Went to this bar after a trip to ZSL hoping to watch the England game. It was only being shown downstairs. All tables reserved. 5 screens upstairs, 2 showing the SAME American college football game, one showing cricket, one showing Serbia vs Spain basketball, and one showing two obscure teams playing football.Rude bar staff and so expensive! So we got an Uber to Belushi in Camden High St. Cheaper drinks and at least an atmosphere!!!

Visited this sports bar to watch the lunchtime footy kick off. One of our group reserved a table, which was great. We sat right at the front of the big screen on comfy but worn sofas. Good atmosphere with other screens showing various other sporting fixtures. Imagine on a busy day can get very tight in there as not the biggest of venues. Drinks pretty pricey as well.

Was in London for vacation and couldn't stand to miss the F1 race. After trying to find who was showing the race, we found Jetlag. Staying off of Russell square, we walked the mile to the bar and honestly had a great time. We shared an appetizer and had some drinks. Food was good. Asahi on draft was nice to see and ice cold. The bar had several screens to choose from and it was nice to watch the race with other F1 enthusiasts. I highly recommend it. The only reason I didn't give this an excellent rating is due to the projection television being a bit tired and dark. All the flat screens around we relatively new and crystal clear. Good place.

Asked for a pint of Soda water and lime which ranges from 55pence to around £1.20 across all the pubs I go to but was charged £2.50 so more than double. Bit steep but thought best get another drink during the second half of footie so asked for same again but barlady pointed out I could get a sparkling water cheaper. So said thanks will go for that instead then she goes and gets a bottle and asks for £3. Excuse me but how is £3 cheaper than £2.50 I asked but she pointed out that its almost twice the size so by ratio its cheaper. Bizzarre!?

We wanted to watch a game of football this Sunday and decided to try a "new" place instead of the ones we usually visit when in London. I had just downloaded an app on my iPhone called Matchpint, where Jetlag were one of the places the app recommended. We went there by taxi as it was located a bit "off" and came to what we thought was a small, tiny pub. We were thinking about leaving since we wanted to find a big screen, but after being told by the staff that a lounge would open as soon as more staff came in, we decided to stay. Approx 15 mins before the game, we went downstairs and found a lounge with a nice, big screen. After being here for a while, we slowly started to like the place more and more. Staff were friendly, they took their time to have a little chat, and a good variety of beers were available for us to buy. We were not planning on drinking this Sunday, but we had to taste a few of the beers after the game and we never looked back. Hours went, beers went down and we had a great evening. I'm not surprised if we visit Jetlag again on our next visit to London. We discussed our visit between each other when we went home to Norway and we all agreed that this place would be huge if they had a better location. They should relocate! What about Soho? ;-)

I was looking for a pub venue which served food and was showing the England v Wales six nations rugby match. It was client business thing so ideally somewhere with a touch of class or a bit different. The photos on the website do not reflect the venue, well certainly not the area we were in. We arrived around 6.30. Bouncer on door who was pleasant and showed us to our table. It was just as well one of our guests had to cancel at the last minute as there is no way 6 of us would have got round the table reserved, was tiny and also comprised of mis matched furniture. We ordered food, can't really complain about the standard as it is just pub grub however our mini burgers were not cooked through. To be fair the bar staff did a great job all night as the place was packed out but you never waited more than a couple of mins at the bar.

Supposed to be a sports bar, it has the look, sofa's TV's, burgers and wings, but it stops there.Booked a table for American Football NFL-Giants/49'ers.Arrived early, asked what screen the game would be on, ordered food/beers, 6pm, kickoff and the game was not displayed, 30 minutes later and one touch down, the idiot manager said they could not show the game. Meanwhile, the other patrons (also expats) were waiting for their games to be tuned to the screens where they had sat to watch.Everyone was frustrated, the manager seemed useless.Don't go here, the beer is expensive (which would be ok if the games were one), the food is average and the service is dreadful.Question: Why were the screens/TV's not tuned to the correct station (can you say pre-game show) before kick-off?If this had been a Chelsea or ManU match, there would have been a major incident.

Do not go to this sports bar thinking that whatever game you want to see will actually be shown.Went to the Jetlag bar to catch some Sunday NFL games (one in particular). Called ahead to check that the games would be showing. Once we arrived it became clearer as we got closer and closer to kickoff that the staff had little, if no, interest in making sure our game would be shown. After kick-off (and with still no game on TV) it became obvious there was a problem. We asked what was happening and wether the game would be shown. A very lacklustre response from the staff. Well into the game and there was still no visible sign that anything was being done to get the game on the screen. Asked again about progress....clearly no direction or focus. No attempt to apologize or show sympathy to those who had gone out of their way to get to the bar to see the game. This is a very bad venue and a crappy sports bar. Do NOT go. If you have a game that you really want to see, there is not guarantee it will be shown here. Even if you have assurances beforehand.

I watched the Singapore GP yesterday, I arrived and was greeted by a friendly member of staff who gave me all required information for me to decide in which room to watch in a concise sentence, upstairs they had a TV showing it and another showing football at the same time in the same room, downstairs was reserved just for F1, they had a large projector screen in the middle of the room (which was not great quality and the picture was a little too dark) and a circa 50"-55"screen in the corner. I arrived 10 min before the start and it was quite busy, I found a place to stand near the TV screen in the corner leaning against a pole, the picture was good and the atmosphere was enjoyable, the room could do with better ventilation though. If you book a table downstairs I would suggest you ask for one near the TV not the screen. I didn't eat there but it seemed that people were enjoying the food.

