image with graphs and décor that are fresh and suggest KFC as a lifestyle choice, rather than just food. The Dutch KFC is closer to its traditional image and seemed to be more honest. In both, the food tasted the same, the chicken had the same coating, the chips were the same as in any fast food restaurant, soon going cold and inedible. The difference was cleanliness. The Dutch KCF was impeccable, with tables cleared continually. The London one had rubbish overflowing from the bin and a main central table covered in the debris of previous meals. Perhaps it was because it was lunchtime and all hands were needed behind the counter, but it took a good 15 minutes before the debris was cleared and the place looked like it should. .

I've had a bad experience from this KFC branch in the past. I came back again because I work in the area and the next nearest branch in The Plaza had closed down. The next time came I back, the service was a little quicker, but they forgot my coleslaw. Granted I should have checked my bag before leaving, but I had already wait a while so had to get back to the office and didn't realise until I was at my desk. The following visit wasn't much better. The wait for long again, and this time they forgot to add my order of hot wings, so I arrived back at my desk with no hot wings. The last time I visited, they got all my items correct but the wait was horrendous. There was a girl in front of the queue waiting and complaining that they had forgotten about her. One customer waited almost 10 minutes for a small popcorn chicken when it was ready in the heater. I had to wait about 5-10 minutes for my 2 piece meal.

Never have Chicken breast for the bargain buckets and the pieces of chicken just get smaller and smaller

Picked a box of six chicken pieces, four fries and free drink. When we got them back to where we were staying - 2 mins away found the chips luke warm and no drink, chicken was good. Did not go back to complain as it was raining and couldent be bothered over a few bags of luke warm chips. Would not use again.

The service is very slow - the staff doesn't seem to care that you're waiting to order and were standing around with no urgency, while the queue was almost reaching the door. After I ordered, the staff who took my order FORGOT I was waiting for my food and proceeded to take the next order. I had to remind him that I was waiting for my chicken and fries. The chicken was overcooked and a bit dry. The batter was darker than usual which is a sign of being in the fryer for a bit too long.

One of the most confusing menus yet seen. Many accents from both sides of the counter make this a challenge to order.

The worst KFC u could probably visit! Dirty, very slow service & rude personnel. The only polite & hard working is the girl cleaning the tables 2/10

If you follow my blogs, you will spot I don't do junk, don't like junk and this restaurant just reinforces all my prejudices. The service was slow, poorly organised, the chicken over cooked, over seasoned, the fries appalling (any McDonalds do them better) and no sauces offered in my Mega Box meal. The bin was practically overflowing and I dare not look around any further. I haven't visited a KFC IN 3 years. It will be another 5 before I am tempted to return. Truly dreadful, although at a price point of £3.99, I suppose good value for those that like junk. Sorry Colonel, but you are just not up to it in my opinion.

Frango frito é gostoso sempre e melhor ainda se for em Londres, então pode saborear, o preço é bom e tem algumas porções bem servidas.

A galinha frita mais saborosa que comi em toda minha vida! Além de um preço justo a comida é deliciosa e os pratos fartos!

I like KFC - mainly because of the portion size and its good if you are craving fried chicken!The tables and chairs and flooring can be greasy and filthy which is what happened when I went once. My friend almost slipped over because the flooring was bad - although that might be her shoes!!!£5 for drink, chips, sauces, chicken!
