Now there’s a screen and you can’t talk to anyone - I think I got about 6 corn kernels on my footlong! Also took so much longer for people to order using the screens. and taste worse. They’ve started using screens to order and you don’t interact with staff. This means that you get minimal fillings in a custom sub. I asked for three salad fillings and got the bare minimum of each. If I got seven salad fillings my sub would be more full for the same price. Usually if you’re only asking for three fillings you get a bit more to compensate. Subs are not worth the money.

I do like going to Subway. My normal order is for a turkey salad. I decided to have something a little different and instead I had a turkey sub. The member of staff who served me was polite however I had to repeat what I wanted a couple of times. The sub tasted good and the shop was clean and well presented.

Food nice but staff need read up on the 2010 equity act And not tell a disabled person with there service to dog they can't eat in side. Dogs who qualify as assistance dogs must fit the legal definition provided by the Equality Act 2010. It's subway. You either like or hate them. This one is clean and quick. Service is what you expect from subway staff, but decent enough. Place was clean. Food looked fine and tasted as you would want from a Subway. Convenient location as very close to Warren Street tube station. 4 star rating is based on you liking subways. If you don't then not sure why you are reading this review. If you do like Subway, then you won't be disappointed.

Worst subway EVER. They were so quiet when they spoke that I had to ask them to repeat themselves more times than I can count. Along with that, my submelt was failed to be put in its correct cardboard box and I couldnt tell whether I was eating a sandwich or a car tyre. To top it all off, even though I had more than enough points on my app- they refused to allow me to use them as they couldnt figure out how to work the system that they manage to use everyday. I was then questioned whether I even paid as they watched the receipt print. VERY very upset.

We had an absolutely terrible experience at this branch, managed by an individual whose customer service skills were shockingly poor. The branch manager was not speaking but YELLING to us in an extremely rude and disrespectful manner, after he misunderstood our order. This is the first time I have witnessed such unprofessional behavior from someone in a management position. I won't be returning to this Subway location, and I strongly advise others to avoid it as well if they want to have a good day! This experience feels like trauma!

There was only one person to make the sandwiches and do the billing. He was overwhelmed by the customers and the online orders. The lower section was closed so there was no place to sit and eat. The food was good and worth the money as expected. And the place was well maintained.

RACIST STAFF! DONT GO!!! The two staffs there were so racist and rude. My friend and I called out excuse me for couple of times and the guy was obviously not understanding anything. I politely asked him to introduce the menu, he didn’t understand a single word I said while calling another staff whose rudeness was beyond horizon. This other guy refused to introduce the menus but rather pointed at the huge screens impatiently. What’s strikingly rude is that one of them, that Mr ‘I understood everything’ asked my friend how he got his VISA (which he didn’t need because he is a UK citizen) if speaks English, when my friend could not understand a single word from the mumbling instructions he made. This is so racist and we have reported this to Subway customer service. This is the worst experience I have in the UK for my 3 years of residence. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE.

Horrible Customer Service in the Morning. The person serving made my sandwich without care or patience even though I was the only one in line. He was irritated as soon as I entered Subway. I also asked whether I could eat downstairs BEFORE ordering and I was told yes. Then when I ordered I was told by other staff that there was flooding so I couldn’t. Which is a lie because I just saw two other people come up the stairs and have been told this excuse when I last came 2 months ago. Not even going to bother wasting my money here again since customer service is so poor here. So infuriating since I love Subway as well but this is the last time I will visit this branch.

Worst customer service ever had (I never write these nor complain). Man did not greet when got to counter (after waiting few minutes) was doing everything but serve. Took breads out and put in oven. Started delivery orders. Then when I asked him to serve, he told me to wait 5 minutes. I asked if he could move the breads after serving, but he refused. When I asked if he could serve me before delivery ones considering there wasnt even anyone in the restaurant to pick up, he said they have priority. Awful, rude customer service.