On the plus side, they get a good crowd for Australian football, the food's good ("Spanish" burger is huge), staff were good and they're cleaner than the typical sports bunker (the faint chlorine smell explained why), however, the low ceilings mean poor sightlines to the screen and the wifi didn't seem to work downstairs. And it's generally a cruddy sports bunker. So go only if you have to.

This is a fantastic sports bar/restaurant. Upstairs there were three different games (champions League and German) being shown at one time while we ate/drank at our table. This created a great atmosphere were different groups could watch their game and each other's without getting in each others way. It's quite compact so I imagine getting in early is advisable. Downstairs is a big screen "cave" like an cinema with tables, it looked amazing. The food was nice gastro pub style and decent London prices. Got here to watch the Sochi 2014 Canada-Finland ice hockey match with some friends, about 45 min before the game was due to start. With minutes to face off, there was no sign of the staff getting the screens ready to actually watch the game. Even as the game started, no one made an attempt to put the appropriate channel on (although they had specifically advertised to be one of the few pubs in London showing the game today!!) so we missed the first 10 minutes of the game. Once they actually managed to get the game on two of the screens, it was an awful BBC web stream with no sound, but rather Italian commentary from another programme at full blast in the background! After the first period they got the sound sorted, but the picture was still awful and would freeze from time to time. For the last 5 minutes of the game they figured out they could use the BBC red button so that we could actually watch the game in proper picture quality and sound. Needless to say however that it would've been much smarter to stay at home to watch the game: the beer would've been cheaper and we wouldn't have had to put up with the absolutely rubbish quality of the picture and sound through the entire game.

Staff only began telling people of this change when the football match was on and everyone assumed this was a joke. We then asked why and the staff just said "It was done due to scheduling purposes", practically no-one brought any beers once the channel was changed and we were left to watch the game on a 40" screen in one of the corners. We arrived at 1:30pm having booked a table for 1:30pm. The barman said he'd given the table away, because we should have arrived at 1pm. He then produced a list of bookings, with mine clearly at 1:30pm, and still tried to pin the blame on me for not turning up an hour earlier. An apology would have sufficed. None came.I ordered a beer - a Paulaner. They were out, but recommended an Asahi, claiming the two were very similar. They are not. Another barman rolled his eyes at me. Later on, rather than clear the glasses and plates at the table, the barman tried to order the party to place the plates on his hands, and got stroppy with customers who didn't do it exactly as instructed. We ordered nachos and a hamburger. Hard to screw up, but the hamburger was reconstituted toenail and rectal muscle, while the nachos were dressed with the most desultory cheese and sour cream dressing. All in all, I have to say you should avoid this place, unless you like accepting the blame for the company's avarice, arguing with the staff, drinking overpriced booze and eating terrible food.

The 1hr+ travel from my home, no matter what time the races are! have been absolutely worth it.I decided to write this review as a way of showing my appreciation for the bar. I watched the Hungary GP locally to me due to other commitments and as a result was unable to attend Jetlag. It was at this moment I truly respected and appreciated the Jetlag and their staff. I will in future stick to Jetlag. The staff truly add to the F1 viewing experience. They are friendly, helpful and very attentive. Quite often I have not needed to get up and walk to the bar for a refill. They are so astute they offer to get a drink for you.The whole F1 experience is not just the large screen and booming sound. It's the little touches such as offering a food menu reflecting on the country that is holding the race. Super detail like that just shows how much they proactively get involved with the sport and how much they care for their customers interest. In fact, you don't need to be an F1 fan, I truly recommend going to this bar/restaurant anyway. I guarantee you'll be pleasantly surprised.Thank you to all at the Jetlag Bar.

We finally settled on an order of chips and waited over 30 minutes. When we asked the staff what was taking so long we were again told "I don't know."

While in London my husband wanted to watch a football match, and after some searching we decided to journey across to Jetlag, and we glad we had. Someone has spent a lot of money and gone to a lot of effort to make every aspect of this bar the perfect venue to watch sports. It was so clean and well kept it still looked brand new throughout. There were small screens up on the ground floor bar area, and one huge projector screen downstairs in the converted basement 'lounge'. We watched the game downstairs, laying back on the comfy sofas, it had great sound and low level lighting. Such an interesting menu with dishes from all around the world, and the food was good and nicely presented. The guy behind the basement bar was so attentive and friendly (made me wonder if he was the owner) going round refilling drinks and keeping everywhere clean and tidy. The bathrooms had been fitted out with funky sloped sinks and taps that looked like space rockets! Only one shortcoming was that despite wearing my coat I found the place a bit cold, although as everyone else wearing just their team t-shirts perhaps it was just me! If we were in the area, we would definitely return to watch a match.

Good dining choice in Bloomsbury, especially for students. Located in Brunswick square and close to many universities nearby. This place offers halal chicken options, refill for sodas and a student discount. We enjoyed our chicken burgers with skinny fries.

Been coming here pretty much every week for a meal, sometimes breakfast sometimes dinner and I love it. Food is what you can expect for a decent home cooked meal at a reasonable price. Eat here :)
