Saw other reviews for late order scam, I made order from website on Sunday night( 05-08-24) at 00h40. Before closure 1am indicated on website, Order number 5105 Gravy Mega Box. Went to collect , I have been told that there is no food and will get refund, 6 days past and no refund till now, I went egain and spoke with staff manager who told me that he was not working Sunday night and can’t do anything. I was not the only one. 2 others customers were asking for food that night, Didn’t order from app, direct from kfc website where there is no telephone customer service to contact, tried to submit complain form, but the submission is not working. kfc staff this reviews, check with kfc kingscross 323 Grays Inn road, London. I am doing this reviews for customers who fall for this, I will report trading standards for website taking late orders where there is no food for customers , not refunding Stay away. Thank you.

Drink was inside back with hot food left everything soggy

Second time I been having a bad experience with the just eat app. The first time I didn’t receive my order and now I have to wait more than 30 minutes when first was 25 minutes and I have to wait 1 hours. My delivery address is 5 minutes from my local kfc in King’s Cross.

I have food allergies and ordered my food to avoid any allergens. Only for the food delivered to be incorrect and include the allergen. A great way to waste £30. do not order from this place if you have allergies

Stay well away from this dump I ate here recently and got food poisoning the place looks dirty and definitely not cleaned all the time or not even cleaned at all dust nearly everywhere and even getting the security guard to work behind the counter for food delivery which is not a good look security should just stay at the door not deal with food, again stay well away from this dump

But seriously- the order was so small and uncomplicated I am struggling to understand how this was missed. So I am left with a bunch of dips and minimal amount of food. Restaurant was dirty and tables were not clean and when I report this to staff. staff was rude. Specially the shirt and beard guy his name was Mahmood or mehmoob.

Order came missing all 4 fries and popcorn chicken, there needs to be a phone number so you can ring them to re deliver the missing items.

I was at this branch, and honestly, I did not have the best of service and neither the best of products. The chicken that day was salty. The staff didn't give much attention I had to practically be begging for condiments. The dinning were not well cleaned. I didn't have value for money one bit. I had expected KFC to do better but none. The lobby area weren't well taken care of.

There is an Indian staff who is taking my order behaving really rude when I have some hearing issue. I really can’t hear what he said and asked him to repeat he is giving me major attitude and sighing all the time. Understand it’s hard working in catering but seriously when working, keep your attitude to yourself, or find a job that fits you rather than spreading negativity.

Honestly not worth it! The staff informed me that they couldn’t do a Krushem, so they offered me a new drink. However, I paid extra for a Krushem so I asked for a refund for the difference, because he wasn’t going to give me one (I paid an extra £1.69) and the staff member confused himself by asking what other drink we wanted and then insisting he didn’t, confused himself on what he could and couldn’t refund and it ended up in me receiving a refund for the drink itself so now I was without a drink (i ordered a meal). The whole cufuffle could’ve been avoided if they had removed the Krushem’s from the menu in the first place but alas. My side was also incorrect. Don’t waste your time and go to the Five Guys instead Don’t waste your time,

Incomplete burger menu not finished and impossible to return because it was takeaway I only saw this once at home.

I ordered the Finger-Kickin Double Bucket and it is an amazing deal. Food hot and completely accurate- in fact I seem to have an overload of fries- no complaints there! Delivery person took extra effort to find and attend my flat(even though buzzers are not working) and was a lovely polite person. I go on and off for Kings Cross KFC. Currently I am back on. Keep it up!

Over and hour and a half from when we placed the order. No way to cancel when we had to go out so did not get the order. Terrible app no way of getting ing help.

Asked for flaming wrap from app deal, requested to have a lil squirt of extra sauce as it’s usually quite dry for me, they said this is fine but there was no extra sauce in the wrap. They also did not put cheese.

Incompetent staff, all the desserts that we had ordered are missing, the only response from the staff is an extra fries to compensate, not even a refund. Extremely long order preparation time. No place to eat the salad. Box full of fatty products not even drained. To flee !!!

I tried to call 3 times to warn them to please send 2 cookies of each type as stated in their 4x cookie bundle, since there is no possible way of adding a note or anything in Uber Eats, and they don’t answer and keep sending 4 regular chocolate cookies instead.

Awful experience, food took ages to arrive and when it did, was cold and missing item. I wrote a note to the restaurant asking for no leg, and they put what looked like an uncooked leg in there. Truly off-putting. never again. No way to contact the driver or restaurant after the food has been delivered.

Some drivers say that the food is delivered long before they actually arrive with the food meaning I can’t track my order and it comes after it should.

The rudest staff you could find in central london. And they keep forgetting the gravy, or the wrong drink. Two of the chicken pieces were raw so I had to tip that all in the bin. They definitely need to invest in a better manager to getting the dirty place tiptop.

the driver who delivered my food made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. he was asking me for a tip, even though i said no he was like i’m sure you have cash lying around your house. this was very inappropriate, not something i expect from delivering food.

The drivers keep getting the address wrong and don't use the postcode to get to the right building. William Goodenough College has two buildings with two distinct postcodes and the drivers don't use the postcode to deliver. This is the third time the driver got the address wrong even through my address has the postcode in it.

Food was not good especially the burger. Service was horrible, not even doing the bare minimum. Atmosphere: dirty and claustrophobic.
