Rude service. The staff behind the counter attacked me rudely, telling me not to come here anymore. Just because I was enquiring about mayo Another staff the young girl involved and started accusing me and abusing me. Customer service nowadays has gone down badly. Won't recommend this place and their service. Dear Macdonald teach your staff how to behave with customers! I believe I and my husband should be refunded after the service we received. Joke!

The Indian manager's behavior was very bad, I had to wait 17/18 minutes for my food, he was not apologetic about making me wait.

The food was absolutely awful — the wrap was the worst I’ve ever had, fries were cold, and the cheese bites came in broken pieces. On top of that, the atmosphere was uncomfortable. A group at the next table was behaving in a very antisocial way, and when I asked a staff member for help, they did nothing about it. Extremely disappointing. I will definitely not be returning.

I think McDonald's is McDonald's where ever you go but have to comment on the man that was cleaning. We accidentally made a mess with a spilt drink and he was very polite and quick to clean up. In fact the place seemed very clean and tidy. I think people generally over look what a good job cleaners do. Keep up the good work.

Despite the burgers being delicious, I was honored to discover a huge puddle of vomit at the entrance to the store. I also saw a customer taking mint snus, she was 13 years old

Walked in to this McDonald's, it's 7.30am n the smell of poo is very strong , have few homeless guys, I can understand why. Instead of eating in , had to get taken away. The stench of poo made me physical sick.

Every single time I order Something is missing! Today apple juice for my child. The other day sauces and fries. Is it hard to go down a list and check everything is in there? So many comments say the same thing but us idiots keep trying! lol

I saw the driver from my window walking up and down the road when all the other drivers know exactly where to go.

I am shocked by the women who delivered my food, she was rude and obnoxious. She refused to bring the food up to me had an operation and couldn’t come. I’m up the stairs and she left the food on the stairs by the time I went to go and get the food was just come out of an operation and went all the way downstairs to collect it to find it was not there.

I usually have no problem coming here sometimes for a short break and an affordable meal, but this is regarding my latest visit on Sunday 27/4. I got a warp, service was quick and efficient, food was good. Space was clean and seating was plenty. As I was finishing my food, a member of staff came to me to ask how the food was. I replied that it was fine and service was good. Then the woman asked me to leave a review on McDonald’s website. I had no problem writing a review, but it puzzled me that she kept receipts of peoples orders. This woman instructed me to enter the code on one of the recipes that was not mine just to write a review. I did as told while she stood next to my table and watched me complete the review. She wanted me to put every question first rating and she even asked me to write her name in the free-text part of the feedback??? I don’t know her, she had never served me my entire visit, so I declined to write a compliment mentioning her name. Later on I saw her going around other tables to ask for feedback. She even typed things on her phone, which I think she was writing a review for the place and for herself. I found it unpleasant and uncomfortable to be asked to write a review in this way. I don’t know what is the purpose of this action, but it put me off from wanting to visit this place. I left the place quietly and quickly after this encounter, I did not want to make a scene or say anything to prolong my stay in there further. To me, it’s no longer a place I’m comfortable to have a meal.

Personally, I found the service impeccable, even when the machine didn't give us the receipt and I didn't notice the order number, at rush hour the person in charge did everything possible to find our order, and in that area, for those who know it, the movement is impressive, thank you very much for everything and especially for your attention.

The food is great and all, but the service is a absolute disaster. It shows your order as "Ready to collect", despite them not even having started to prepare it. After about fifteen to thirty extra minutes the order is ready and the staff don't even give you your selected sauces, straws or napkins.

Ordered food today online strawberry milkshake has some black brown stuff at bottom of cup I ordered this at around 11.30am 9th April 2025 don't no if cup dirty or milkshake machine has a problem leaving black stuff in cup. Definitely will not be ordering from camden macdonalds agian. Decusting

They forgot my 2 sauces for my chicken selects come on what is this it was my sweet chilli dip and and sour and chive dip I am very disappointed

I went to the bathroom and when I came back my menu was put aside. When I came back I asked them to give it to me and they passed me by. The second time the saleswoman started laughing at me and did so two more times. Finally I went to another saleswoman and she told me to calm down and gave me the bag in an offensive and aggressive manner. He just missed pouring the ketchup over my head. In addition, the other menus in my group were missing products and when it came time to complain they brought us the wrong things. To top it all off, the burgers were cold. I recommend going to a Burger King rather than this place.

i like the chicken nuggets. the food took way too long though. i ordered an ice cream milkshake and when it came it was melted.😐😐

For a late night visit in Camden this McDonald's was without drama and provided good Big Macs with a place to sit and enjoy.

Trendy place, good food as always, very friendly and attentive staff, tables were a bit sticky in places.

Always mess my order up and never pack straws for the drinks.

Getting the right food at this branch is hopeless. Five time in last 2 months i have been given the wrong items. Luckily i check before leaving now. Today was the worse yet i was given no cheeseburger, a big mac rather than a quarter pounder with cheese and 4 and 6 chicken nuggets rather than just 4.

Extremely busy on a half term week during lunchtime...service was extremely slow...waited 20mins for our order! I have noticed that vegetarian orders don't get delivered on time....non veg orders were coming out quicker for customers who had ordered after us. Mc Donald's you really need to sort it out!

The manger should in the meal time, you need more staffs. Just for a wrap of day, I had to wait 15 min in the queue.

I was missing a portion of nuggets for my daughter so 3 out of 4 had a complete meal. The food was cold and served in the same bag as the beverages obviously cooling the food. I spent close to 40 quid on a terrible meal which is usually good.

The food in Mcdonalds here have dipped a bit over the years. My main concern is the number or homeless and beggars that come in to annoy customers and sleep on the tables. It really isn't a good sight for paying customers.

Order was cold, chips thrown at the bottom of the bag out of there packet. Order burger with no pickles and they had just opened a burger took one pickle out and left the other in there and labels it with no pickle. My child can’t eat pickles

We picked this mcdonalds because it said it would take 15-25 minutes, it took well over an hour. Delivery driver was speedy upon collection but the delays at the restaurant were mad considering it was a relatively simple order.

All the tables on the second floor are dirty. We cleaned the table ourselves, wiped it down, and sat down to eat. Halfway through our food, they came and told us to vacate the second floor and go downstairs. Damn, put a note until what time you can go to the second floor or don’t let new people in at a certain time. The second floor was closed, so there was only one toilet left for the disabled on the first floor, which did not work... The first floor is also a bit dirty.
