Bought a double quarter pounder meal with an apple pie and coke from Uber eats .The coke was spilt all over everything and the driver was totally unapologetic.I had to drive to McDonalds myself to get the order replaced , so I’ve had to pay delivery and tip in advance and the manager said it’s not our fault it was sent out perfect take it up with Uber eats !!!! She’s a short woman with grey hair I had to bite my tounge so hard but it was 16 09 24 1935 hrs so you know who it was I bet her heels on her feet rock hard as her attitude

Came here for the first time. I asked for two pieces of chicken, only to be rudely told that they did not have any! KFC does not have chicken pieces?? Never again!

Terrible! Orange juice instead of Pepsi max and no gravy. Didn’t answer the phone when I called to complain, won’t order from them again.

Lovely, friendly staff. Especially the young brunette girl, very smiley and friendly! Food was great and quick service. Would 100% come back!!

Quería comer en pero la música era tan alta que decidimos comer en el coche. Pedí dos hamburguesas dobles con queso. Cuando recibimos nuestra orden y caminamos hacia el auto. Abrí la comida y todo estaba frío.

The staff have got such an attitude in there and can’t be bothered to help . Talk to each other instead of to a customer and when you tell them the food is cold they pull a face at you

Debería haber escuchado las críticas, la bolsa apestaba a POLLO CRUDO. Me hizo sentir mal. festival de lectura de trabajo, llegó después de un turno de 8 horas solo tratando de conseguir algo de comida, Parecía que la comida había sido preparada por alguien con pezuñas, simplemente aplastada, claramente por la reacción de los servidores a que la sacara hay alguien atrás que es una molestia y necesita el saco, me preguntaron si quería otra, dije absolutamente no, y me fui.

Absolute disgrace this McDonald's. If I could give zero I would. Yeah it's just a crappy McDonald's but waiting 20 minutes for two burgers and then it looks like it's been made by a five year old. I would of taken a photo of it but its on the felling bypass after I kamakazied it out of the car window before even taking a bite. Why, each time you go here, no matter how big or small your order, you have to wait at a bay, kind of defeats the objective of fast food. After having this happen repeatedly at this place I couldn't help but post something. Not normally this petty, and itll make no difference anyways because there all absolute drips. Maybe this will encourage people to share their experience of this place and they'll get their franchise licence revoked. STOP PRIORITISING DEVLIERY ORDERS YOU MONEY GRABBING LEACHES.

Best foods place I have ever been to. Staff is friendly abd kind and is always ready to help, and serves fresh food. The restaurant has a very good vibe.

We had a 6 piece bargain bucket and shared it but there was so little chicken on some of the pieces it was ridiculous they had cut so much chicken meat off some of the pieces that we were picking at the rib cage, I am embarrassed that I said I would get lunch and had such an embarrassing experience

Pedí 2 hamburguesas, pero conseguir estas parece estar mucho más allá de las capacidades del personal, así que eso fue £ 11. 97 perdidos. Recuerdo cuando esto estaba bien dirigido hace años, pero ahora es terrible.

20 minutos si el servicio es desorganizado, para 2 pedidos estándar! ¡Coma en el área, la mayoría de las mesas cubiertas con paquetes vacíos de kfc! ¡Bollos de basura desbordados! ¡No hay toallas de mano en los soportes en el mostrador! Nueve suministrados con nuestras comidas! La comida era lo ÚNICO bueno, delicioso, caliente, un poco aceitoso! ¡Personal desorganizado! Pero por lo demás fue una mala experiencia!

How is this place still open! The staff clearly don’t have a clue how to make a sandwich I won’t be going here again it’s just run by kids

Time to close this tired chain down. Terrible food and awful service. Trades description should be investigating them. No wonder they are closing various branches down.

We visit a lot of McDonald’s, and this is by far the worst. Furnishings are knackered; space is limited because so many customers are waiting in the seating areas; in winter, it’s cold because the entrance only has a single slidy door. It’s always busy, so the lack of investment is not related to the revenue it brings in. To say the outlets in Stevenage and Hatfield are a lot nicer is downright embarrassing for a resident of Welwyn Garden City!
