Fatburger in Camden

Have been eating here since it opened. It’s not a very busy place. It does just enough to keep going. Open all through the lock down. Just a Couple of months back they have started arbitrarily using a temperature HEAD GUN. There is no sign saying this is requirement for dining in. As such it cannot be enforced. The busiest Restrauants are not using this HEAD GUN. However on a Visit last week, with a small child, I was told the gun had to pointed to the child’s head.I flatly refused. There is currently, no government or council requirement to do this. It should be clearly stated at the counter or on the door of the restaurant if this is the process to dine in. Neither of us were sick and I always have my mask on, even when walking in the street. Compulsive hand and face washing. BK on the high street clearly states in writing, no personal details, no service. Businesses must inform the customer of their practice in writing and be clearly visible. Having another human point directly at ones head with a gun shaped object, with a hole at the front, albeit a small one, can be shocking.Seeing so many films and images of people being killed in that fashion. One only has to see what’s going on with BLM across the pond. The symbolism of having a gun of any type pointed at a small child, or even an adult is wrong. Especially when we are not in a lockdown and things are not that bad at the moment. The staff are well away from the seating area and behind huge wrap around counter Perspex glass that almost reaches half way to the ceiling. If any of you came to enquire about the food, well the burgers are always fresh and never frozen. For my liking they are too fat and chunky meat, and can be a little tough at times. The chicken burger is small and can be dry, and at almost 8£ one would expect organic, or at the very least free range, but no. The skinny chill fries are usually my favorite, depending on who has made the chill that week. Sum up, fat burger is expensive for what it is. Especially when one has Five Guys (grass fed cows), Hache steak award winning burgers, Brid, KFC, Macs, BK and a whole host of eateries in Camden Market, all a stones throw from this place, and at similar, if not better prices!! And non of them point guns at your head.

Terrible servicio gerente de mala educación. ! ¡Nunca tuve una experiencia como esta! ! ! Visité Fat Burger con mi familia (incluidos 2 niños pequeños) en agosto. He estado en el restaurante muchas veces antes, y siempre saboreé la comida sabrosa y sabrosa (especialmente las alitas). Pedimos una entrega y fue agradable ver papas fritas en lugar de papas fritas para variar, aunque el condimento podría haber usado un poco más de trabajo. Ahí es donde terminan los cumplidos. A la hamburguesa le faltaba sabor, no tenía condimentos, ni salsa ni condimento. El batido de leche sabía muy bien siempre que te gusten trozos de papel. ¡Parece y se siente como si hubieran dejado caer un helado de chocolate envuelto en la licuadora y lo hubieran enviado así! No los volveré a usar.

The burgers taste like sawdust, the grit in your teeth. Absolute sh*t. Chips are flavorless the chicken tastes nasty and they got my order wrong.

I ordered today from Deliveroo. The only good thing was it arrived on time. Cold food, soggy microwaved bread, squashed boxes and ice cold meat. Also came missing the cheesy dippers. Disgusting.

Fui aquí con mi sobrino y mis hijos y todos fuimos por varias versiones de la hamburguesa y papas fritas. Es una configuración y ambiente similar a 5 - Chicos, y las hamburguesas eran ciertamente muy buenas - ese tipo de empanada de carne estilo americano con una variedad de rellenos. Visité este lugar por segunda y, probablemente, la última vez. Pedí una comida y tuve que pagar 13. 45 y pensé que por el precio me servirían algo especial. Pasaron al menos 15 minutos antes de que mi pedido estuviera listo, mientras que era solo comida rápida y casi no había nadie más allí. Tuve que pedir mi batido, que pedí. La comida estaba bien pero nada especial (como el precio). No recomendaría ir aquí. Hay un KFC a la vuelta de la esquina con una mejor relación precio / calidad.

Happened across this Fatburger in Camden. It was quiet but the staff were great. Burgers arrived in around 10 minutes and were great. Nearly as good as on the Vegas strip!

Not perfect but quick and convenient for a burger. Have a stop in. Get a quick bite and keep exploring. I ordered a side of guacamole but not sure if it’s a US vs UK thing but it wasn’t what I was expecting.

He estado viniendo aquí por años y ni una sola vez he tenido problemas con el lugar. Vengo desde Hertfordshire con los niños, ya que es el único lugar donde realmente comerán todo lo que tengan enfrente. El personal siempre es amable y la comida es perfecta cada vez. Soy muy quisquillosa y ni una sola vez en más de 50 visitas han recibido un pedido incorrecto. Cuando salgo de noche a Camden, mis compañeros dicen que también es el mejor lugar en el que han comido. Have had a 16 boneless wings ; 8 with hot sauce & 8 with teriyaki sauce. Very good taste. Can recommend it.

