Mcdonald's Restaurants in Camden

Food was bussin, music was better than Koko and The Camden.

I ordered just some chips and they didn’t appear on the waiting screen, I asked the staff and they assured me they would be coming soon however I have been waiting 15 minutes and still no sign, definitely not fast food.

Great food, nice and quick. One point to say is that queue can get quite long

Extremely busy on a half term week during lunchtime...service was extremely slow...waited 20mins for our order! I have noticed that vegetarian orders don't get delivered on time....non veg orders were coming out quicker for customers who had ordered after us. Mc Donald's you really need to sort it out!

The manger should in the meal time, you need more staffs. Just for a wrap of day, I had to wait 15 min in the queue.

Friendly staff, dirty tables. But to expect from a such location…. Not blaming the staff

Good during off-peak times but when this place is busy, it is REALLY busy!

The food in Mcdonalds here have dipped a bit over the years. My main concern is the number or homeless and beggars that come in to annoy customers and sleep on the tables. It really isn't a good sight for paying customers.

My kid yet again is crying as no happy meal delivered. He won’t eat any other stuff. also I only got four nuggets instead of six. I’m missing the chilli double cheeseburger. I can’t understand how this can happen!

I requested a bacon roll with ketchup. There was no ketchup.

The food is ok, the service as well, but the cleanliness is comatose, not to mention the toilet: messy, small, and you have to pray for the water to leak.

I find it completely unacceptable that my food was not delivered with care.Both burgers where cover in the drink (coke) making it inedible resulted in just my child only eating the beef patty and chip.there was no coke hardly left in the cup and when the driver handed it to me his attitude was contact just eat Kmt

Disgusted, food arrived completely drenched in the drinks. Driver must have took no care with the bag as everything was unwrapped and soaked.

Order was cold, chips thrown at the bottom of the bag out of there packet. Order burger with no pickles and they had just opened a burger took one pickle out and left the other in there and labels it with no pickle. My child can’t eat pickles

We picked this mcdonalds because it said it would take 15-25 minutes, it took well over an hour. Delivery driver was speedy upon collection but the delays at the restaurant were mad considering it was a relatively simple order.

All the tables on the second floor are dirty. We cleaned the table ourselves, wiped it down, and sat down to eat. Halfway through our food, they came and told us to vacate the second floor and go downstairs. Damn, put a note until what time you can go to the second floor or don’t let new people in at a certain time. The second floor was closed, so there was only one toilet left for the disabled on the first floor, which did not work... The first floor is also a bit dirty.

Would give -10 for the service, arrogant and impatient counter staff. Missing item happens with no apologies. What would be so difficult to follow the printed order?? MacDonald brand is doing well with offers to support the living of people, shame this branch is not part of it.

I ordered a hamburger and fries. I received two apple pies and fries.

Super busy in the weekends, sometimes the machines don't give you a receipt and it's hard to retrieve your order in case you haven't seen the order number.

The food has come freezing cold the driver was driving around to other places and then the food come in a plastic bag the driver needs to have a word with I pay for food and it comes cold and she said she’s new she didn’t know what she was doing now I’ve had to throw the food away because it’s not even warm to eat is there anything u can help me with because it’s just joke the food comes in a plastic bag not a thermal bag to keep it warm

Rude lady cleaning, told me I can’t sit on the only free seats as she was cleaning, I then waited only to hear her tut at me like I’m in the wrong for waiting for a seat, she had actually finished her cleaning but l waited while she got some tissues and watched her wipe the under of the 2 seats, pointless! and then just tut’d again at me and walked off 🤷‍♂️ Not a great way to treat paying customers and the food was really crap too, discussing. Wouldn’t recommend anyone going here, Wendy’s is just down the road and and food and customer service is spot on👌

My Delivery No was 9188. They told me it was delivered when I didn't receive my order.

the food came to me very quickly, I ordered the big Mac meal and it was delicious. The problem is that the portion sizes are very small and when I eat I don't feel full unlike the other restaurants.

The delivery driver was absoloutely amazing he went above and beyond with packaging to try get my ice cream cold!!! Super friendly I’ve had bad past experience with drivers but he was great!!!

Busy busy busy you trip over people and other dirt. Otherwise just a McDonald's with the standard menu and over confused employees and an arrogant attitude like you would expect from McDonald's. Try to make as little contact as possible by using the machines

The worst McDonald's I've eaten at in Italy, France and Switzerland. Let's get started They didn't want to give me my order because I didn't have the receipt (how can I get it if the machine doesn't have paper?). Not even showing the receipt of the payment made a few minutes before. Luckily then the other girl understood the situation and gave me my order. Okay be sure, but at least read my receipt. Questionable is how I can describe it literally 5 minutes after I walked in the shop there was a small alarm that went off and there was this lady who said to some people upstairs on AN INTERCOM "leave or ill call the police" in all honesty i do not know why an alarm was sounded.I mean WE GOT LEGS WALKKK!the people then proceeded to leave. Shortly After that there was another lady who kept on calling out a number but due to her accent i didnt understand it was my number so after 15 min i said how long till my order she then told me that it had allready been called told me to pay attention then walks off then some other staff member got me my food. IT WAS HECTIC!

Just recieved my orde rfor 4 of us in my house and all iv recieved is drinks thats it no food at all driver trying to tell me someoen else will bring the food but nope he has full receipt asked driver why he never checked receipt he said he dont need

Freezing cold all the food was just freezing

One of the worst of McDonald’s restaurants around. Food is cold even when eating in. Do not get a delivery as it will be dry, cold and mostly missing. No way this restaurant can make so many mistakes and it’s not on purpose. They will steal your money. McDonald’s and Uber I’ll blame each other until you give up.

Ordered a Mcplant and was given meat! As a vegetarian I don’t tend to visit fast food burger restaurants but as I had little time before work I thought I’d pop in. After using a self service machine, my order came faster then I was expecting which I was sceptical of and double checked the order. I took one bite and instantly knew this was meat. After taking it back and asking if this was definitely the Mcplant, my food was taken and simply replaced with no apologies or admittance of error. After the manger returned I asked “so what was that?” He replied “ughhh that was just an old one” so not only did one I receive meat, 2 have old food but also lied straight to my face. If I was wasn’t already running late I would have like to speak with someone else to make sure these things are taken more seriously. In conclusion, I understand mistakes can happen and that I am knowingly eating in a heavy meat styled restaurant but the service is unacceptable