If you're an American, get ready to be underwhelmed. As someone who has been eating at subway since the early 80s at least, I have been nothing but disappointed by every sandwich I've had from any of them in the UK. Each restaurant has twice as many employees ro make you half the sandwich you'd get back in the States. Meager. They aren't bad, they just aren't anywhere near as good. Oh, and forget about getting oil and vinegar on a spicy Italian, Disappointed.

The recently updated hours are incorrect. The sign on the door shows that it closes at 10pm. But it doesn't, it was locked up with the shutters partway down well before 10pm tonight. It was the same the last time I passed it. It doesn't close at 10pm, it closes well before then. If you are going to close early, make sure that you advertise the time that you stop serving and don't give incorrect information to Google

Mi compañero y yo fuimos a la tienda de metro de Oakley vale, Corby, Northamptonshire, Inglaterra hoy 28 de junio de 2020 alrededor de las 12. 20. No había otros clientes allí y tres miembros masculinos del personal. Dos parecían ser asiáticos y uno era caucásico. Uno estaba haciendo subterráneos que parecían ser mezclas de carne que no están en el menú, lo que supongo que era para ellos mismos debido a que no había clientes allí. No nos reconocieron a pesar de que estuvimos frente al mostrador del metro durante unos diez minutos. Todos continuaron ignorándonos a pesar de que ya habíamos sacado nuestras bebidas embotelladas y obviamente estábamos esperando. Pensamos que este trato a los clientes era repugnante y terminamos saliendo sin recibir nada ya que nos ignoraron hasta que decidimos irnos. Recomendamos encarecidamente dar a este personal una fuerte charla sobre cómo comunicarse con los clientes, ya que actualmente no saben cómo hacerlo o no quieren (lo que es más preocupante).

Worst customer service EVER. I have been there to try the vegan sandwich, two guys were talking in a foreign language between them for a long time and didn't even acknowledged me there and I was in front of the till. During the order, the guys was doing like he was doing a big favor, wasn't even asking or lookin me in the eye. I did ask about some ingredients like the sauces, specially because I needed to know which one was vegan and he said that he didn't know and said "just choose one quick". I would ever recommend someone to use this branch again.

Very nice spot for poke bowls. A filling meal which is tasty and healthy. The different bowls are all amazing. Poke House is great.

Been coming here pretty much every week for a meal, sometimes breakfast sometimes dinner and I love it. Food is what you can expect for a decent home cooked meal at a reasonable price. Eat here :)

Have been eating here since it opened. It’s not a very busy place. It does just enough to keep going. Open all through the lock down. Just a Couple of months back they have started arbitrarily using a temperature HEAD GUN. There is no sign saying this is requirement for dining in. As such it cannot be enforced. The busiest Restrauants are not using this HEAD GUN. However on a Visit last week, with a small child, I was told the gun had to pointed to the child’s head.I flatly refused. There is currently, no government or council requirement to do this. It should be clearly stated at the counter or on the door of the restaurant if this is the process to dine in. Neither of us were sick and I always have my mask on, even when walking in the street. Compulsive hand and face washing. BK on the high street clearly states in writing, no personal details, no service. Businesses must inform the customer of their practice in writing and be clearly visible. Having another human point directly at ones head with a gun shaped object, with a hole at the front, albeit a small one, can be shocking.Seeing so many films and images of people being killed in that fashion. One only has to see what’s going on with BLM across the pond. The symbolism of having a gun of any type pointed at a small child, or even an adult is wrong. Especially when we are not in a lockdown and things are not that bad at the moment. The staff are well away from the seating area and behind huge wrap around counter Perspex glass that almost reaches half way to the ceiling. If any of you came to enquire about the food, well the burgers are always fresh and never frozen. For my liking they are too fat and chunky meat, and can be a little tough at times. The chicken burger is small and can be dry, and at almost 8£ one would expect organic, or at the very least free range, but no. The skinny chill fries are usually my favorite, depending on who has made the chill that week. Sum up, fat burger is expensive for what it is. Especially when one has Five Guys (grass fed cows), Hache steak award winning burgers, Brid, KFC, Macs, BK and a whole host of eateries in Camden Market, all a stones throw from this place, and at similar, if not better prices!! And non of them point guns at your head.
