Slow service but food ok and nice atmosphere

always food is cold u need to heat it up in microwave

Super busy in the weekends, sometimes the machines don't give you a receipt and it's hard to retrieve your order in case you haven't seen the order number.

I ordered a hamburger and fries. I received two apple pies and fries.

So freshly cooked one of the best I’ve had

Waited ages for food to be delivered and it was cold

The food has come freezing cold the driver was driving around to other places and then the food come in a plastic bag the driver needs to have a word with I pay for food and it comes cold and she said she’s new she didn’t know what she was doing now I’ve had to throw the food away because it’s not even warm to eat is there anything u can help me with because it’s just joke the food comes in a plastic bag not a thermal bag to keep it warm

Rude lady cleaning, told me I can’t sit on the only free seats as she was cleaning, I then waited only to hear her tut at me like I’m in the wrong for waiting for a seat, she had actually finished her cleaning but l waited while she got some tissues and watched her wipe the under of the 2 seats, pointless! and then just tut’d again at me and walked off 🤷‍♂️ Not a great way to treat paying customers and the food was really crap too, discussing. Wouldn’t recommend anyone going here, Wendy’s is just down the road and and food and customer service is spot on👌

just is awful! on every level! I my order arrived soaked in coke becasue the driver dropped my order! I asked for a refund and was refused it and given credit instead.

My Delivery No was 9188. They told me it was delivered when I didn't receive my order.

The drink spilt in the bag and soaked the fries and burger. I had to throw it all away because the meal was ruined . This is the 3rd time this has happened to me I’m losing money every time I order and is starting to aggravate me.

the food came to me very quickly, I ordered the big Mac meal and it was delicious. The problem is that the portion sizes are very small and when I eat I don't feel full unlike the other restaurants.

Lovely clean and recently refurbished place. Food was lovely and fresh and staff were pleasant.

The delivery driver was absoloutely amazing he went above and beyond with packaging to try get my ice cream cold!!! Super friendly I’ve had bad past experience with drivers but he was great!!!

Busy busy busy you trip over people and other dirt. Otherwise just a McDonald's with the standard menu and over confused employees and an arrogant attitude like you would expect from McDonald's. Try to make as little contact as possible by using the machines

They are very nice, they give you a drink if you take a survey giving them the maximum score for all the questions.

The worst McDonald's I've eaten at in Italy, France and Switzerland. Let's get started They didn't want to give me my order because I didn't have the receipt (how can I get it if the machine doesn't have paper?). Not even showing the receipt of the payment made a few minutes before. Luckily then the other girl understood the situation and gave me my order. Okay be sure, but at least read my receipt. Food The worst Mc's I've ever eaten at. And with that I said it all

I waited an hour ehen it said 10/20 mins then it was absolutely freezing ehen camden on a bike is 5 mins away. I hsd to throw way the chips. It was so poor

Questionable is how I can describe it literally 5 minutes after I walked in the shop there was a small alarm that went off and there was this lady who said to some people upstairs on AN INTERCOM "leave or ill call the police" in all honesty i do not know why an alarm was sounded.I mean WE GOT LEGS WALKKK!the people then proceeded to leave. Shortly After that there was another lady who kept on calling out a number but due to her accent i didnt understand it was my number so after 15 min i said how long till my order she then told me that it had allready been called told me to pay attention then walks off then some other staff member got me my food. IT WAS HECTIC!

Just recieved my orde rfor 4 of us in my house and all iv recieved is drinks thats it no food at all driver trying to tell me someoen else will bring the food but nope he has full receipt asked driver why he never checked receipt he said he dont need

One of the worst of McDonald’s restaurants around. Food is cold even when eating in. Do not get a delivery as it will be dry, cold and mostly missing. No way this restaurant can make so many mistakes and it’s not on purpose. They will steal your money. McDonald’s and Uber I’ll blame each other until you give up.

Ordered a Mcplant and was given meat! As a vegetarian I don’t tend to visit fast food burger restaurants but as I had little time before work I thought I’d pop in. After using a self service machine, my order came faster then I was expecting which I was sceptical of and double checked the order. I took one bite and instantly knew this was meat. After taking it back and asking if this was definitely the Mcplant, my food was taken and simply replaced with no apologies or admittance of error. After the manger returned I asked “so what was that?” He replied “ughhh that was just an old one” so not only did one I receive meat, 2 have old food but also lied straight to my face. If I was wasn’t already running late I would have like to speak with someone else to make sure these things are taken more seriously. In conclusion, I understand mistakes can happen and that I am knowingly eating in a heavy meat styled restaurant but the service is unacceptable

Food was great. The staff were friendly even though it was a big order. They missed off a kids chicken nuggets but were more than happy to correct the issue quickly.

They left out 4 of my nuggets and gave me no sauces the food was dry and cold

forgot my garlic dippers and no sauce

The service was great and food was tasty and they had my favourite drink.

came here with friends. one of our party ordered a mcplant meal as a vegetarian, and was served a big mac. they politely sent the burger back and said they ordered a mcplant, but was received with hostility from the woman working on the till and a supervisor. the order was confirmed multiple times by this lady as a mcplant, but the hostility of the servers were distressing and very unprofessional. not coming back if this is how they treat people when they make mistakes with dietary requirements.

this McDonald's is a joke, there was no breading in the chicken wrap, the receipt printers don't work and the staff says that "they have too many problems today" the manager gives minus signs to everyone and the manager just keeps apologizing and giving paid orders. it was dirty in the toilet, so instead of cleaning it, the toilet was closed. dark-skinned people steal other people's orders and I don't know what's going on here, but I don't recommend it

They didn’t other any sauces and my chips came hard and bitter they forgot the straw but on the good side the rap was good and flavoursome I jus wished that they fixed the texture of the chips and didn’t forget my straw I love macdonalds but it was jus not it this time and I paid 10.99p including delivery fees and didn’t get the quality I wanted for the future I won’t be ordering and I will jus go to collect myself to give feedback and the packing of the food was messy.

It was not good the drinks came all over the bag it poured all over my floor by the door and the food was extremely cold once it arrived. I would like a refund back please. The delivery man also wrote a complaint

So this place is really REALLY mixed. The staff that were there, mostly staff who were cleaning, were LOVELY. BUT. This place caused me nothing but trouble. I ordered a simple meal, a 6 chicken nugget and chips meal with a fanta. Sound fine. But somehow, God knows how, my order said I ordered a "melon bag". I DIDNT EVEN KNOW THEY DID MELON BAGS ?? my friend was with me too, and we selected our items slowly incase we misclicked so I have NO IDEA what happened. But even when I got my order, we got a cucumber bag instead ? Very confusing. Oh and I shouldn't forget I got food poisoning from here too :) only place I could have gotten it from as I hadn't eaten anywhere else, except for a small prepackaged bun for lunch. So yep ! Avoid. If you're ordering take away, order from literally anywhere else. If you're eating in, just go a few roads down to the Camden Market food stalls, much better value for money.

The people employed at this establishment have on multiple occasion got my order completely wrong. I do believe glasses or a magnifying glass are needed by the individual/s prepping the food. Without fail, every time I order, something's wrong.

Service was slow and not coordinated, food came after all the "take away" orders were ready and the food was cold and only some of it was really warm, the environment wasn't exactly pleasant either, most of the tables were dirty or occupied by people who were loud and didn't do anything ordered food. I really don't recommend coming here as a tourist.