A deux pas du marché de Camden, nous sommes venus ma femme moi ainsi que notre fille de 2ans et nous y sommes régalés. Il y a des menus pour les enfants, seul bémol, l’accueil n’était pas terrible, nous sommes tombés sur une dame qui n’avait pas envie de faire d’effort de compréhension. Nous sommes français et parlons un Anglais pas toujours parfait cela dit ce n’est qu’un détail. Je recommande !

Me and my partner came here, months after spotting it across from wagamamas. Definitely not disappointed, we ordered wings, a chilli dog and a burger to sample everything and it was all delicious. We ordered a banana milkshake, which got delayed but one of the lovely staff ran out in the rain to find fresh bananas for us, whilst another member of staff offered us alternative flavours, we ended up with two delicious milkshakes! I cant believe the kindness of the guys in here, this will always be mine and my partners go to when we come to camden for gigs, 10/10, incredible.

Absolutely delicious boneless wings offered in a variety of hot and less hot sauces blew my mind! A great meal for both a post-night out occasion and for a quieter night!

I am quite particular about the burgers i eat, but this burger can stop conversation OMG!!! And service 12 over 10. The young lady that served us was very warm and professional for our first visit and explained everything with a smile. Definitely recommend!

Sat having my meal. Burger is slightly charred but I don’t mind. What does ruin a meal though is when 2 ladies (brunette and blonde employees) are shouting behind the counter. This is extremely awkward and we have now left the restaurant feeling slightly uncomfortable.

This restaurant serves tasty burgers American style! Try the onion rings instead of fries, they give a generous serving. Everything cooked to order so sit back with your drink and soak in the diner vibe. We'll worth the money.

Worked in the kitchen very dirty have mice and cockroaches. Don’t store the food properly with mice getting into the fridge and the whole business is poorly run from the managers.

My cousin and I went for a nice walk one Friday evening and we ended up in Camden (started in Gospel Oak>around Hampsted>Belize Park>Primrose Hill).

Visited the restaurant on a week day lunchtime, was not too busy. We had a groupon voucher. The lady serving was friendly and welcoming plus she was very good at explaining what we could have , choice was good. Burgers freshly cooked and were juicy and nice as American style need to be, so good very good and service too.

Solía venir aquí regularmente, ya que es mi local, especialmente los martes, ya que solían duplicar tu hamburguesa gratis, pero ya no lo hacen. The burgers, buffalo wings and fat fries are absolutely delicious! My family also loves their milkshakes! We have tried a few burger joints and will rate this the best among the rest. Fat burger is located at Camden and it is within walking distance from the train station. This restaurant is also halal.

We used a Groupon for this visit. Supposed to be £30+ worth of food for £15.50, but we couldn't make our meals worth more than £22. So, a saving, but still a victim to Groupon hyperbole.

£70 for the worst burgers ever, dry and over cooked. No fat fries, onion rings overcooked, one bite and the coating flew off leaving grease spots on our clothing. Just terrible do not waste your money here. I think there's a Byron Burger near by go there or to Five Guys. No excuse for the food, it wasn't even busy when we went. I don't know how long it's been open but it needs some refurbishment.

My wife summed this up with the one word title, it was a real disappointment, the last time we were in a Fatburger was in Vegas, it was great, this was not. The food was in the main soggy, the burgers had too much crap in them and were mildly unpleasant, neither of us finished our. The curly fries were tepid and the wings were not crispy and needed some blue cheese sauce to offset the hot ranch. The strawberry milkshake was ok but service was slow, they didn’t manage to label which burger didn’t have pickles in or which had Swiss or american cheese, it was quite poor, quite expensive and we won’t be going back.

My meal was fantastic! The burger was cooked to perfection, and Anum's recommendation of the curly fries was spot on! The place is clean and has a good atmosphere. I was greeted straight away despite it being very busy, which was of course very welcoming. Will 100% return to try what else the menu has to offer!

Came here via groupon. Was expecting more as not had a burger in a long time. Felt the meat was overcooked and also though you order it and they cook it thought it might be cooked to specification. Not worth it at the normal prices they charge not a great ambience when looking at nearby competition. Would not return .

Burger was cooked well , it was certainly juicy , fatty and tasty . Staff was friendly and welcoming . One downside was no option or choice available to pay extra for milkshakes instead of choosing bottomless drinks when using Groupon. Good value overall if you like soft drinks .

Came to visit the camden branch with friends,compared to the wembley branch we tried a few times which was not that good of an experience, camden branch was more fresh the staff were a bit more into customer service, the store well kept, food on par.and the best of all was the mantra from kitchen staff repeating the order in a creepy but different way. My opinion is it is worth checking out.

I used to go here quite regularly but one time my burger came with burnt bacon. I mentioned this politely to the waitress and she just shrugged and said, "Well I didn't cook it," before walking off which I thought was dismissive and didn't solve the problem.

