Service was soo bad don’t go here the food taste so bad and it smells like cheap oil

Staff behavior not good for Customer

Gave me Bussin diarrhoea and inside was dirty

My food did not come I didn’t give my code

Terrible food now, used to be fresh. New staff, cold food, do not enter. I live across the road.

Bought a 10 piece bargain bucket here & took it back to our hotel room. Is it me or does it always smell better than it tastes? Chicken was a little dry & the coating on the fries is not to everyone's taste. Served a purpose I suppose. I find most takeaways are disappointing & overpriced.

Comfort food. Best stuff was- food was piping hot, food items were accurate. Delivery guy - lovely and made the effort to find my flat and also generally asked about the various entrances to the estate for future ref. Wings deal is superb.

Food wasnt packed properly. Bag had a rip in the bottom, which i wasnt aware of. As soon ad the food was handed to me, the bag ripped and the food went everywhere. They normally double pack it.

Worst KFC I have been too. The only plus is that it's open late. If you're desperate for your favourite takeaway, then go here, otherwise go to one of the ither fast food outlets around there.

Delivery was on time but took nearly an hour because delivery changed 3 times. I had to reheat food as it was cold when it arrived. Not impressed.

First time there's no issues with my food and delivery

The staff at this branch was extremely rude. I was simply trying to choose my deal when one of them said, “Brother, hurry up, we don’t have time.” Is that how you speak to a customer? On top of that, the burger was terrible cold and not even warm when I ate it. I will never visit this branch again.

I ordered from this KFC and I cancelled my order and didn’t recieve my refund worth of £23. I expected a refund but they didn’t give it. Abysmal. My order was Zinger tower box meal 2 hot wings with a chicken wrap and a 7up. 😑

I want to share something happened with me today, today I’m receiving order from kfc in king cross so staff know I have delivery bag but they are bothering me to show bag and I tell the one team member if you prepare the order please let me know but no one give me answer, because that place it’s so congested that reason I’m told team member but no one given response, guys deliver guys also human so please treat a like human so please give a respect every single one.

After years of being curious I finally tried. Thiswas the worst (fast)food I ever had. The chicken was dry and tasteless and the “stuffing” patty was horrible. The fries were a soggy mush. We ended up throwing most of it out. Never again.

They didn’t give my drink, the chips instead of four individual portions were scrammed into a small box. And don’t even get me started on the rice pots, I think they ran out of rice and thought a couple of spoons in each pot would suffice. Won’t be ordering from this Branch again

Items are always missing from the King’s Cross kfc today was another occasion where 2 sides or mash potatoes wasn’t given and also the popcorn chicken was missing and the pieces of chicken that I got was not up to scratch the wings were burnt to a point where u touch it and it’s all flaky and crusty falling apart horrible

I came to eat a burger. I didn't like this guy's attitude towards the delivery riders; he was so rude. The rider was speaking very politely, but the guy spoke in a very loud tone. I hope that the manager here takes strict action on this matter.

Saw other reviews for late order scam, I made order from website on Sunday night( 05-08-24) at 00h40. Before closure 1am indicated on website, Order number 5105 Gravy Mega Box. Went to collect , I have been told that there is no food and will get refund, 6 days past and no refund till now, I went egain and spoke with staff manager who told me that he was not working Sunday night and can’t do anything. I was not the only one. 2 others customers were asking for food that night, Didn’t order from app, direct from kfc website where there is no telephone customer service to contact, tried to submit complain form, but the submission is not working. kfc staff this reviews, check with kfc kingscross 323 Grays Inn road, London. I am doing this reviews for customers who fall for this, I will report trading standards for website taking late orders where there is no food for customers , not refunding Stay away. Thank you.

Second time I been having a bad experience with the just eat app. The first time I didn’t receive my order and now I have to wait more than 30 minutes when first was 25 minutes and I have to wait 1 hours. My delivery address is 5 minutes from my local kfc in King’s Cross.
