Food was great. The staff were friendly even though it was a big order. They missed off a kids chicken nuggets but were more than happy to correct the issue quickly.

They didn’t make my mcflurry that i ordered off of the app.

came here with friends. one of our party ordered a mcplant meal as a vegetarian, and was served a big mac. they politely sent the burger back and said they ordered a mcplant, but was received with hostility from the woman working on the till and a supervisor. the order was confirmed multiple times by this lady as a mcplant, but the hostility of the servers were distressing and very unprofessional. not coming back if this is how they treat people when they make mistakes with dietary requirements.

good place but really bad frequentations though. a homeless man just washed himself on the toilets, and a little child peed on himself, ON THE SEATS… not so great when you’re eating.

this McDonald's is a joke, there was no breading in the chicken wrap, the receipt printers don't work and the staff says that "they have too many problems today" the manager gives minus signs to everyone and the manager just keeps apologizing and giving paid orders. it was dirty in the toilet, so instead of cleaning it, the toilet was closed. dark-skinned people steal other people's orders and I don't know what's going on here, but I don't recommend it

So this place is really REALLY mixed. The staff that were there, mostly staff who were cleaning, were LOVELY. BUT. This place caused me nothing but trouble. I ordered a simple meal, a 6 chicken nugget and chips meal with a fanta. Sound fine. But somehow, God knows how, my order said I ordered a "melon bag". I DIDNT EVEN KNOW THEY DID MELON BAGS ?? my friend was with me too, and we selected our items slowly incase we misclicked so I have NO IDEA what happened. But even when I got my order, we got a cucumber bag instead ? Very confusing. Oh and I shouldn't forget I got food poisoning from here too :) only place I could have gotten it from as I hadn't eaten anywhere else, except for a small prepackaged bun for lunch. So yep ! Avoid. If you're ordering take away, order from literally anywhere else. If you're eating in, just go a few roads down to the Camden Market food stalls, much better value for money.

Always love a good mcds at nearly any hour it's open, past certain times there's no loitering, no chairs or toilets when very late

Great, clean at first floor, very good service.

Service was slow and not coordinated, food came after all the "take away" orders were ready and the food was cold and only some of it was really warm, the environment wasn't exactly pleasant either, most of the tables were dirty or occupied by people who were loud and didn't do anything ordered food. I really don't recommend coming here as a tourist.

McDonald's always saves, especially in London where the kitchens close for dinner at 10pm. Quiet and clean environment, friendly and helpful staff.

Just on way back home for quick snack. Only disabled toilet open downstairs. Upstairs locked.. So one disabled cubicle for men, woman and disabled drenched in toilet paper and urine... Absolutely vile.. Should be ashamed of yourselves.

McDonalds has ruined something extremely simple and beautiful just by having an attitude. Calling McFeast a "QP with some salad" and having serious problems getting something simple as a cheeseburger to taste good.

I don't know what is wrong with this branch but whenever I order, there is at least one or two items missing. This time there are two items missing and they don't answer the phone nor does the delivery service pick up. How hard is it to read an order and put ALL of the correct items in a bag?!

Worst Macdonald I ever been. They put my fries upside down so it’s spilled all over. The table wasn’t clean. There was a cleaning lady but she is just walking and chatting instead of cleaning them. The toilet smell like pee and it’s nasty 🤢

Overly non-user-friendly massive tablets, followed by a lack of receipts for the order, so off to the counter to tell of my ire. Partially pidgin English staff babble to each other, and don't believe my payment. A queue of others having still not been given a ticket behind me were equally irked. After verbally grabbing them, and showing my proof of purchase, time is going on, and I have a train to catch, and I am in a FAST FOOD OUTLET! Considering this is a busy place in a fairly popular part of town, they should be on the ball. Combine this with bland cardboard mass-produced burgers, and you can see my ire inflaming with every shrug of indifference.

