The best restaurants serving American food in England

Certain rude staff with brunette hair and glasses was rude when asked a question nicely staff gave dirty looks and service was shocking. Will not be returning. That one server needs training on how to be nice to customers.

It was such a mega busy evening when my daughter bought us our dinner from here. When we got our box meals home we noticed a portion of hot wings were missing. I had also dropped my drink (completely my fault) so needed to buy a drink too. When I went back, the staff couldn't have been more helpful if they tried. They not only replaced the hot wings for me plus 2 extra, they gave me a complimentary diet pepsi on the house, all to apologise for this little mistake. We were very impressed and very grateful and it was a pleasure to be helped by 2 such smiley staff, we will definitely be returning. Thank you for the lovely service with the smiles and for the lovely food.

De nuevo en este restaurante están despistados. Esta se supone que es mi hamburguesa de pescado fileteado cada vez que se equivocan estoy furioso absolutamente patético. Es tan exasperante. The staff have got such an attitude in there and can’t be bothered to help . Talk to each other instead of to a customer and when you tell them the food is cold they pull a face at you

We had a 6 piece bargain bucket and shared it but there was so little chicken on some of the pieces it was ridiculous they had cut so much chicken meat off some of the pieces that we were picking at the rib cage, I am embarrassed that I said I would get lunch and had such an embarrassing experience

Excellent customer service from a lovely man called Reece, very interactive and friendly. I'd definitely recommend visiting widnes subway again. Give this man a raise!

Absolutamente horrible. Uber come ordenado y enviado completamente el pedido equivocado. Llamó a la tienda que trató de culpar al conductor por lo que claramente era el error de las tiendas. Se negó a enviar comida de nuevo y extremadamente grosero.

Simple order - a 6 piece bucket of chicken. Was asked eating in or out - answer out. 4 packs of fries had to be included which I didn’t want but was tired and accepted. Got the meal home to find 5 pieces plus the clipped end of a chicken wing to make 6. All was completely over fried and dry. Won’t go back and hope the owners are happy and enjoy sitting on the princely sum of the cost of the 6’th piece of chicken they didn’t provide.

Fuimos un domingo por la noche, justo antes de las 9 pm, estaba un área al aire libre muy vacía y una gran área interior. Comida ordenada del bar. Me senté en asientos de estilo stand pero casi ningún otro cliente. Hamburguesa decepcionante y papas fritas estaban totalmente sin sabor. Las bebidas estaban bien, pero no había atmósfera, así que no nos quedamos mucho tiempo.

Siempre, siempre es un tiro de mierda en cuanto a si van a hacer su orden correcta. Hoy mi hijo está en casa para descubrir que no hay hamburguesa en una comida de hamburguesas. La última vez se perdió el pollo palomitas. Las personas que trabajan aquí deben ser entrenadas por robots buggy que no enseñen a revisar un pedido. Ya tuve suficiente de esto...

Got the Gravey dipping double bucket, the fillets were good but the hot wings didn’t taste good. After 20 min I got home and got a bad stomach ache and then you know what I sat on the toilet for a solid hour.

Wasn't going to come back here after my last visit 18 months ago but I was passing through Maidenhead and needed a quick lunch. Food was better this time, served quickly and hot. However I feel KFC are complacent as an organisation. Their burgers are, frankly, boring. Chicken, a bit of lettuce and mayo - that's it. No alternatives or creativity on this ageing menu. My Zinger breast piece was smaller than the roll too, so one bite was just bread. KFC need to up their game as all their competitors do chicken burgers too these days.
