Racist to Scottish ppl. Extremely rude (not the first lady but the gent who I assume is the manager) and also refused to take scottish notes. Food was good but you could tell they weren't happy service me with the no eye contact and eye rolling. If it wasn't for the fact the kids were moaning for something to eat I would have left. Not normally someone who complains a lot but I will be contacting head office or their equivalent to that.

They was very rude workers and they didn’t respect and they didn’t leasten nothing what I said. They started to speak with their friends and they didn’t care if you order or if you need something 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

The manager (Sucharitha) in the store is rude for giving small flamin wrap she has taken 14 mins of time. The attitude she is having is to high . The manager should be to behave politely and nice to the customers in the store. I’m your regular customer for you. I had never seen this type of manager in this KFC since last 8 years and one thing I want to say you guys day by day the quality of is going low.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING INDIAN LADY. I have been a regular customer to this branch for 5 years now and this indian lady with bright red lipstick i think her name is Sucharity who constantly was speaking in her own language on the phone such an unhygenic woman she needs to be immediately moved shes an appaling human being shes rude and unpleasant to speak to and has naracisstic behaviour. About my experience I could also smell rotten chicken from the ordering tills as i work at a resturant in central london its a foul smell and unforgettable .Also WITHOUT MY CONSENT i got given a large upgrade to my meal ALL THEY DO IS STEAL MONEY and LASTLY when i was waiting for my meal within 2mins my order was displayed as ready to collect ( it was a large order)and when i demanded my order they said its not ready?? how can you display it as ready when its not. This store is disgusting!management should be changed if they want to keep this store running. I will be sending an email to their headoffices about this disgusting woman they have hired too because she ruined my experience of this branch. Just go to Wendys. The staff here will never go further in life than working at KFC. The manager has no customer service skills whatsoever and takes no initiative to resolve problems. If you have the slightest issue with your order it is impossible to amend without waiting 2 weeks for KFC customer services to respond. Proceed with caution.

I'm appalled and infuriated by the fact I had ordered through delivery service on Monday 18th March during lunch time. I had noticed that they were offering a vegan burger thus I immediately ordered it, HOWEVER to my suprise when I received my order I was drawn back at how the mayo looked and tasted(yes you can taste a difference in vegan mayo and actual mayo).As someone who's religious and cannot have eggs this is absolutely DISGRACEFUL AND OUTRAGEOUS !! How can you possibly serve vegan burger if the mayo was NOT VEGAN I checked with the shop later and to my utter disbelief they did not have the right equipment or whatnot to serve vegan food. This is ILLEGAL and whoever served that to me should be sacked off because its CARELESS,IMMORAL AND IDIOTIC to do this. DO NOT ORDER FROM KFC CAMDEN.

I was at the store and wanted to change my order, however was not allowed by the employee at the till. The reason i was given was that the manager has instructed them to not allow any order changes EVEN BEFORE PAYING, due to some void issue, i couldn't really understand what they were trying to say. I am so disappointed as i'm a regular customer at this KFC branch. I ended up having to pay for items i no longer wanted. i certainly will not be returning and will advise no one else to return. trying to loot their loyal customers. anyone reading this there is another branch of KFC in Camden not too far, much better service and i will be finding myself there from now on.

Whichever lady was working at the till as of the day I have written this review, has put me off of ever coming back to this KFC restaurant as she was very incompetent and rude in serving me. Firstly I changed my mind about what I wanted to order and she didn’t want to change it at first as she simply seemed as though she couldn’t be bothered. And then she served my two Pepsi max drinks to me and left them above the drink dispenser for me to collect when there was clearly a stack of cup holders on the hill next to her. Me a CUSTOMER had to lean over the toll and grab my own cup holders which is appalling. Due to this service being so rude and incompetent I have left a well deserved one star review.

I went to the KFC, for my children’s quick snack. One of my child receive drink with water. When I was complained, staff said, there was no more Lipton, so he add water, he can replaced it but I need to wait. I did not have time for waiting. They should have said the drink is run out, not without me knowing give my child half water and half Lipto. The member of staff was not nice, not apologise, just rude. Never again .

Food was terrible, the quality of chicken was bad and tough to eat, I had to bin it. My order was ready within one minute, maybe it was already cooked for hours or just not cooked properly. Never again.

This is a really small and busy KFC so you can wait longer than expected but the food is very fresh.

Just bought a meal here 6 piece bucket 3 of the pieces are wings. Its gone downhill here dirty sides floor filthy. I think because its near Market they don't care. Also they are liars i have a blc and they told me no longer take it looked on app and they do.