Bad. It was cold next to the window. They didn't bring the food to the table as planned, I had to go look for it and talk to the person in charge of the tables who didn't know where the air was coming from.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Keep your mobile device in your pocket or bag as there are sometimes opportunistic thieves in and out of the restaurant

Food was, as per usual, McDonald's, warm and filling just before fireworks night. The only thing I could fault was the service. The self-serve screens were out of paper and didn't give anyone receipts. I went to ask the member of staff at the till and she told me my collection number. The female employee next to her heard the whole conversation, but when she came to call my order, she demanded to see my receipt. I told her I'd just had this whole ordeal with her colleague of which she over heard, and she just looked at me with disgust and threw my burger on the table as in to say stop wasting my time. Seriously, retrain your staff to be happy and polite. If she doesn't want to work there or hates her job that much, she should find something else to do! Also, please keep on top of refilling your self-service receipt roles.

Inaccurate opening hours. Closes randomly. I go out of my way after working late to get food on my way home only to find they’re not open despite their Google hours saying they are open until even later. It’s become a frequent problem.

My visit to McDonald's in Camden was delightful. I couldn't resist starting with the chicken nuggets meal, and I was pleasantly surprised by how fresh and tasty it was. The real star, however, was the famous apple pie, which lived up to its reputation as the best. All this, coupled with reasonable prices, made it a satisfying experience overall.

There is never paper for receipts in machines and you can barely guess your order number

Late night Tuesday (12/12) Mc meal with a friend.... upstairs area closed which meant using the only ground floor toilet. To say it was beyond disgusting isn't a joke.... and on telling the manager this, he just shrugged and carried on!!!! Not good enough McDonald's...you take the money, and don't care and obviously your management here don't either. Bloody poor show!!!!😣

Come in the morning after opening but no vegan option or plant base until 11 midday. Definitely doesn't understand why vegans cannot have breakfast.

This is quite possibly the dirtiest McDonald's I've been in. No cleaning of floors or tables. They were also having a bit of trouble with some teenagers but no excuse for not cleaning!

Standard McDonald's, service was very prompt. Went upstairs which was mostly empty, but at some point they closed off upstairs to clean and barricaded it off so had to migrate downstairs.

This McDonald's restaurant is a disgrace. The staff and manager have no customer service skills and don't care about their customers at all. At 7.25pm on a Friday when they appear to be at their busiest, they have one accessible toilet open. The queue for this toilet has so many people queued up, that it blocks the queues to the counter where you order your food. When asked to explain, the manager said they don't open the upstairs toilets at night (apparently regardless of how long the embarrassing queue of people busting to go to the single downstairs toilet is). You give London and McDonald's a bad name. If you serve food and drink to a large number of people, you are obliged to provide the required facilities. Do better staff. Do better shift manager. Do better McDonald's.

I dont have anything bad to say about this mc donalds… its 24/7 and its pretty busy so sometimes the people working there forget to gave me my drink or sum but if u tell them they will immediately give u what u want…

We decided to treat ourselves and our family to a cheeky maccies . Unbeknownst to us , there was an employee with inadequate training that made our food . Due to the poor training and the deplorable standards of the venue . There was a DOODOO fly ( lays eggs in poo) in our wrap of the day . It was fluttering around in the sweet chilli sauce barely alive . When we raised this as an issue to the shift manager (light skin with glasses can’t remember his name) he didn’t give a care in the world . We didn’t receive any apologies . Only a mere ice cream for the trauma I’ve endured . We asked for a the money back n received it but that’s not the principle . Imagine if we didn’t see this disgusting fly n at the food !!!!! It’s completely and utterly unacceptable

Very disappointing. We ordered fish burger and got only half slice of cheese in it . Also the burger lacked sauce (basically ketchup) and vegetables even though we especially asked for extra. I know it's mc'Donalds and I wasn't expecting too much it's still fast food, but it was very disappointing and not that cheap so it was not worth the price.

I know you shouldn't expect stellar service from a mcdonalds but this was ridiculous. The worker/cleaner berated me for 'not buying anything but using the toilet' when I DID in fact buy two large fries which were still being made. She continued not to believe me because i didnt have a receipt which is not my problem since the self checkout machines didn't print one (not surprisingly). She was incredibly moody and rude and retreated to the staff room before I could confront her. I understand her job may not be easy but surely inspecting what people buy and whos using the toilet is not in her job description. And if it is, well, she obviously didnt do a very good job. P.s. the fries were decent and filled to top so I'll give them that