After our day out in the city we decided to have dinner here since we had a Groupon deal, again a great saving. Camden Town Station after sundown is not a nice place to be and would rather have taken a cab to get here. Nonetheless, the food is still amazing and they have maintained the great quality and service which I have always loved. This is always a great place with the best burgers in town.

First time I ordered on deliveroo it came with no dips. Next time it came without the burger!!! Yes, they forgot to put the burger in.... Also they put the drinks in with the food so it was all cold on arrival.

Let me get straight to the point, they cook burgers like they don’t know what salt is, let alone how to make a burger with a gram of taste. Before pricing their burgers at the extortionate prices, (which don’t include vat on the menu so you don’t know how much you spent till you get the bill) they should learn how to make a standard burger.

Was waiting over 15 minutes for take away and received hamburger that was tasty but burned a bit on its edges. Fries were cold.

Drove 1 hour to get here yet was served a raw cold meat party in burger. Had a bite and gave it back. Manager said it's normal until I showed him the burger. He threw it in bin. I was refunded and disgusted at also the hygiene of the place and laid back casual unprofessionalism. Was sick on the way home and nauseated.

Not such a 'Fat Burger'. In fact, this was the skinniest premium burger I've had. The chicken burger was slightly bigger than the McChicken Sandwich with little more flavour. For chicken burgers, this place has nothing on Patty and Bun or even Bryon.

After having a bad experience in Wagamama (Camden) opposite, we decided to give Fat Burger a go.

Razonable hamburguesa, pero demasiado caro para lo que te dan. Pagamos casi 30 libras por dos hamburguesas, bebidas y una porción de patatas fritas. La calidad no está en la misma categoría que un sitio como In-and-out Burger (que es seis veces más barato). Servicio justo. Los miembros del personal eran muy amables pero olvidaron de nuestra orden de bebidas. No me alojaría aquí de nuevo.

This was my first visit to Fatburger for lunch with a work colleague. I ordered the veggie wrap and chips. I sat down and my order eventually arrived. I decided to get some ketchup from the dispensing machine. When I lifted my wrap up I found a worm (see pic). I called the Manager and he saw it with his own eyes. The worm suddenly grew and started to move rapidly.

Quedé muy impresionado con la hamburguesa que estaba muy bien condimentado y satisfactorio. Alas buenas también. 30 libras por una hamburguesa doble con bacon, 10 alas, frito, patatas fritas de camote y 2 bebidas que considero justa. Agradezco tener salsa barbacoa en el autoservicio de condimentos.

Fatburger surpasse de loin les chaînes traditionnelles de fast-food. La qualité et le goût sont au rdv. La viande et les burgers sont préparés à la commande donc que du frais et servis chauds. Contrairement au nom "fat", ce n'est pas plus gras que les autres. Les curly fries sont délicieuses et bien croustillantes. Testez le skinny burger ! C'est original !Bref j'adore Fatburger ! J'y vais à chaque séjour à Londres.

Today I ordered food from fat burger delivered by Uber eat, I ordered chicken grilled sandwich the bun was so fresh and chicken tender and so tasty , buffalo wings was amazing ,fat burger more than nice , the best of the best was cheese fries ,food came so fresh and hot.thank you fat burger and for sure will order more and more.

I had the skinny burger and my wife had another one; two milkshakes and a drink totted up to £40 almost. For me that's a bit pricey for a burger joint.The Cajun spiral chips should be avoided however the beef patties in the burgers are nice. I think they are onto something however I fear for them as burger joints are on the downward slope

Popped in here for lunch with my partner and my brother.Lots of choices on the menu, we put our order in and got a table. Food was brought over quickly by the very friendly staff.It was piping hot and the burgers were delicious, proper juicy and an awesome proper meaty taste! Milkshakes were tasty, and the Sweet potato fries were the best I've ever had!!

Gave Fatburger a second chance after visiting a while back. Somebody from Fatburger apologised in response to my review and wanted me to try again etc. I'm not interested in freebies but love a good burger so decided to give it another shot. I ordered a meal deal this time and didn't wait the 25 minutes that I had waited previously. The service was good and the service was quick. I left and graded back to my hotel with my takeout. The burger was very good, however my fries had not been put into my bag. Two visits, two fails. I won't be back a third time.

Tuesday is the best day of the week! Why..? If you order single burger, you get double burger for the price of single. If you order double burger, then you get a quad burger for the price of double.Me and couple of my colleagues decided to go for lunch. It was pretty quiet so we managed to choose where we wanted to sit. Food was served within 10 mins of ordering, drinks include unlimited refills which is great! Ordered a beef burger, curly fries, spicy boneless wings and a drink which cost me around £15-£20.