This branch used to have a large seating area upstairs, but access to that has been blocked off and there is only a single long standing table by the entrance. Not a single seat in this KFC, which is super unwelcoming.

Consistently slow service, with staff too busy talking and no organisation between orders, meaning my order took 15+mins (under the heat lamp for it all!). Consistently missing items - got 0 of the 4 ordered fries in our boneless basket tonight, and was hurried out before I could check all items in my order. Boxes falling apart, disgustingly unclean. Was super loyal but doubt we'll be back.

as comlared to othere prices, KFC is in the good place. but when there is a poster showing a sale for product. i think it is very good when you don't have a lot of money. but i couldn't find it on the kiosks/tabloids. it was not very good in terms of cleanliness, i have been there 2 times, and any time there are always dirty tables and floor.

I have scoured the earth for chicken wings and I still come back to kfc Camden. Service is exceptional as the staff and lovely.

I really enjoyed the food and the staff was so cooperative with me. Personally Mr.Uday on tilt helped me to customise the food according my preferences (I don’t like veggies n extra saucy stuff) and so quickly it was prepared n served too.

Was amazed how quick the delivery was, until I opened the box, This chicken must of been reheated at last 3 times, and probably cooked last week! Fit for the bin only... And not forgetting, Warm Orange Tango and cold chips (half a portion) Joke of a place !!!

This place is dodgy no receipt given at the machine when you order took our money quick enough I told the guys behind the counter about no receipt being given totally uninterested I had to remember our order number then they short changed our food and drink at the counter so I told them and he said show me your receipt so I reminded him 5 mins earlier I had told him the machine wasn’t given receipts so I Suspect they are having a share out of profit made at the end of day half my meal was missing also AVOID…….. KFC you need to look into this

Probably one of the worst KFCs I've been to. Always extremely busy and overcrowded, self-service machines rarely work properly. Staff are helpful but overall an unpleasant experience.

Absolutely disgusting, food got returned, all open from another customer and staff tried to give them to me, after being open plus with Covid going around. I asked for fresh produce and was told this was fresh, so asked for a full refund instead. Absolutely disgusting service and behaviour by the staff, the manager just laughed and refunded me. Hopefully the refund comes through. No wonder the establishment has so many negative reviews. After seeing what I seen, I wouldn’t even give this food to my dog.

Fast service, but terrible food. Cold, soggy chips. Stale bun with a tiny dessicated chicken "fillet". I'd avoid if possible.

Too many workers in the kitchen... talking between them while second floor (where tables are) everything is dirty and in a big mess.. they could stop talking and do something upstairs... because its really disgusting to eat ovwr there... even floor is very slippery... Very fast preparation, got the order in less than 2 minutes. Staff at the counters was are very friendly. The dine in tables are on the first floor accessible by lift and stairs. The washroom was out of order. Overall good place for a quick bite. !

Such a lovely staff at camden high street KFC. I was served by an Indian girl who is an gem to the store and another indian man who came out the way to provide extraordinary customer service, I think they both are students. I wish them good luck.

1 out of 3 working ordering screens. Staff standing around talking. None can be bothered to take your order at the till. Just have to wait for the only self order screen. Avoid if possible.

Guys all the time I come in there to order something, or even when I order it via Uber Eats, it has so be something wrong in it… either they didn’t understood the whole order, either they miss to add two drinks, either different sauce. Or even the waiting in a Thursday noon is just an embarrassment for the KFC brand with those kind of staff from KFC Camden

Popped in to eat in , It’s mainly the food and the state of the restaurant that’s not great had no interaction with any member of staff. Firstly no drinks with the meals ordered so partner had to go back to get them . Found a seat at a dirty sticky table , food was tasteless, not crispy chicken like it states , toilets were out of order. It’s put me off life.

Phone line is soo terrible. I’ve always have an issue with this branch, the manager came across so rude, he even told me to “shut up” abruptly. As a customer, I pay for the food, and I received terrible service in reply.

It's a bit compact, even as far as high street KFCs go. All of the seating and the toilets is located upstairs and there is a small lift to take you up there which is very nice. Staff were OK, a bit hard to understand and the order kiosks were, predictably, not printing the receipts.

I ordered food with Uber eats (3piece chicken meal with fries n a drink) Uber eats delivered it. When I open the box the 3 pieces of chicken were like wings well actually there wings are bigger.. Iv taken pics and called them there answer was there’s nothing they can do I have get in touch with Uber eats. Got a reply back from them (I sent pics as well) saying they are sorry for my inconvenience but there’s nothing they can do! It was the worded £9.57 I will ever spend again! It wasn’t fresh unedible and cold Never again.. I wish I could show you my pics on here seriously