Was quite excited to try out Fat Burger in Camden, its in a good location just off the High St. close to the Lock. Nice decor & looks like a proper American fast food joint. I ordered a Double Cheeseburger (with all condiments) meal which cost over £13!! I sat down thinking this has to be one of the most expensive burger meal I've ever had, and was looking forward to eating it because at that price, it must be damn good! When it came to the table it looked very appetising & I couldn't wait to tuck in. First bite taken... What an absolute let down! There was no seasoning or flavour to the meat and it was extremely bland, basically cooked minced beef with no taste whatsoever! The skinny fries were average, nothing to shout about... The ketchup & mayonnaise from the dispensers tasted very cheap and were not worth dipping the fries in, actually made the fries taste worse! For such an expensive burger, I felt totally disappointed & would go as far as saying you could have a better tasting burger if you were to go to Burger King or McDonalds. I would not recommend Fat Burger at all, there are far better Burger options around at less than half of the price of this place... Expensive & Bland, don't waste your time or money.

I went to the Fatburger in Vegas a few years ago and really liked it, but that felt like a slightly more expensive Burger King of much better quality, I guess Five Guys quality as a comparison.However, the prices are north of Byron but with the self service and cafe feel of a more fast food restaurant, so whilst the burger is nice it feels over priced, especially given that for not much more I can have a waiter and a pint of beer.Very nice double burger, ok fries, just too expensive for a fast food joint.

I was concerned as they didn't ask me how I wanted my meat, little I knew they know what they are doing and cooked it to perfection. It was juicy, smooth, full of flavour. The best burger I have had in ages.I also tried the chicken wings but found them a bit bland. Still giving them full stars because the burger was absolutely gorgeous.

Fatburger Camde never fails to impress.... From the food to the service its just brilliant..... Ive been here before and various other gourmet joints and still feel this is the best gourmet halal joint in London. The staff are great and service was quick.... Will definitely be visiting again.

I visited the Fat burger in Camden thinking it would be very good - however I had the worst experience ever. The person that supposedly was managing the store was not even the manager as his customer service skills was really bad- his name was Andrew. The girl making the milkshake was a Asian girl with major attitude problems. The Oreo milkshake had bits of Oreo packaging in it. We ordered two Oreo milkshakes and we had the same problem with both of them- the buffalo wings was extremely hot, usually when I go to restaurants and I find something too spicy they change it but they never did that .The milkshake they ended up giving a refund. Customer service was terribleBy the time the argument finished our food got cold and appetite went. They didn't even offer anything to cover the mistake they made- just a refund. Despite the fact our food got cold as they wasted our time. This complaint will be taken forward as they didn't deal with This the correct way. Anything could have happened to us with eating wrappers.

I went to the new store in Wembley last night. Unfortunately the drinks and ice machines are not yet working. I thought the food was fine but closer in quality in Mcdonalds than a more gourmet burger offering. We had the veggie burger and the double fat burger with fries and chicken wings. I think this is over priced for the quality of food, but certainly edible.

Visited recently with friends for lunch all the staff were all welcoming and friendly! Had no faults I could pick with the food! Definitely recommend and reasonable prices!

My first time here and all the staff were extremely nice and I got the triple beef burger and was absolutely stuffed alongside curly fries and the Oreo milkshake which was delicious! Ali

Posting this for a friend on trip advisor as his review was removed from Facebook. This should be zero stars but I was not able to do do that. I just visited the Fatburger in camden and ordered the Veggie burger with cheese and Egg. I got my burger and found it had chilli on top (the beef chilli!) I complained to be told by the manager that It had no lumps of meat so it is fine but they can remake it if I want...He also added I was not a real veggie as I asked for a egg and cheese on my burger! I then asked for a full refund on my meal as I did not trust the food they would make for me. I then had to argue about why I wanted a refund on my chips and drink as well as the burger after asking for a full refund on my meal. Very unacceptable if you ask me! I can't believe the way the Manager reacted to this and the fact they would not check before putting a meat sauce on a veggie burger

Myself and my fiance had boneless chicken wings in New York recently and have been trying to find somewhere that does them closer to home too. We stumbled across fatburgers and the wings are amazing! One of our group had a wrap which looked/tasted a little disappointing but I would definitely recommend coming and trying something else. Never got chance to try a burger but they looked amazing. Essentially a nicer quality mcdonalds!

Lovely burger, very good sweet potato fries and great chicken wings with a great range of sauces. Fantastic milkshakes, worth every penny!

I can't fault these guys for huge burgers you can potentially get. The burger is self was really nice and tasty. Prices were pretty reasonable considering the size of food, service was great too. I will definitely be coming back here.

It's just a burger joint, so don't expect too much. But the food is far better than regular fast food chains. Staff are friendly and attentive. Prices are good. Milkshakes are excellent, but small. Try the cajun fries.
